After Gohan's confession, he carefully studied Marron's face, as if he was seeing his wife for the first time. "Was my wife always this beautiful? Was her eyes always this blue? Was her nose always this cute? And her hair, was it always this long? And... her... lips..." Gohan rubbed his thumb gently across her lips. He hesitated for a moment, and leaned down and kissed her. "Were they always this soft?" Gohan wrapped his arms around her, not wanting to let her go. "Marron, never, ever, let another man kiss you again," he said, pressing her body up against his.

Meanwhile, Trunks silently released his tears, as he drove back home. He pulled up in the driveway, but didn't get out of his car. He banged his head against the steering wheel out of frustration, because he regretted not telling Marron his feelings many years ago. "I'm sorry, Marron. I know your heart belongs to Gohan, but my heart still belongs to you," he said, talking to himself.

- A couple of months later -

Marron is now six months pregnant, and Gohan is a better husband to her. He's more lively, and he showers her with love, affection, and gifts. Marron still isn't quite use to it yet, but she's happy that Gohan loves her back.

When Marron found out she was having a boy, the entire family was thrilled, especially Pan, because she would have been jealous if her mother was having another girl. Since Marron was having a boy, she chose to name her unborn son after the two most important men in her life; her husband and her father. She was naming her child Gohan Krillen Son, but was going to nickname him Lenny.

Marron needed to do some shopping for Lenny, so she dragged Pan along with her to the mall, to find the perfect coming home outfit for him after she gave birth. Pan was actually interested, and was amazed with all the cute, little, things that they have for babies. Pan looked around and found a, blue, one piece, with a matching hat, that had, 'Please don't touch me! My mom is paranoid!' written on it. She thought it was the perfect little outfit for her baby brother, and went to show her mom. Of course Marron rejected it, but Pan liked it so much, she purchased it herself. "I guess Lenny will only wear this when he's with me," she said.

While Pan purchased the outfit, Marron continued to look around, and was about to give up, until she came across a brown baby jumper, that had an adorable picture of a chipmunk on it, that had, 'My grandpa is nuts about me,' written on it, with peanuts and acorns drawn in the background. "My dad will love this," she said. She picked it up, and discovered it had a hoodie attached to it, with animal ears. "Oh this is just too cute!" Marron bought the outfit, and her and Pan left the mall, and went home to show Gohan.

When they arrived home, Gohan was sitting at the kitchen table eating a grilled cheese sandwich, when Pan ran to show her father what she picked out for the baby. "Dad! Dad! Look what I picked out for Lenny," she said, happily, showing her father the outfit. Gohan looked at his daughter and smiled. He chuckled slightly when he read what was on it. He looked up at Pan and said, "Now if only I could find a shirt like this in this in your size, whenever you're around a boy, except it would say, 'Please don't touch me! My dad is paranoid!'" laughed Gohan. Pan, thinking her father was lame, rolled her eyes, and walked away. "Not funny dad," she said.

Next, Marron showed Gohan the outfit she picked out for the baby. When she presented it to him, all Gohan did was smile. He actually hated it, and thought it was girly, but if she was happy, he was happy.

The doorbell rang, and Marron left Gohan in the kitchen, while she went to answer the door. It was a package, and Marron signed for it. She looked down at her stomach, and began talking to the baby. "I'm sure it's another gift for you, Lenny. I told my mom and Chi-Chi to stop sending you pampers!" But when Marron saw how big the box was, she wondered what was inside. "Hm, on second thought Lenny, I don't think this is a box of pampers. Shall we see what's inside?" When she opened it, to her surprise, it was a beautiful bassinet that she wanted, with a custom made quilt that had her son's initials on it. Her face lit up, because this particular bassinet was hard to find, and was sold out at many stores. She squealed happily, and couldn't wait for it to be put together in the nursery. She checked the return address on the box, and saw it was from Bra and Goten. "I should have known it was from Bra. She's the only one who knew how much I wanted this bassinet. Oh Lenny, lets call her right now and thank her!" she said.

Marron picked up her cell phone, and made the call to Bra.

Bra answered. "Hello," she said.

"Thank you, Bra! I love the bassinet and quilt! It's excellent for my baby," Marron said, full of excitement, as she rubbed her belly.

"What are you talking about?" asked Bra curiously. "I bought you a baby stroller with a matching baby bag, not a bassinet and quilt."

