AN: Wow it's been way too long since I've gotten to update. Sorry everyone, but there were several things outside of my control that prevented updates. I haven't abandoned this story so no worries there. Thorilian's review idea makes an appearance in this chapter. Anyway on with the fic!
Chapter 14: Another surprising secret and a betrayal?!
After Hadrian and Severus joined The Dark Lord on his dais two more thrones appeared along side his. All were made of silver with velvet Emerald colored padding and with snakes adorning them. Severus sat on Tom's left while Hadrian sat on his right. Other wise the only difference in the thrones was that Hadrian's was smaller in stature than his parents.
"My Lords where was the young Prince hidden?" asked a surprisingly sane sounding Bellatrix. "He was originally taken to the Potter's as you know, but after I killed them Dumbledore dared to send my heir to muggles." Tom stated with barely suppressed rage. Anger swiftly went through the ranks of the loyal Death Eaters, But Lucius and Draco saw this as an opportunity to begin to plot, after all no self-respecting pureblood would follow a muggle raised piece of trash. "Yes it's true that Dumbledore sent me to muggles." Hadrian calmly stated after gaining the attention of his father's followers, "He did so in the hopes that they would abuse me, however," he quickly continued upon seeing the rage and desire to exact revenge on the muggles who had dared to abuse their prince, "his plan backfired. The muggles I was sent to told me everything that they knew about the situation and helped plan a beautiful revenge on Dumbles."
After saying this Hadrian returned to his seat as Nagini once more wrapped around him. While this was happening the Death Eaters let out a cheer, however, Lucius and Draco were plotting. Fortunately Draco had never listened to Severus when he had tried to teach Draco Occlumicy. Hadrian, after recovering actually turning out to be a natural legillimens had Draco's plans basically slamming into his mind. Quickly informing his father via Parslatongue that the Malfoys were up to something and not to be trusted. Knowing that his son wouldn't try to start trouble Tom called for Lucius and Draco to approach. Again Draco's mind was screaming out the plans going through his head. Concentrating on Lucius tom mercilessly tore through his mental barriers and found an even more shocking plot.
Not only were Lucius and Draco planning to kill his son, but Lucius was also in league with Albus Dumbledore! "CRUCIO!" Yelled Tom in a fit of rage. "How dare you betray me and our cause to insure Magic lives again!" With this declaration made the Death Eaters cried out for the blood of the traitor. Bellatrix take him to the dungeons and place him in one of the specially warded cells. "With pleasure my Lord." Bellatrix stated with and icy calm that Hadrian thought was somehow more terrifying than the rage his father was putting out in his aura. "One question my Lord, does it mater what shape the traitor is in when he goes into the cell?" asked Bellatrix. "As long as he is alive and sane, then no." Tom told her.
With that Bellatrix stunned Lucius and levitated him out of the room after summoning all his portkeys and his wand from him. The same was done to Draco before he was bound and taken to another such cell on the Dark Lords orders. Once Bellatrix returned form her task Tom told his Death Eaters "My Consort and Heir must return to Hogwarts, however, my son will be resorted and both are to be protected at all costs. Is this in anyway unclear?" "No my Lord" was heard from all the Death Eaters and Junior Death Eaters.
"Albus" screamed Molly Weasley "Those twin terror's you brought here are causing more damage by the day. If this keeps up I don't care that they are the heirs of Gryffindor I'll turn them out myself!"
"Not so loud Molly. No one else knows their heritage. After all we need to keep as many of the Founder's heirs indebted to us as possible." "Fine, but you need to step up the monthly payments so that we can cover the damages they cause." grumbled Molly.
What Molly and Albus didn't know was that the twins and Remus Lupin had been listening in on one of their inventions called the extendable ear. After Albus and Molly had left the area Remus turned to the twins "Good job boys. Now you let Harry know and I'll contact Sirius." After putting the twins to work writing Harry Remus used the Marauder's secret code to send Sirius a letter informing him of what had happened with Harry and how Dumbledore and most of Harry's friends had been using him for money and fame.
It was high time that Dumbles and his minions learned what happens to those who messed with the Marauder's and their little cub.
Meanwhile Sirius Black was relaxing as much as he could while worrying over his little pup. It didn't matter that he was only James and Lily's godson, he was still that sweet child that had loved to play with his uncle Pa'foo, Mooey, P'ongs, and Wormy. After being able to actually get some rest he began to remember that Peter had told them that he had found Harry's parents and that they hadn't gotten rid of him like Dumbledore told them, but that Dumbledore had actually stolen the baby when he was only 3 days old.
With his memories returning Sirius decided to get in contact with Harry and tell him what he knew. Once coming to this decision Sirius looked up and was surprised to see a tawny colored owl headed straight for him.
