Okay, a couple of reviews, but still it's enough to give me inspiration to bring out the next chapter, and in the previous chapters you get to see the New Mansters and Servant Arc, as well as the Unholy Alliance arc that reached its climax in the last chapter, this chapter begins a new arc as someone unleashed a group of FAMILIAR FACES which would no doubt deepens the Holy Grail War, and at the same time would introduced another "wild card" who would use this chance to claim the Holy Grail for him/herself.

Later within the night, Saber sneaks out of the Emiya house after making sure that Shirou and Rin are asleep, knowing that if they see her trying to leave and head for the Ryuudouji Temple, Shirou would use one of his "Command Spell" to force her obedience. With the coast is clear, Saber departs for the Ryuudouji Temple to try and infiltrate it.

"Shirou...you're too soft..."

However, the scene shifts somewhere within the border of Fuyuki City and Kobe, as the unseen Mage Association member is holding a binocular and is watching the scene, while someone else, presumably a Servant, is holding a crystal ball, where it shows several scenes happening at Fuyuki City, and there the Servant waves its hands as they decided to crash in on the Holy Grail War.

ch. 14: Waizuman Shinryaku part 1

At the streets of Fuyuki City, Yuu Amano, Iori Hida and Kari Kamiya have just meet up after a few hours of patrolling and so far they haven't found anything strange, despite checking out the scene of the crimes where mysterious deaths took place there and felt that this may take a while before they could find a clue that would give them a breakthrough. While Iori felt that they are wasting time,Yuu urged his friends not to give up, and as this seemed to motivate them, they heard a scream and this alerted the trio as they head for the source of the screams, hoping that they are not too late to save the would-be victim.

"A scream!"

"Someone needs our help!"

"Let's hope we're not too late...!"

"Do you think...?"

"I hope we can catch the culprit and get answers from him!"

"Sounds good enough!"

"Maybe we should've brought Tagiru-senpai with us..."

"Let's worry about that later, Iori..."

"Wasn't Tagiru your friend, Yuu?"

By the time they arrived, they saw a few skeletal creatures holding three university girls and are sucking out their life forces and converted into mana, and before Yuu and the others can make a move, they were too late as the three girls were reduced to skin and bones as the skeletal creatures finally consumed them. Kari wondered if these are the cause of the deaths though Yuu reminded that the footage of Lancer doing the stabbing spree is the one they seek, but reiterated that stopping those creatures would be their first priority.

Before the trio could take action, something unexpected happened as another group appeared and seemingly confronted the skeletal creatures and this caused Yuu and Kari to stare wide-eyed in surprise while Iori stared in disbelief as the scene showed that the other group emerged resembled a humanoid Digimon and a carbuncle, and the trio immediately recognize them while Kari is in disbelief at how this has happened.

"What the...?"

"No way..."

"It can't be...Takuya defeated him..."

"Look...there's more of them!"

"Yuu, Iori...compose yourselves...it's obvious...Wiseman's dead six months ago...and that means they're just copies of Wiseman..."

"You're right, Kari...they're moving like zombies..."

"What next?"

"Let's get them! Yuu, Iori!"

"Okay!"

The trio recognize them as each of them bears an exact version of the Digimon known as Wiseman, yet they are baffled as to how this happen - how Wiseman is still alive after being defeated and destroyed by the Digital Wizard a few years ago, but Yuu guessed that they may be replicas of the original Wiseman but then the scene shows that the Wiseman replicas began to take on the skeletal creatures and the fight appeared to be equal until the replicas displayed powers similar to the original Wiseman: chains, gravity, explosion, and other powers similar to the Digital Wizard's magic rings.

As the skeletal creatures are defeated, the Wiseman replicas turn their attentions to the trio and Kari took the lead as she urges Yuu and Iori to get ready as she puts on the Driver Ring on her right middle finger with the other two following suit, putting on their Driver Ring and then they placed their right hand in front of their Wizardriver to initiate their transformations.

Driver Ring: "DRIVER ON...NOW."

Driver Ring: "DRIVER ON...NOW."

Driver Ring: "DRIVER ON...NOW."

Their metallic Wizardrivers materialized around their waists as Kari, Yuu and Iori puts on their Change Rings on their left middle finger and then placed their hand in front of their Wizardriver to complete their transformation as the Wiseman replicas are heading towards their way, and the trio braces themselves for their fight against their current threat.

"Henshin!"

"Henshin!"

"Henshin!"

Driver Ring: "CHANGE...NOW."

Driver Ring: "CHANGE...NOW."

Driver Ring: "CHANGE...NOW."