Marron raised her left eye brow looking confused. "No, what are you talking about? I didn't receive a baby stroller with a matching baby bag. I received the bassinet I wanted, with a custom made quilt with my son's initials on it," said Marron. "You're the only one that knew which bassinet I wanted, and the return address on the box has yours and Goten's address on it."

"Well, I didn't purchase it, and I highly doubt Goten purchased it for you, so it had to be Trunks," replied Bra.

"Trunks?" asked Marron softly. "But how would he know?"

"Because I showed him the picture of the bassinet you wanted, and told him how disappointed you were when you couldn't find it anywhere. I had given up on trying to find that bassinet for you, and bought you a baby stroller with matching baby bag instead," said Bra.

"Oh," she said. Marron's heart began to race a little. "So, Trunks did this for me?" she asked in a low tone.

"Well, it wasn't me or Goten," responded Bra.

"Oh," Marron replied. "Um, is, is he there? I want to thank him."

"No, he doesn't live here anymore. He moved out," said Bra. "I thought you knew."

"No, I didn't know," said Bra.

"Well, I'll text you his new address, but in the meantime, you can call or text him, if you want to thank him, " Bra said.

"Uh yeah, I'll do that," replied Marron.

"That's good," said Bra. "Anyway, I'll talk to you later. Goten should be coming home soon."

Marron ended the call, and shortly afterwards, Bra sent her Trunks new address. Marron stared at it, and thought about the night Trunks confessed to her. She really missed him, and wanted to see him, but that was not possible for her right now. She thought about calling him, wanting to hear his voice, but she didn't have the courage to do that either. Marron settled with sending him a quick, simple, text. She sent, 'Thank you for the bassinet and quilt. I am very happy to have received it.'

Trunks was suppose to be working when he received her message. When he saw it was from Marron, he gave a weak smile, and replied to her, "My pleasure."

Marron's heart became at ease, after reading his reply. She had felt bad for breaking his heart, but hoped one day, he would be as happy as her.

More time passed, and Marron is due any day now.

When Gohan realized he was in love with Marron, he's been avoiding Videl like the plague. He stopped all contact with her, changed his work schedule, and he finally got rid of that old wedding photo of himself with Videl. He wanted to start anew, and wanted to devote all his time to his family.

Videl was furious Gohan stopped all contact with her. He didn't give her an explanation or anything. She was so sure they were going to get back together. She wanted answers from him, and she used an old spare key to his office, that she kept when they were married, and waited for Gohan to arrive.

When Gohan entered his office, he saw Videl inside waiting.

Gohan sighed. "Why am I not surprised? Videl what are you doing here?" he asked, sitting down behind his desk, as if he didn't know the reason she was there.

"Why have you been avoiding me? I miss our alone time together," she said, giving him a naughty smile.

"Videl, I'm sorry. I know I should have told you sooner, but I'm choosing to stay with my wife."

"YOU'RE WHAT? WHY?" Videl yelled.

"Because I love her. I love MARRON, and I love my FAMILY," said Gohan.

"NO! You're not leaving me! What about all the times you betrayed your WIFE to be with me?!" snapped Videl.

Gohan felt terrible and extremely guilty. "I, I, was confused, but I'm not anymore! I love my wife. I want to be with my wife."

"NO! NO GOHAN! What you and I have-"

"WRONG! What you and I had is OVER!" said Gohan, cutting her off.

"YOU'RE NOT GOING TO GET AWAY WITH THIS! YOU JUST CAN'T USE ME, AND THROW ME AWAY JUST BECAUSE YOU THINK YOU'RE IN LOVE WITH YOUR WIFE," shouted Videl furiously.

"VIDEL, GET OUT!" Gohan yelled back.

"NO! WHY ARE YOU CHOOSING HER?"

Gohan stood up and began walking around his office. "Videl, remember when you asked me to think carefully about who I wanted? You asked me which one of you, I can live without. It dunned on me, I was living without you all this time when you divorced me. I can NOT live without Marron, but I CAN live without you," he said to her.

Videl began sobbing. "What are you going to do when she finds out?!"

"Hopefully, she doesn't, because I want to spare her this pain, but if she does, I'll get on my knees, and beg her for forgiveness!" Gohan said.

