Previously the Digidestined couldn't get anything out of an unconscious Ogremon and the one behind making the dark towers is a young man who was behind making the virus that caused Diaboromon to be born. Will the kids find their friend Leomon before he is killed or will the dark kid get what he wants out of Leomon? Read the chapter and find out.

Full Metal Mayhem

Unknown Location (Normal pov)

Leomon opens his eyes after passing out from the torture. He looks around and sees no one is in the room. Figuring his tormentors have decided to try to find another way to torture him. Leomon used this chance to figure out how to escape and how to warn the Digidestined.

"You're finally awake," Leomon recognized the voice and growls as the young figure appears from the darkness. "I was wondering when you would wake up."

"I take it you ordered your minions to stop torturing me?"

The young man nods and approaches the Lion-Digimon. "I decided since physical harm would not break you, that mental harm will do it."

"What?" asked the confused Leomon.

The young brings out a small TV monitor and turns it on. "We're going to be watching a little movie. It's called 'The death of the Digidestined', like the title?"

Leomon growls again. "I will not let you harm them, boy."

The young man removes his hood and reveals his identity. "The name is Nicholas and there's nothing you can do to help them, except watch then die."

Digital World (Chris's pov)

"Darkness Wave!" LadyDevimon attacks our Digimon again who managed to dodge the attacks. "What's the matter? I thought your Digimon were stronger than this?"

"Damn bitch," muttered Rachel. "If she didn't have those powers I would kick her ass."

I nod in agreement. "I would like to see that. We need to find a way to stop her."

"Easier said than done," said Taomon who has some small cuts around her clothes. "She's too fast."

"Hey, don't you guys give up!" shouted Rachel trying to cheer our Digimon up. "Remember all you learned and you'll kick her ass."

"She's right," agreed Antylamon. "We just need wait for an opening and we'll get her."

Taomon nods in agreement. "Very well, let's do this then. Talisman of Light!"

Taomon sends another attack towards LadyDevimon who dodges it. Antylamon jumps up and begins spinning. "Bunny Blades!"

LadyDevimon sees this and attacks. "Darkness Wave!"

She sends another attack towards Antylamon, but Taomon appears in front of the attack. "Talisman of Light!"

LadyDevimon dodges it, but Antylamon appears behind her. Antylamon strikes, but the enemy manages to dodge it just barley though.

"Damn, so close," I muttered seeing how we almost got her.

LadyDevimon stares at us and I could tell she looks mad. I then noticed a small cut on the side of her cheek. She must have noticed it too, because I see her placing her hand where she got cut. She then stares at us and I could hear her growling.

"Damn you little brats. That really hurt."

"There's more where that came from!" shouted Rachel.

We then see LadyDevimon's expression turned from anger, to an evil smirk. "I'm going to enjoy killing you both."

Meanwhile (Normal pov)

The Digimon dodged the attack by Machinedramon who almost destroyed them. The kids took cover as their Digimon fight.

"Go Veemon!" cheered Davis. "Send that guy to the scrapheap!"

"Davis, we have to retreat," suggested T.K.

"Why? With all our Digimon together they'll take that guy down," said Davis who didn't seem concern.

"T.K. is right Davis," said Kari agreeing with her friend. "He's a Mega-level Digimon and our Digimon don't stand a chance."

"How do you know he's a Mega-level?" Yolei asked.

"Because we fought him before," explained T.K. remembering their encounter with this Digimon.

How he was once part of the Dark Masters that almost destroyed the world. How easily he took down all their Digimon when they first fought him. How he destroyed the Nunemon who saved Kari. And how it took everything Agumon had to defeat him in his Mega-level.

"What about Rachel and Chris?" Cody asked. "We can't leave without them."

"I'll go find them," volunteered Kari. "We'll meet you guys at the TV and get out of here, got it?"

The group nods as Kari runs towards Nefertimon who flies towards her friend. "Is everything okay?"

