Lay Siege on Bowser's Castle!
We open the scene with Red, Blue, Green, Mario, and Luigi running across a trail in the middle of some grass land.
"We need to hurry and get the Princess back as soon as possible. Who knows what Bowser is doing!" Said Red.
"I can't believe we fell for the oldest trick in the book." Said Blue.
"There's no point in moping about it now, we have to keep moving! The sooner we pull this off, the better." Said Green.
Mario and Luigi are completely silent as the three Dex Holders are making conversation. A small pebble is shown on the road, the brothers not noticing. Luigi steps onto the pebble and braces it against the ground, causing him to trip. Red, not noticing and still maintaining the conversation with Green and Blue proceeds to trip over Luigi.
"WAH!" Yelled out Red as he trips.
SLAM!
"Red! Are you alright?" Asked Blue.
"Luigi!" Cried out Mario.
The two parties go to their respective members and check up on them.
Red is shown with some dirt and small rocks attached to his face, which he promptly removes from his face.
"Red, you OK?" Asked Green.
"I've been through worse, believe me." Said Red with a smile on his face. "I'm more worried about Luigi though. Hey Luigi, you alright?"
Luigi simply nods his head, and does a motion with his hands telling Red not to worry about it.
"Good to hear." Said Red. Blue and Green help Red up from the ground, and suddenly a familiar red and white orb drops out of his pocket. The orb in question opens and releases Aero, who let's out a loud roar as he stretches his wings out.
"WOAH!" Screamed out both Mario and Luigi.
"A...Aero!" Yelled out Red.
"Huh!?" Yelled out both Green and Blue, who then proceed to check their own inventory. Surprisingly, they still have their Pokeballs in stock. Looks of genuine shock and stupidity appear on all three of the Dex Holders faces.
"Oh." Said Red.
"My." Said Blue.
"God." Said Green.
"WE HAD OUR POKEMON ON US THE ENTIRE TIME!?" All three of them said in unison.
Aero looks at all three of the Dex Holders in genuine confusion at the whole situation.
"I don't believe this! Well, in our defense, we were kinda preoccupied but...Oh jeez! We are so sorry, here, have some food!" Said Red.
Aero begins chomping down on what seems to be biscuits, Red then proceeds to let out the rest of his Pokemon, which consists of a Poliwrath, Venusaur, Snorlax, and Espeon.
Blue and Green proceed to let out their Pokemon as well. Green's team is composed of a Scizor, Charizard, Porygon 2, Golduck, and Machamp. Blue's team is composed of a Wigglytuff, Blastoise, Ditto, Clefable, Nidoqueen, and Granbull. They begin to feed all their Pokemon biscuit like treats as well, while simutaneously apologizing to them. Mario and Luigi are simply looking at the whole scene, with sweat drops forming behind their heads anime style.
"Mamma Mia." Said both Mario and Luigi in unison.
Meanwhile, back at Bowser's Castle, Princess Peach is shown to be stuffed in what seems to be an oversized birdcage, looming menacingly over what seems to be a bottomless pit. Bowser is shown sitting on his throne laughing a job well done.
"I swear Princess, you make it so easy for me to swoop in and grab you. Granted, I had to sacrifice a loyal member of the Koopa Troop, but I say it was worth it." Said Bowser.
"Mario and Luigi will come! And they will defeat you! Just like every other time." Said Peach.
"Dream on. With the Heartless on my side, there is no way those two has beens will be able to defeat me. The same can be said about those 3 twerps joining them." Responded Bowser in a cocky tone of voice.
"Typical Koopa King behavior, thinking he's already won." Said Princess Peach.
"You poor ignorant girl, the Heartless aren't like any other creature I have in my army, they are the fiercest force in the entire universe!" Said Bowser.
"With both the Heartless, and my newfound allies, not only will your puny kingdom belong to me, but I also get a fair share of the universe at my disposal as well!"
"What!?" Asked Peach.
"Ha ha ha ha! That's right, there is more than one evil force in the universe, and like the respectable villain that I am, I humbly joined them. All I have to do is find something called the Keyhole, and maintain control over it." Said Bowser. "Even now as we speak, some of the Heartless under my disposal are out searching for it."
