Bulla's POV:

I got up a little late this morning after staying up late from reading the Shinobi book. With the two books in tow, I slipped on my blue jacket, and went through the front door (For once). I stopped as soon as I saw a note attached to the front door.

Training.

-Sasuke U.

I raised an eyebrow in question, now that I think about it, I actually never knew Sasuke's last name.

I shrugged my shoulders; it was none of my business anyways. I walked towards the library, which was the only place I was familiar with. I dropped the books into the return slot, and walked towards the shelf labeled Clans.

"What the heck is a clan?" I whispered as I picked up a book that was caked with dust.

"You don't know what a clan is?" I squealed in surprise as I fell on my bottom.

"Ouch!" I whispered again, keeping in mind that we were in a library. I looked up seeing a guy with pineapple shaped hair with a hand stretched towards me.

I wonder how much hair gel it took for his hair to look like that.

"I didn't mean to startle you, sorry about that."

I smiled, finally someone with manners! I thought as I accepted his hand

"Oh, don't worry about that! I was totally distracted. My name is Bulla, and you?"

"Shikamaru, but you really don't know what a clan is?"

"N-no not really. I'm kinda new here. " I felt my face heat up as I looked down. It wasn't my fault that Basic Knowledge of the Shinobi book never mentioned anything about a clan.

"I know, I saw you at Sasuke's birthday party for five seconds before he dragged you away, and here I was thinking that Sakura was the only one with a somewhat odd hair color. No offense." he smirked. I looked up towards him, even more embarrassed that he brought that up.

"None taken!" I responded quickly

He grabbed the book out of my hand and narrowed his eyes.

"This book is seriously outdated. Don't tell me you were actually going to read it."

"Well I don't have much of an option." I said as I pointed towards the shelf we were standing in front of. There were on a few more books left.

He stood there in thought for a second before he sighed.

"I not supposed to show this to anyone, but I'll make an exception this time. Follow me" he told me as we walked towards the back of the library. He lifted a flap which turned out to be a large hole. I looked back to him in curiosity.

"Grab onto me." He instructed. My eyes grew wide, but I grabbed onto his torso, and closed my eyes buried my head on his chest as if I was a child who saw a ghost.

He jumped in and it felt like we were going through a never ending slide. I opened my eyes only to see his fishnet shirt. I looked up and only saw bright lights; it could easily make someone blind. I went back to placing my head onto his chest. After a few minutes, I fell onto carpet.

Second time falling today. Nice Bulla.

I got up and brushed off the invisible dirt on my shirt. I stopped as I looked around.

Holy cow!

There were books all around us. Some were ultra small and others were as big as Buu's stomach! There were also tons of chairs and bean bag chairs. I resisted the urge to jump onto one. I stared in awe.

"Ugh…"

Shikamaru-san!

I rushed towards him as I saw him get up.

"How troublesome."

"Are you alright! Do you need a medic? I can go grab one if-"

He chuckled. And I tilted my head in confusion. It was a bad habit I had since forever.

"Don't worry about it." I sighed in relief.

"Any who, this place is amazing! How did you discover it?" I could hear my inner book worm talking.

"Only a select few know that this place actually exists. I'm not even supposed to show you this place or else I might not be able ever come back here."

Wow.

"Well don't worry about it! My lips are sealed! It can be a secret between you and me!" I grinned

"Yeah, well it better be." He said as he walked towards a shelf and pulled out a book.

Aw no fair! Dust didn't fly all over his face!

I sat (well more like flopped) onto one of the bean bag chairs as he took a seat on the chair in front of me.

"So, do you have any knowledge on clans what so ever?" he asked

"Nope." I answered flatly

He sighed and I heard him mutter something that sounded like "Troublesome". He turned the first page and read aloud "Chapter one: A clan's purpose"

I sat up a little, ready to digest all of the information that he was about to read.

After a few hours and a few chapters, he slammed the book shut which startled me. I yawned as I looked at my watch.

7:03 p.m.

How the heck could I be tired? I thought as I got up and stretched.

"I think that's all we're going to read today, before you fall asleep."

I shot him a glare, which somehow melted into a grin

"Does this make us friends?" I asked eager to finally make a friend.

"I guess so."

I smiled and gloped him.

"I think you're squeezing all of my internal organs."

I let go while laughing. "You're such a baby."

He asked for me to hold onto his arm and I gripped on. He performed a few hand signs and we disappeared from the library.

"Will you walk me home?"

"Why?"

I wacked his arm.

"How could you consider leaving a young innocent girl like me all alone to walk home? What if I get kidnapped? It gonna be all your fault, and-"

"Alright, alright. And I thought Ino was a drama queen."

That earned him another whack upside the head

"Now you're comparing me to other people!"

"Bye!" I waved my arm furiously.

He waved back and walked off. Stared at is retreating form until he turned at a corner and disappeared from my sight.

I opened the door and saw Sasuke munching on a tomato while he was drenched in sweat.

"Ew! Go take a shower" I yelled

He closed his eyes and continued to eat his tomato.

OH NOW HE'S INGORING ME!

I walked (more like stomped) towards him until I was in front of him. I grabbed the tomato that he was holding, and threw it in the trash can.

He glared at me and I smiled.

I shoved him up the stairs until we got in front of the bathroom door. I threw him inside and I put my KI on the door knob, so that he would get shocked if he tried to open the door.

I walked towards my room and laid on my bed and waited until I heard the water turn on. After a while I heard an electric shock followed by a scream coming from the bathroom

"BULLA!"

I grinned.

Well that's the end of chapter…well whatever chapter this is.
