Bio: When Arceus created the world we know today, it allowed Groudon and Kyogre to shape its continents and seas, then when Rayquaza was given its own title, it created an atmosphere that could support life, afterwards, when the world was finished, Arceus created Mew and Celebi, Mew to provide the world with animal life, and Celebi to provide the world with plant life, both are essentially the same Pokémon, however while Mew possess the original DNA to most normal Pokémon species, Celebi possess the original DNA to most plants and Grass-type Pokémon, it is because of the combined efforts of Celebi and Mew, that the world of Pokémon still has a prosperous and bright future, however, at one time there were, complications, it started at about the same time Man had evolved, Arceus, wanting to tinker a bit with creation, decided to create Uxie, Mespirit, and Azelf, while Mespirit and Azelf affected the Pokémon and Human community as a whole, Uxie focused a bit more on certain Pokémon and the Human race, the result of giving Knowledge, Emotion, and Willpower led to the rise in 4 things, the Ghost-types, the Psychic-types, the Fighting-types and the Human race`s misuse of their knowledge, for when the human race was given the knowledge, they began to develop their own land, which resulted in a traditional method of farming known as "Slash and Burn", the resulting destruction of the forests upset Celebi, and every Pokémon around the world sympathized, so they retaliated, Celebi and the forest dwelling Pokémon fought back against the humans, and after hundreds of years of fighting, the Human race realized that they too would be negatively impacted by the loss of the forest (plus they got their butts whupped pretty badly), so instead they took what they had already, and developed cities and towns that didn't overpower the forest, but instead blended in with the forest, these cities and villages are constantly visited by Celebi, who happily recognizes humanities capability for peace, Celebi is very similar in personality to Mew, it has the same child-like behavior, except that it is more willing than Mew to approach cities and towns and be in the presence of humans, though it will still attempt to conceal itself or escape when it senses hostility or danger, Celebi is one being, however because of the vast growth of the forests, it was given time travel capabilities by Dialga to help protect the forest everytime, and everywhere, but unlike Dialga, it cannot exist at only one time and one place, instead, it can exist in multiple places at once, this means that though there is one, true Celebi, there are probably hundreds of the same Celebi in different time zones, however, if one Celebi interacts with another one, they combine, and they become one in the same (physically, they always were mentally), the result is the equivalent to going to a Pokémon Center with any and all damage and/or status effects removed immediately, however, if the original Celebi is badly injured and/or dying the rest of the Celebi will cease to exist, knowing this, if it happens, the Celebi will return to the "original one" and merge with it, bringing it back to life and healing it completely, it is believed that Celebi is so connected with the forest that it now shares a symbiotic bond with the forest, which explains Celebi`s precise knowledge on events that are happening at different times and places around the world, allowing it to better protect the forests
Abilities: Despite appearing small and fragile, Celebi is no force to be reckoned with, it`s command over plant life in addition to all Pokémon living in the forest worshiping it as their leader, makes it a dangerous foe, but even when faced alone, it is still a threat, for its combination of Psychic and Grass-type powers can easily overpower those that are not properly prepared, usually when faced with a battle situation it will attempt to flee to another time period, if that somehow fails it will attempt to use a Safeguard, if that fails only then will it retaliate, using long range moves such as Future Sight and Leaf Storm to bombard or distract its opponents while it attempts to escape again using its time traveling powers, the process will repeat itself until the opponent gives up, Celebi successfully escapes to another time, or its opponent is defeated when not exerting itself in battle, Celebi can easily recover from any and all status aliments quickly, when dead or dying, its time clones can merge themselves with the original Celebi to bring it back to life, wherever a Celebi goes, dying plants are completely healed and buds bloom and flowers bear fruit and etc.,
Weakness: Celebi`s symbiotic connection with plant life means that the reflection of plant life around the world affects upon Celebi`s condition and possibly vice versa, Celebi has grown too accustomed to human contact in recent years and grows bolder and bolder each passing year, this makes it vulnerable to those that wish to exploit its power for their own purposes (EX: Team Rocket), if you wish to battle Celebi, it is recommended to bring Bug, Fire, Flying, Ice, Dark, Ghost, and Poison type`s to have a strategic advantage in battle, bring an army`s worth of these Pokémon as Celebi will most likely call for the help of any nearby forest-dwelling Pokémon in battle
