The crowd cheered for what seemed like forever after Sakura sung her song. At the moment I couldn't breathe or even think as I stared at her soft smile and gentle eyes. Her normal mysterious nature and sexy looks were gone at the moment. All I could see was an innocent girl working hard for something.
Turning away I made a quick phone call. When I hung up Sakura was beginning to walk up to me. "Nice job out there." I told her simply and began to head out into the parking lot when she grabbed my arm and pulled me back before kissing me.
"Please be mine, Gaara." She whispered making me sigh against her lips then turn take a step back smirking at her. A frown then covered my lips as I shook my head.
"You have stolen my heart but… I don't want to be with you Sakura. I'm quitting my job at the magazine. Please don't talk or look for me ever again." I said then turned away and left.
"You might not realize it Gaara, but you've stolen mine as well. It all started the night we danced." She replied then we both turned the other way and left.
"So you two loved each other?"Temari asked with a blank voice and face. I nodded as Kankuro, Temari, and I all dragged ourselves into the limo.
"We don't go well together." I said simply just as a text popped up on my phone. It was from Sasuke.
"U TOOK CARE OF SAKU'S DEBT?!" It said making me pause then sigh. I hoped they wouldn't find out so soon. Instantly I replied.
"I quit our job. I'll miss you guys." I replied making an instant reply appear.
"DO U STILL WANT DA COLOR OF DA DAY?" He asked making my face go white then red. Kankuro and Temari looked at the text and didn't get why I was so embarrassed. Hastily I replied with "YES!!!!!"
