Hello my dear readers! I'm back with more Seducing fleas' horrors! Or humor. So this chapter is shorter than the previous, thank god. And there is romance. Or so I think. Romance and I don't mingle well...

Also, really important question to my dear readers! Do OC annoy you? Because this new arc of this story will have a lot. Mostly because the manga didn't show much of Wall Sina's political persons. Thus, I'm sorry if the OC annoy you. Just tell me if I have to reduce their number. Or I'll try to.

Quotes time!

"It'll be funny to introduce Harry to Dot Pixis though, I can imagine all the sexual innuendos they'll make about Titans already, and Rivaille.." ToLayDownMyLife

"Harry and Levi's sexy time is almost up but wait I'm still lost... Who's top? Levi? Or Harry? Or hoho they can switch every turn, if you know what I mean. *wink*" Aiseki0Hikari

"I see forming of the new religion and its name shall be... /drumroll/ Minionism! Because being minion is being cool, even if Jean makes for one crappy historian, but prayers made from cuss words are just awesome, even if they do deal with procreation a mite too much for something that isn't kinky in any way, shape or form." Nanashi

And now, I'll let you read.

CHAPTER FOURTEEN: Do you have sunburn or are you always this hot?

Over a century ago, humanity had to contend with imminent destruction at the hand of its natural enemy. The surviving humans built a threefold gigantic rampart therefore achieving hundred years of peace. But at the year 845, that same very peace came to an end. A colossal Titan smashed open the gates and humanity was ravaged again, as the titans unleashed upon it their century-old hunger. The humans relinquished their outermost wall, the wall Maria, sustaining the loss of 20% of their population along with that one third of their territory. Their living space now restricted to the confines of the two remaining walls, Rose and Sina.

But at the same time humanity's eyes were now opened. And six years later, the scouting legion managed to regain the lost wall.

This was humanity's second win against its natural enemy.

And all of this was thanks to the outstanding courage and ability of the special squad led by the famous lance corporal Rivaille. As the years passed, the humans learned to revere those names that quickly were memorised and loved. And sometimes hated.

Connie Springer. Mikasa Ackerman. Historia Reiss. The deathly trio who dealt with titans so swiftly that it was hard to see them move.

Jean Kirstein. Sasha Blouse. Armin Arlelt. The bloody trio. No one did ever see them act. However they were as respected as the others because... when they fought together, no Titan could pass. Not even one.

And then, there were the three aces.

The lance corporal Rivaille. The leader of the special squad and the one who managed to regain the Wall Maria without losing any life of his squad. The man who could kill someone without that person even realising it before it was too late.

Eren Jaeger. The Titan shifter who swore to vanquish all the titans and the one who repaired the Wall Rose breach. A man feared for his abnormal abilities and bad temper.

And Harry Potter. The husband of the lance corporal Rivaille. A man whose past was unknown and whose future was too as he vanished once humanity regained its third Wall.

And the man who destroyed humanity.

But before all of this happened, Harry Potter-Rivaille was just a jester who went with his husband and squad to the Shiganshina district and helped them regain it.

Nobody knows why he stayed with them as he didn't even know how to fight the titans. Nonetheless, he's rumored as being highly respected by the special squad.

And the lance corporal Rivaille treated him as an equal.

He was and is a man to remember.

Diary of Jean Kirstein, Soldier's number 009992353.

1 September 851.

So we got the Wall Maria back. All in all, it's a good news. Except that we are still stuck in Shinganshina.

We don't have any gas left and if we wait for the other scouts, as captain Rivaille gently phrased it: We're sitting ducks waiting for the wolves to eat them.

Harry slapped him and told him that his powers were more than enough to protect us. Also, he continued teaching us those runes and we (Sasha, Armin and me) are now able to block and paralyse (for no less than five seconds) titans. But Harry told us to not get cocky because he'd be here to stop us if we ever were to try to take over the world. I still am trying to understand why he felt like he had to tell us that...

That man is nuts. That's it.

Also, Eren hasn't woken up since that day and Mikasa is getting pretty antsy whenever she sees Harry.

I really don't want to see what would happen if those two were ever to fights against each other. I really don't.

(`_´)ゞ

Same day.