Kari shook her head. "We're going to get Chris and Rachel. Then we're getting out of here, okay?"

Nefertimon nods as her friend climbs onto her back and they take off. Machinedramon sees this and is about to attack Kari, but then a voice in his head speaks to him. Leave her, she must not be harmed.

For some reason Machinedramon obeyed the order and refocused on the Digimon who are attacking him. "Giga Cannon."

Human World (Tai's pov)

We watched through Izzy's computer monitor as our friends fight against Machinedramon and LadyDevimon. We wanted to go in and help them, but since our Digimon couldn't Warp Digivolve and as long as that dark tower is around they can't DNA Digivolve.

"Izzy, we need to do something," said Matt who like me was frustrated.

Izzy lets out a small sigh and shook his head. "There's nothing we can do, except hope they get out of there before anything bad happens."

"It's already looking bad Izzy. Damn it I wish we could do something," I said angry that we can't help our friends, but watch. "There has to be something we can do."

"I know that Tai," said Izzy as he clicks on the monitor and shows us a map of the area the others are. "But we can't do anything except hope they make it towards the TV monitor in time."

"And if they can't?" Matt asked.

"They have to try," I said knowing that's the only chance the others have to escape.

Meanwhile (Normal pov)

Sora is in an airplane with her brother Yan who is reading a book. They have been on the air for half an hour and they still have an hour to go before they make it back home. Matt had contacted her yesterday about what happened and that Leomon disappeared. She had to get out of her tour in order to come back to help her friends.

She ran into Yan who was staying with their dad for the week. She didn't want to bring him along, but he wanted to. He was stubborn like her and would not take no for an answer. The only good thing is he doesn't let his temper get the better of him, like she did with hers long ago when she argued with her home.

"Hey Sora," she turns her attention towards her brother who puts his book away. "Do you think you're friends will like me?"

Sora smiles at her brother and nods. "Of course they will and I know they'll want to be your friend."

This made Yan smile. "Cool, I can't wait then and I bet you can't wait to see your boyfriend too."

Sora giggles and nods her head. "Yeah, I do miss Matt and I'm sure he'll be happy to see me too."

"Matt?" Yan asked confused. "I thought you were dating that guy Tai."

Sora shook her head. "No, no we broke up and now I'm dating Matt now."

"Oh," Yan sounded disappointed.

"Is there something wrong?" Sora asked.

"Well," Yan decides to explain his problem. "From what you told me about him he sounds nice, but I always figured you liked this Tai guy."

Sora lets out a small sigh and nods in agreement. She did love Tai and still does, but the two couldn't make their relationship work. So they broke up on good terms and she did like Matt. Still, she does hold some feelings for Tai.

As Sora takes a sip of water from her cup her brother speaks up. "So, if you break up with Matt will you go back with Tai?"

Sora spits out her brother and begins coughing. "W-what? Why would you want me to break up with Matt?"

"I didn't say I want you two to break up, I'm just saying," Yan puts on his earphone and begins listening to his music.

Sora looks down at her watch and sees they still have 55 more minutes before they land. "This is going to be a long flight. "

Digital World (Chris's pov)

"Talisman of Light!" Taomon attacks again, but LadyDevimon dodges the attack and tries stabbing her.

"Treasure Axe!" Antylamon blocks the attack with her attack and kicks LadyDevimon away.

So far the fighting has turned to our favor. LadyDevimon may have been dominating before with her speed, but thanks to the teamwork our Digimon were showing the momentum has changed.

"Go Antylamon! Kick that bitch's ass!" shouted Rachel as she continues cheering on for our Digimon.

LadyDevimon looks towards at us and had a sneer look on her face. "You better watch it little girl or I'll be the one to kick your ass."

"Just bring it bitch!" shouted Rachel while I tried to shut her up.

"Hey! Stop pissing her off or she'll try attacking us," I already got cut once and I don't want to get cut again.

"Oh relax, she's all talk and can't back it up."

