Really sorry for the long update guys! Had writer's block . Also I switched from story to story all the time so it's kind of random, sorry bout that. But here you go! Hope to finish the next one soon ^^ !

The next morning they woke up early to meet Priscilla outside her house as they heard the sounds of celebration above. "I wonder if they even had a funeral yet?" Daisey wondered aloud as they waited for the young girl to come outside.

"I doubt they did, those Shinra don't care 'bout no one but themselves!" Barret said.

"Do you think his ghost will haunt his office now?" Hollie asked.

"Ghosts!?" Akane squealed.

"Booo~~~!" Hollie teased her, making Akane freak out and hide behind Kunsel making him blush.

Kunsel glared at Hollie, "Be nice!"

Hollie looked at him perplexed then at Akane and grinned like the cheshire cat, "Okay~!"

Akane, realizing what she was doing, squealed in embarrassment as she jumped back with her face flushed, then stood looking at her hands and playing with them nervously. Daisey and Hollie had to resist the urge to say 'Awwwww!' "S-sorry," Akane said nervously.

His blush deepened and he looked away, "I-it's alright, I d-don't mind..."

Hollie couldn't take it anymore and ran away squealing "The feels!" While everyone, all except for Daisey who was laughing hysterically, looked at her like she was a weirdo.

"What's up with that girl?" Barret asked.

"Nothing~~!" Daisey said through her laughter.

Hollie came back moments later when she saw Priscilla walk down the steps of her house. "Thanks for saving me and Mr. Dolphin everyone! For that I'll give you something SPECIAL!" she handed Hollie the object, it was an amulet with a summon materia on it, "It's an amulet. Take good care of it, ok?"

Hollie smiled at her, "We will, thank you." she said taking it and putting it around her neck. Oddly, as soon as she touched the orb, she felt the materia react to her presence, with a cold tingling, mixed with excitement, and joy. She felt like she was connected to it, like it was a long lost piece of herself she finally recovered. What is this feeling...? she thought. She picked up the orb in her hand and looked at it. When she did she saw Shiva in an icy tundra, she gasped for air as she was thrown into the scene.

She looked around seeing spires of ice reaching towards the sky in random places, a blanket of snow covering the land, and blueish mountains which rose in the distance with snow capped peaks. She turned around to see an icy cavern, it looked beautiful, icicles hung from the ceiling and rose up from the ground on the sides, but there was a smooth path down the center and along some walls, there were even crystals inside making it reflect several different colors, she gaped in awe at the beauty of it. A tree stood in front of the cave, with overhanging branches draped in icicles like a string of beads. A sudden gust of wind blew through the icicles making them tinkle like wind chimes. The sound seemed to resonate within her, like a beautiful song being sung straight into her heart. Without realizing what she was doing she stepped into the beads looking at them in awe and wonder, the place was a winter wonderland. When she realized she was holding them, she was shocked to discover it was cold, but a comforting cold, it actually seemed to energize her too, like she was an appliance being plugged in, she felt invigorated with life.

Hollie looked towards the cave when she heard a sweet womanly singing coming from deep within, someone was calling to her, Shiva she assumed, Who else could it be? She was startled to find herself singing a duet with her, with a tune she wasn't sure she knew. She walked into the cave surprisingly stable on the smooth floor, she saw the dozens of colors reflected throughout, like a cave made of opal. She continued on, even when the colors ended to just ice, which seemed to glow. She looked on the walls to see silhouettes of things trapped in the ice, several feet deep. She stared at one that looked like a tall man next to a large circular object.

She turned her face forward again to see a long slide in front of her, without a thought she sat down and pushed off, sliding down a circular chamber, going through a hole in the wall and watching as she passed by various plants trapped in ice. When the ceiling ended she looked up into an extremely large dome shaped chamber with large crystals in every color pointed diagonally from the ceiling in a ring, facing the exact same point in the bottom of the room, with an even larger crystal, an opal, in the center pointing down in the same direction. She looked down to see a snow covered floor with a large icy throne, which Shiva sat at, in the center raised up from the rest of the floor about two yards with steps leading to the bottom. Small worktables were placed in lines throughout the room with what looked like little christmas elves about 2 - 3 feet tall working at them, and some were even running back and forth between various things. There were small tunnels leading out of the room in various directions, only these weren't made of ice, they were decorated in Christmas colors, same as the catwalks on various levels of the room, with more tunnels, and stairs leading from catwalk to catwalk to the ground.

Soon the view was cut off as she went through another tube of ice and was deposited on the ground in front of the throne. Everyone stopped and stared at her, then randomly all the elves screamed, threw up what they were holding and ran away screaming "Human!"

"Calm down," Shiva laughed, "She's supposed to be here."

Their was a chorus of "Oh!"s and all the elves went back to their things and their work like nothing had happened. Shiva walked down from the throne and smiled at Hollie, "Hello, Hollie."

