Crim clutched his fist tightly, blood boiling in his veins his teeth gritted against themselves as he heard Cerceta following behind him. She was mumbling an apology before he stopped suddenly just short of the arena exit. Cerceta bumped into his back unaware of his stance, she continued to mumble and clutched his arm continuing her whispers as his eyes begin to twitch.

Yang and Pyrrha starred in curiosity as well as the rest of the crowd, port eyed the two suspiciously before Crim made a small yet powerful motion. He swung his right arm around and knocked Cerceta across her head with his forearm putting all his weight behind it, knocking her to the ground as she let out a painful yelp.

"You…," His voice harbored a deep malice tone. "You're so…so useless…,"

"Crim!" Port called rushing over to the pair. "What is the meaning of this? Striking your own partner? What's gotten into you?"

"And you…," he continued. "Just some has band Hunter,"

"Excuse me!?" Port asked baffled by the young students tone. "You're on dangerous terms young man I suggest you watch your tone,"

"Crim!" Jaune yelled entering the ring as Pyrrha followed shortly behind him with Yang and Blake waiting just a few feet from the entrance. "What the hell are you doing? How could you treat someone so horribly?"

Crim's head slowly turned to see the blonde over his shoulder, an almost bewildered eye peering angrily towards Jaune. The blue haired boy slowly turned towards Jaune and his expression was more comprised and serious.

"What do you know of horrible things?"

"Huh?"

"What's the worst you've done Jaune? What's the worst you've had to deal with?"

"Wh-what are you talking about Crim?"

"Aside for sneaking into beacon? Or was it dealing with Cardin… tell me which one was worse?"

"Hey what's gotten into you?" Jaune asked taking a few steps towards the blue haired boy. "Has Azure gotten to you? We're all friends here,"

The boy's serious face twitched then a smirk appeared across his face as he let out an uncontrollable laugh. He tossed his head back as tears rolled down his face and his arms wrapped around his stomach. Soon the laugh became more clear, the sheer manic and insane tone, there was no doubt.

"Friends?" He repeated. "Like I'd ever be friends with you!"

"Crim?" Jaune reached out to him and was met with a fist into his stomach knocking the wind out of his lungs. The blonde leader fell to his knees gasping for breath as he painfully looked up to see the wicked smile of the imposter.

"Hello Jaune," He said, the creepy smile not fading a bit. "You're as stupid as my brother,"

Jaune's eyes widened in horror as he realized who he was truly standing in front of. Before he could try to escape Azure's knee rocket into Jaune's chin and nose sent him backwards as blood trickled out from the leader's nose. As Jaune collapsed Pyrrha landed in front of Azure, Milo directed primarily at the man's neck, with port readying his blunder axe behind him Yang and Blake landed to his sides and readied themselves as well.

"Why are you here?" Yang barked her eyes blood red.

"Does it scare you? Azure glanced to her. "To know that your friends enemy is willing to risk an almost certain capture just to spite you?"

"You came here just to spite us?" Blake raised a brow as gambol shrouds blade clicked forwards from the pistol. "There's more to it than that, what are you really after?"

"Pyrrha it's been awhile since we've seen each other," Azure looked to the warrior before him ignoring Blake. "My, how you've blossomed,"

"Stow it Azure," She growled.

"Oh so feisty," His voice had a tone of affectionate at her sneer. "You know I love feisty women,"

"Tell us why you came here," She narrowed her sight on him.

"I came…for you,"

"What?" Pyrrha's took a half step back careful on what he could mean.

"You came here to take Pyrrha?" Yang asked cocking one her gauntlets.

"Indeed," Azure smiled. "You see when Pyrrha and I first met, I showed her what life was like…as a bad girl,"

"That was a brief time also Azure," She growled.

"Oh my dear, remember it was the time of your life," He looked into her eyes almost demandingly. "You had fun, you felt so alive didn't you?"

"I feel more alive alongside my friends here," She took a more casual stance as Port ready a strike for the young man.

The large professor charged towards the imposter swinging with the intent to at least sever a limb. Azure glanced back to see the large mass barreling towards him, he stepped back moving his right shoulder towards the teacher before catching the man and flipping him over his body and dropping him hard unto the Arena floor grabbing the blunder axe as the teacher fell.

"Well well," he chuckled. "Looks like the tables have turned and I have a gun… axe…weapon,"

"You can't beat all three of us," Yang tensed getting ready to strike if the guy even made a motion towards her.

"Pyrrha," Azure spoke smoothly. "I'll leave right now and no one will get hurt, but you must come with me,"

"You can't be serious," Blake growled.

"There's no way Pyrrha would go with you," Yang clenched her fists even tighter causing them to grow sore.

