I don't own Bones.
Ooooooooooooooooooo
Tired, Booth had been stuck in his office all afternoon, on the phone, trying to track down a witness when Agent Glen White walked into his office. Seeing Booth on the phone, Agent White sat down on the chair across from Booth's desk and waited patiently.
Annoyed that White wasn't going to go away, Booth finished his call and glared at White. "What's up, Glen? I'm busy."
Bravely, Glen decided to ignore Booth's glaring looks. "Hey, you're a hockey fan, right?"
Not sure where this was going, Booth tried to be patient. "I sure am, why you asking?"
Holding up his right hand, Glen rubbed two tickets together. "My brother-in-law gave me two tickets to the game this coming Saturday afternoon, but I can't use them. The wife's mother's birthday is this weekend and I can't get out of going to the dinner the family has planned for her. Would you like my tickets? Free of charge. All you have to do is keep me in mind, when you have tickets you can't use in the future."
Now pleased to see Agent White, Booth smiled at the kind gesture. "You bet. You've got a deal. The next time I have tickets I can't use, they're yours."
Grateful that Booth could use the tickets. Glenn stood up, handed the tickets over to Booth and smiled. "Thank God. I really hated the idea of good tickets just going to waste."
Watching his agent leave the office, Booth's gaze turned towards his free tickets. "Cool. Maybe I can get Bones to go with me."

Arriving home that evening, Booth found that he had beat Brennan home and was realized that gave him time to cook dinner. Deciding that he wanted spaghetti for dinner, Booth immediately got to work. He wanted to be done before Brennan got home, that way she wouldn't be able to sneak any vegetables in to his sauce like she usually tried to do.

Brennan was working on a set of bones in Limbo when she realized that the time must be getting late. Looking at her watch, she saw that it was 8:40 p.m. Surprised that Booth hadn't called her yet, she left Limbo, went by her office to pick up her purse and left the Lab. Arriving home, Brennan opened the door to her apartment and was surprised that the TV wasn't on. She hadn't checked to see if Booth's SUV was in the guest parking spot in the parking garage, but she was certain he'd be home by now. Curious, she searched the apartment, but couldn't find Booth. She found signs that he had been there, a pot of sauce was on the back of the stove and a pot of water was next to it. Both pots were cool to the touch and that made her wonder what was going on. Nervously, Brennan took her phone out of her purse and called Booth.
The phone rang for awhile before he finally answered the phone. "Uh, Booth."
"Booth, where are you? I just came home to find that you weren't here. Is anything wrong? Did you get called out on a case?"
Booth Sounded a little slurry and happy. "Bones. It's my Bones. Hi, Bones."
Shaking her head, Brennan tried to understand what was going on. "Booth where are you? What's going on?"
"I'm with Max, Bones. I'm with Max at the Founding Fathers . . . Bones, I need you to come get me. Can you come get me now, Bones?"
"I don't understand, what are you doing at the Founding Fathers, Booth?" Brennan was worried that she didn't understand why Booth needed her to come get him.
Speaking quietly into his phone, Booth tried to make his partner understand that he needed her. "He kidnapped me, Bones. Come and get me before something happens that happens that I don't want to happen because it might happen . . . do you see?"
Brennan realized that Max was up to something and that it probably meant that Booth did need her. Worried that Max had drugged Booth or worse, she assured her lover. "I'll be right there. Don't go anywhere with my father. Do you understand Booth? You have to stay right there."
"Of course, I understand you, Bones. I'm not that far gone. Of course, I'll stay here . . . I have to stay here, Max. My Bones said you can't take me anywhere else. No you can't use my phone. Nope, you're in trouble now. She's coming so you"
Hearing the call end, Brennan ran out of the door and down to the garage to her car. Max had better not hurt Booth. If he knows what's good for him, he better not have done anything to Booth. Oh that man!
Oooooooooooooooooooo
Entering the Founding Fathers, Brennan looked around until she found Booth and her father sitting at table located towards the back of the bar. Walking towards the table, she saw Booth sitting at the table looking at Max. Max's back was towards her, so he wasn't aware that she was there.
Grateful that Brennan had finally arrived, Booth partly stood up and then abruptly sat back down. With a surprised look, Booth looked at Brennan and complained. "It's Max's fault you know. He pulled a gun on me and made me come here. He said he'd shoot my boys if I didn't come with him. He said I had to drink to happiness, to the baby. I'm not drunk you know. I can hold my liquor. I want to go home, Bones . . . He threatened to shoot my nuts off."
Shaking his head, Max protested Booth's drunken story. "I didn't do any such thing. I just asked him to go out with me tonight to celebrate the happy news I got the other day. He didn't want to come with me and well um, . . . Look he just got carried away when I started pouring drinks and now he forgets that he came with me voluntarily."
Glaring at Max, Booth shook his finger at him. "You know it's a crime to kidnap a fedral offser agent don't you? I can rest you and send you to jail. Yes, I can."
Max, seeing the look on his daughter's face said, tried to mitigate his circumstances. "It just was a toy gun, look at it." Pulling out a realistic looking gun, Max slid the gun across the table towards Brennan.
Seeing the gun, Booth made a grab for it and picked it up. Looking at it closely, he then pointed the barrel at Max. "So . . . if I shoot you, you won't die? Let's see if that's true."
Concerned for Booth and her father, Brennan put her hand on the gun and reasoned with her boyfriend. "Booth, give me the gun. I need it for a case I'm working on."
Since she needed the gun, Booth smiled at her request. "Of course, Bones . . . Here." Handing the gun to Brennan, Booth glared at Max. "You're lucky my Bones needs that for her case or I'd make you eat it you bastard."
Rolling his eyes, Max turned to look at his daughter. "Honey, I just wanted to celebrate your happiness that's all. I dropped by your apartment and found Booth by himself. The gun's a toy and I used it as a joke. You know me. I wouldn't hurt your boyfriend and certainly not his jewels. I might want more grandkids. I just wanted to celebrate. He didn't want to come so I just used the gun as a joke to make him come with me. It was just a joke, I swear."
Leaning towards Brennan, Booth placed his hand on her hip. "Take me home, Bones. I want to go home. He wouldn't let me leave. I'm tired and I want to go home. He said he'd shoot my nuts off so I had to come. Don't be mad because I'm drunk."
Furious with her father. Brennan warned her father. "You better hope Booth doesn't remember this tomorrow. Joke or not, you shouldn't have made him come with you. You're a convicted felon. He could arrest you for this foolishness."
Putting her arm around Booth's waist she helped him get up from his chair.
Smiling at Max, Booth placed his arm around Brennan's shoulders and tried not to put too much weight on her. "I'm not drunk you know."
Shaking his head, Max laughed. "Yeah, okay and the moon is made of cheese."
Puzzled that Max would say something that ridiculous, Booth shook his head. "No, it's not. That's a lie. The moon is made of . . . " Pausing, Booth looked at Brennan. "The moon isn't made of cheese is it Bones? You'd tell me that if it was true wouldn't you?"
Patiently, Brennan assured her very drunk boyfriend, "Yes, I would." Giving her father a very stern look, Brennan helped Booth out to her car.