"If this Keyhole is so important, why aren't you out searching for it yourself?" Asked Peach.
"Because, my fellow royal, that would mean you'd be unguarded. While I do have faith in the Heartless, I know that they aren't that competant to dispose of Mario and Luigi and those twerps upon arrival." Said Bowser. "Speaking of which, considering they have something that can fly, they'll probably be here any moment now." Bowser grins and presses some sort of button near his throne. An alarm goes off as the entire room glows red.
Meanwhile, back at Red and company, Red, Mario and Luigi are shown flying on the back of Aero, and Green and Blue are shown flying on the back of Green's Charizard.
"How far do you suppose we are from Bowser's castle?" Asked Green to Red.
"From what Mario and Luigi told me, we should be there within the hour." Said Red.
"I just wish we didn't have to put strain on our Pokemon, they've been jammed in their Pokeballs for so long, and now we have them working." Said Blue.
"They don't mind, especially since we just fed them." Said Green. "Still, we probably should of noticed we still had them sooner."
Charizard just gives a short huff in response.
"Yeah, sorry, won't happen again." Said Red to both Aero and the Charizard. "Huh?"
The sky grows increasingly dark as they set into unfamiliar territory, the two flying Pokemon descend from the clouds to get a better view of what's ahead.
"That must be it over there!" Said Red, pointing towards the large, dark castle in the distance.
On the drawbridge of the castle is shown to be a series of cannon like structures. All of them aim upwards and start to blast what seems to be giant bullets with white arms and eyes.
"It seems Bowser knew we were coming!" Said Green. "Charizard, evasive manuevers!"
"Aero, same thing." Said Red. Aero roars in response and begins to dodge the incoming onslaught of projectiles. Charizard proceeds to do the same, dodging incoming projectiles when they show up.
"Hyper Beam!" Yelled Red. Aero opens his mouth and orange energy begins to charge up. Aero releases the energy in the form of a beam, which disposes the cannons in an explosive manner.
"I thought our Pokemon's attacks didn't work on the Heartless." Said Blue.
"Those weren't Heartless, just cannons." Said Green. "The Heartless are probably inside guarding the halls of the castle."
The two Pokemon fly into the castle just as the drawbridge closes, all of the heroes dismount from their Pokemon, and promptly send them back in their Pokeballs.
"Thanks for the assist." Said Red to the Pokeball. He puts it away, and promptly the group is met with a group of armored Koopa Heartless and ball and chain Heartless.
The Keyblade appears, and the other heroes engage their weapons.
Three ball and chain Heartless go on the offensive and jump towards the group, Mario and Luigi jump into the air, doing some sort of spin motion, nailing the ball and chain Heartless with their hammers. Red nails the third ball and chain Heartless with the Keyblade dispatching it.
"HYAH!" Yelled Blue, whacking one of the armored Koopa Heartless with her staff. It barely does anything, and the Heartless starts approaching her. "FIRE!"
Blue then proceeds to shoot a fireball into the armored Koopa Heartless' face at point blank range. It falls backwards from the blast before slowly getting back up.
"HAH!" Yelled Green as he slices up another ball and chain Heartless. He then disposes of a couple of armored Koopa Heartless as well. They turn into puffs of black fog, and small hearts float up into the air before disappearing.
"Eat this!" Said Red, slashing another armored Koopa Heartless, dispatching it.
"Well, that seems to be it for the first round. Come on, we have a whole castle to traverse." Said Green.
"Right." Said Blue and Red.
The group runs towards a dark hallway and two more Koopa Heartless spawn. These ones seem to be wearing dark blue wizard hats and robes. On the robes are shown to be the Heartless emblems. These Koopa Heartless are shown to be purple in terms of skin color, and appear to be wearing glasses containing the same yellow soulless eyes. In one of their hands, they wield a golden wand like instrument with a red glass tip.
"Those are new." Said Blue.
The two wizard Koopa Heartless begin to wave their wands around, gathering magic energy. They both fire a multicolored fireball marked by a circle, square,
and triangle. They all jump back and the blasts simply dissolve when they hit the floor.