Magical circles appeared and knocked the three replicas down as the circles enveloped the trio and soon they are encased in three brown armors with mini-skirt-like clothing, their upper bodies are covered with black upper armor with spiked shoulder pads, their left armored hands are fitted with rather black huge claws, but the jewel ornaments on their helmets' eye lens and chests are fitted with differing colors. The trio are then defined by the colors of their gems in the armors and are identified in the following way:

- Kari Kamiya's jewel color is orange and is now known as "Witch"

- Iori Hida's jewel representation is the sapphire, and is known as "Orko"

- Yuu Amano's jewel representation is the emerald and is known as "Mage"

The trio then prepared themselves as the three Wiseman replicas got up and are about to charge, and this triggered a free-for-all brawl, which started a physical fight which surprisingly, the replicas are physically strong and the three Wizards are slowly being overwhelmed and one of them is forced to use a magic spell to get some leverage. Orko makes his move as he places his right hand in front of the Wizardriver to give his team an opening that they need to get a rebound against their assailants.

Wizardriver: "GIANT...NOW!"

A magic circle appeared and Orko places his left hand through, causing it to enlarge and there he uses it to swat the Wiseman replica aside and then did the same to the other two, giving Witch and Mage time to recover and just as the trio are about to make a move, one of the Wiseman replicas acted first, using a Gravity spell to levitate Orko and had him thrown against a street post before slamming him down on the ground hard. With Orko down, the other two Wiseman replicas then executed a fireball spell and threw it towards Orko, only for Witch to intervene as she places her hand in front of the Wizardriver to invoke a magical spell.

Wizardriver: "BARRIER...NOW!"

A pentagram-shaped force field appeared and blocked the fireball attacks while Mage pulled Orko to his side while making his own move as he placed his right hand in front of the Wizardriver to invoke a magic spell of his own to help out in dealing with the Wiseman replicas in order to end their current dilemma.

Wizardriver: "CHAIN...NOW!"

Several magic circles materialized and out came several chains and binds the three Wiseman replicas tightly, restricting their movements enough to allow the three Wizards to mount a tactic as the trio placed their right hand in front of their Wizardrivers to execute their finishing magical attacks.

Wizardriver: "YES...KICK STRIKE...UNDERSTAND?"

Wizardriver: "YES...KICK STRIKE...UNDERSTAND?"

Wizardriver: "YES...KICK STRIKE...UNDERSTAND?"

Witch, Orko and Mage jumped in to their air, and with their right leg covered with magical energies, they did a flying kick and struck down the three Wiseman replicas and at the moment of impact the replicas exploded and are reduced to ashes which the trio wizards looked around the area to see if everything went well, and seeing that they won, they cancelled their transformation and are now in puzzlement as to how this happened and who is behind all this, knowing that Wiseman died a year ago and no one else they knew would support the magical Digimon.

"That went well..."

"I feel sorry for those girls, though..."

"They looked like...they were...consumed..."

"It seems that Izumi's father may have an accomplice...he's the only one who implanted an artificial Digimon on himself...and only him and us know about this..."

"Then that means someone else knew about Orimoto's research...and somehow awakened the secret specimens that resulted in THIS..."

"Should we tell Section Zero about this?"

"Iori has a point, Kari...perhaps we should..."

"Let's gather evidence first...then we decide..."

"Okay...huh?"

By then, a Fuyuki police car came after hearing a series of explosions and there they find only the three youths and that some of the ground were "smoking" following the "destruction" of the three Wiseman replicas, so the cops' first instinct were drawing their guns and told the teens to raise their hands, but Kari stepped forward and showed her NSA-Section Zero badge and identified herself, but the cops were not taking chances and told her to raise her hands or else they will open fire, but Kari reiterated her position and as the other cop radioed for back-up, Yuu came forward and even showed his NSA-Section Zero pass and told them that they were from Shibuya and sent here to investigate the strange cases, but the cops won't believe them until back up arrived and after seeing the badges, as well as after contacting Yamaki, Kari and the other two teens were given clearance while Kari explained what happened, and there the trio worked with the cops to investigate further about what just occurred.

At the Matou residence, Sakura arrived home just as Shinji is outside having a meeting with Masaru and Jyou, and though Shinji wanted to berate Sakura for always dropping by at Shirou's house, Jyou urged Shinji to let it pass and commence the discussion for their future strategy against other competition, which Shinji obliges, while Masaru glances at Sakura entering the house, finding himself smitten at her charm and innocence.

By then, Jyou suggested that taking Shirou out would be the wisest move since he is inexperienced as a Master and that he is unaware of the fact that Shinji is the one who sent Rider to attack him but Shinji told Jyou to be patient as he is awaiting his schoolmate's answer on whether to accept the proposal for an alliance or not, and when Masaru asked where Rider is, Shinji replied that he sent her to check out the Ryuudouji Temple after learning of a witch at the temple which he suspected to be a Servant.

