I don't own anything it all belongs to the BBC but one day I'll be living in a big ol' city.

"Bye, have a nice time" River called as her parents walked into the busy alien market.

"Come on Riv you're letting the cold in" the Doctor said. River closed the doors and sat down next to the Doctor on the seat in the console room. River rubbed her stomach; she was now 9 months pregnant. She was finally enjoying being pregnant. She laid her head on his lap. After 5 minutes the Doctor said "Well things to do" he moved River head of his lap. River sat up as the Doctor walked towards the console. "What are you doing?" River asked.

"Oh you know fixing the TARDIS" the Doctor said.

"I'll help" River said standing up.

"No. You go and read go to the library"

"I'm fine I'll help you"

"River, you are heavily pregnant and you need rest"

"Oh come on. The one time my parents are out and you want me to rest" River said raising eyebrow.

"For once I'm telling you go and rest"

"And I'm saying no"

"Do what the Doctor orders" the Doctor said.

"Well I could be persuaded by a spoonful of sugar to take my medicine" River said. The Doctor cupped her face and kissed her gently. River smiled and walked to the library. She padded between the shelves, her bare feet making a soft pat. River picked up her diary and curled up on the sofa with her diary. River spent at least 2 hours writing and reading her diary, using her bump as a stand.

The Doctor crept up behind River; he leant down and kissed her. "Um sweetie"

"Feeling rested" the Doctor asked sitting at the over end of the sofa, River's feet resting on his lap. "You know I love you" the Doctor said.

"What do you want?" River said.

"Do always need a reason to be nice to you?" the Doctor said.

"Yes"

"Ok then. I may have accidently broken the TARDIS" the Doctor said.

"And you want me to do….what exactly?" River said.

"Fix it"

"Okay" River said getting up and walking to the console room with the Doctor. After a few minutes River had located and fixed the problem. River stood at the console, the Doctor lying on the floor next to her, fixing a circuit. River doubled over, the Doctor jumped up "River? What's wrong?"

"Ow. I want Amy" River breathed.

"River stay calm, what's happening?"

"The baby's coming" River said slowly.