Since we retrieved the Wall Maria, it seems that one of our diaries is going to be sent to commandant Pixis and that he'll read it himself. So we all showed our diaries and discussed which one we were going to use. I must say that I wasn't surprised when I saw what they had written in their diaries...

For example, Armin didn't even write what we did. He just drew some tactics plans and wrote about how we could improve our teamwork and destroy more efficiently the titans. Harry actually asked to keep Armin's diary because he thought that some of his ideas were possibles and wanted to think over it.

Historia's was different. She wrote diligently everything that we did. But mostly what Harry did. Seriously, she even wrote at what hour he scratched his neck and how many times he called captain Rivaille a flea. (104. I'm amazed that it wasn't more than that...)

I won't say anything about Sasha's. There isn't anything to say anyways. (That girl used her diary to make a fire and cook a rabbit with it...)

Eren's was... unsurprisingly bloody and full of anger. He wrote like all the time that he was going to destroy everything that stood his way. And caricatured captain Rivaille pretty well. We all had a good laugh when we saw his caricature of captain moping the floor with a Titan head. And then, we all cried for our lives when Harry saw it too and thought that it was going to be hilarious to show it to his husband. It wasn't hilarious.

More like terrifying and something to never do again. Ever.

Connie's diary was a big surprise. That guy actually knows how to write. And he's really good a poetry. Like seriously, if he ever used his poems, he could woo a Titan. Yeah, he's that good. (I'm thinking of using some of his poems with Mikasa...)

Captain's diary was... interesting to put it gently. He wrote absolutely nothing. Except a slash for every kill he did. Every page were full of slashes. And he told us that he had two other diaries back at Rose. It didn't surprise me. What surprised me was that Harry cackled (quite mockingly so) and told him that he had always know that he liked slash. Shouldn't he have said slashing? I'm confused...

I won't tell the reactions about my diary. Seriously, I won't. It's still hurting and Connie is always making those potty training jokes. (He's one to talk, who did piss himself and faint when he faced the Armored Titan, huh?)

As for Harry's... He didn't even have one. And when Rivaille asked him what he had written, Harry just answered that our destinies weren't written. I think that Harry just likes to see his husband enraged. That or he really hates him...

But the strangest diary was Mikasa's. It was like reading Hanji's diary, it was full of observations about Eren's behaviour and I'm pretty sure that I saw a page where Mikasa had written something about male pregnancies.

I really don't want to know about that. At all.

And if Eren stopped sleeping like the dead, I'm pretty sure that he'd say the same thing.

[...]

Harry stretched his legs and mumbled under his breath when he felt the distinctive strain of his muscles lessen. Using constantly his magic tended to make him cranky and his good and optimistic mood was slowly disappearing.

He just wanted to stay the whole day in his bed and let the soldiers deal with anything else. Except that he had to teach his minions all he knew about runes.

Harry Potter didn't know much about those kind of things, he'd used them in his Unspeakable job only as a mean of protection. (Things tended to explode around him pretty often so he was a master at putting shields. Not so much at attacks)

But the minions were a bunch pretty eager so Harry always tried to find another way to use those seemingly lame runes he knew. Like that rune to swipe the ground.

When traced directly on someone's foot, it could make the person stumble and sometimes even make it fall down.

Suddenly, he heard something snap loudly and Harry quickly turned his head to scan his surroundings. He relaxed his stretched hands (that he had raised as a mean of defence) once he saw that the one who had snapped a twig was his not-husband.

"Flea," the wizard greeted with a curt nod.

He didn't move an inch when the soldier sat right next to him and they both sighed at the same moment while they observed what was under their feet.

A soft and warm wind ran through their hair and the silence between them stayed. It wasn't heavy like it had been during their first weeks of coexistence.

"I figured that you'd be here," the lance corporal Rivaille commented after a while observing the land under his feet.

Harry made a soft noise of agreement and stretched his legs once again before swishing them. The fact that the land was at meters from his feet didn't disturb him at all. Nor was Rivaille.

The soldier leaned his elbows on his thighs and glanced below him. Sitting on the Wall Maria and looking at the unexplored lands was strange for him. He had done it before but that was a long time ago. When he'd just joined the Recon corps.

How had he been at that time? What had he thought? He almost couldn't remember his friends from that time...

A sigh shook him from his dark thoughts and Rivaille glanced at his comrade. He then frowned when he noticed how dark the emerald eyes were and waited for the man to begin talking.