Mario and Luigi attempt to slam them with their hammers, but the two Heartless disappear before they can land a hit.
"Huh? Where did they go!?" Asked Red.
The two Magikoopa Heartless reappear behind the three Dex Holders and fire another magic blast towards them. The two blasts nail both Green and Blue in the back.
"AGH!" Yelled both Green and Blue in pain. They fall foreward and hit the cold hard ground.
"Are the two of you alright?" Asked Red.
The two Magikoopa Heartless disappear again.
"We're fine. Sheesh, these guys are going to be a pain, I can already tell." Said Green.
"No doubt either highly resistant or outright immune to magic too." Said Blue.
The two Magikoopa Heartless appear again and apparently snicker at the heroes expense.
"Eat this!" Said Red, he throws the Keyblade towards the two Magikoopa Heartless, and dispatch them. They dissolve into black mist, with hearts floating up into the air afterwards. The Keyblade then transports itself back into Red's hand.
"Nicely done." Said both Blue and Green.
Mario and Luigi both begin to jump ecstatically near a large black door with two golden handles. Red, Blue and Green catch up with them.
"Sorry to keep you two waiting." Said Red.
"Let's a go!" Said Mario. Mario proceeds to open the door, leading to a circular stairwell. The 5 proceed to run up the stairwell to another black doorway.
Mario opens the door, and enters into another hallway, filled to the brim with platforms, in between the platforms is scorching hot and bubbling lava.
"How do any of the residents traverse this hallway?" Asked Red.
Mario and Luigi waste no time in jumping over the lava and onto the platforms.
"This hallway is to thin for either of our Pokemon to fly over the lava." Said Green.
"Guess we have no other choice but to jump." Said Blue.
"Uh..." Said Red, overlooking the overall outlay of the room. "One at a time?"
"One at a time." Said Green and Blue in unison. "Your first." Said Blue.
"Why me!?" Asked Red.
"Because your the one closest to the lava pit." Said Green.
Red then proceeds to notice how close he is to the lava pit and promptly jumps back. Red then proceeds to take a deep breath, and slowly but surely jumps over all the lava pits. Shortly thereafter, Green makes his way to the otherside of the hallway, and finally Blue.
"Alright, we're all here, let's keep going." Said Green.
They open the other door, leading to a hallway adorned with a red carpet, and a series of golden Bowser statues facing each other at a downward angle. At the other side of this hallway is a large red door, outlined with small black spikes, and with golden handles.
"This must be the way to the throne room." Said Green.
Luigi begins to walk the hallway, going up to the first couple of golden Bowser statues, whose eyes proceed to glow red, and breath fire onto him.
"WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH WOAH!" Yelled Luigi quickly backing away from the flames.
"Motion sensors!" Said Blue.
"Oh, great." Said Red. "Go past any of these statues, and we're as good as fried."
"You know the old saying Red, fight fire with fire. Charizard, come out!" Said Green.
From the Pokeball, comes out Charizard, which can be described as draconic in appearance. It is bipedal, and primarily orange in color with a cream underside from chest to tail. It has a long snout and neck, small blue eyes, and two horns protruding from the back of it's head. There are large wings with teal undersides sprouting from it's back. It has short stubby arms, and it's hands have three clawed fingers each. It's feet have three clawed toes, and cream colored undersides. The tip of it's tail is shown to be constantly brimming with a small flame.
"Charizard, use Flamethrower on all of these statues!" Said Green.
Charizard obeys and spews a stream of piping hot flames towards the statues on the right side, and then on the left. Slowly but surely, the golden statues of Bowser melt into golden slag.
"Good work, come back now!" Said Green, placing Charizard back into his Pokeball.
The Dex Holders and Mario Brothers run towards the opposite end of the hallway, a group of Soldier and Armored Koopa Heartless pop up to block their way.
"Out of the way!" Said Red, instantly slashing a couple of armored Koopa Heartless, dispatching them. Mario and Luigi slam their hammers down upon a couple of Soldier Heartless, dispatching them.
