Now some of you may think we have made this stupendously powerful character and everything should be a breeze from this point onward. No, first Sovereign could easily destroy Makuta. Second we will deal with the Makuta's current invulnerability, soon. Third we can employ plot twists to keep everything interesting, at least for ourselves.
Makuta POV
So I was merrily pulling wires out of the Geth's 'brain' to no effect. How redundant was this thing? It had just dropped off its cargo and was gaining altitude. Thus my main goal, keeping the Geth from landing, failed. The second goal, destroy it, was proving difficult. The third goal, staying alive, was starting to loom onto the horizon. After all if the Geth ship enters outer space it would kill me, denying my body oxygen and the various other gases I require to breathe.
In frustration I fell back to several laser blasts throughout the armored brain. Or at least to what I assumed was the brain. It could have been gyros for all I knew. Because of this action the ship started spinning.
At least I made an effect right? Unfortunately it was still rising into the atmosphere and already the air was getting thinner. Then the thought hit my like a 12 gauge slug. I reached out with magnetism crushing every small metallic container in the drop ship. Seconds before I finished it occurred to me that I was inside the thing that I was destroying.
Too late, the ship plummeted out of control and toward the surface at an alarming speed. I got that weird feeling you get while playing on a swing set. You know that feeling when you swing back down? Then I was slammed into a wall. The ship let out a scream as we came down. No doubt caused by the air rushing along its body. The ship hit some turbulence and shuddered violently knocking me out.

Makuta's POV
Wow my head hurt. I'm pretty sure most anyone else would be dead. Where was I? I could hear sizzling and popping some distance away. I cracked my eyelids open. A warm glow bathed the inside of the ship. It was comfortably warm. I could stay here forever, I thought.
O! That's right! I'm on Therum, volcano planet, lots of lava fields. Lava Fields! Warm glow! Sizzling! I bolted upright at the thought. Sure enough, lava was making its way into the wreck. A few minutes later and it might have reached me. That would have been stupid way to go, one worth laughing over.
Since I was feeling lazy I levitated and floated out to a cooler piece of real estate. Then I surveyed the damage. The drop-ship had created an impressive impact crater when it hit. The lava had run down the sides and had just started pooling at the very bottom of the pit. In other words the lava had taken up residence where I had been previously. The drop ship was mangled but in great shape considering what had happened to it. Hat tip to the Geth for their diligence.
At this point it occurred to me that I should find my friends. Hopefully they had good luck. I wonder if they finished. I had wanted to see the Krogan battle master.
I shape shifted a pair of wings and took to the air. I scanned for the spot wondering if the SSV Normandy had landed yet. A Smack! Answered my question.
The SSV Normandy had collided with me like a bug on a windshield. Or more like the hood, because the bridge windows were a little farther up. I moved forward trying not to slip in the green stain I had left splattered over a good area. That had left me feeling rather weak to say the least. Hopefully they didn't hit the wipers when they saw me. Does the SSV Normandy even have wipers?
The bridge windows are thick because nobody can hear you tapping. So there I was clinging to the windshield unnoticed! There was Joker staring at some screen probably driving the ship. The rest of the staff similarly occupied.
"Look up," I screamed out loud. Of course no one could hear me. Now at this point I could just wait till someone looked up or I could do something. I chose Telepathy
(Joker,) I said mentally.
"Uh huh, what?" asked Joker without looking up.
"Joker!" I screamed.
"What?" Responded Joker looking behind him for somebody. Drawing the attention of the crew in that direction of course.
"On the windshield if you please," I yelled.
"Gah! What's that?" yelled Joker staring at me splattered across the window. The rest of the crew jumped out of their seats terrified.
(Just me, you know Pridak,) I informed them.
"Okay what do you need?" asked Joker still very shaken.
(I need fries, a burger, and a milkshake, what do you think I need?) I sarcastically responded.
"Uh can you stay there?" requested Joker.
(As long as you wish,) the sarcasm just dripped from my mind.
"Good, we're almost to the pickup point," Joker informed me. Needless to say everyone was quite surprised when I slid of the windshield and walked into the Normandy with them.
Joker's POV
I hit the wipers, hoping the green blood came off easily. It did, at least it didn't stick. There must have been a good story behind that one. Ah, there was Commander Shepard and Pridak.
"Hey, Commander, you know that guy Bob he spent all his time chasing an invisible being across the ship with a knife," I informed her.
"Yeah, that was just an illusion," replied Pridak as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
"Sure, now tell me why you were on my windscreen again, I just had that washed," I demanded.
"Oh long story, I'll tell it to you later," Pridak offered as he walked away
"Couldn't we just have a crew that didn't chase illusions or get smeared across the windows?" I asked Shepard hopefully.
