It's been years.

A few days ago I checked in on my facfiction account for nostalgia's sake – I've spent most of my high school career on this website, it brought me back to simpler times. After I finished cringing over the writing and the format of this story, I looked to the reviews out of curiosity. And I couldn't believe it. People as recent as last year were still praising this work, and continued to hold out hope that one day I would update it again. It surprised me so, that I logged in on my account (I can't believe I remembered the email and password and gained access after ONE try) and checked the traffic flow on this. And I was stunned to see this story was still very much active – I couldn't believe it.

I stopped years ago due to writer's block. But after one too many years had passed, I couldn't imagine anyone was still interested in reading this story after so long – I don't even know if the people who loved it so dearly are still even active on here. I didn't bother to update it, but I always hoped one day I would. It was this story was what got me into writing.

My hope renewed after seeing the reviews and traffic – I want to finish this. It deserves to get finished after collecting dust through the years. So that's what this note is all about, just to let you all know – those who are still interested and active - that I am currently rewriting the first chapter and planning to reconstruct the whole story, to make it better.

I was eleven when I first started writing this, I was very much immersed in Inuyasha and Kingdom Hearts at the time. I'm twenty-four now, still waiting on Kingdom Hearts III and never saw the last season of Inuyasha, though I've always been meaning to because it sounded like it ended on a good note. My writing/vocabulary has improved since then (at least I hope it did), though I can't say the same for my grammar. I want to give this story the return it deserves where it's well written and flows nicely.

What to expect:

Some clunky unnecessary parts will be removed, but don't worry the story will remain very much the same and continue to head in the direction as it was initially intended with better pacing (I can NOT believe chapters 2-10 all took place in a day).

Characters will be as close to In Character as my memory permits. Alongside with some research I should be able to manage this. How well will this be executed? We shall see.

The Miyu character will be removed – I'm not sure as to why I included her in the first place. She's not a character from either universe and she certainly does not contribute anything to the plot.

What next:

The Outline for the revamped Chapter I has been completed – Chapter I reconstruction currently in progress.

I want to rename this story. I know it went through a name change before, but after the time that has passed it calls for a new title (it just feels right). If you have any suggestions please feel free to PM me.

Update the summary - It's trash.

Update chapter titles (maybe).

Apparently stories can have cover images now – need to get me one of those. I'm garbage at art so if any of you fans out there have anything lying around or want to whip something up hmu – it would be very much appreciated! It would be nice to see a cover on this.
