Sebastian shot up in bed as a pair ran through his gut. Their son was coming. He knew it was almost time as he'd dropped and the baby had stopped moving but it was a shocking pain to be woken by.

"Hunter," he said shaking his partner until he woke up.

"What's wrong?" he asked groggily as he rolled over to see Sebastian.

"The baby is coming," he said which seemed to shock Hunter and he shot up in bed so they were both sat up looking at each other.

"You get the bag and I'll get Alex," Hunter said jumping out of their nice warm bed. Sebastian glanced at the clock and saw it was only two-fifteen.

"You've definitely got the worst timing in the world," he sighed pulling their bag from under the bed before pulling on some clothes. Hunter came to the bedroom door with the car keys in his mouth and their daughter asleep on his shoulder.

"You ready?"

"As I'll ever be." Sebastian nodded and the two walked down to the car. Alex didn't stir at all, even when Sebastian had a contraction in the car and yelped rather loudly. When they eventually pulled up to the hospital a nurse who was stood outside came and gave them a hand inside. There was a private room at the end of the hall which they were allocated.

"The nurses will come and check on you soon," a woman said before leaving them alone. Alex was in the chair near the window, still fast asleep which Hunter was sat on the bed with Sebastian.

"Are you okay?" Hunter asked him after he pressed a kiss to the top of his head.

"Tired but I'm good, how are you?" Sebastian asked turned so he could look at Hunter who was wearing a large smile.

"Excited and tired." He added with a chuckle.

"It's funny as we were in a private room like this one in Westerville," Sebastian said making Hunter look around the room before nodding.

"Yeah it was and I remember while you were in labour, I almost kissed you,"

"Yeah, but you didn't," Hunter leant down do their noses were touching and they could feel each other's breaths on their face.

"Maybe I should fix that,"

"I think you should," Sebastian nodded before joining their lips together. It wasn't a long kiss but it was full of love and passion.

"Better?"

"Much." He sighed, nibbling his bottom lip. Sebastian closed his eyes and leant himself against Hunter's shoulder. He was hoping to get a little sleep but his son was having other ideas. He was almost asleep when a powerful contraction ran through him. Sebastian scrunched his eyes up and squeezed Hunter's hand, tightly. Hunter rubbed his back lovingly but it did little to numb the pain. When it was over Sebastian slumped back against his pillows, he couldn't do this, he needed sleep.

"Why don't you try to sleep?"

"No point; but you should sleep."

"Would you mind?" Hunter asked with a guilty expression, he seemed to feel rude at sleeping while Sebastian couldn't but Hunter would need his strength for when Alex woke and Sebastian was tired from giving birth.

"Nope." Sebastian said shaking his head for extra emphasis on what he was saying. Hunter pressed a final kiss to Sebastian's temple before closing his eyes. Although he was sleeping he still kept an arm around Sebastian's shoulders. Sebastian sat there for a while in silence before another contraction came on, he tried to keep quiet but it disturbed Hunter who kept apologizing for sleeping. Sebastian carried on taking deep breaths but another one soon followed. "Go get the nurse." Sebastian said when the latest contraction stopped. Hunter ran to the door and poked his head around before shouting for someone to come in. Somewhere in the commotion Alex woke up from the chair and wore a confused expression.

"Dad, what's going on?"

"We're going to meet your brother soon," Hunter explained and she smiled weakly. He spared a quick glance towards the clock which read five-forty which was still too early for her to be awake. "Go back to sleep, sweetie," She seemed to consider arguing but she was too tired. She gave a lazy nod before curling back up and closing her eyes.

"We're taking him up now," a nurse told him and he nodded.

"Is it possible for someone to watch her?" he asked motioning to his daughter who was now fast asleep.

"Of course." She smiled before they all wheeled Sebastian down to a delivery room. Three hours, this was a record for them, their son really was eager to meet everyone. Hunter took the place he did last time at Sebastian had, their hands clasped tightly together and the nurses at the other end. One for them had a towel already to be handed to baby.

"When you feel the next one I need you to push," A women told him and he nodded just as a contraction began. He pushed as hard as he could making sure to put as much effort into squeezing his partner's hand.

"I can see the head,"

"He. It's a boy." Sebastian gasped out, his sweaty hair clinging to his forehead.

"Again, go again," he did making sure to push for as long as he could. Hunter's fingers were turning blue at the tips and he made a small mental note to apologise when he was well rested and not in labour. There was words like 'push' and 'keep going' echoing around him but Sebastian was focused on his job of bringing his son into the world. Eventually, after many deep breaths he heard cries fill the room and he relaxed.

"Here he is." A nurse smiled, placing the baby boy on his father's chest. Hunter smiled down at his son and boyfriend before pulling out his phone and snapping a photo. Although it was forever in his brain he wanted to make sure he could share it with all his friends and family.

"Hunter, hold him," Sebastian said motioning down to their son laid on his chest. The nurse wrapped him in a white towel before handing the baby to Hunter. He placed the baby with his head in the crook of his right elbow before placing his left index finger in the baby's palm.

"Does he have a name?" Sebastian shook his head and turned to Hunter.

"Did you have any ideas?" They'd been so wrapped up in being together again they hadn't covered the name issue.

"I like the name Oliver but," he was about to saying something else but Sebastian turned his head back to the woman stood over him.

"Oliver James Smythe-Clarington it is." He smiled and she smiled. They took the baby from Hunter and went to clean him up and weigh him. Hunter gave Sebastian a kiss on his forehead before going back to Alex.

She as still asleep on the chair but he silently thanked the nurse before taking her seat. He pulled out his phone and typed a text to Rebekah, Thad, Nick, Jeff, Ray, Alison, Julia and John which only contained four words with the photo of Sebastian and the baby.

To Everyone: Oliver James Smythe-Clarington. X
