Aivenna and Rick had left Razat's house and were now walking in the back streets, because Aivenna still didn't want anybody to see them together.
"Well I think I'll go back to Chaotic and meet you later at the Mugic Museum." stated Rick.
"I thought you were going to fallow me all day. What made you change your mind?" she asked. She was actually happy that she didn't have to deal with him for another four hours.
"Going to get some tools sounds boring, so I thought I could go find some one to battle and beat in the dromes while you go get the tools." he answered as he pulled out his red scanner.
"Okay than, meet me near the back doors in four hours." she told him. Rick only shrugged and transported back to Chaotic to battle. Since he was gone, Aivenna had no need to walk on the back streets and began to walk on the faster path.
Nivenna must know by now that her journal is missing, but does she suspect me? Aivenna thought. She continued to think as she made her way to a shop that had all the tools she needed for today. It would be her first time there, but she heard that they had exultant tools for sale.
After a twenty-minute walk, she was standing in front of a building with a sign above the door that read, Lieux's Shop. She walked inside and was amazed at all the different types a saws, hammers, and all kinds of tools that she didn't recognise.
"May I help you?" asked an older creature that was putting up some wrenches on a shelve.
"Yes, I need some tools can you help me?" she politely asked as she give him a note that had a list of all the items she needed.
Looking over the list the shopkeeper stroked his beard in thought.
"Yes, we have all of this, but it will not be cheap." he said.
"That is fine, just please get them for me."
"Alright, I'll be back in a minute. Some of this items are in the back, since creatures rarely buy them." he said, before leaving to get the tools, leaving Aivenna alone.
She really didn't care much about the price as long as the tools are able to do the job. Good thing being an Overworld lieutenant, she gets paid very well. She even has enough money to buy her own house, but she is always on the move so she never stays in one place long enough to need a place of her own.
The shopkeeper came back with a small box in his hands.
"Here you go miss, the things on the list is inside this box." he said, giving it to her. "That will be a hundred and fifty coppers."
Aivenna signed, but she know it would cost a lot. She put the box down and took out fifteen gold coins, which equal the hundred and fifty coppers and give it to him. The shopkeeper's eyes went wide at seeing the gold coins. Gold coins would be the same as a hundred-dollar bill for a human. He was not expecting gold coins, because only a few creature could be paid with them.
Aivenna picked up her box and said good-bye to the shopkeeper.
"T-thank you and please come again." the shopkeeper said with a stutter and Aivenna left.
'Alright I still have two hours left, but there is nothing that I have to do.' She thought as she walked down the street. Just then her stomach growled. A few creatures that were walking past her heard the growl and looked at her. Blushing from embarrassment, she just realized she had not eaten for a while and thought now would be a good time to grab a bit to eat.