"I can easily defeat you all," Azure's tone sounding confident. "you know it too, I'm not being arrogant, so Pyrrha lets spare the bloodshed and you and I can live happily ever after together,"

"So if I go with you you'll give up trying to kill Crim," Pyrrha eyed him. "Even if he survives his coma?"

"Warriors honor Pyrrha," Azure's smile faded, he was serious! "We'll run away and have a little family together,"

"You're not taking her anywhere," Jaune panted slowly getting to his feet. He wiped his nose unto his sleeve leaving a trail of thick red blood as he slowly unsheathed his sword and his sheath expanded into the double crescent shield.

"Oh ho!" Azure smirked watching Jaune rise. "Mr. Ark your quite the warrior, too bad you should know when not to play with the big boys,"

"Jaune don't fight him, he's to strong,"

"And let you go with him? Never,"

"Jaune, we have a chance to ensure Crim will live a normal life-

"By letting one of his closest friends go off with his sociopathic brother!?"

"Hey I take offense to that," Azure's smile faded, now annoyed by the clearly raged leader.

"Pyrrha, Crim would love to have a chance to live like us," Jaune looked to her with fire in his eyes. "But if he was here right now, he wouldn't let anyone go off with Azure, not if it meant one of his friends surrendering to the likes of him!"

The longer Azure starred at him the more it made him sick to his stomach, he clenched his fist and slowly walked towards the blonde. As he began to move Yang and Blake jumped to intervened as Azure caught Yang's fist and roundhouse black across the face. Flipping Yang over him he kicked the middle of her back and sent her into the stands. Pyrrha watched as her friends her sent into the crowd and she tried to strike put was disarmed and elbowed to her face.

"Pyrrha!" Jaune rushed towards Azure charging Shield first into him. Jaune felt him crash into Azure's body but only managed a few feet after contact, Azure gripping his shield tightly.

"You want to play in the big leagues Jaune?" Azure's voice had no humor left in it. "Then let's go, I have no weapons and if I win your team mate becomes my bride to be,"

"You can try," Jaune glared at him over his shield. "But you're never taking Pyrrha from me,"

Azure smirked cocking his fist back and laying into the man's shield. Jaune grunted as each punch hit and bumped him, but his eyes widened as he saw his shield begin to crack and slowly open. Jaune quickly threw his shield up into Azure's face causing him to flip back in defense.

Azure smirked confidently as Jaune ready himself, bracing his shield in front of him and readying his sword similar to how Pyrrha held Milo and Akouo. Azure rushed to him again readying a punch while Jaune parried and swung his sword had in every direction near the imposter.

"You have horrible aim," Azure mocked him while dodging Jaune's swings.

"Then try this!" Jaune pulled back and tried a stab but failed as Azure leapt and back flipped away. Azure stood up and began rotating his right shoulder as if he was warming up, he also twisted his neck to the left and right as cracks and pops were loud enough for Jaune to hear.

"Well then," Azure narrowed his eyes. "I'm done playing, time to die Jaune,"

Azure turned his back to him, stretching still as Jaune contemplated weather this would just be a ruse or an actual time to strike. He even briefly wondered if he was surprising him by not attacking. Azure then glanced back at him with a sly smirk.

"Guess I should have made it clearer," Azure turned back to face him and lifted his arms wide. "You have one free shot, take it and make it good,"

Jaune didn't hesitate he charged forward and swung his sword, bringing it down hard into Azure's body. He heard the breaking of skin and Jaune looked to see Azure had caught his sword, his hand was bleeding so he did damage but he didn't seem like Azure was in any pain, why!?

Suddenly Jaune felt light headed, he looked to his sword as it was glowing white. His aura? He followed it to his hands and saw that the glow was dimming and his aura was leaving the blade and flowing into Crim's hand.

"You can… steal aura?" Jaune grunted trying to plunge the sword more than trying to free it.

"Steal? No, I don't do that," Azure tossed Jaune aside releasing his sword as he stumbled back. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a small vial of dark liquid. "This is the reason I'm able to take aura,"

"What is that? Poison?"

"You really are dim witted," azure chuckled. "It's a concoction of two different herbs, one is called magnenta and the other is called Auroma,"

"Magnenta? Auroma?"

"The Magnenta gives off a magnetic attraction but when mixed with Auroma which already attracts Aura, you have a special drink that gives me the ability to sap you of all your precious Aura,"

As Jaune weakly listened to Azure's rant, the man put the vial back in his pocket and approached him. Azure looked over the defeated warrior and smiled wickedly again as he punched his in the jaw knocking him down. Pyrrha painfully looked to see Jaune being attacked, but couldn't summon her strength to stop him.

"Don't worry Jaune, I'll tell your family how died like an idiot," Azure chuckled, punching him again as Jaune let out a painful whimper. "You never should've played with the big boys,"

"Azure!" Pyrrha coughed. "That's enough, please,"

Azure looked to Pyrrha and his smile softened slightly as he stood up and walked away from Jaune. He noticed that campus that was full before was now all but empty he chuckled to himself and realized that the old headmaster must be nearby to swoop in and end his party.