"Fire!" Yelled Green, launching a fireball towards another Soldier Heartless. Green slashes the Soldier Heartless and another armored Koopa Heartless, dispatching them.
"HYAH!" Yelled both Mario and Luigi, dispatching the last of the Heartless by spinning and slamming them with their hammers.
"So much for the last line of defense." Said Green.
"You guys ready?" Asked Red.
"Let's go." Said Blue.
Mario and Luigi jump into the air a couple of times, and Green simply nods his head.
Bowser is shown tapping the arm of his throne patiently, waiting for the band of heroes to enter his throne room. Peach is shown simply hanging out in the oversized bird cage looming over a bottomless pit. The door slams open, Red, Blue, Green, Mario and Luigi entering the room, weapons in hand.
"Heh heh heh." Snickered Bowser. "Took you long enough. Tell me Mario, Green Stache, how's it been?"
"GR!" Growled both Mario and Luigi.
"Hand over the Princess, Bowser! We can settle this peacefully, nobody has to get hurt." Said Red.
"Ah, so your the twerp who the Keyblade chose, we finally meet face to face. What's wrong, too weak to fight me by yourself, you have to have your little band back you up?" Asked Bowser, mockingly.
"Wait, you know about the Keyblade!?" Asked Red.
"Of course I do, why wouldn't I know about the Heartless' greatest weakness." Said Bowser. "You and that flimsy thing are becoming a pest to both me and the rest of the members of the Dark Circle rather quickly."
"Dark Circle?" Asked Green.
"Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! You had best learn that name quickly twerps, you made an enemy out of them the moment you got that Keyblade. Considering you have enough time to learn their name." Said Bowser, confidently.
"You freak! What makes you think you can beat us!" Asked Blue.
Bowser than proceeds to take out some sort of controller with a singular red button.
"Huh?" All 5 of them ask.
"One press of the button is all it takes to let the Princess drop into that bottomless pit her cage is looming over." Said Bowser. "One false step and I will press it!"
"You..." Said Red.
"Heh heh heh. I have the whole lot of you right where I want ya." Said Bowser. "I should of made this alliance sooner, I've never been this close before."
"You won't get away with this!" Said Green.
"I already have, I placed you five into the ultimate ultimatum. You could attempt to fight me, and I'll drop the princess into everlasting darkness. Or you could surrender and accept your fate. Heh heh heh, it's a lose lose situation for you idiots regardless of what you choose." Said Bowser.
"That's what you think! Fire!" Said Blue. She shoots a fireball towards the switch, and destroys it.
"AH! What!?" Yelled Bowser.
"Well well, it looks like your ultimatum is no longer relevant." Said Green. "You'd best hand over Peach now or suffer the consequences."
"Are you joking!? You think that I'm just going to give up after you destroyed my little switch?" Said Bowser, rising from his throne.
"It's 5 against one, you're outnumbered!" Said Red.
"Or am I?" Asked Bowser in a sly tone. "5 against 1 is kind of unfair, luckily for me, I had someone sitting in the corner to back me up this entire time."
"Huh?" All 5 of them ask.
The door behind them slams closed, and is then blocked by some sort of magic barrier. Bowser steps to the side of his throne, which begins to brim with dark energy.
"What the!? The throne!" Said Red.
The arms of the throne turn into actual, blue colored arms, with 4 clawed fingers. A pair of yellow eyes appear near the top of the throne as the red decor turns completely black. A red heartless emblem appears on both the now black velvet, and on the actual seat of the throne.
"Quite a Treacherous Throne, isn't it?" Asked Bowser.
The Heartless, now known as the Treacherous Throne let's out a small roar as it rises into the air.
"You poor stupid kids are going to learn what happens when you pick a fight with the Koopa King!" Yelled Bowser. "Enguarde!"
Comments: Red, Blue and Green, with help from the Mario Brothers are about to take on the first member of the Dark Circle, Bowser. Bowser has the Heartless,
Treacherous Throne backing him up for this fight, and who knows how much of a force these two people can pose to the heroes together. Will the heroes triumph? Keep on reading to find out.
