"Wait say that again?" Yumi asked.

She took a deeeeep sigh, "Okay: I followed him. I shot him. He blows up missal. Continue to follow him. Sees a HUGE sphere thingy. And all of a sudden a blast of water comes out like one of those under water building things popped. The hub is washed far away. I follow a konger thing. But run into even more kongers. Then I drove my ass back here."

"Whoa you out ran hundreds of kongers!" Odd shouted amazed, "That must of been awesome!"

Ulrich rolled his eyes, "Why did you shoot him?"

Maya shrugged, "Seemed like I had to do something other than follow him."

"But what if he had attacked you?" Jeremy asked.

"He didn't."

"But he did make a huge wave of water wash you away," William's voiced came through.

"Yea but-"

"There's no but about it," Aelita said after being quiet for awhile, "He attacked you, you could have been virtualalized for ever," she took a deep sigh before saying, "There's no way that guy could be David. None."

"Whoa you thought he was-"

Yumi cut William off, "Aelita you don't know that. You need to have hope that-"

"I have hope that my brother is alive. But that can not be him."

"How would you know?" Maya asked, "When Jeremy turned on the super computer you didn't remember who you were; maybe he didn't regain his memory yet either. You're no different from him."

The last few words hung in the non-existing Lyoko air.

"Th-the d-difference is," Aelita stammered, "When i didn't remember who I was; I still wasn't evil. Who ever this guy is, he chose to be."

Before anyone could say something else, Jeremy said, "Materialization Aelita, materialization Yumi, materialization Ulrich."

"Materialization Odd, materialization Maya."

"All I'm saying is you could have been a little nicer!" Odd was trying to talk to Maya. They were in the park walking. Well Maya was more pacing back in forth and Odd was standing there trying to make her calm down.

"Nicer? Pfft this is a matter of facts. There is no opinions or feelings in this."

"True but was that last part really necessary."

You're no different from him

The words floated in her head but she shook it off, "It's the truth, the cold hard truth."

"The truth can hurt a person," Odd said quoting things he's seen on tumblr.

"The truth will set you free," Maya smiled, also quoting things from tumblr.

They stood there smiling at each other till Odd remembered he was not here to flirt with her (even though he reallllly wanted to) but to get her to say sorry to her cousin.

"Come on Maya," He started as she began to pace again, "She's your cousin." She stopped pacing; he had her attention now.

Okay Della Robbia don't fuck this up, "S-she's your cousin who you haven't seen in the longest time. Even if you go around telling her the truth you can't just come right out and say it. Like can't you remember when she was younger a-and she was always there for you."

Her shoulders slumped, "What should I do," she muttered.

Odd smiled, "Go and say sorry."

"But I don't think I should take back what I said; It was true after all and-"

"I mean go say sorry for saying to like, with a real bitchy attitude," Odd laughed.

She puffed out her cheeks, "Fine."

"Aelita calm down," Jeremy said as his girlfriend paced back and forth in his room as he sat on his bed.

"JEREMY NEVER TELL A GIRL WHO IS WORRYING TO CALM DOWN!" She yelled then went back to pacing.

He sighed, "Sorry."

"Ugh no, I'm sorry," she was still pacing, "It's just- she's right you know."

"No she isn't-"

"Yes she is, we both no it," she sighed, "And-and who knows where I'd be if you hadn't turned on the supercomputer, and some evil guy had; maybe I would be evil. Jeremy face it, I am who I am today because of you."

"No, you are who you are cause of the choices of your past, okay?"

"But still, I don't know she was right and shouldn't be upset because she was right."

"No you shouldn't." Jeremy got up and took Aelita's hand and looked into her eyes, "Look I don't really think she's right but hey it's not me she was talking about. Maybe you should go say sorry for getting upset over the truth."

She smiled, "Yeah-yeah I should."

She paused as her hand touched the door knob, "Hey, since when did you become so good with girls?"

He smiled, "Since I got a really great girlfriend."

"AELITA!"

The pink haired girl turned around to see a a blue haired (cough Maya-duh) running towards her.

"Hey," She smiled, "I was looking for you. I wanted- hey, whats wrong?" she asked her younger cousin.

"I-I w-was looking *gasp* for y-you too."

Aelita laughed, "You ran around the campus- and your tired? I'm pretty sure Lyoko is worse"

Maya shook her head, "Jeremy once t-told me, that y-you go t-to the Hermitage, w-when your s-sad."

"WAIT! You ran all the way to the hermitage!"

"Y-yeah," She took out some money and bought a can of cherry soda from the vending machines where they were standing, and took a looooong drink, "Gah; I wanted to apologize, so I went looking for you at the hermitage, cause I knew you were upset about what I said on Lyoko. But you weren't there. I went to your room, the bathroom, and Jeremy's room. He said you wanted to talk too." She took another long drink, "Aelita, I'm really sorry, I shouldn't have said that-"

"But you were right," Aelita cut her off, "And I shouldn't have gotten sad."

"I'm sorry," They both said at the same time; then laughed.

"And um," Maya looked down at her feet, "I'm sorry for not being the best cousin as of lately."

"What are you talking about! I'm the older one here, and I haven't spend time with you in-forever; except Lyoko of course."

Maya smiled, "A little over ten years actually. And um, we could always hang out now?"

"Anything in mind?"

Maya smiled, "Lets see if you're any good at video games as you are at deactivating towers."

The two chatted on their way to the game room. As they came closer to it, Maya saw someone enter; Emily.

"Crap.."

Aelita saw her too, "You two still aren't talking huh?"

"We try our best to avoid each other. Only time we're in the room together is one of us or both of us are sleeping."

"You two should make amends," Aelita said hoping to give some older cousin advice.

"I don't know. I don't think we could unless I tell her the truth."

Aelita nodded silently, "Hey we don't have to go in-"

"Nah, I have to kick your butt at this new Sonic game I bought."

"Sonic?"

Maya laughed, "I'll teach you."

When they walked in, Emily and her friends were watching tv.

"Hang on, I'm gonna get a drink," Emily told her friends.

She got up and walked straight into (of course) Maya.

"Oh, um hey," Maya said awkwardly.

"Hey... sorry," Emily said with no emotion in her voice.

"Uh, I'll see you in the room tonight..." Maya said even more awkwardly.

"Will, I really..." she muttered.

Sensing the awkward tension in the room, Maya turned around and began to walk away.

Emily sighed as one of her friends shot her a look that said "What are you waiting for? Talk to her!"

"Hey wait," the words came out of her mouth before she realized it.

Maya didn't turn around. Aelita held her breath.

"I-I want to know," Emily sighed, "I know we haven't been friends for long; but I am your roommate; I have a right to know WHERE or what you are doing when you leave the room."

"Emily..." Maya sighed, "I promise... I'll tell you later."

"When?" Emily scoffed, "Where do you go? What do you do? Who are you with?"

When she didn't answered Emily continued, "What, are you some type of superhero? Yeah is that it? You save the day and stop an unspeakable evil?"

"Emily, I promise," Maya begged, "I'll tell you later tonight."

"No," Emily said, "Tell me now- or else."

She didn't have to say what she would do. Aelita looked at Maya worried; she didn't know Emily very well; But she did know Emily was not a snitch, but she also knew Emily seemed like the type that didn't like to be left out in the dark.

"I, um, had a study date.." Maya stuttered. Aelita smacked her forehead at her cousins weak lie.

"No Maya. The truth now!"