"We need to get moving."

Rivaille hn-ed as he agreed with the wizard's words. But he wasn't going to say it.

Harry sighed once again and stopped looking at those green landscapes where only titans could be seen. He didn't have the time to think about Ymir's words. Yes, it seemed that the girl had his world informations and that she knew way more than she had said. And it seemed too that wizards were the ones who had had something to do with the Walls. Without forgetting the Rose wall.

So many things ran through his head. It was no wonder that the poor man had a persistent headache.

But, luckily for him, he had a soldier by his side to make him remember that other things were at stake.

"We can't wait for Erwin to mobilise all of the Recon troops and join us here. And while we don't have any gas left, we can't stay here twiddling our thumbs. And Eren still hasn't woke up."

Harry blinked slowly and nodded after some seconds.

"I think that I found a way to give us gas," he finally muttered and was startled when Rivaille turned his head so quickly that his neck cracked loudly.

"Why didn't you say it earlier?" Rivaille inquired with a frown. "It would have made our mission way easier."

"I was too busy trying to protect everyone, sorry," Harry hissed between his gritted teeth.

The soldier rolled his eyes and settled for a shrug.

The wizard snarled and elbowed him in the stomach before huffing loudly when the man riposted by kicking him in the head with his left foot. Rivaille swiftly used his hands and swiped the other adult with his right leg. Harry fell on the ground and rolled to avoid another blow. However, as they both were on the Wall Maria, the wizard rolled to his death and fell from the Wall and into the Shinganshina district.

Rivaille's reaction was as quick as lightning and his tridimensional gear rumbled happily while he swiftly caught his husband and hanged against the Wall Maria with the frowning man in par.

"We really need to do something about your domestic violence," Harry commented and the soldier sighed.

"Do something, fucker," he retorted calmly. "I don't have any gas left. And the shitty brats don't as well."

"Well, am I not lucky?" the wizard ironised before taking his wand out and aiming at the top of the Wall. "And you're grounded."

"Grounded?" Rivaille repeated with an intrigued face.

"No bed or shower tonight," Harry stated with a deadpan expression.

Strangely, when they got to the top of the Wall, Rivaille tried to throw him again from it.

And Harry didn't understand why.

[...]

Erwin Smith was a man of few words and whose determination wasn't to be underestimated. So when he came knocking at the General Dot Pixis at two in the morning, the older man didn't cuss at him and ask him to get the hell out of his house.

Dot Pixis just opened a bottle of old whiskey and rekindled the fire in his living room. Only then, did he look at his sudden visitor and his golden eyes looked almost inhuman in the room only lightened by the fire.

"General Pixis," Erwin began after some time during which Dot sipped quietly (and quite happily) his whiskey. "I have some news of the greatest importance."

"And I assume that you couldn't wait for a more... normal hour to tell me?" Pixis asked with an intrigued smile.

His freckled face showed all the curiosity that involved Erwin's presence in his house. While the blond was younger than him and less experimented, they both knew that they were equals in strength.

"The breach in the Wall Maria isn't anymore," Erwin bluntly said.

Pixis' bottle of whiskey fell on his lush carpet and the General didn't find it in himself to regret it. Because... Erwin had said it. What he had thought wouldn't be possible, even with that Titan boy's help.

But his mind got quickly back in track and he narrowed his golden eyes when he began to realise what else was implied with Erwin's statement.

"We need to exterminate any Titan left in the Wall Maria before telling it to the others," Pixis stated slowly.

Erwin's eyes flashed coldly in the room and the blond barred his teeth in a feral grin.

"We also need to send a whole cohort to fetch those who sealed the breach," the General muttered under his breath and he looked at the spilled whiskey. Even if he fancied a drink right now, the excitation of getting things finally moving was making him way more giddier. "Was it the lance corporal Rivaille?" He asked.

Erwin nodded and seemed hesitating before he answered. "He went with his squad and husband."

Pixis widened his eyes and an amused laugh escaped his mouth.

"His husband, yes!" He shook his head and leaned his cheek against one of his hands. "Who is that lad, Erwin? I know Rivaille and he's not the kind to get married. He's a lone wolf."

"He's name is Harry Potter," the commandant explained with a curt nod. "A valuable asset to our troops. With Eren Jaeger by his side, he's unstoppable."

