Quinn came to the house around 5am, Kelsey having called him shortly after Trixie was taken and Loretta calmed down a bit. The werewolf walked into the trailer with an easy gait, his ears picked up Eve's crying behind the closed bathroom door, Jamey, Alan, Edgar, and Sam were in the back yard going over strategies and weapon choices.

Knocking lightly on the open door after closing the storm door behind him he watched with light-brown eyes as Kelsey jerked a bit from dozing on the couch, the baby sleeping in her arms. Quinn smiled warmly at her, the woman absolutely glowed from being a mother, Loretta banged on a pot in the kitchen as she worked on making biscuits and eggs for the early breakfast everyone would be having, Quinn ignored the angry girl and quietly went to sit beside his dearest friend. Kelsey smiled at him, her brown eyes getting a bit watery at the sight of him, "Quinn!"

He carefully wrapped her and the baby in a gentle hug, "Hey baby cakes." He had not seen Kelsey since her fourth month of pregnancy, having business to attend to deep in the south; he missed the woman greatly.

The baby in her arms gurgled sleepily and Kelsey leaned down to kiss her on the forehead, the baby slowly opened her eyes and looked up at the two, "Emily Lynn, this is your Godfather Quinn. Quinn, this is Emily."

Quinn sat back and stroked a finger across the babies cheek, smiling genuinely at the baby girl as she blinked back at him, "Hey Emily, you look just like your mama…" looking up at Kelsey, "May I?" he asked, holding out his arms for the little girl.

Kelsey sat up a bit and nodded, gently easing Emily into his arms as he cooed at the baby. Kelsey cleared her throat, "I need you to watch over her for me while I go after my niece. You are the only one I trust outside of Edgar or Alan and they're going with me."

Quinn looked at her, and his eyes glowed briefly…she never could figure out why he did that sometimes when he looked at her. It was a normal thing now but when she was younger, she used to think it was so strange, even for a werewolf.

"Of course I'll watch over her Kelsey, I'll protect her with my life," as he said that she breathed out a breath and relaxed for a second, if she had to leave her baby for a while, there was no one else she knew who would be safer.

Loretta, walking into the living room with her hands on her hips, black cargo pants and a black tank top on with combat boots covering her feet. Two guns hung low on either of her hips and her black hair tied up in a French braid. She was ready to get her cousin back, her face was calm, in a hard mask, "Hi Quinn, Aunt Kelsey, breakfast is ready. I'll tell the others," and she marched out of the house and yelled at the guys round back.

Kelsey sat up, "I'll go get Eve."

Quinn watched as she went after the woman who had locked herself inside the bathroom before he turned back to the baby in his arms, "I don't know your cousin Trixie, but I do know your mommy and daddy will get her back. I'll take good care of you love."

Edgar walking in the door caused him to look up and they both stared at each other briefly before Edgar walked over and shook Quinn's hand firmly, then Edgar carefully took Emily from his arms and held her to his chest, kissing her forehead before walking to the kitchen table and sitting down. Alan smiled at Quinn and shook his hand warmly before grabbing a plate from Loretta who had already prepared them.

Sam went to Kelsey who stood outside the bathroom door, trying to coax Eve out to eat. "Evie, come on honey, you have to eat," Kelsey said and in reply she only got crying.

She looked at Sam who walked up with raised eyebrows, "She's been in there since you all went outside, and she won't come out." Sighing Sam moved in front of Kelsey and stood at the door, "Eve, babe? You got to come out, I know this is all very stressful and freaky but you gotta come out and pull yourself together for Trixie, she wouldn't want you like this."

Eve didn't answer and for a moment Sam waited, Eve flung open the door and almost hit Kelsey with it as the blonde moved back towards the kitchen, "WELL TRIXIE ISN'T HERE IS SHE? SHE'S GONE AND A FUCKING VAMPIRE HAS MY BABY AND THEY'RE NOT EVEN REAL!" the woman sobbed as she beat and slapped her husband before he grabbed her and held her in a tight hug.

Emily started crying and Edgar and Kelsey moved and worked to sooth her. Quinn watched the hysterical woman and her husband as he worked to calm her down and stabbed his eggs with a fork, eating with no problem. Jamey tried hard not to cry and stuffed food in his mouth while Loretta ate quietly.

Sam wiped his wife's tears, "We'll get her back Eve. I promise," Though as he said the words, doubt clouded his mind. He had to have faith in Kelsey's vision though and not give up on his daughter. Faith in his families' strength and faith in God, something that he had gotten from years of facing evil and hardship, was something he couldn't give up on.

Trixie screamed, screamed, and screamed some more. Marko laughing at her all the while as she scrambled to get off his lap and free of his grasp. This was hilarious to him, her fear, but after a couple minutes of laughing, he got bored of it, "Alright that's enough, shut up," he commanded in a stern voice and she flinched away from him some more and kicked out, trying break his hold on her.

Rolling his eyes, his grip on her tightened and he shook her a bit, growling out "Stop it!" Trixie instantly stilled.

Marko grinned, slipping into her mind again, "Now, The sun is almost up, I'm getting tired. We're going to go to sleep and you're not going to go anywhere. Understand?"

She nodded slowly and yawned as his hold on her got stronger, leaning against his chest as drowsiness overtook her.

Adjusting his hold on her, he scooped her up bridal style and took to the air to one of the deeper caverns of the cave. The room was pitch dark when he flew in, placing her on another old bed and covering her up with a light blanket before flying up above her, hanging upside down from a pipe he had installed there. Influencing her into a deep sleep, he allowed himself to succumb to slumber as well.