"Jaune, are you okay?" Pyrrha asked she crawled over to him, she gently put her hand on his cheek.

"No," He said weakly. "I failed to protect you,"

"Jaune," She spoke softly. "I'm happy you fought for me, you were incredible, you lasted longer than yang, Blake or I could have,"

"I still failed you Pyrrha…," Jaune coughed as tears fell down his cheek.

"You have no idea how happy I am that you fought for me, Jaune,"

"Pyrrha," azure said lifting her up and tossing her over his shoulder. "We need to go Ozpin is crashing my party, and I really don't want to deal with party crashers,"

"Jaune, I'm so happy that the guy I love fought for me," Pyrrha smiled to him small tears escaping her eyelids. Jaune laid there, stunned. The guy she…she loved? Pyrrha liked me? Pyrrha loved me!?

As Azure leapt into the air he was grabbed by his legs as the group came crashing back down to earth. Azure looked to see Jaune on his Legs, he began to kick and stomp and the blonde, defeated leader.

"What the hell are you doing?" Azure growled. "You got a death wish?"

"No one's taking the only girl who cares about me!" Jaune aggressively crawled to Azure punching his face and chest over and over again. Each jab sapped more and more aura until he laid another into Azure's chin.

Azure grinned behind the fist, he was really an idiot. He's throwing all of his aura away and soon he'll die from not having enough of it! Jaune pulled his fists back and continues to lay into the blue haired man. Wait how can he have this much energy? Yang got winded after a few jabs! Blake and Pyrrha were weak after he struck them and stole little of the aura…how is he still going!?

Pyrrha watched as her energy slowly returned to her. As she watched Jaune she couldn't believe it, his aura was burning! It was shining and glowing so brightly, had Jaune unlocked all of his aura? Finally Pyrrha came back to reality pulling Jaune off Azure as the blue haired man kicked the duo away from him and scrambled to his feet. He sniffed profusely then cupped his nose, he was bleed!?

"Jaune Ark," He roared. "Your lucky today, but you'll die along with my brother the next time we meet,"

Azure leapt away towards the cliffs as Jaune could feel Pyrrha holding him, he felt weak and tired, then suddenly sleepy. Jaune's eyes slowly closed then there was sweet sleep. When Jaune finally woke up he found himself in the hospital and surrounded by his team mates.

"Jaune you're awake!" Pyrrha smiled hugging him tightly causing him to whimper and yelp in pain. "Sorry,"

"What happened?" Jaune asked looking around.

"You beat Azure!" Nora Cheered.

"Well defeated would mean he'd be in custody you more or less fended him off," Ren smirked to him.

"What about Team RWBY?"

"There in the next room," Pyrrha sighed. "Yang had a small concussion from getting thrown into the stands but she shrugged it off after a few hours, and Blake only had some cuts and bruises,"

"What about Weiss is she alright after the shot?"

"The doctors were able to remove the bullet," Ren stated. "She'll be fine as long as Ruby doesn't keep hugging her,"

"Jaune," Pyrrha started her face shade or red. "I... about what I said… in the arena,"

"Pyrrha, if I would've known," Jaune scratched the back of his head.

"I was in the moment and I was weak from the aura Azure took and i…"

"I love you Pyrrha…"

"What?" her eyes widened and her face turned to the color of her hair.

"You heard me didn't you?" Jaune chuckled. "I said I love you… if it wasn't for you…well maybe you wouldn't be here, I wouldn't of had the strength to fight to my dying breath to save you,"

"Jaune," She whispered her eyes tearing as she put her hand over her mouth.

"I'm sorry I worried you, but what I said back there was true," he smiled looking down to his hands. "I guess I just…

Jaune was interrupted as Pyrrha's hands pulled his face to see hers, her lips locked with his and silenced him. Pyrrha closed her eyes and kissed deeply as Jaune, shocked at first relaxed and closed his as well. As they kissed both their auras began to glow dimly and when Pyrrha finally borke the kiss a tear escaped her.

"Don't ever do that again ok?" She smiled. "Don't get yourself killed,"

"Ok Pyrrha,"

"Awww!" Nora cooed interrupting their moment. "Pyrrha and Jaune sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G!"

"Nora," Ren put a hand on her shoulder as she smiled innocently. "I think they're embarrassed enough,"

"Ok Ren," Nora smiled widely as the two were both blushing so hard they looked like fresh tomatoes.

Three quick knocks came from the door as the team mates looked and the door slowly swung open. Ruby stepped through and she looked as though she had seen a ghost, her eyes wide and almost as if she was scared.

"Ruby what's wrong?" Jaune asked.

"Guys come quickly," Ruby gulped. "Crim woke up,"