Golden eyes gleamed ominously in the dimly lit living room and Pixis barked a laugh.

"Harry Potter you say..." He added once his laugh receded. "It seems that this lad has got quite a strange luck!"

Erwin nodded with a dim smile. He remembered how their wedding had gone and possibly wouldn't forget it ever.

Also, he still had their wedding rings.

[...]

"Listen well my dear minions," Harry began with a chirping voice.

Armin blanched and Sasha quickly looked at every exit possible. While Jean wondered what he could have done in his previous life to deserve that kind of treatment.

The wizard smirked when he saw how his apprentices were already stressing and patted himself in the back mentally. He could relate with Snape, traumatising his students was so funny!

"Time is running and we're getting fat and too complacent here!" Harry added with his perkiness that was so annoying to his lovely husband. "So the flea decided to change that!"

The three minions gulped loudly. Harry's smirk widened.

He took his knife (or rather the flea's) and began to carve some intricate symbols and signs on the kitchen table (as they were in the kitchen of their base).

"Do you remember the rune to use whenever you want to help your friend with a constricted throat or respiratory problems?" He asked while his eyes darkened. That rune had been one of the first that he had taught them as it was one of the few that Harry had perfected in his job.

Explosions could be dangerous for one's lungs and Harry seemed to have Seamus Finnegan's talent to make things go boom.

"So what of that one?" Jean's rude voice stopped the wizard from reviving some nasty memories and the adult glanced at his apprentice.

"Hush, minion number three!" He chirped happily before sending a small zapping to the teen.

Jean jumped and scowled when the zap stopped.

"So we all know that this rune is used to make the air pass through something," the wizard continued without batting an eyelash at the scowling teen. "So what if we modified it a little bit and carved it on your tridimensional gear?"

Armin's eyes widened and he opened his mouth to gape like a fish at Harry's revolutionary idea.

"An eternal source of gas..." the blonde muttered in awe.

"Doesn't it sound amazing?" Harry grinned at them and joined his hands loudly. "So, how about learning how to carve it correctly on your gear?"

The three teens nodded with energy and quickly got to work on their runes.

[...]

"The fucker is busy teaching those three some tricks so I'll teach you something else," Rivaille began as he observed the three teens before his eyes.

As Eren was still unconscious, the married couple had decided to leave Mikasa and Sasha at the Shinganshina basement to tend and protect the sleeping Titan. While the rest would go over the Wall and explore it to secure it. Thus their decision to divide the group into two pairs of teens and let the adults be the team to supervise everything.

"Everyone will have three bullets to make smoke signals. Your mission will be to travel on the Wall Maria, each on a different side, and make sure that there isn't any other breach. The green bullet must been shot if you get to the further side and don't see a breach. The red one is for a breach. If you fire it, I'll go with the fucker and we'll cover it with his powers until Eren wakes up."

"What about the black one?" Connie asked as he observed the three colored bullets.

"That one is to use if you find a deviant," the lance corporal frowned and tsk-ed. "If you happen to see one, don't fight it. Just fire and try to stay alive until we reach you."

Connie nodded and his eyes lightened when he remembered the time where Harry had singlehandedly protected the cart with his magic fire.

"It seems pretty easy," the boy commented before flinching when he noticed his superior's glare.

"It won't be," Rivaille corrected immediately. "You'll be in pairs and alone in the Wall. "Food and water will be rare, I believe that fighting and scooting the Wall won't be a cakewalk."

The three teens nodded sternly and saluted their superiors before Mikasa frowned and spoke.

"What about Eren?"

"You'll stay here to look over the brat," the older soldier answered back. "Along with Blouse. She'll be the one to feed you. Potter will be busy elsewhere so you better get him to teach you now how to tend over Jaeger's injuries."

Mikasa narrowed her eyes and nodded curtly before she left in a whirlwind of red.

Rivaille sighed and remembered briefly how annoyed Potter had made him when he had told him that Mikasa wouldn't leave Shinganshina. And that it was that or that the wizard would stay by Eren's side.

If only the Titan shifter could awaken.

[...]

The day had finally come. They were all in their uniforms, their tridimensional gear on and the special runes graved on it with the magicians' blood. All in all, they were as ready as they could. But that didn't mean that they felt ready.

