(Kix's POV)

"Kix, are you sure about?" Commander Rex asked me. Again. "I mean, she is rather...stubborn."

"Sir, she willingly agreed and she will be under my supervision."

"I just want to make you know what you're doing and that you won't regret-"

"I can assure you, I know what I'm doing and I have no regrets." I won't lie, I am a little concerned about how She will behave with me, but I know I'll have no regrets about this. Then I heard foot steps, I turn around and see Imperfection standing next to me.

Then she spoke. "Sir, I understand that you don't believe that this is a wise choice, but I did willingly choose to be trained by Kix. As he stated, I will be under his supervision, so I won't have the chance to cause trouble, not that I intend to." I nod to her, grateful she was willing to speak and help me convince him. Rex just stares at her for a minute, then he sighs.

"Alright." Rex finally said "I'll talk to General Skywalker." Then he walks away, but I think I heard him mumbling something. "First Slick, now Kix..." But that's all I could hear, the further he was, the less I could understand what else he said. Then I look back at Imperfection, she was scratching the side face, above her scar, that's when I finally noticed the dried blood on her neck and on her shirt. How did I not notice that before?

"Listen, you really should go clean yourself." Then she just looks at me for a moment, then she finally nods. I begin to take her back to the Infirmary, at least there she can clean the blood off. When we get there, Ashoka was there, with some clean clothes in her arms. She smiles at us, I look at Imperfection and she just nods at Ashoka.

"Master Skywalker told me to give her this." She says. She hands me the clothes and she walks inside the room. We follow, but then Imperfection pushes me away.

Then she grabs the clothes from me. "I wish for some privacy." Why would she-Oh! So she can change, I can't believe I didn't realize that.

(Imperfection's POV)

I can tell he didn't know what I meant, but the slightly wide eyes tells me her understood. Once he gives us some privacy, I grab a piece of cloth and get in wet, then I wash the blood from my neck, but I made sure not to get my scar. While I do that Ashoka starts talking.

"You're going to train as a medic?" She asks me. I nod, but that's all I do.

Then I as begin to change into my new clothing, she asks me another question. "Have you thought about what I said earlier?" I just finished putting my shirt on when I look at her. What was she talking about now? "About a new name." Oh that.

"I can't." That's all I can say.

"What do you mean?" She asks. How stupid is this girl?!

"You can't just change your name." I felt my anger rise again, but I try VERY hard not to yell at her. "I was given the name Imperfection since birth and that's the name I'm forced to keep until the day I die."

"Don't you hate-"

"Yes, I hate my name!" I could control it anymore. "I didn't ask to be named that. If I could, I would rather be called by my numbers. But I can't and this is what I'm supposed to be called, now just stop asking!" That's when Kix returns.

"Is something wrong?" Did he really not here our argument or did he just not want to get involved.

I shook my head at him, then I look in a mirror. I say I was wearing a black, long sleeved shirt and a pair of gray pants. Amazing how well they fit me.

"Let's get something to eat." He says. Ashoka and I nod and we begin to walk with Kix and Ashoka ahead of me. They were whispering something to each other, but I couldn't hear, but I honestly don't care what they were saying. I don't what Ashoka says, as long as it wasn't about my name.