"...and so I sent my Servant to do a little...reconnaissance...so as to know who we are about to face..."

"I see..."

"Not a bad plan, Mr. Matou..."

"Thank you, Kido...anyway, your friend is free to stay...after all we are allies here..."

"That's right..."

"Hey, Jyou...are you sure about this?"

"of course, Masaru-chan...for now we need someone who knows about this place...and Shinji is our best bet..."

"Whoa...look!"

"Ehhh?"

By then a Wiseman replica appeared at the gate of the Matou house, which Shinji became scared since he had already sent Rider for reconnaissance, yet Jyou appeared confident thinking it was an Invess Digimon and uses his spare Lockseeds to summon three Invess Digimons - Pteramon. Triceramon and Tyrannomon - and had them take on the Wiseman replica. as the three Invess Digimons began to take on the Wiseman replica, the fight appeared even until three more Wiseman replicas arrived and slowly turn the odds around and soon they slowly defeated the three Invess Digimons and turn their attention to the three Masters, in which Masaru puts on the Lock Driver in preparation for the fight.

To Be Continued…

Okay, this chapter starts the new arc, in which an unexpected enemy showed up and starts to cause trouble for the Masters and Servants of Fuyuki City, even though they are not officially part of the Holy Grail War, though they seemed to be sort of some "special exercise" for our merry Masters to try on.

Okay, I pulled a surprise by bringing in Wiseman from Digital Wizard, and led a fight with the three Wizards from my previous fic, and this mirrors the events of Sengoku Movie Battle from the 2013 Kamen Rider Movie War, which is based on the Kamen Rider Wizard part: "The Promised Land". While that sort of dominated this chapter, it did show some fair amount of exposure for Saber and Shinji, though the latter faction gearing for a fight ended in a cliffhanger.

Even still this is just a start...more are on the way.

Preview:

The Wiseman Invasion arc continues as Shinji's faction takes on the Wiseman replicas, in which Jyou's Servant finally makes his first official battle in the Holy Grail War, which Shinji would get overconfident into thinking he has the advantage, before Ilya and Berserker gets the same troubles...

Character: Yuu Amano

Series: Digimon Xros Wars

Role: Yuu is Nene's younger brother who was said to be held hostage by SkullKnightmon. But in reality, Ewan is a willing member of Team Midnight as its true General, having used the black Fusion Loader Nene currently possesses and then receiving the Darkness Loader from AxeKnightmon to assume his place in the Bagra Army as its eighth Death General. He had met his future partner Damemon for the first time on the day his grandmother passed away.

Having been against playing with others in fear of hurting them, he was deceived by SkullKnightmon, under the notion that the Digital World is just a game and destroying Digimon and humans alike have no real consequences. As a result, Yuu became a sadist who fights with no holds barred even against his own sister. During the events in the Hell's Field battleground under Bright Land, Taiki manages to convince Yuu that SkullKnightmon is using him and tricked him into hurting others. However, SkullKnightmon abducts Yuu and imprisons him before he is saved by Mervamon. Yuu later aligned with Taiki and the rest of the Xros Heart United Army in the final battle against DarknessBagramon, and his Darkness Loader changed into a yellow Fusion Loader.

One year later, Yuu, now in the seventh grade, joins Taiki's basketball team with Tagiru. He looks up to Taiki as his senior and views Tagiru as brash and idiotic. He was secretly jealous of Tagiru and the others for having Digimon partners with Damemon nowhere to be found, rendering Yuu virtually useless in battle.

In a fight against Airu, Damemon and Yuu were finally reunited, with Damemon officially becoming Yuu's partner. Apparently Yuu lives on his own because his parents are traveling and Nene is in Hong Kong. Despite being in the 7th grade, Yuu is very responsible on his own.

Several months later, Yuu is embroiled in a battle involving "magical Digimons", and it is discovered that Yuu is a "Digi-Gate" and Medusamon seemingly kills Nene in a bid to drive Yuu into despair, and seemingly succeeded until Takuya Kanbara is shown to have saved Nene and seeing this made Yuu hold down his "inner Digimon" and overcome his despair, thus giving him the potential to become a "Digital Wizard".

However, Yuu was abducted by the "Digital Sorcerer" and is brainwashed to become a wizard to bring forth the Sabbath in a bid to turn humans into Digimons. But Tagiru's efforts freed Yuu and Yuu joins in on the final battle to defeat the Digimons and peace has been restored.