Eren still hadn't woke up and Mikasa was slowly loosing her fighting spirit. She had slept so little that she was beginning to look like a raccoon. Not that anybody was going to tell her. Nonetheless, Jean was ready to bet all his salary that it was Sasha who was going to tell her that. If there was someone with no self-survival instinct, it was the brunette girl.

Jean sighed heavily and swiftly pushed his feeling aside. He was a soldier, he didn't have time to think of his love life, for inexistent that it was. Also, if he thought about the fiery Asian, Harry would immediately know it and would pester him with his knowing smiles.

Damn that wizard...

The man was always smirking like he knew something that the sandy haired teenager didn't and it was infuriating. But well, at least Jean had the taunts about the wizard's husband.

Whenever someone commented or mentioned the lance corporal Rivaille in front of the said corporal's husband, Harry blushed vividly and pouted like a child.

It seemed that the married couple had had a little fight. They still slept together every night but the teenagers didn't hear their banter or lovemaking at night. And Jean was pretty sure that it wasn't because Harry had put a barrier to keep their 'sounds' from leaking out.

Thus the tension between the married pair had made its swift return and the teenagers were busy whispering about when the hell the two were going to shag so the team could finally relax. But then, the day to make their first expedition on the Wall Maria since the breaching came and the couple still hadn't talked things out. Or shagged like rabbits. Jean didn't care, all he wanted was to be able to sleep at night without shivering from the heavy tension in their general quarters.

"Okay, my lovelies," Harry suddenly exclaimed as he clasped his hands loudly.

Jean jerked from his thoughts and blinked owlishly. He met the wizard's knowing eyes and glowered when he saw the adult smirk at him. Suddenly he understood why his squad captain liked to kick his husband.

"We don't have any time left so if you have any last word, say it now. Or it will be too late..." The wizard added almost absentmindedly.

His green eyes were unfocused and Jean frowned. The adult had the same look as some of the soldiers who had lost someone they held dear on the battleground.

"Okay!" Connie suddenly exclaimed loudly.

Jean jerked once again from his thoughts and he berated himself for being so inattentive today. They were going to travel all alone and here he was, busy daydreaming about his terrifying squad captain's husband.

Meanwhile, Connie camped himself in front of Harry and put his hands on the wizard's shoulders. The teenager's brown eyes sparkled with determination and he gulped loudly. Everyone held their breath and Jean suddenly felt as if something bad was going to happen.

"Mr. Potter!" Connie said while his eyes had this stern light in them that meant that the boy wasn't playing around. "If I don't get back alive, I want you to know that..."

The teenager stopped and blushed lightly. He seemed to shy away from his decided persona and Jean rolled his eyes.

'Well, it seems that he won't be able to confess today,' the sub captain thought dryly.

"Yes Connie?" Harry said as he tilted his head. His big green eyes were looking intensively at the teenager and the shorter boy began stammering nervously.

'So the wizard can do great puppy eyes,' Jean noted in his mind. 'That's a force to recon with...'

Someone coughed politely and Harry suddenly tensed before turning around sharply and menacing whoever had coughed with his raised hand.

The culprit, a blushing and stammering Historia, eeped and went to hide behind Armin. The blond boy widened his eyes in surprise before cursing his back luck when he saw the murdering intent that Harry's eyes were leaking.

The wizard seemed to hear the curses and blinked slowly. The murdering intent dimmed before vanishing totally.

Jean cocked his head and caressed pensively his chin.

Harry looked more and more like a warrior in his mind now.

"Yes, Historia?" the adult asked with a polite voice.

He was obviously trying to distract them from his previous slip. His war hardened persona was already hidden behind his heartwarming smile and all the teenagers frowned discreetly.

He wasn't their lance corporal's husband for nothing.

"I just wanted to say something before we leave Shinganshina," the young woman said after taking a deep breath. Her unwavering eyes met the green ones and Harry blinked once again. "I'm happy to have met you."

The wizard made a dim smile and nodded silently.

"It's time to go," a stern voice interrupted their moment and the raven haired turned around to smile brightly at the lance corporal Rivaille.

The man was wearing his pristine uniform and his tridimensional gear was sparkling in the warm sunlight of their residence backyard. His grey eyes were looking intensively at his husband, asking him something silently and the wizard simply nodded. That seemed to do the trick because Rivaille nodded sharply and glanced at his squad.

