A/N:Hey guys, thanks for coming back to look at the newest chapter...I almost forgot about it because I've been so busy with exams and finals...I'm glad I had at least most of these next few chapters done before this month otherwise I'd probably be the equivalent to a basket case right now... Anyways, Enjoy chapter 14, review if you want.

Chapter 14

Kyber

I was finally released from the hospital and was able to head back to my dorm. They still wanted me to "Take it easy" though I protested that I was perfectly fine. Wolf walked with me the entire way back, a little grin on his face, his tail swishing seemingly nonchalantly. I had nearly forgotten where our dorm was it had been so long...

I didn't have my key card on me so Wolf had to open the door. He took his time, enjoying the look of impatience on my face. I was surprised to see that everything looked nice, neat and orderly. Though everything had his scent on it, I could tell. I walked over to my bed and sat down, not remembering how nice the bed felt. Wolf had shut the door behind him and walked over. He then proceeded to pick me up and set me on his lap on his bed. I fussed over not needing this much attention but he just seemed amused and kept me there anyway. He wouldn't let me get up for anything.

After a few hours of Wolf not letting me get up and him messing with my fur and ears, my phone went off.. It was the headmaster...

'What did he want?' I looked at my phone curiously before answering.

"Kyber, I need to see you in my office, now." Before I could respond the call ended with a "click". His voice sounded serious I wondered what was going on...

Fox

I saw Kyber walking back to the dormitories today. 'So, the bastard finally got out did he?' I saw Wolf walking beside him and gritted my teeth. 'Wolf should be walking with Me not Him.' I thought it was finally time to tell the headmaster about the little relationship the two had. I had waited patiently, allowing him to have his moment, but Kyber knew full well it was against the rules, and he was busted. With a smirk I walked to the administration office. The reception area was fairly neat and smelt of floor polish. I walked up to the front desk where a petite white swan sat doing some paperwork.

"Excuse me, miss." I said politely "I'd like to speak with the Headmaster." The swan looked up and then picked up her nearby phone. After a short conversation she hung up.

"The Headmaster can see you now. Take a right at the end of the hallway, last door down."

"Thank you ma'am." I smiled, things were going perfectly. I walked down the hallway, my shoes making a small clipping noise as I walked. After a few minutes I was in front of the Headmaster's door. I knocked softly and heard a voice say

"Come in." I walked in and saw the headmaster, a rather old looking hare, sitting behind the desk. His short fur a tannish brown, he wasn't thin but certainly wasn't fat either. He seemed to be going through some files at the moment..

"To what do I owe this visit?" He said looking up, adjusting a pair of half-moon spectacles before folding his hands neatly on his desk.

"Well sir. I thought I should bring something to your attention." I said, he raised an eyebrow, motioning for me to go on with his hands. "I had seen one of the professors in a relationship with one of their students. I thought it best you should know because of the rules."

"Which professor?" The headmaster tilted his head, curiosity in his voice.

"Professor Kyber sir, the advanced self-defense and combat instructor, with Wolf O'Donnell."

"That's quite a heavy accusation on one of our newest professors, do you have any evidence that this is true?" There was a hint of skepticism in his voice.

"As a matter of fact, I do sir." I pulled out my phone and pulled up the picture I had taken from the hospital. The hare seemed to study this for a moment before nodding slightly.

"I see.. Thank you for bringing this to my attention, I'll see to it right away."

"Thank you sir. I just thought it in the best interest of the students sir. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to be late for class." With that I walked away with the biggest grin on my face. That wolf was going to get it now.

Wolf

Kyber had finally been released from the hospital and I couldn't be happier. I tried to act as casually as I could though, and thought I pulled it off. We wound up back at the dorms and I had opened the door to our room, showing him a nice little surprise, in my opinion at least. I had been making sure everything was clean for when he came back. I wanted everything to be perfect. I shut the door as Kyber walked over to his bed and sat down. I strolled over and decided to pick him up, despite his protests. I thought it was cute how he was annoyed and I kept him in my lap, lightly brushing his fur and playing with his ears slightly. He got a call on his phone, and after a moment he set it down and sighed.

"Wolf, I need to go somewhere, can you let me go?"

"Where do you need to go?" I asked, wondering what was so important.

"The Headmaster wants to see me for some reason.."

"Then let me come with you." I said. He protested but I didn't let up, eventually he gave in, I think just because he had to go. I walked with him down to the Administration building and we headed to the Headmaster's room. Kyber knocked on the door before walking inside. I followed him without thinking.

"Headmaster, you wanted to see me?" He said, tilting his head to the side, his ears twitching slightly every now and again.

"Yes...And I see you brought Mr. O'Donnell with you as well.." His tone sounded somewhat disapproving and I wasn't sure why.

"I'm sorry sir but he wouldn't let me leave unless he tagged along..."

"That's not the matter at the moment, Are you in a relationship with Mr. O'Donnell?"

Kyber was silent, I saw his tail droop and his head fell slightly. He'd slipped up, and had been caught.. It was all too clear by who... My mind immediately slipped to the fact the Fox wanted Kyber gone, and would try to make said end a reality. Mentally I growled at Fox for having to go OUT OF HIS WAY to have Kyber kicked out… but that was a rant for a later time…

"Your reaction is all I need to confirm this. Kyber, you know the rules of this University correct?" his voice sounding stern, as though he were talking to a child.

"Yes sir..." He said quietly

"Then why did you disregard this one rule? You're a Professor here and I will not have you flirting with one of your own students!" The headmaster said harshly. I saw Kyber cringe slightly.

"But...But Sir..."Kyber attempted to say something. The headmaster took a breath before continuing.

"I'm sorry Kyber...But you broke an important rule. I'm afraid I'm going to have to remove you from your position." Kyber's ears pressed against his head as his gaze was seemingly fixed to the floor, shuffling his feet a bit. I couldn't believe this. Kyber had just recovered from being taken captive, and was being thrown out..

"What?!" I said before I could think of what I was doing.

"Why the hell are you cutting him? So what if he's in a relationship? He's Still a student here on top of being a teacher, So WHY the fuck can't he be happy?!"

"Mr.O'Donnell, it's clear you don't understand. Kyber here was allowed to attend this university IF he taught here as well. He was fully aware of and agreed to the terms and conditions that were meant for a teacher, so regardless if he IS a student, the rule applies to him. Since he can no longer fill his end of the bargain teaching, he will have to leave the campus."

"Then why the hell was he in the STUDENT DORMS if he has to follow the rules of a Teacher?"

"He signed a contract." The headmaster pulled out a piece of paper

"Read for yourself." He set it on the desk and slid it forward.

"When questioned about the possibility of having a relationship, Kyber assured me it would never happen, signing the contract." I read the paper and sure enough it was there. Kyber had made a full agreement assuring he would have absolutely no relationships, platonic excluded, with any student he encountered followed by his signature at the bottom. This sucked. Kyber was about to be kicked out and there was nothing I could do about it. Threatening to drop out wouldn't do anything but ruin my chances of becoming a pilot...The only thing I really could do was hope for a miracle.
