Ginny had dreamt about the world after the war—
Freedom and happiness and relief.
She hadn't thought about living though,
Only about not being gone.

More.

About going,
About being.

Where she was going,
Who she was.

But then maybe they could find themselves together.
So they charted the terrain side-by-side,
Catching each other as they stumbled.