Every teen suddenly shifted and they made the traditional salute to their squad captain.

"Don't get killed," the lance corporal simply said.

"Yes, sir!"

Harry smiled wearily at them and briefly remembered that time before the battle in Hogwarts. He had said the same thing to his best friends.

His eyes lightened and his smile became fond, almost loving.

Rivaille glanced at him, almost as he had felt his thoughts and the soldier's eyes widened in surprise.

Harry stretched his hand and took his husband's left hand before holding it carefully. He could feel every callosity from fighting with swords and caressed them softly.

"They will be alright," the wizard whispered faintly while he observed the teenagers walk away from them in two different directions. "They will."

"I won't let it happen differently," Rivaille stated plainly.

Harry's eyes could have put the best emeralds to shame.

[...]

Darius Zackly was the head of the Military. And as the Military head, he had to make sure that there wasn't any insurgence in his troops. Mostly because he had to report everything to the kind every Thursday.

Today was Wednesday. The day were the captains from every faction had to come to his office and report every problem and notable thing that had happened during the previous week.

They were three. The General Dot Pixis from the Garrison corps, the General Erwin Smith from the Recon corps and then, the General Nero Innocencio from the Royal Military.

All of them were cunning men, accustomed of the political ways and sometimes, that made their reunions easier for they quickly understood was underplaying in the Military head'a words. But any other time, they were annoying men who always tried to make the two others stumble on their words and then lose what little credibility they had.

That Wednesday, as accustomed, the general Innocencio was there first and sat silently on his cushion chair. A big oak oval desk separated him from Darius Zackly and they both nodded to each other in a silent greeting.

Normally, Dot Pixis was always the second to enter the office. With an amiable smile on his freckled face, he liked to propose a drink to Darius before sitting on his chair and covering Innocencio with his grandfatherly aura. Not that it worked as Innocencio was only fourteen years younger than Pixis.

And normally, Erwin Smith was the last to arrive. He always entered politely, a small smile on his juvenile face before he sat on the last chair.

But today was a strange day because Pixis and Smith came into the office at the same time. The blond haired man's arm was around the older general's neck and they were both whispering softly. Darius raised an intrigued brow and noticed discreetly that Innocencio was frowning heavily.

So the third General wasn't in the secret.

How interesting. That meant that it was involved with the Recon corps. Maybe that Titan boy from the trial, hadn't that been a year ago?

"Erwin, Dot, please, take a sit," Darius Zackly said as he extended a hand to show them the two empty chair.

The two generals nodded silently and sat while Innocencio's glare didn't falter at all.

"So," Darius began and he leaned his two elbows on the oak table to put his chin on his joined hands. "What happened this week?"

A soft cough followed his question and the Military head glanced at Innocencio. The man had been the one to cough.

"If you please listen," the military General said suavely. "We finally caugh the insurgents' head. He was hiding in the underground city."

"Ooh," Dot Pixis crooned. "Wasn't that the one who tried to kill the King during that gala? So, was it true? Is it the count Cagliari? Or some of the princess' lovers?"

Innocencio pursed his lips, probably because he didn't want to scowl at the Garrison general. Pixis smiled at him and his eyes flashed briefly his mirth.

"It was a man from the slums," the Military Police General answered politely. His voice was even but everyone present wasn't fooled, the man was angry at Pixis for his interruption. "We are currently interrogating him to find out how he infiltrated the gala. I'll probably know it by the next Wednesday."

"Very well," Darius nodded sternly and dampened briefly his lips.

The fact that they were talking about a grown man's torture like one would talk about the weather wasn't perturbing the Military head. No, it was more the knowing glances that Pixis and Smith were doing that unnerved him.

"Dot, Erwin," the elder man sighed softly and waited for the two generals to make their reports.

"Two weeks ago, I told you that I sent the lance corporal Rivaille with his whole squad to the Wall Maria in a scooting mission," the blonde swiftly began.

Pixis' smile was now growing bigger by seconds and Innocencio shifted slightly on his chair. The military police General didn't like at all those smiles. As he didn't like not knowing about their secret. He pursed his lips and began to gnaw on them.

Was it connected to the boy's disappearance?

