Author's Note: So I am sorry but I believe that Tsuna wouldn't allow Mukuro to hurt Reborn. But I do agree with most of you that Reborn should die for hurting Tsuna. Anyways please read and enjoy.
Colorless World
Chapter 13
Destroyed Color and the Sky's Inheritance
Tsuna was least to say, shocked. He didn't know how he hadn't noticed at first. His best guess for not noticing the night before was that his vision was still blurry and messed up from his eyes being closed for so long. But that morning he must have just been too happy that Mukuro was back to notice. He sat with his hands covering his face as he felt Mukuro's hand leave his shoulder. he was shaking from the fear of not being able to see their colors. He had known if they touched his eyes that something would happen that's why he had snapped the first time. He looked up when he heard Mukuro walking away. he knew instantly where the mist was heading. He stood up and wrapped his arms around Mukuro's waist, "Wait!"
Mukuro must have been shocked as he looked back at Tsuna, "We can't hurt him. You can't hurt a friend of Nono's."
Mukuro saw the fear in Tsuna as the younger was trying to act like a grown and do what was best, "That doesn't matter Tsunayoshi, he took something from you and he needs to die for it."
Tsuna shook his head again, "It's fine, I can deal with it but if you hurt him then I'll have to tell Nono and I can't deal with that."
Mukuro wrapped his arms around the younger. He could see anger reflected Tsuna's face. The caramel haired boy probably wanted to destroy the person who did this to him but he had chosen to act like an adult and get over it. Mukuro ran his hand through Tsuna's hair, "I get it. I won't touch him."
Once given the word of assurance, Tsuna's body slackened in Mukuro's grip. He buried his face into Mukuro's chest. He was so scared of what to do without being able to see their colors. Mukuro picked Tsuna up and set him down on the couch. Chrome sat beside Tsuna while Mukuro went to finish what Tsuna had been cooking. Tsuna was just sitting on the couch now staring at his hand, "Tsuna, are you sure you're okay?"
Tsuna nodded at Chrome's question, "I'm fine. It's just weird to look at my hands and see nothing. Usually I see orange. It's so weird after all these years."
Chrome took a hold of his hand, "I'm sure you'll be okay. You're the strongest of all of us. You'll find a way to get your sight back."
Tsuna nodded as he looked at his hands. He breathed slowly, calming himself down. He felt dizzy suddenly as he saw just a slight orange flame on his ring, and heard a voice,"Decimo?"
Tsuna glanced around when he heard the voice. He looked at Chrome, "Did you hear that?"
Chrome shook her head, "I didn't. Are you sure you're okay Tsuna?"
Tsuna shook his head feeling dazed as he rubbed his eyes, "I don't know. My head really hurts."
Chrome reached out and touched his forehead, "You have a slight fever. Maybe you should stay home today. Your body might be stressed out since you were so scared."
Tsuna nodded his head in agreement, "That might be a good idea but first we should get something to eat. I'm starving."
Tsuna right now wanted to just get his eyesight out of his mind. It was upsetting and he didn't want to think about it. Chrome and Tsuna made their way to the kitchen where Mukuro had just finished what he had been cooking. He handed each of them a plate, "It won't be as good as yours but at least it's something to eat."
Tsuna took a bite and smiled in gratitude, "It's good."
Mukuro laughed after taking a bite, "It's not as good as yours."
After they had finished eating, Tsuna had gone upstairs to rest since he felt horrible. Mukuro had sat with him while he was in bed and in no time Tsuna was asleep.
Tsuna was standing in a room surrounded in white. It seemed as if the world was blank. Tsunayoshi hated the color white so much. It made him feel so alone, as if nothing could possibly exist in it. It was so empty, devoid of life. When Tsuna looked around to see someone standing off in the distance, he was slightly surprised. He walked towards the person off in the distance and was even more shocked when he saw someone who looked like his exact replica. The only difference was the man's hair and that he was slightly taller than Tsuna since he seemed to be an adult.
Tsuna wondered where he was as he walked towards the man only to meet a light orange wall stopping him from getting any closer. Tsuna looked at the man as the blond turned to look at him. The blond smiled as he walked towards Tsuna only to frown when the wall stopped him. The blond seemed to be speaking but Tsuna couldn't hear him. Tsuna placed his hand beside his ear trying to tell the man that he couldn't hear him. The man seemed disappointed when he noticed what Tsuna was saying. Tsuna reached forward curious and touched the wall. When he touched it he felt a surge of flames enter his body. He was sure instantly that this wall was the same as the one he can make with his flames and that it shouldn't be too hard to break. The only question was whether or not it should be broken. The man on the other side didn't look mean. He sighed as he decided to break the wall.
He placed both of his hands on the wall and then imagined it disappearing. Within seconds it was gone. Tsuna smiled as the man walked towards him. Tsuna wasn't too surprised that the wall had been destroyed so easily, "Decimo. it's good to finally talk to you."
Tsuna looked at him curious, "Who are you? And where am I?"
The man walked over, "My name's Giotto. Well I guess you would know me better as Vongola Primo and we are currently inside your dreams."
Tsuna looked around and then made a disappointed face, "My dreams suck."
Giotto looked around, "It wasn't like this until the wall started weakening. Did something happen?"
Tsuna sighed, "Someone took away my ability to see colors."
Giotto nodded, "That's not possible, come here."
Tsuna walked towards Giotto. Something about the man made him feel as if he could trust him. The man placed his hand on Tsuna forehead, "I'm guessing you haven't been taught how to control it."
Tsuna shook his head, "You can control it?"