A client knocked on the door, and interrupted. He told Gohan he needed to speak to him privately. Gohan nodded, and said he'll be right there. He glared at Videl, and told her he wanted her out of his office by the time he comes back. Gohan left, leaving his cell phone on his desk. Videl was hurt and pissed, and wanted to make Gohan pay for hurting her. She picked up his cell phone from his desk, and was going to bust it, but didn't, because another idea entered her head. She decided to text Marron from Gohan's phone, pretending to be him. The text read, "Hi beautiful. Come meet me at my office, and text me when you get here." Satisfied with the message, Videl sent the text. Afterwards, she deleted it, and left his office, with his phone, waiting for Marron to reply.

Marron and Pan were eating ice cream cones on their front porch, when Marron got the text from Gohan's phone. She laughed when she read it. "Pan, your father sent me a text message. Something that he rarely does. He usually just calls me."

Pan shrugged. "Maybe he's busy, and can't talk. So what did he say?"

"He wants me to meet him at his office. Do you want to come?" asked Marron.

"Can I drive?" asked Pan.

"Sure, I'm due any moment, so I'm not allowed to be driving anyway."

"YES!" exclaimed Pan. "Come on, mom!"

Pan grabbed her mom's keys, and helped her mother to the car. She then drove them to Gohan's job. When they arrived, Marron texted Gohan's phone that she was there, and told Pan to wait in the car.

Videl grinned evilly, when she received the text from Marron on Gohan's phone, and texted her to come on up. Afterwards, once again, Videl deleted the incoming and outgoing texts. She went back to Gohan's office, purposely leaving the door halfway open, and eased his phone back on his desk. "Gohan, I know you don't love me, but can you please grant me one last request, before I exit your life forever," Videl said, being overly dramatic.

Out of curiosity, instead of Gohan kicking her out, he told her yes.

"One last kiss," said Videl, "and I'll never bother you again."

Gohan hesitated. "Videl, I don't think that's a good idea."

"Please, Gohan! For old times sake," begged Videl.

Gohan sighed. "Okay. One last kiss, and I never want to see you again."

Videl agreed, and closed the space between herself and Gohan, and kissed him on the lips with all of her feelings. Quite naturally, Gohan kissed her back, and Marron walked in on it.

Standing there watching her husband kiss Videl caused all kinds of mixed emotions to overwhelm Marron, as tears dripped down her face. Her heart felt like it was going to explode from her chest, but instead, her heart had been shattered. When Gohan broke the kiss, and saw Marron standing there, his eyes widened and he quickly pushed Videl to the side. "Marron, baby, it's, it's not what it seems!" he said. Meanwhile, Videl's heart dropped, when she saw that Marron was pregnant again. "No! You got her pregnant?! Again?!" said Videl, angrily. "Is, is that why you're choosing to stay with her?!"

Marron shook her head, as she slowly backed away. She needed to get out of there, and fast. She was suffocating, and needed air. She turned to walk back to the elevator, and was frantically pushing the button to go down, but it felt like it was taking forever. "Hurry up! I got to get out of here! I can't breathe!" she cried, "I can't breathe!" she said, as she continued to push the button.

Gohan went after her. "Marron, please, I can explain everything!" Marron didn't want to listen to him. She wanted to get away from him as fast as she could. "STAY AWAY FROM ME!" Since the elevator was taking too long, she went to the stairwell, and walked towards the stairs. As she made her way down a few steps, she stopped and sat down, because she was feeling dizzy.

Gohan followed, keeping his distance, as he still tried to explain himself to her. When she sat down, he became worried about her and the baby. "Marron," he said calmly. "I know you hate me right now," he said, with his voice quivering. "But, please," he begged, "let me help you." He reached out his hand for her to take. "Please," he said.

Marron stood up, and looked directly into his eyes. Her face was red. Her tears wouldn't stop leaking out, and she was having a hard time breathing. She didn't want his help, but she thought about the well-being of her baby, so she reached to take Gohan's hand. But before she grabbed a hold, Videl entered the stairwell as well. "GOHAN" she yelled, not wanting him to leave her. The moment Gohan looked up at Videl, was the moment Marron collapsed, and fell down the stairs. In Gohan's vision, it was as if he saw everything in slow motion before his eyes. He cried out for her, and his body shook uncontrollably when he saw the blood. He made his way to her, holding her close and crying. "SOMEBODY CALL FOR HELP!"