"I remember hearing about that," Darius commented as he frowned softly. "And I remember telling you that it was a reckless move. The lance corporal Rivaille is a good soldier, losing him like that is a waste of his talents."

Erwin nodded, his face set on stone and the blonde tried to ignore Dot's amused chuckle. The freckled General chortled and downed his glass of scotch. This was going to get funnier by seconds.

"I remember it as well, sir," Erwin answered politely. "May I proceed?"

"You can," Darius nodded.

"One week ago, I received a message from a homing pigeon. It was from lance corporal Rivaille and it said that everyone was alive and faring well."

"I remember that," Pixis suddenly commented and all eyes were on the old general that was absentmindedly caressing his empty glass with one finger. "Nero said that they were alright for now and that soon they would ask for help."

"If they didn't die before," Innocencio added sternly.

Sending soldiers out there were a waste of money and men for him. After all, their time still hadn't come. Going there was like going willingly to a bloodbath.

"Indeed, you said that," Erwin admitted. "But what I didn't told you a week ago was that the message had been sent from the Shinganshina district..."

Darius' eyes widened as did Innocencio's. The military head couldn't even breathe as he tried to stop his raging thoughts in his head from spilling from his mouth.

"The Shinganshina district," he finally said with a slightly trembling voice. But he quickly recovered his wits and continued with a stern and controlled voice. "His whole squad succeeded and went to that district? What about the hole?"

"From the message that I received Thursday," Erwin smoothly answered and his eyes twinkled briefly with enthusiasm. "They have repaired the hole in Wall Maria. All we have to do now is to kill every Titan left there."

Darius blinked and furrowed his brows. That meant that even if the Wall was finally working against the Titans, they still had to be sent there to kill them.

"That means that the Recon Corps' expeditions will change," the Military Head stated slowly. "You'll need more swords and gas... I'll see what I can do."

"Thank you, sir," the Recon Corps' General bowed his head and hid his triumphant smile while doing it.

Finally, he was finally seeing progress. And now, all that was left was to...

"Darius," Pixis drawled as he lazily raised a hand. "I'll send half of my men there."

"But then, what about the police force!" Innocencio spluttered. "You're supposed to be inside the Walls to keep the order!"

"Nero, my boy," Pixis met the Military Police general's dark eyes and his grandfatherly aura dimmed while it was being replaced by the icily aura of a seasoned warrior. "Rivaille and his men are also inside the Walls. Helping them is in the Garrison's right."

The elder titled his head and his golden eyes twinkled mischievously before he added suavely.

"Also, aren't the Military police supposed to keep order inside the inner Walls too? You could always send some of your men in the Wall Rose so the civilians wouldn't wreak havoc when my men are busy playing with those Titans..."

"That is a good idea," Darius promptly interrupted as he stroked his beard. "After all, you have already some of your men dispatched in the Wall Rose if Erwin's report is right..."

Innocencio's fair skin blushed in anger and he stood up suddenly. He hit the table with his hand and glared at the two other generals.

"This is," he hissed heinously, "a conspiracy!"

Erwin frowned and lightly tapped the table with his only hand.

"It isn't," he retorted coolly. "It's just humanity willing to fight back."

[...]

"What are you doing?" Rivaille asked as he sat by his not-husband's side.

The man had his wand out and was slowly making arabesques with it. Sometimes, golden sparks came out of the tip and they danced around him before vanishing with soft pops.

The wizard blinked and smiled at him while he put his wand on his crossed legs.

"Tracing my minions' magic," he finally answered and the soldier nodded silently.

The wizard was as protective as him with their soldiers. His chest warmed at the thought and Rivaille brushed those feelings aside.

"How are they?" The lance corporal inquired softly.

He was pretty bored. The only thing they did during the whole day was patrolling on the Wall of Shinganshina and sometimes slaying a Titan that was wandering too close to the Wall. Also, they had began to repair the canons on the Wall and Rivaille was beginning to really like Harry's magic because that made things really easier.

Like, he just had to tell the wizard how something had to look like and the man would immediately use his magic to make it look alike.

"They are alright," Harry answered calmly. "But Armin is over stressed over something. Maybe because he's with a girl. He's at that age, right?"

Rivaille snorted and folded his arms on his chest. At the blonde teenager's age, he'd been fighting for his life underground and wishing to see the sky. Not really dreaming about girls.

