And this is why I feel obligated to let you guys decide what my next story should be. I've already got idea's for two, but you guys get to vote and of course the one with the most votes is the winner. I'll let you guys know who won when I post chapter 20. That way, everyone get's a chance to vote.

There will be summaries of the stories at the very bottom. Don't forget to review and vote!

So I know I haven't answered individual reviews in a while, but this one caught my eye and made me just go...what?

Sparky199 said : 'oh dear oh dear! Poor percy! Can he have a nightmare or something please I just want to see sheilds reaction?! Please?!'

Okay, your review made me just crack up. Like, you pity Percy and you feel bad that he's suffering and yet...you want him to suffer more? I'm sorry that just made me laugh so hard in confusion.

"Sorry." Bruce mumbled.

"Not sorry at all." Tony answered as he returned to looking at the screen. "And Fury's not going to get mad. He's not even going to find out."

"Oh, really?" Steve countered and took a step closer to talk to the man. "How do you know? Stark, he's a paranoid leader of a multi billion dollar secret service. He's capable of more than you think."

"So am I."

"I'm serious." Steve snapped. "Tony, what ever your doing, it's not worth resulting in Fury constantly breathing down your neck afterwords."

Tony whirled back around in his chair, eyes flashing before resuming their normal dead beat glimmer. "Actually, it is. I'm not a soldier Rogers. I don't have to follow orders."

Steve snorted. "Yes, because we all know your better as a lone ranger."

"Oo!" Tony jeered mockingly. "Finally understood that reference enough to use it?"

"Guys." Bruce tried to interrupt.

"Do you always act like a child Stark?" Steve countered.

"Guys."

"The ladies seem to like it."

"Guys!" Bruce yelled, effectively drawing their attention to him. His nostrils flared as he pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose. "Right. Just...calm down." The scientist ordered. "And Tony-"

"What's that?" Steve interrupted, eyes drawn over Tony's shoulder to the miniature monitor behind him. "Somethings happening..."

Tony frowned in confusion and turned his head to follow Steve's gaze. His frown deepened as the rest of his body fallowed suit. "What's going on?" Tony mumbled. His tone was so soft, Steve was sure he wasn't supposed to hear.

Fury was waiting at the door to the room the kids were stuck in. Steve couldn't see everything, but he managed to glimpse several black clothed men behind the trench coat wearing man.

Steve leaned over and braced his hands on the table, eyes intently watching the screen. The door opened and Steve was barely able to make out the sound of Fury talking. He wasn't able to know for sure since Fury's back was to him.

"Tony." Steve snapped.

"Working on it." The other man answered and his fingers raced across the keyboard as he tried to do whatever it was he was doing.

The screen turned to static, and Steve was about to snap something when the screen cleared once more. Instead of it being outside in the hall this time, it was inside the room. There was a huge fight going on, and Steve felt a burst of fear and admiration as he watched the teens do a pretty good job of taking care of the men.

A sudden thought hit him as he watched the final two -the only girls of the group- finally get taken down. What if they really were terrorists?

The screen went to static again as Tony switched cameras to the hall.

The screaming brought Steve back from his wild thoughts. The kids that weren't unconscious were yelling wildly to each other. The blond haired girl was shouting something in a language he didn't know. And then she spoke in English, and his heart broke.

Percy -the boy Steve had interrogated- was screaming a name. Annabeth. The blond haired girl screamed his name as well, the name 'Percy' echoing in the halls. Steve wondered sadly if they were a couple, watching as they were taken from each other down separate halls.

Steve slammed his fist on the table and darted to the door.

"Steve!" Tony called after him. "Where are you going?"

"To stop this!" Steve called back over his shoulder.

"Wait up!" Tony called. Steve didn't slow, but his advanced hearing signified two pairs of feet racing after him.

Future Fanfictions

Once a Hero

Annabeth chase has died and Percy can't live without her. The gods create a false identity for him as Tony Stark, and for a little while, he manages to keep his past from catching up to him. But the past has a way of finding you. This story will contain Steve X Tony/Percy. Rated T only because I'm paranoid.

Different, yet the same

This is actually a Big Hero 6 story, for those of you who have seen the movie. It's a Fanfiction where an OC goes to SFIT before the events of the movie (AU-ish I guess) and it's basically a lot of fluff and drama and anxiety. Rated T because of Depression (violent, graphic, and gory scenes), suggestive content (have not determined how explicit those scenes will get), and future suicide attempts. Tadashi X OC
