With every clash of their swords the ground would break apart beneath their feet. "Shit this masked Bitch isn't playing around. " Ragna thought as Hakumen's sword threw him back several feet. Hakumen quickly closed the gap between them and grabbed Ragna by his collar and slammed him into the ground. "Gah" Ragna let out a heavy sound of anguish as blood spilled from the corners of his mouth. Hakumen raised his sword to finish Ragna with one last attack that would pierce his heart. "Like hell! Restriction 666 released!" The power of the Blazblue was enough for even Hakumen to be thrown back several paces.

"And then?!" Mariela asked with impatience. Rachel looked out the window and could see the moon had shifted from where it was when she began. "Oh that's enough for tonight; it's time for you to get some rest. I could hardly forgive myself if something happened to your beautiful face because I kept you up with such a foolish story." Mariela started to pout at Rachel's sudden refusal to go on with the story. "but it was just getting to the part where dad was going to fight that man with the mask!" Mariela continued to insist. Rachel grabbed the bed sheets and gently placed them over Mariela to escalate the point that story time was over. "Oh I assure you Mariela, there is nothing interesting about that part. Your father, being the idiot that he is, made a complete fool of himself, the end." Mariela grabbed the pillow that was beneath her head and pulled the sides towards her ears. "Noooo that can't be the end it just can't!" Outside of their room Valkenhayn stood silently as he could hear every word that was being said inside the room. He let out a heavy sigh, "Hakumen.."

Outside in a remote part of a mountain side was a small glimmering fire burning in the middle of the darkness. Sitting on a stone was none other than Ragna the Bloodedge. He adjusted his new arm that Kokonoe had made for him earlier. He moved his fingers then his wrist. "Feels just like my arm, crazy shit science can come up with. Doesn't hurt at all, guess I owe her another one." He looked up at the starry night sky wondering what was going on back at Castle Alucard. He reached inside his coat pocket and took out a small bracelet made entirely of little glittering stones that where commonly found around the Castle. This bracelet was made by Mariela and given to Ragna. He took it off when the old mechanical arm was replaced and wrapped it around his new one. He starred at it for a while, moving it from side to side and watching the rocks glitter by the camp fire. "She's really grown up.." He began to reminisce.

Outside of Rachel's room Ragna sat in an old Victorian chair. Constantly tapping his fingers and fidgeting from side to side. "Chill out man, you're starting to make me anxious." A tall good looking man said as he placed his hand on Ragna's shoulder. Ragna paid no attention to his advice, "shut up Kagura, what if something goes wrong? What if there's some complication with the rabbit? What if she…" Kagura slaps Ragna on the back of the head. "Ouch! Your bastard! What was that for?!" Kagura just shrugged his shoulders "your being to up tight. Haven't you ever seen child birth before?" Ragna looked at Kagura with a weird look in his eye. "The old fart won't let me in the room, so I have to rely on Noel and Litchi to make sure everything goes ok. Tao's in there too but that makes me worry even more."

Jin steps into the hallway where Ragna and Kagura were talking. "Colonel Kagura please stop teasing my brother. Can't you see how distressed he is? Although my dear brother your choice in mate leaves much to be desired." Ragna stood up from his chair, "You bastard you want to start something!" Kagura quickly got in between the two of them to try and calm the situation. "That's enough you two; this is supposed to be a happy occasion! Don't ruin the mood by fighting. Or if you have two get it out of your system I'll be happy to take you both on." "You bastard!" both Ragna and Jin said in unison. Jin let go of his swords hilt and ignored Ragna by turning his back to him. "Colonel, should you really be wasting time here? Don't you have more important things that need your attention back at NOL headquarters?" Kagura stuck a finger into his ear, "Don't worry about it, Hibiki has it covered and if something happens he'll notify me in no time. Besides, I'm Noel's ride home, I have to be here." He said with a smile on his face. Jin relaxed his back against the wall and said something underneath his breath, "what a fool." Minutes had passed and not a single word had been spoken between the 3 men. As Ragna got up he stretched his arms in the air and walked toward a door. "I'm gonna take a breather outside, this place is way too stuffy." As he grasped the elegant door fixture a baby's cry could be heard coming from Rachel's room.