"It's Historia Reiss," the soldier stated with a deadpan glare on par. "Maybe she told him something interesting."

"Yeah, she could have done that too," the wizard muttered.

Rivaille huffed and looked around him. There wasn't any Titan at sight and he was bored out of his wits. So bored that he was even considering chatting with Potter.

"Are you perhaps bored?" The latter asked lightly.

The soldier rolled his eyes and huffed again.

"Well, I am," Harry shrugged and flopped on his back. His head ended on Rivaille's thighs and the lance corporal glanced at the man's face.

Harry had his eyes closed and a faint smile on his chapped lips. The mild September sun had given him a faint tan as well and the soldier's eyes followed some tan lines on the wizard's neck.

"Say, flea," Harry added and Rivaille growled because he hated that nickname. "What do you do when you're bored out of your mind?"

"I go on a patrol," the soldier deadpanned.

"Why doesn't it surprise me," the other commented as he rolled his eyes. "Anything else that you do on your vacation days?"

"Finding my husband in an abandoned village."

Rivaille widened his eyes in surprise when he saw the wizard blush vividly at his answer and he froze when the man quickly turned his head to hide his blush against his stomach. The soldier felt his heart stop when he clearly felt the other's nose against his navel and he furrowed his brows when he felt his face begin to get warm.

"What about you, fucker?" Rivaille asked so he could quickly change the way his thoughts were going.

Like how hot Harry's breathing was or how soft his hair seemed to be. He could almost taste that strange coppery feeling around him and the soldier gulped discreetly.

"Nothing much," the man answered with a light shrug.

Rivaille tensed even more, the wizard's chin had touched something else when he had shrugged. Something that wasn't his navel. Nor his stomach.

"Sometimes, I read a book. Or I clean. It helps me relax," Harry added while smiling melancholically.

'Fuck it,' Rivaille thought harshly as he raised a hand and put it swiftly on the wizard's dark hair.

He dug his fingers in that sinly soft hair and wrapped some of those raven tresses around his fingers while he forced the other man to lift his head.

The latter opened his eyes in surprise and gasped when he noticed how close the lance corporal's lips was to his head.

"Rivaille?" The wizard breathed nervously as his nose was at mere inches from the soldier's. "What are you..."

"Fuck it," Rivaille repeated and this time aloud. "I'm bored. Let's do it."

Harry's eyes widened in shock and he tried to back away. But he quickly find out that the soldier had a vice grip on his hair and he winced.

"W-what?" The wizard stammered while his blush returned tenfolds. "Are you nuts?"

"Potter, who's the one who always wakes up with morning wood, huh?" Rivaille retorted calmly and Harry felt his heartbeat quicken when he saw the soldier lick his lips deliberately slowly. "I'm not stupid, I also noticed how you always avoid looking at me in the showers. You want this probably more than me... So let's do it."

Harry blinked and tried to reboot his brain who seemed to have crashed at Rivaille's proposal.

"W-what?" the raven haired repeated weakly.

"Stop talking, Potter," the soldier snapped with a glare. "We're losing time for nothing."

And with that said, the lance corporal crushed his lips against the wizard's. The latter's blush only increased at the bold move and without even noticing it, he raised his torso and put his hands on the soldier's shoulders.

Harry opened reluctantly (or so he thought) his lips and Rivaille grunted. Probably because he didn't want to share his saliva with him, who knows.

But the kiss was slowly getting steamier and Harry was beginning to feel hot. And if what he felt against his knee wasn't one of Rivaille's numerous knifes, he could say that the soldier was getting to that point to.

But then, as Rivaille opened his mouth too and both of their tongues touched in a mind boggling move and Harry was so ready to just use his magic so he could invoke a mattress right there, they heard a distant boom and they quickly separated to look at what had exploded.

Trying to ignore with a vivid blush the trail of saliva that connected them briefly, Harry quickly regained his wits when he saw the dreaded black smoke.

"Who?" He said with a strained voice.

"Kirstein and Springer," was Rivaille's equal strained answer.

"Damn," the wizard muttered as he took his wand and flexed swiftly his wands while his not-husband verified the state of his tridimensional gear. "Talk about a cockblock..."

Alas, no sexy time in this chapter. Maybe the next. And Eren is now the new Sleeping Beauty.
