Hi guys. it's been a year and I am stepping up my game to work on this! Eevee quest will become the real deal with longer chapters and more plot and less filler! sorry for the wait but here it is!

Vaporeon groaned in annoyance. "Urgh! it's sooooo hot!"

"Guys, hurry up. it's just a little bit farther." Yosie encouraged. She stared blankly into the sand dunes ahead. Yosie hadn't even broken a sweat.

"We're so close to those golden honedges, i can smell it!" Icee exclaimed excitedly. She dashed on, not noticing how she was rapidly melting.

"only Arceus knows how much longer this is going to take" said espeon exasperated.

"you guys should have said something!"gasped flareon. "I can call moltres over to fly us there!" he said as he pulled out his iPhone.

"WHAT?!" Vaporeon screeched. I'm evaporating over here and we could have been there by now!"

just then, a shadow covered the sun as a fiery shape hurtled toward the eeveelutions. the molten bird slammed into the sun baked sand as it turned to a spiky bouquet of glass that shined like a million rainbows that glinted in the barren sand dunes.

"whoa." the group gasped as the glass reflected in their eyes.

"thanks, señor moltres!" flareon bowed mockingly.

"whatever guys, pile on." the flaming bird dipped its head as the eeveelutions climbed onto its back.

"whoa whoa whoa! I ain't going up there!" leafeon gasped in fear. He would be burned to a crisp before they even took off!

"I'll stay with you." icy whispered as she dramatically reached out her hand to him.

"umm" leafeon fumbled over his words, " if you want...or whatever." he stuttered.

"leafyyyyy!" icy catapulted off of moltres into leafeon's arms.

yosie tapped her ear pin, signaling them to use their radios if they needed them when she noticed that there were 5 missed calls. she tentatively pressed call back.

"SCREEEE!" the noise made her flinch. "Hello? yosie? please! help! they got me-" emmie"s voice cut off as the call ended.

yosie turned to tell the others what happened when she noticed them all looking at her as if an ariados was on her head.

"are you okay?" asked espeon.

"guys, emmie is trapped! someone got her! we have to save her!" yosie couldn't stop the flow of words. "she told me on the radi-"

"whoa whoa whoa." umbreon motioned to stop with his paws. " emmie wasn't here?"

they suddenly noticed that emmie wasn't there.

"guys, I'm right here." emmie said as she sat next to yosie.

"guys, emmie's right there." flareon pointed out.

"oh yeah, hi emmie! where have you been?" asked vaporeon.

everybody except yosie nodded and greeted emmie.

yosie just sat there staring at the seat next to her. she squinted at it. she patted it. she waved her hand at it. "there's nothing there." she said with cloudy blue eyes.

"how can you say that about emmie-nee?!" asked icy as she tried to grasp hands with an embarrassed leafeon.

espeon scooted over to yosie. "I don't see her either. she whispered.