Videl watched in horror as a few tears fell from her face. She didn't want Marron to fall down the stairs. She only wanted her to stay away from Gohan, and if she had known she was pregnant, she wouldn't have texted her to come. She would have waited until after her baby was born, before she did something devious. She was feeling horrible. "This is all my fault! If something happens to her, Gohan will never forgive me, especially if he finds out what I did," she thought. When she saw Gohan hovering over Marron crying, she knew right then and there, that he actually does loves her. She went back to his office and called for help.

After Pan had enough of listening to the radio in the car, she went to see why her parents were taking too long. When she entered the building, she heard the sound of her dad's panicked voice. Pan became scared, and went to check things out. When she saw her mother, unconscious on the floor, Pan became hysterical, and was screaming her head off. Gohan tried to calm her, but it didn't work. The ambulance arrived and took them to the hospital, while Pan called Eighteen and Krillen to meet them there.

- Hospital-

The doctors had to do an emergency C-section on Marron, while Gohan, Pan, Eighteen, and Krillen, were in the waiting area. The doctor came out, and told them that Marron will be fine.

Everybody felt relief and wanted to celebrate when the doctor said that, but unfortunately he wasn't finish. "There's more," he said, "I'm sorry. We did all we could, but the baby didn't survive. If you want to see him, you can," said the doctor. He walked away to leave them with their grief.

They were shocked and devastated. Pan cried on her father, while Eighteen cried on Krillen. Pan wanted to see her baby brother, and asked everyone to go with with her. They all agreed, and they went to see him. When they came out of that room, they all had pitiful expressions on their faces. "Dad, how are we suppose to tell Mom that Lenny is gone? How are we suppose to do that?!" Pan cried, as she buried her face in her father's shirt. Gohan patted her back, as he held her. "I don't know, Pan. We're just going to have to be there for her," he said.

An hour later, Marron slowly began to wake up, and recognized that she was in the hospital. She didn't feel Lenny inside of her anymore, as she placed her hand on her stomach. She saw the nurse, writing something down in her room. "Nurse," said Marron, "Where's my baby? I don't feel him inside anymore. I want to see him," she said.

"Yes, madam," The nurse replied. The nurse went to the waiting room and told everyone that Marron was awake, and was asking for her baby. Eighteen and Pan decided they would go in first, and break the news to Marron. Gohan wanted to be there for her, but knew he was the last person, Marron would want to see. Eighteen and Pan took a deep breath and entered her room.

When Marron saw her mom and daughter enter her room, she smiled. "Hi mom. Hi Pan," she said greeting them, softly.

"Hi mommy," said Pan, hugging her mother. She placed a kiss on her forehead and took a seat, as she looked at the bruises her mom had on her face from the fall.

Eighteen hugged and kissed Marron as well. She sat on the bed with her daughter, and began stroking her long, blonde, hair.

"Pan, have you seen your baby brother yet?" Marron asked with a smile.

"Yes, mommy. I did," replied Pan, trying to avoid eye contact.

"Well, how does he look?" Marron asked excited.

"He's beautiful mom. He's perfect," said Pan softly.

"I can't wait to see him. Pan will you go home and get the outfit I bought to take him home in? I want dad to see him in it. "

"Mom, be quiet," said Pan, as she started to cry.

"Why? What's wrong? I just want to see how cute my baby is going to look in his outfit."

"WHY? WHY WERE YOU ON THE STAIRS MOM? JUST WHY?" said Pan, running out of the room.

Marron looked at her mother strangely. "Mom, what's going on? I want to see Lenny."

"You can't right now," said Eighteen.

"Why not? Are they running tests on him?" asked Marron.

"No," answered Eighteen.

"If they're not running tests on him, then I want to see him. I've been waiting for this moment to meet my son," said Marron.

Eighteen grabbed her daughter's hand. "I'm so sorry, Marron," she said crying. "You know I would do anything to make you happy."

"Mom, you're scaring me. I just want to see my baby," Marron said.

"You can't, babydoll. You can't," whispered Eighteen. "If you see him, you're going to want to die."

"Why would I want to die?" asked Marron fearing the worse. "He was full term. He, he was ready to be born."

"I know baby, but Lenny didn't survive the fall when you fell down the stairs," replied Eighteen.

