Ace: You know how Zelda was to appear? Well, I changed my mind about that. You'll see why in a second.

Disclaimer: I do not own the Legend of Zelda.

Chapter 14: Raven

Lexy

I looked at my foot. It had been two days since I hurt it, and it looked as good as new. I was surprised by Hylian medicine, which worked twice as fast as Earth medicine.

Sheik saw me and sighed. "Yeah, our magic works fast. Get over it."

I sighed. "Yeah..."

Link raised his head. "What are you doing in my house?"

I looked at him in shock. "Uh-"

Link smirked. "I'm just joking."

I nodded back a bit nervously. Despite dealing with Ghirahim constantly, I was kind of scared of Link, despite the fact that I had a little crush on him. He had moments were his voice dropped and had a menacing look on his face. Aryll told me that it was reserved for her, villains, pesky people, and Ghirahim, but it didn't really reassure me.

Ghirahim was waltzing around the room like a fool. What made matters worse was that he had just seen Swan Lake with me yesterday (correction: I watched it with Link and Aryll. Everyone else, including Ghirahim, saw it with us when we weren't looking, much to my utter annoyance and Link's anger. Aryll didn't seem bothered by this), so he was wearing the outfits on the show, but how he got that particular outfit was beyond me*. I reached for one of my guns, but Vaati saw this and shook his head.

"I know it's tempting, but don't shoot Ghirahim. You'll put holes in the wall like you did the last few times," he said.

"I'm okay if she shoots him," Link admitted. "As long as she doesn't blow the place up in the process."

Aryll looked up from her book. "We can always fix the wall later."

Ghirahim stopped dancing. "You guys suck."

Vaati sighed, clearly stressed by everything go on around him. Before I could decide what to tell Vaati to relax, the doorbell rang.

Aryll slammed her head on her book. "Ugh... Too many weird people ring the doorbell with bad news."

"Then don't open it," Shadow said.

We all heard the door slam open, which put me on high alert. As I reached for my gun, a girl with strawberry blonde hair and blue eyes entered the room calmly and sat on the couch near Shadow. She wore an outfit similar to Link and looked a bit like Link.

"Oh. Hi Raven," Link said as he walked up to the girl and gave her a high-five.

"Sup!" Shadow said. Aryll ran up to Raven and gave her a hug. Vaati and Sheik were silent. Ghirahim flipped out, and Alicia (who was apparently here) yelled, "What?!"

I looked to Link. "Who is this?"

Link merely shrugged. "My twin Raven."

I blinked. "You have a twin?"

Vaati nodded. "Yep. Link is the older twin. She had just spent nine months in Gerudo Valley, the Zora Lake and Koriki Forest for different types of training. She sent letters to Link and occasionally visited him or had him go out and see her."

"You knew about her?" Alicia asked.

Vaati nodded. "Yep. Sheik told me about her."

Ghirahim walked up and bowed in a way that only Ghirahim can do. "Hello Raven. I'm the Demon Lord Ghirahim, but you may call me the Fabulous Lord Ghirahim. "

Raven blinked. "Sure... Ghirahim."

Ghirahim looked like he was going to rage quit, so I decided to enter the conversation without shooting Ghirahim.

"What did you learn?"

Raven laughed. "Lots of stuff; like sword fighting, swimming ad countless other skills. I did it so that I could at least defend myself in coming battles and I don't need to rely on him." She pointed to Link, who fake pouted and said, "Hey!"

I nodded. "That's pretty neat."

Vaati looked to me. "Lexy, could you show Raven her room? It's next to Aryll's. I have work to do, ad I think it would be best if you did that" Vaati shot a look at Ghirahim, who was busy inspecting his hair.

I nodded again. "Sure." With that, I led Raven up the stairs.

As soon as we were out of earshot, Raven shot me a grin. "You like my brother?"

I blinked. "Maybe a slight crush... I won't be destroyed if he falls for another, though. I can live without being with him 24/7."

Raven smiled. "Good answer. At least you're honest..."

"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked.

Raven looked at the paintings we passed and sighed. "Many girls fall for my brother upon laying eyes on him. Link hates it when it happens, as they attempt to distract him from his work, but Aryll and I despise those girls who immediately fall for him. Those girls don't even know him well, and they are talking about marrying him. It disgusts me. Even Zelda wanted to marry him at one point. She was okay, but then she ditched Link for Blake. I heard it from Aryll, and thus, I hate Zelda." Raven looked to me. "Don't be one of those girls."

I nodded solemnly. "I played those Zelda games…"

She raised an eyebrow. "Oh, so you're one of those girls. At least you didn't squeeze him, right?"

I nodded again with a smile. "For the most part, no."

Raven smirked. "It's awesome to meet one of your video game idols? I know about the games. Link told me about them."

I nodded once again. "It is amazing to meet the Hero of Time/ Hero of Twilight."

Raven went and smacked my head. As I grabbed it, I yelled, "What was that for?!"

Raven laughed. "You might turn into one of those bobble heads or a heavy metal fan at this rate!"

I laughed too. By this point, we were by Raven's room. She waved as she entered. "I'm going to crash. See ya."

After the door shut behind her, I turned and went to the kitchen to get some food.

Ace: I was going to have Zelda appear, but I thought it would be more interesting if I introduced an OC, who happened to be Raven. I actually made her before I began Ghirahim's My Roommate?, but I didn't have anywhere to put her. Now she is to be an integral part of Ghirahim's My Roommate?

Zelda will star in the next chapter.

Notes:

* Maybe Ghirahim secretly sews in his free time, although that thought is kind of scary. Or maybe he made the outfit appear from thin air. Or maybe he happened to have a similar outfit like that from the beginning. Or maybe he snuck into Earth to buy it, but that thought is scary on its own (for many reasons), so I let you pick the theory that best explains it, Lexy.