"Oh yeah?" she kicked Antylamon in the gut and threw her towards Taomon. "We'll see about that."

She charges in at us. I grabbed Rachel and we tried to move out of the way, but she was moving too fast. We then see something heading towards us. Then, we heard someone's voice and a large stone heading towards LadyDevimon.

"Rosetta Stone!"

The stone hits LadyDevimon sending her towards the ground. We see her getting up and look over to see who attacked her. It was Kari and Nefertimon.

"Are you guys okay?"

I hid my injury so she wouldn't see and get worry. "We're fine, is everything okay?"

Kari shook her head. "We need to get out of here. That tower brought back another bad Digimon and he's too strong for us to defeat."

"No way," said Rachel as she points at LadyDevimon. "Not until I kick this bitch's ass for what she did to our friends and stabbing Chris."

"She did what?!" shouted Kari as Nefertimon flies towards us. She gets off and checks on my injury. "What did she do to you?"

I glared at Rachel for telling Kari about my injury, but then I relaxed, and told her the truth. "LadyDevimon attacked us so I grabbed Rachel and got her out of the way, but I got cut. I'm fine though, don't worry."

"Chris, we need to get that looked at and get everyone out of here," said Kari who is still holding my arm.

I turned towards Rachel who I can tell doesn't want to leave. "Rachel, can you beat her?"

Rachel smiles at me and nods. "Yeah, watch this. Antylamon heal up!"

Antylamon sits down and begins using her Meditation Cure. What no one except Rachel, Taomon, and me knows, is that move allows our friend to heal up from all her injuries. Once she finished with her meditation she gets up and looks better than ever.

"All right, Taomon let's go help our friends."

"You got it," agreed Taomon.

"No Chris we need to go, please," pleaded Kari.

I grabbed her hands and smiled at her, "Everything will be okay. I promise we can help stop these guys and save our friends."

Kari looks at me unsure about all of this. I then see her looking down at where our hands are and then looks back at me with a small smile.

"O-okay, but if things look bad we run."

I nod in agreement. "Deal, Rachel be careful."

Rachel nods and waves at us. "Yeah yeah now get going!"

Kari helps me get on the back of Nefertimon. "Let's go back."

Nefertimon nods. "All right."

(Normal pov)

"Oh you won't be going anywhere." LadyDevimon goes to attack Nefertimon, until Antylamon appears in front of her and punches her.

The dark angel Digimon is send flying across the sand until she lands a few inches from the dark tower. She slowly gets up and is stunned that this Digimon appeared in front of her with such speed that she didn't see her move. Antylamon lands across from LadyDevimon with Rachel riding on her back.

"Surprised? My friend here held back a bit of her true speed so we could figure out how strong you are," Rachel gets off her friend and glares at LadyDevimon. "We're going to make you pay for hurting our friend and for trying to kill us."

LadyDevimon glares at Rachel and at her Digimon. "You two have no idea who you're messing with. Hell, you don't even know what you or your little friends are up against."

"Enlighten us then."

LadyDevimon shook her head. "There will be no need since you will be dead anyways."

"We'll see," said Antylamon who gets ready to fight. "I won't let you hurt my friend."

"Then bring it on," said Lady Devimon as both female Digimon charge at each other.

Unknown location (Leomon's pov)

"Well, it seems the new girl and her pet rabbit are tougher than they look," said Nicholas as he watches the TV with Leomon as LadyDevimon fights Antylamon. "Still, I doubt she'll be able to beat my angel."

(Normal pov)

Machinedramon shoots another attack towards the Digimon who dodge the attack, but it came close. They knew he was too strong for them to beat and they still couldn't DNA Digivolve in order to stop him.

"How did you guys stop this guy last time?" Aquilamon asked towards Angemon.

"We had WarGreymon, but since we can't warp Digivolve," said Angemon as they dodge another attack. "We'll just have to hold him off until we get the others to safety."