Giotto nodded, "It's pretty easy, you shouldn't have a problem either with the amount of flame control you have. Although it seems like someone had sealed your ability to control it at a young age, no maybe you accidentally did it. I think when you were little you may have sealed it."
Giotto was releasing a sky flame from his hand as he moved his hand around Tsuna's head. Tsuna though it felt very warm and comforting. He wondered if this was how it felt when he did it to his friends. Tsuna looked up as he pulled his hand away, "I returned it to normal. When you wake up you should be able to see like a normal person."
Tsuna nodded, "Why are you in my head anyway?"
Giotto smiled, "I'm in the ring but somehow you seem to seal things automatically. I tried talking to you but you sealed me away so I usually just wander around in your head and it usually looks a lot nicer in here than in the ring."
Tsuna sighed, "So why are you here?"
Giotto looked at him and flashed a smile, "I'm here to confirm that you are truly supposed to be Vongola Decimo. But you made that a rather hard task."
Tsuna sighed, "So you were the one who called out to me this morning?"
Giotto nodded, "Yeah the seal had weakened for a little while and it allowed me to talk to you."
Tsuna nodded, "So do you believe that I am the proper Decimo?"
Giotto nodded as he smiled, "These eyes are proof enough that you are worthy of being Decimo. It also means that you must be related to me."
Tsuna smiled, "It's something like that but nobody else knows."
Giotto smiled as the world began to change, "You seem to be waking up. I'll talk to you once you're awake."
Tsuna was going to respond but then everything went black.
Tsuna's eyes snapped open as he flew forward. It was so sudden that he even spooked Mukuro. Mukuro reached out to stop Tsuna from falling off the bed, "What happened?"
Tsuna looked at Mukuro and his eyes widened, "You look so different."
Mukuro was confused by that. Tsuna smiled as he leaned forward, wrapping his arms around Mukuro. Tsuna leaned up and pressed his lips to the Mist's. Mukuro was quick to react as he flipped their positions so Tsuna was lying on the bed while they locked lips. Mukuro was starting to run his hands up Tsuna's side pulling his shirt with it when he heard a laugh, "Well you kids look like you're having fun."
Mukuro looked behind him when he heard the person's voice. No one was there. He looked back at Tsuna to see him looking elsewhere, "Giotto-san your interrupting my fun."
Mukuro looked to where Tsuna was staring which was beside them on the bed. Sitting on the bed was a really close replica to Tsuna that had orange flames leaking from him. Tsuna sighed as he moved to be in a sitting position. Mukuro stuck his arm out curious. His hand went through the person stomach, "It's not an illusion but it's not a person either. Who are you?"
Tsuna sighed as he moved again, "He's my ancestor. To be more specific he's my great-great-great grandfather."
Mukuro looked at Giotto, "That's not too hard to see. You two look almost exactly the same."
Tsuna shook his head, "No. He's got different colored hair from me."
Mukuro sighed, "But other than that you look exactly the same."
Tsuna and Giotto both sighed. Tsuna looked at Giotto, "You're here to teach me about my eyes right?"
Giotto nodded, "Yeah, I'm sure you want to know how to turn it on and off."
Tsuna nodded and then Giotto continued to explain. Once Giotto was finished Tsuna was able to change his eyes at will. This was one of the happiest days Tsuna had in a long time.
Since that day Giotto was always talking to Tsuna. They got along great and rather quickly he learned that the man was less like a grandparent and almost more like an older brother. He learned that Giotto had been with him since he originally received the ring and that he had been trying to talk to him but the seal was blocking him. Giotto couldn't even materialize outside the ring because Tsuna had somehow sealed him inside.
Tsuna learned very quickly that Giotto was a bully. Giotto liked picking on everyone around Tsuna which often made him laugh because what's funnier than a ticked off Mukuro or Hibari, especially when it's someone who's already dead that they can do nothing about. Multiple times Tsuna had broken out in laughter because they had tried to hit Giotto only to hit a wall. It was really unusual for both Hibari and Mukuro to miss so when they did it was funny although Tsuna had to block quite a few stray trident strikes and Tonfa swings from hitting him and other people.
It had been two weeks since the day he realized he was in love with Mukuro. He had first talked to Hibari by himself who simply said he already knew. He was still rather nervous about how he would break it off with Gokudera and Takeshi. He didn't exactly know how they would take it.
Tsuna was sitting with Mukuro and Chrome when he heard his cell phone ring. He answered it to hear Takeshi's voice, "Tsuna could you meet me and Hayato at the usual place?"
Tsuna smiled and simply agreed. He had a guess what it was about and if it wasn't, it was a good time to make it clear about their relationship. He looked at Mukuro and smiled as he stood up, "Are you coming?"
Mukuro stood up and took hold of Tsuna's hand, "I'm not going to let you do this by yourself."
Tsuna smiled and gave him a chaste kiss on the cheek as they turned and headed out of the house. As the door closed, Tsuna smiled and said, "Thank you Mukuro."
With that they were on their way to see Yamamoto and Gokudera.
Author's Note: Not too much happened. Yes I brought Giotto into the story. He's going to be someone for Tsuna to talk to about Mafia related stuff and love issues. Anyways I hope everyone enjoyed. Special shout out to Skylar18 for just being plain awesome. I love all my readers and enjoy responding to reviews so much. Anyways I hope everyone enjoyed and drop me a review.
Beta Reader's Note: I wish I could have seen Giotto trolling Hibari and Mukuro. Especially how he would interrupt the Decimo's private time with his mists xD
