*Diary entry: one*

Time rolls into one painful, unending moment. Without the sustenance that I have come to rely so heavily upon, I find that the energy I once possessed now falters and fades, my mental faculties dwindle to a shadow of its former glory and I can't think straight.

Is this what Hell is meant to feel like?

I have never been a religious woman, believing that no other than myself controls my fate and suffering other than I. But in this time, I begin to believe that some higher power is punishing me for a crime I have no memory of committing.

If you ever read this Hannibal, long after I have fallen to the loss of my beloved sugar, that higher power, sure as Hell is hot and the arctic is cold, is DEFINITELY NOT you. You've got more hope of pigs flying than me ever believing that.

In this most difficult of time, I had hoped that I could rely upon the support of the man who claims to be my mate. before this event I had begun to believe that, despite my lack of memory and clear reasoning that this entire world I find myself in is simply an intensely realistic coma dream, we had a connection and understanding that went beyond mere friendship. But the enemy has infiltrated even the sole place I was hoping to call my safe haven. Will now acts as an agent in the forces that conspire against me, holding hostage the one thing that will maintain my sanity until I awaken to my own world. I can only hope that the evil one, Hannibal 'ass-hat' Lecter, has not yet corrupted the mind of my only comrade and partner in shared confusion.

Felicia. I pray to any god or deity that will hear my plea that you remain strong and fight against the temptation that Lecter clearly possesses for you. Whilst I have fallen victim to his menace, you must defeat him. In any way possible.

*End of entry one*

Sera held the pen with shaking hands as she stared at the little note book that she'd stolen from Will's writing desk. She could feel the withdrawal racking through her system as she gritted her teeth and looked up towards the second presence within the room, eyes slit into a menacing glare as he stared at her in a mixture of his own worry and disbelief.

"What are you staring at? You got a problem with me writing in a diary, gonna take my diary away as well?"

He cringed at the harshness of her tone, once again regretting his decision to follow Hannibal's advice. But he still couldn't quite believe how quickly she'd deteriorated into withdrawal as she curled herself tighter around the little book and pushed herself closer to the corner, teeth bared and eyes crazed.

"I'm not going to take it off you Sera! Christ, It's only been 5 hours!"

Hannibal kept his face blank as he stared at the Omega across the kitchen counter from him, still clad in the evening dress she had worn for their dinner with Chilton and forehead planted firmly against the surface of the counter as she muttered profanities to herself. It was not a very becoming look for her.

"Dearest, at least correct your posture when muttering crudities under your breath"

Her head flew up as she glared daggers of ice at him, his expression remaining unreadable as she snarled her reply.

"The FUCK were you thinking? Do you even realise how many levels of Hell are going to reign down on you now that you've done this. Sera can't function like a human being without sugar, she's hooked on the stuff!"

She gave groan of frustration as a gleam of amusement came to his eye and he moved around the island to stand beside her, his fingers moving to trace the column of her throat as he spoke.

"I am fully aware of my actions, I am simply applying the methods that I used upon you to help Sera retrieve some of her own memories. I believe that, by goading her temper, it will unearth some of those from the locked parts of her mind."

With a heavy thud, her head returned to the counter top, elbows on the surface as her hands reached up in exasperation. Hannibal grimaced slightly at the display, not liking how her back hunched or how the surface would leave a red mark upon her forehead.

"You know, for a man as intelligent as you are, with god knows how many credentials to your name, you really are a dumbass for thinking this was a good idea"

"I take offense to that Felicia. I pride myself on knowing the results of my actions before I execute them"

She shook her head without attempting to lift herself up.

"So you're expecting world war three? Well you can keep me well out of it. From now on, just call me Switzerland"

Hannibal chuckled as he returned to the other side of the counter and retrieved a key from his jacket pocket, unlocking one of the numerous draws beneath the sink and pulling out a shiny packet, it's rustling catching Felicia's attention as she stared at the Alpha with horror in her eyes. Kopi luwak.

"I wonder, can Switzerland be bribed by any chance?"

His lips were curled into a taunting smirk as his eyes danced with glee at the Omega before him, the remaining colour draining from her face as she seemed to be weighing up all of her options.

Felicia could feel her own withdrawal beginning to rear its ugly head as she watched him open the packet slightly and move it over the sink. What was he hoping to achieve with the? She could have scoffed at her own, brief, ignorance as the answer stormed into her mind. He was hoping for her aide in his goading of Sera's temper, to have her help in his experiment over the amnesia.

Could Switzerland really be bribed? She really didn't want to take part in this game of his, and she sure as hell didn't want to go up against Sera. He began to tilt the packet slightly, allowing a few of the grains of coffee to fall into the sink, her fists clenching as she fought the urge to wrestle the packet from his hands and save her precious ingredient. He was taunting her too, using her own addiction against her to get what he wanted. But such tactics could work both ways and, with her heat ebbing its way slowly into her system, it would only be a matter of days before the first signs of her own advantage began to make itself known.

"You're a bad man Hannibal Lecter. A very bad man... But I believe Switzerland's allegiance can be altered... If given the correct push"

She kept her reply vague as he returned the coffee too it's locked drawer, knowing that he thought he had beaten her in this negotiation. But if there was one thing Felicia couldn't abide, it was losing to anyone. She wasn't above using the effects of her heat to gain the upper hand and she sure as hell wasn't about to take Hannibal's side in this little war he'd created. The next time she saw Sera, they were definitely going to need to put their heads together because Hell was about to break loose.
