Fourteen:

Kyile's P.O.V.

For the next few days things kept getting better with my new family. I couldn't be happier finally I felt safe with sensei and my new brothers. And I could tell the

turtles were happy to because all of them wanted to spend more time with me Donnie was always happy to have my help in the lab, Leo and me would sometimes

meditate, Raph sometimes showed me some of his moves, and Mikey was trying to teach me how to skateboard and I couldn't ask for anything more. Except there

was still one thing. The turtles were still going out on their night patrols and as much as they told me it was ok and I had nothing about, it still really bothered me

when I saw them coming back to the lair, covered with bruises and sometimes it was worse. I hated it, and I hated it so much more because there was nothing I

could do. Until I got an idea but I had to ask the turtles first. We were all hanging out in the lair Leo was watching Space Heroes, Mikey was reading comics, Donnie

was on his laptop, Raph was teasing Leo about Space Heroes, and I was trying to figure out how to ask them my question. ''Hey guys'' said a familiar voice walking

into the room. I turned and saw April staring at me in shock. ''Kyile! your'e ok!'' she shouted and dropped her bag and hugged me. ''Hey April good to see you

again'' April smiled and them slapped Donnie on the arm. ''OW! what was that for?'' ''you know you could've texted me to let me know Kyile was home''. ''Sorry

April we were just happy to have her back we forgot'' said Leo ''so what's up?'' April went back to pick up her bag and pulled out her computer. ''You guys need to

see this someone took this video downtown''. We all gathered around April and her computer as she played the video of a familiar shadow came walking out a

building. ''A Kraang droid'' said Donnie ''Ah!'' Mikey screamed and hid behind me. ''Don't worry April we'll take care of it'' said Leo ''yeah we'll show those Kraang a

thing a two'' said Raph grinning. The turtles turned and went to go get ready. Well if I was going to ask them it was now or never. ''Guys wait there's something I

wanna ask you'' they turned and smiled at me ''sure Ky what's up?'' asked Mikey. I rubbed at my arm. ''Ok so, don't get mad at me but I wanna go out on patrol

with you''. The turtles frowned at me. ''ARE YOU CRAZY?!'' ''no way Ky it's too dangerous''said Leo, ''you could get hurt'' said Donnie, ''sorry Ky but their right'' said

Mikey, ''have you forgotten that the Kraang are still after you?'' said Raph. they all glared at me and Leo crossed his arms ''your'e going with us Ky''. ''Aw come on!

I hate this I hate having to keep seeing you guys coming back hurt! you guys have been training me for a while the least you can do is give me a chance''. ''Ky you

don't understand it's…'' ''She is right''. We all turned when we saw Master Splinter walk in and the turtles looked at him confused ''Sensei you think it's a good

idea?'' asked Leo. ''Yes so long as your'e sister promises to stay out of trouble if you run into danger''. Everyone looked towards me ''I promise to stay out of trouble

I really do''. ''Then she may go just be careful all of you'' and with that he walked out of the room. I grinned at them and Leo sighed. ''Alright come on let's get you

geared up''. I smiled and followed them to the dojo ''hey do I get a weapon?'' the turtles stared at me. ''Not yet Ky'' said Raph and I sighed. ''At least not a real one

yet this is a training sword be careful with it'' said Leo handing me the weapon. ''Cool'' I smiled and strapped it to my back. We walked back out of the dojo and April

was waiting for us ''be careful guys you to Ky'' ''don't worry April we'll be fine'' I said. Alright guys..and Ky let's head out'' said Leo and we raced out of the lair.

A few minutes later...

''This is so cool!'' ''shh Ky! ninjas are supposed to be silent'' said Leo. After we got out of the sewers, we headed to the rooftops and started running across the

rooftops it was amazing. ''Oh just ignore Leo Ky he goes into boring leader mode when were on patrol'' said Raph running next to me. ''Hey!'' ''sorry bro it's true''. I

laughed a little as Mikey appeared on my other side. ''Your'e doing well for a beginner Ky'' ''thanks I learned from the best'' ''aw you're just saying that''. We kept

running across the rooftops until we reached a huge space between the next roof and the roof we were on. Leo, Mikey, and Raph jumped over and Donnie picked

me up and jumped over with me. ''So how much farther do we have to go?'' ''Ky where here'' said Leo. ''Oh'' Donnie took out his telescope and started keeping a

lookout. ''Kraang at five o' clock'' Leo took the telescope from him and took a look ''there stocking up on mutagen we better get down there''. The others nodded

and started heading down to fight the Kraang and I started to follow until Leo stopped me. ''Stay here Ky don't move'' ''But Leo I wanna…'' I stopped when Leo

stared me with his arms crossed. ''I'll stay here'' ''don't worry this won't take long'' he took out his katanas and jumped off the roof. I started hearing the Kraang's

laser guns going off so I knew the fighting had started. I picked up the telescope that Leo put down and took a look at what was going on. Leo and Raph were

slicing Kraang while trying not to get shot at, Donnie was knocking out Kraang with his bo staff and Mikey was charging towards them. ''BOOYAKASHA!'' Mikey

wrapped his kursaigma chain around a Kraang droid and was about to throw it when the Kraang droid grabbed it and threw Mikey over it's shoulder and knocked

Mikey to the ground and readied it's gun to fire at Mikey. I gasped the others were so busy they didn't see what was happening. I didn't even realize what I was

doing until I picked up a rock ''leave him alone!'' I shouted and I threw the rock at the Kraang's head and smiled as it hit the Kraang in the head. Until the Kraang

saw me. ''Oh no'' ''It is the experiment the experiment which is known as experiment z that Kraang has been looking for'' and it started heading towards me.''Ky

no!'' Leo shouted and attacked the Kraang droid from behind. The fighting stopped and next thing I knew, I was in Leo's arms as we running away from the fight. A

few blocks later, Leo put me down and Leo, Donnie, and Raph stared at me. ''I thought you were gonna stay out of trouble Ky'' said Leo. ''I did'' ''That's what it

didn't look like that to me''said Raph. ''Aw come on!'' ''what were thinking Ky?'' said Donnie, ''I was thinking I was gonna save Mikey since you guys were busy

fighting!'' they fell silent. ''She's right guys she save me from the Kraang shooting at me'' said Mikey. Leo sighed ''sorry Ky just be more careful next to time'' I

nodded ''I will'' the turtles smiled and Raph tussled my hair. ''glad ur ok kiddo'' I smiled and we started heading home.

3rd Person's P.O.V.

Meanwhile…

Back at TCRI the Kraang were in a conference call. With the Shreder. ''Kraang was not able to get all of the mutagen the Kraang and the Shredder had hoped for

the ones who are known as the turtles got in the way. Shredder slammed his fist. ''Curses those turtles are always getting in the way of my plans'' ''Kraang, there

is one good thing to come out of our failure the location of experiment z''. ''What is this experiment z you speak of?'' ''experiment z is an experiment that escaped

from Kraang a few months ago''. ''Kraang has given experiment z powers experiment z can read minds and will get visions when bad things are about to happen''.

The Kraang brought up a picture of Kyile and Shredder smiled ''how very interesting'' Shredder snapped his fingers and the foot clan soldiers appeared ''keep an eye

out for the turtles and a girl who maybe with them''. ''As soon as you find them, bring the girl to me unharmed''. The foot clan nodded and disappeared. Shredder

turned and looked at the picture. ''Prehaps I could use this girl''.