"No," she said faintly, thinking back to that moment. She remembered being on the stairs with Gohan, but she had no idea she fell down. "NOOOO!" she screamed. Marron pulled away from her mother, and snatched the IV out of her hand. "I WANT TO SEE MY BABY! I WANT TO SEE HIM RIGHT NOW."

"Marron, please, calm down," said Eighteen.

"NO! I WILL NOT CALM DOWN UNTIL I SEE MY BABY! HE NEEDS ME, MOM! HE'S PROBABLY WAITING FOR ME." Marron started calling for her father."DADDY! DADDY!"

Krillen could hear the pain in her tone, as he entered her room. "I'm right here, cupcake," he said.

"Daddy, I want to see my baby! Please, let me see my baby!" said Marron in desperation.

Krillen hugged her tight. "I don't think that's a good idea," he said.

"Then I'll find him myself!" She pulled away from her father, and stumbled into the hallway of the hospital screaming her son's name. "LENNY!" She screamed. "LENNY!"

Everyone knew she was not going to stop until she saw her baby, so Gohan walked up to her. "I'll take you to him," he said, as he approached his wife. He stretched out his arm to touch her, but Marron shrugged away. Gohan's feelings were hurt, but he knew he deserved it. He led her to the room where their son was. Marron stood in front of the door, and entered. When she finally saw her baby, she released a heart-wrenching scream that filled the entire air of the hospital. Not one person was able to escape her pain forsaking scream.

Eighteen and Krillen were at a loss, and had no idea how to help their daughter.

Days later, Marron was discharged from the hospital, and Gohan was preparing to take her home. He had made arrangements for Pan to stay with his parents. Grief-stricken Marron hadn't spoke a word, since the loss of her son. She wished, oh how she wished, that it was a horrible nightmare.

When Gohan pulled up in the driveway of their home, he got out of the car, and went to the passenger's side to open the door for Marron. Marron got out, and walked towards the door. Gohan unlocked the door for her and let her in. He set her things down and closed the door behind them.

"Can I get you anything? Like something to eat or drink," Gohan asked.

Marron looked at him with a blank look on her face.

Gohan fluffed a couple of pillows on the couch."Um, maybe you're tired. Have a seat. Do you want to take a nap?"

Once again, Marron looked at him with a blank expression on her face.

"Come on, Marron. Say something. I'll feel better if you do. Hit me, yell at me, do something!"

"So, is this about making you feel better," she asked, breaking her silence.

"No, it isn't. I just don't think it's good for you to keep everything bottled up inside," he said.

"So, now you know what's good for me?" asked Marron.

"No. I just want us to talk. I want us to get everything out in the open without holding anything back."

"Okay," said Marron. "How long have you been sleeping with Videl?"

Gohan slightly groaned. "Marron, that kiss you saw. I had ended things with Videl."

"HOW LONG? YOU SAID NO HOLDING BACK SO ANSWER ME," Marron said, raising her voice.

"I haven't slept with her in three or four months," he said.

"Did you sleep with her before you got me pregnant?" she asked.

Gohan nodded looking away from her. "Yes," he said.

Marron ripped the necklace that Gohan purchased her from her neck. "Did you buy this necklace, and that bottle of perfume for me out of guilt?" she asked, throwing the necklace on the ground near his feet.

Gohan shamefully nodded his head, "Yes," he answered.

"Oh...my... gosh. Your clothes always smelled like that perfume, but I didn't think anything of it. It's Videl scent, isn't it?!"

Gohan quietly nodded his head again. "Yes."

"YOU BASTARD! EVERYTIME YOU MADE LOVE TO ME, YOU WERE THINKING ABOUT HER!" shouted Marron.

"It started out that way, but I LOVE YOU!" declared Gohan.

"You don't love me! You only wanted me because Trunks wanted me! That's not love, Gohan!" Marron said.

Gohan held his head up. "Trunks help me realize my feelings you, Marron! I really do love you!"

"Yeah right! How man times were you and Videl laughing behind my back, humiliating ME?!" she yelled.

"I was confused. I honestly didn't know what I wanted," Gohan said.

"So, instead of talking to me, your WIFE, you choose to make a fool of me!" she said, wanting to punch him.

"That's not it! I didn't want to hurt you!" said Gohan.

"Oh, and sleeping with Videl, was going to make me feel better," she said with sarcasm.

"What would you have done if I told you I was confused?!" he asked.

"I would have cried! And I would have left you!" she said.