"Shiva? What am I doing here?" she asked looking around, "And why does this look like Santa's workshop?"

"Because it is Santa's workshop. I would probably be what you'd call his 'business partner'. We can't have Christmas without winter, and we can't have winter without Christmas."

"What about Australia and New Zealand?"

" We're working on that," she laughed. Hollie smiled, she loved how cheerful Shiva was and happily surprised that the game didn't do her justice. She was really beautiful; with long flowing snow colored hair, light skin, light blue eyes, and a warm smile.

Hollie laughed, "Okay. But what am I here for? How am I here?"

"You're here because I needed to meet with you, and because you're a Cetra," Shiva explained.

"Why me, though? Aerith and Daisey are Cetra too."

"Because, I'm not connected to them, I picked you. They've gotten chosen by others of my kind."

"You picked me?" she asked surprised.

"Yes."

"Why?"

She smiled, "You're the most attuned to my nature."

"Okay. Why'd you need to meet with me?"

"You need to learn some things. Like how to call me even when you don't have my materia, and how to sing with me to increase our power."

"This is cool!" Hollie grinned, "No pun intended."

Shiva laughed, "Alright, let's get started."

"One quick question!"

"Yes?"

"Can I have a tour, and meet Santa Claus and the reindeer?"

Shiva laughed, "Alright."

"Yes~!" she hissed before Shiva gave her the tour.

"Hollie are you alright!?" Daisey asked worriedly.

Hollie opened her eyes to see Daisey looking over her, "What?" She looked around to see the faces of her friends, all except for Cloud, in Priscilla's grandparents house. "Where's Cloud?"

Daisey hugged her relieved, "I was so worried when you passed out like that!"

"I passed out?" Was it all just a dream...? She wondered, It seemed way to vivid to be a dream...

"Yeah, right after Priscilla gave you the Shiva materia!"

"Shiva materia..."

"Yeah, we took it off of you, cause we thought it might've caused it. It's over there," she said pointing to the end table. "Cloud's trying to get up top. He didn't want to leave with you like this but we were running out of time so he had to."

"I understand," she smiled slightly, Cloud's really nice!

"But are you okay?" she asked worriedly. "We don't think you have a fever or anything."

"I'm fine," She said sitting up.

"Woah, woah, woah," Daisey said. "Don't get up to quickly."

"I'm fine," she said sitting up with Daisey's help. Even though she passed out she felt great, fully energized.

"You know... You were sleep talking about Santa Claus..."

Hollie blushed in embarrassment, "I-I had this dream I was in this winter wonderland, it was beautiful, and I went into this ice cavern full of different colored crystals. Then when the crystals stopped there were these silhouettes in the wall. I swear one even looked like Captain America... Then I slid down this long slide into a large cavern with Shiva sitting on a throne in the center of it, and little elves working at tables making toys. She said that the place was Santa's workshop and she was his business partner. She said she brought me there because I'm a Cetra, and that you guys didn't come because she isn't connected to you, she picked me and some other Eidolons picked you guys." Hollie explained. Throughout the whole story Barret tried not to laugh hysterically but ultimately failed, she glared in reply.

"I've heard of this happening to Cetra in the past," Nanaki said, "It's not a dream." Hollie smiled at Barret triumphantly.

"So, we're gonna have this happen to us?" Aerith asked.

"Yes."

"So that means, Santa Claus really exists?" Zack said, "What a rip off! I haven't been getting any presents!" Aerith giggled at him in reply.

The bar was filled with smoke and revelry, four of the turks sitting at the counter, "Sad day for Shinra." Reno mumbled.

Rude grunted. Alasia stiffened, "I could've gotten both of those specimens no problem!"

"So? Why didn't you? Dorian got his." Dorian tensed at the remark, "What's your problem?" Reno asked. "Get a drink. Loosen up a bit."

"... No thanks..."

"Not a drinker?"

"... Not really..." He mumbled.

"Heh, who'da thunk? Well, not that we've ever seen each other much. So you've been searching eight years for those two research experiments?"

Dorian sat up abruptly making them stare, "... I need some fresh air. This smoke is giving me a headache..." He said walking out.

"Psh... Not a smoker either... No wonder he's stressed out..."

Dorian walked into the street and leaned against the wall rubbing his face in his hands. He decided to take a walk, rather distracted, he ran into a Shinra Infantryman. He sighed, "Um... I'm sorry..."

"Turk," he said somewhat rudely.

He sighed, "Yeah," he looked around, "You new? You seemed to have missed part of the ceremony..."

"... Yeah..."

"... Let me give you a little advice," the man stiffened, "No matter why you joined, quit while you still can... It's not worth it..." He could tell the man was surprised. "Think on it... Trust me..." He sighed walking away.

Cloud blinked as he watched the man walk away, ... That was unexpected...

Hope that was worth the wait! Thanks for reading please rate and review ^^ !
