Prompt: Write something from the point of view of the poor bastard who has to transcribe all of the shenanigans of an Ace Attorney Court room. Bonus points for excerpts from the transcript.

"It's just - I'm a professional, sir, and honestly I pride myself on my ability to accurately type out every sound while court is in session."

Edgeworth nodded shortly, uncertain how this impacted him. The stenographer began to sweat.

"I, I mean I think I'm pretty darn good at my job, I have good hearing and I can even usually get all the defense's sarcastic muttered asides - and I can keep up with Wendy Oldbag, sir, that's a first in my profession..."

"The court appreciates your efforts," the Demon Prosecutor said dryly, leaving the 'now stop bothering me' unspoken.

The stenographer took a deep breath. "Th-there's just one detail, I'm not certain, I just need you to confirm - earlier, when Mr. Wright successfully turned the tables on you, did you say 'NGOOOOOOOOOH!', or was it 'NGHOOOOOH!'?"

There was a moment of tense silence.

"Wait! This is important evidence!" he shouted after the prosecutor's rapidly retreating back a moment later. "Sir, please, I'm just trying to do my job! ...Mr. Edgeworth!"