"But I didn't want that!" he said.

Marron looked down at the floor. "I heard you all those years ago," she said.

"Heard what?" asked Gohan.

"I overheard you telling Videl that if you hadn't impregnated me, you would be with her and not me. You never wanted me pregnant with Pan in the first place! And you didn't want me pregnant with Lenny either!"

Gohan didn't deny her accusations, because she was telling the truth. "It started off that way, but I love them. I love Pan, and I loved Lenny."

Marron walked up to him and slapped him hard across the face. "MY BABY'S NAME BETTER NOT COME OUT OF YOUR MOUTH AGAIN!"

"I know it's hard for you Marron, but he's in a better place now," said Gohan.

Marron slapped him hard across his face again.

"DON'T FEED ME THAT B.S.! MY BABY DOESN'T EXSIST ANYMORE! HE'S GONE! IF I BELIEVED HE WAS IN A BETTER PLACE, I WOULDN'T BE THIS SAD! I WOULDN'T BE SO HEART-BROKEN! AND I WOULDN'T BE THIS MISERABLE!" she yelled, with her tears falling.

"Marron," pleaded Gohan as he stroked her hair, "Let me comfort you."

"NO! DON'T YOU DARE TOUCH ME!" Marron shouted. She picked up a vase, and smashed it against the wall.

"MARRON, PLEASE! I'LL DO ANYTING! TELL ME WHAT YOU WANT, AND IT'S YOURS." Gohan said.

"Anything?" asked Marron, with a glimmer of hope.

"Yes," Gohan said.

"Promise?" asked Marron.

"I promise," replied Gohan.

"Trade places with my baby," Marron said.

Gohan was surprised by her request. "What? That's impossible."

"You said so myself that my baby is in a better place. I don't see anyone else wishing for death to get to that place, so trade places with my baby, and we're even," Marron said.

"That... if I could do that, I would," he said, "but I can't."

"YOU LIAR! YOU PROMISED! TRADE PLACES WITH MY BABY RIGHT NOW!" she screamed, as she began slapping and hitting all over him. "GIVE MY BABY BACK TO ME! JUST GIVE HIM BACK! I WANT TO HOLD HIM!"

Gohan remained quiet and still, taking all the slaps and hits she gave him. When Marron wore herself out, she stopped, and ran upstairs to Lenny's nursery and closed the door behind her. She had her back against the door, while she looked around in his nursery. Realizing her son was never going to come home, she slid down to the floor, and broke down crying loudly.

Pan had overheard everything. She was there inside the house because she wanted to be there for her mother when she came home, but she was not expecting to hear what she heard.

When her mom went upstairs, she came out and revealed herself to her father. " So you're the reason mom fell down those stairs! You just couldn't keep your hands off your Twinkie! How could you dad! You never wanted us! We were just obstacles in your way so you could be with Videl," she said spitting at her father.

Gohan didn't want to deal with Pan, so he went up to his bedroom to be alone, leaving her standing there.

Later on that night, after Gohan cried himself to sleep, Marron left the house. It was pouring down rain outside, and Marron was walking bare feet. She couldn't be in that house of lies any longer, and she couldn't stand the thought of being near Gohan again. She was in too much pain to stay for Pan, and thought Pan would be better off without her, because she felt like she was no good. She walked for hours, as the cold rain fell upon her body, until she ended up in front of Trunks place. She knocked on his door, with her head held down, soaked, and a little muddy. Trunks opened the door and saw her. "Marron?" he asked startled. "MY BABY IS GONE!" she cried. Trunks gently grabbed her hand, and pulled her inside. He knew nothing he could say or do, would make her feel any better. Instead, he embraced her, holding her in his arms, and cried right along with her.

That morning, when Gohan awakened. He knocked softly on the nursery room door. "Marron," he called lightly, but he didn't hear a reply. He opened the door, and saw she wasn't in there. Gohan was getting a bad feeling. He quickly searched the rest of the house looking for Marron, but he couldn't find her. He double checked the house again, and there was still no sign of her. "Wait a minute. She probably slept with Pan in her room," he thought. He opened Pan's door, and saw Pan was still asleep, and alone. Now he was scared. He tried calling her phone, but it went straight to voice mail. "You can't leave me like this, Marron. I need you," he said, talking aloud. He snatched his keys off the table, and headed towards his brother's place, to ask Bra some questions.
