I know it's been a long time since I updated but I wanted to come up with the right chapter, I think I have, please read and review.

Mary sat at her desk in her classroom and Dale sat at his little desk on the other side of the room when a knock comes on the door. Mary then said:

"Come in"

In comes a Coast guard major, he carried with him a leather briefcase. Mary looked up at the handsome man who had grey at his temples then she said,

"Hello, how can I help you?"

She held out her hand for him to shake, he shook her hand then told her:

"Hello, I'm Major Ian Hyzy, I'm here to talk to..."

He reached in his pocket, pulled out a small notebook and opened it then read something then closed it and put it back in his pocket then said,

"I'm here to talk to Dale."

Dale hears his name mentioned, he raised his head to look at the man then Mary asked, "Dale? What do you want to talk to him about?"

The man looked over at the young man then he said,

"Professor Griffith contacted us and he said that Dale seems to have have known the crew and passengers of the S.S. Minnow and we have some pictures here to show him to we can get verification."

Mary looked over at Dale then said, "Come here Dale."

Dale happily got up, walked over then Mary introduced him to the major, they shook hands then the Major asked,

"Dale, I understand on the island you were on that there was some other people."

Dale shook his head then Professor Griffith came in the room, Mary introduced the men to each other then Major Hyzy continued to ask Dale,

"Dale, I have some pictures with me, they are pictures of the people who were supposedly on that Island with you; could I show them to you?"

Dale happily shook his head then the first pictures are of the Howells. Dale looked at them then smiled then said, "That's the Howells...he let me sleep with teddy."

Mary, the Professor and the Major all smile then Professor Griffith said,

"Thurston Howell tried to keep it a secret but his staff let it slip that he slept with one."

Mary smiled then the Major showed Dale a picture of Mary Ann then Dale said,

"That's Mary Ann. She's nice."

Mary looked up at Griffiths then said, "We met her sister about a year after Dale came to us, remember?"

Dale thought about it then said, "Yes! Yes, I do!"

Then the Major showed Dale a picture of Ginger then Dale said, "Ginger !"

Dale reached in his back pocket then got out his comb and started combing his hair then said, "Ginger taught me this."

Major Hyzy said, "Ginger Grant, the movie actress. Hollywood went in mourning when she disappeared."

Mary then whispered, "The movie...The Fireball. He watched that movie every time it came on. And he loves her other movies."

He then showed him a picture of Roy Hinkley then Dale said, "Professor, he's smart. He came up with the balloon idea."

The Major then finally put down pictures of the Skipper and Gilligan, Dale smiled a wide grin then he said, "Gilligan! Skipper! They're my buddies!"

Major Hyzy then looked at Mary and Professor Griffith then said, "Well, that's proof enough for me."

Mary then asked, "What happens now? Do you go rescue them?"

Major Hyzy put the pictures back in the briefcase then said, "I wish it was as easy as that. We have an idea where the balloon came from but we need more than that."

He looked at Dale who just looked at him back in confusion then the Major asked, "Dale, do you think you could take us back to the island?"

Dale thought about it then he walked over to the window then said, "You go that way."

The Major smiled then he said, "Thank you Dale but we need more than that."

He turned to Mary then asked, "Are you his teacher?"

Mary nodded her head then said, "I am, Dale is at 10th grade level, where he should be."

The Major thought about it then asked, "He doesn't know wind direction does he? Any navigational skills that could help us?"

Mary shook her head sadly than said, "I'm sorry but we haven't covered any of that. "

Dale quickly walked back over to them then asked, "Will that help get them off the island?"

Mary Hyzy then said, "Yes son, it will."

Dale smiled then said, "Then I'll learn, anything to help my friends. They helped me so I will help them."l

The Major and everybody smiled then the Major asked Mary:

"What kind of student is he?"

Mary looked at him then said, "Oh, he's near genius level, I don't see him taking long to learn things."

Ian looked at Dale then said, "He looks familiar, I feel as if I've seen him before."

Professor Griffith said, "I've felt that before."

"Well, please keep teaching him Miss Loutis."

She looked at Professor Griffith then said, "I might not be his teacher for much longer, the school feels he should be let loose, that he's old enough to be on his own."

Hyzy's eyes darken then he said, "Well, we can't have that; he's too important to this project to get those people. Put me before the board Professor, I'll get them to change their mind."

Mary nearly jumps with excitement, and Griffiths nearly shouts with joy while Dale goes over to get a map of the Hawaiian islands and starts studying them.

Back on Gilligan's Island, Ginger blows out candles on a small round birthday cake. They all yell yeah and Gilligan then asked, "Can I blow the candles out next year?"

Skipper nodded his head then said "Yes little Buddy, you can. I got to say Professor, this was a good idea you had years ago to celebrate Casper's birthday."

"Well, I know he won't celebrate it, not knowing the day so we can do it for him, besides,it's good for morale around here. We need to do something to help us forget it's been nearly 13 years on the island."

Skipper's face slightly falls then he said flatly,

"Yes, thank you Professor."

Professor watched his wife, Mary Ann cut the coconut cake and hand out slices to each person, she looked up at Roy and winked.
