"Shit" Excalibur said aloud, now very surprised and shocked. He looked from left to right, as if expecting the killer to still be in the room. Excalibur was very confused and overwhelmed. Not scared though. He wasn't sure what to make of this. Someone had come and murdered the person he was going to take alive. Who was this person, did the grineer do it so the Tenno couldn't get information or was it someone else with a grudge? So many questions flooded Excaliburs mind, he shook his head to clear it and hastily left the room. He drew his skana now very conscious of the danger, and began to make for the exit.
He must have taken a wrong turn because he ended up in a large grineer dock yard. He looked around trying to re-gain his bearings, "Crap" he said angrily. He didn't notice until now that his heart was beating quite fast and he was breathing heavily, as if he was scared. NO! I am not afraid! He thought to himself angrily. And as if in response to that the lights in the dock flickered and a deep dark voice said, "Are you afraid? Tenno". The last word sounded as if it was almost spat out. Excalibur whirled around trying to find the source of the voice, but the flickering lights didn't help. "Show yourself!" he yelled back. "I believe you are. Excalibur" the voice said once more, saying his name as if it were a bad taste in the mouth. Excalibur recoiled as he heard his name, his eyes widened momentarily but he quickly recovered and adopted a more stern expression. Excalibur continued to spin around until the light show ceased and there a loud thud. He quickly turned around, entering a battle stance, legs bent sword up, tilted across his chest. In front of him was a figure covered in a cloud of smoke, that reminded Excalibur of Ashe, the person was standing tall and proud, a deadly double bladed scythe held in his right hand. The smoke cleared and his figure could clearly be seen. The person was in a black suit, with red lines scattered around the suit. In fact it wasn't just a suit, and when Excalibur realised what it was his eyes widened once more in that day. It was a warframe.
Excalibur involuntarily took a step back which caused the person in front of him to speak. "Do you like what you see?" the man said as if reading Excaliburs mind. "Who are you?!" Excalibur demanded, slashing his sword in the air in front of him. The black suited figure chuckled, which made Excalibur frown and then the man spoke, lifting that deadly scythe up and entering a stance, "Not who Tenno, but what?". The man quickly brought his blade up and….slash dashed towards Excalibur. Caught off guard by the man's sudden display of ability, Excalibur just had time to bring his own skana up to block the attack. The two met with a clang of weaponry meeting. Excalibur was pushed back against a wall by the sheer force of the attack. Excalibur was pinned against the wall, his sword in between the two blades that made up the sickly red and black scythe. His arms trembling, trying to keep the weapon from piercing his shoulder. The man didn't seem to be struggling at all and now he brought his face closer to Excaliburs, so they were only a few inches apart. "I, my Tenno brother, I am the Stalker" the man said in an evil tainted whisper. Excalibur mustered as much strength as he could and pushed the Stalker away from him.
