A/N: Aggh I know this is short and is basically a filler and I don't know why I took so long with this chapter but whatever because I do what I want.

===Chapter 13===

===You know what? Fuck it, be the kitty cat shippur girl.

(You're pretty much Nepeta at this point. Who knows, maybe one day you'll be Karkat. *SPOILER*)

Nepeta walked back to her friends, paw in hand with Karkat. She was still pretty excited and giddy about what just happened.

Karkat kissed her.

Karkat literally put his mouth on hers. And it was great.

She smiled as she nudged her arm against his, looking up at the Cancer and smiling. He actually smiles back. The two new matesprits walked along the other side of the park, opposite of where Vriska and Terezi live. She was pretty happy here on her friend's planet called Earth. She's happier now since Sburb has finally ended, except she's confused that her four human friends are still looking out for some people they've been waiting to meet up with again for a very long time. And most people that were killed were restored and the fact that Earth was actually back.

But she'd be even more happy if there were more caves around for her. Oh well, she has to settle for a human hive in which so luckily is very close to Karkat's hive. Like, right next to each other.

"So, Karkitty!" Nepeta spoke up out of her thoughts. "I heard that Feferi was inviting a new member of our little group to the girls-only human sleepover she's planning to throw!"

"Who?" Karkat asked the Leo.

"Um, it happened so happened to be Vrisk-frisk..." Nepeta tried to laugh but in all honestly, she was scared of Vriska. Sure, it's been sweeps already, but still. The girl might be rusty but also can be dangerous.

"Are you serious? There's no way fish princess invited that spider obsessed nut job to her sleepover! From what I remember, Feferi hated the hell out of Vriska!" Karkat exclaimed in surprise.

"Well apparently, she changed her mind about Vriska. I think," Nepeta wondered. "I don't know, maybe we're all in over our heads? Vrisk-frisk seems less feisty and isn't really mean anymore. She's just... Vriska now?"

"No, Vriska is still a huge bitch. I mean, do you remember the way she tried to talk to me at Gamzee and Tavros's party a few days ago? She was such an asshole that I still can't believe I haven't clawed at her with my sickle and gouged her eyes out!"

"Uh, Karkat... I was drunk for most of that party. I have no idea what you're talking about," Nepeta said bluntly.

"What? Oh, yeah. That's when you tried-" Karkat immediately got red in the face and looked away from her. "Wait, uh. Never mind."

"Hmm?" Nepeta looked at him funny? What's his deal? "What are you talking about, Karkat?" In her mind she thought, "AC mystifies in bewilderment and the kitty slowly steps closer to the suddenly quiet Karkitty, step by step, paw by paw."

"It's-it's nothing..." Karkat grumbled.

"Seriously! I want to know!" Nepeta stomped her blue-pawed foot. "AC crosses her arms, her cute kitty nose flares as she takes angered breaths. Matesprits shouldn't keep secrets from each other, and matesprits... matesprits! That's right! Karkat and I are really real matesprits! Wheeeee!" Nepeta smiled excitedly, but also tried to maintain her serious posture to Karkat.

"No, really you don't want to you what you did!" Karkat pulled at his turtleneck collar awkwardly.

"No actually, I really do."

"No-"

"KARKAT!" Nepeta growled.

"...Fine," Karkat sighed. "You were... drunk... and you came up to me..."

Uh-oh. She can already tell this was going to be bad. "Stupid Rose and her funny earth human drinks..."

"Okay, am not lying when I say you were completely hammered... I think. Um, anyway... you... grabbed my..." Karkat wolf-whistled and put his hand on the back of his neck, his face dusted with a bright cherry red. "You-you know what I mean?"

It took Nepeta a few seconds to finally get his hint and her face went from a cool gray to a warm, dark olive green.

"Oh... ohmygod-!" she screamed in a very high pitched voice, covering her face with her large sleeves. "That' really bad, I'm so sorry!" Nepeta felt like she was going to cry.

"No no no! It's okay now! I-I got over it!" Karkat assured her once he realized she was going to cry.

"But now I just found out! And I have to live with that..." Nepeta sniffed, her sleeves got a little wet. "I-I'm sorry, Karkat!"

"Oh my... fuck!" Karkat grumbled, pulling at his black hair. "Look, I'll fix this..." Nepeta jumped back when she felt Karkat's hand quickly place itself on her chest.

"Ah-Karkat! What the heck!" her face became a bright green, looking at him in horrific surprise.

"S-see?! Now, we're even! Okay?! And I was completely sober and I knew what I was doing! So, that's makes me the worse person here! Does that make you feel better?!"

They just looked at each other. And then smiled again. And Nepeta laughed.

Wiping her face, the Leo answered, "I-I guess I feel a little better." She rocked on her feet, holding her blue cattail. The Cancer walked up to her, cleaning her face a little when she actually started crying. Oh gog, she actually cried. She felt pretty pathetic at that moment. Karkat sighed, hugging the cat girl.

"We are so awkward..." he smiled, burying his face in Nepeta's hair.

"Yeah, no kidding," Nepeta replied, wrapping her arms around Karkat. She absolutely loved him. No matter how stupid he was, no matter how awkward he can get and what a big mean idiot he can be, at least he was now her big mean idiot. And she hopes it'll stay that way.

"Let's... go to my hive?" Karkat suggested.

"What's the difference? We both live next to each other," Nepeta smiled.

"The difference is that my hive is way cooler because it's filled with the most socialogically entertaining troll and human films alike that are amazing and you have to watch every single one of them."

"Okay! You have a huge nerd crush for romcoms..." Nepeta giggled. Karkat blushed heavily, obviously a little embarrassed. They locked hands again, once again walking towards their hives. Nepeta agreed to enter Karkat's to watch his movies and also because she finally gets to go to his hive! EEEE! Exciting!