"Which means we'll have to buy them some time," said Stingmon who dodges another attack.

"We'll give it to them," said ExVeemon jumping on Ankylomon's back and they charge towards Machinedramon.

They slam into the Digimon who doesn't move far. He smacks ExVeemon away and stomps on Ankylomon to the ground. The other Digimon in the air attack him, but he just fires at them hitting Aquilamon and sending him towards the ground returning him to his Rookie form.

"Armadillomon!" shouted Cody.

"Aquilamon no!" shouted Yolei.

Machinedramon approaches the knocked out Digimon and aims his cannons at them. "Time to die."

"Vee-Laser!" ExVeemon attacks Machinedramon from behind, who didn't seem fazed. "Damn, he's tougher than he looks."

Stingmon used this chance to rescue both knocked out Digimon and drop them off with their friends.

"You cannot stop me, none of you can," Machinedramon fires at ExVeemon sending him flying and returning him back to his Rookie form as well. "Who's next?"

"Veemon!" shouted Davis.

Angemon rescues Veemon before Machinedramon can try attacking him. As he flies away the evil Digimon attacks him from behind. "Giga Cannon!"

The attack sends Angemon and Veemon hurtling towards the ground. Stingmon saves them and sets them down to the ground as Angemon returned to his rookie form.

"And then there was only one," said Machinedramon as he stares at Stingmon who is the only Digimon left standing.

"Davis, what do we do?" Ken asked knowing their chances of escaped has down.

Davis turns to his friend unsure. "I-I don't know."

"Should we try escaping?" Yolei asked towards T.K. who also was unsure.

"Even if we could try he would probably catch up to us," said T.K. knowing they are too far from the T.V.

"Give it up," said Machinedramon. "It's over you have lost."

"Not yet!"

The others look behind Machinedramon to see Kari returning with Chris and Taomon. Taomon attacks Machinedramon knocking him back a bit, but not enough to cause any damage.

"You will not harm our friends," said Taomon as she attacks again. "Talisman of light!"

The attack pushed Machinedramon back a few inches back, but again no major damage. "Giga Cannon!"

He launches an attack at her, but Taomon managed to dodge it. As they fight Nefertimon lands near the others.

"Is everyone okay?" Chris asked until he sees the knocked out Digimon. "Oh, never mind sorry."

"Where's Rachel?" Cody asked.

"She stayed behind to fight LadyDevimon and destroy the tower," explained Kari.

"LadyDevimon!" shouted the Digidestined kids. "She's alive!"

"Wait, you guys fought her before?" Chris asked until they heard Taomon get hit by Machinedramon's attack. She lands nearby and returns to her Rookie form. "Renamon! Are you okay?"

Renamon nods slowly. "Yes, he's a strong for an Ultimate-level."

"He's actually a Mega-level," explained Kari.

"A Mega?" Chris asked.

"Yes," said T.K. as they see Machinedramon heading their way. "It's going to take another Mega in order to stop him.

Chris turns towards Renamon who nods her head. He smiles and helps his Digimon up. "Well then let's fight fire with fire."

"What?" Yolei asked.

Chris takes out his Digivice as Renamon walks towards Machinedramon who chuckles when he sees what the Fox Digimon is doing. "Are you ready to die then?"

Renamon glares at Machinedramon and extends her claws. "Are you?"

"Chris what are you doing?" Cody asked shock to see his friend letting his Digimon fight Machinedramon.

"Don't worry, she's got this," said Chris who didn't seem concern.

The others tried to get Chris to pull Renamon back, but Kari who was looking at Chris can see he didn't seem concern. In fact he looks confident. The same confident look she saw earlier, which made her feel calm, and made her believe in whatever he tells her.

"Chris, can she win?"

Chris turns towards Kari and nods. "She can win."

Machinedramon aims his cannons at Renamon and prepares to fire. "Goodbye, Giga-

Chris's Digivice begins to glow as Renamon's entire body is covered in a bright light. "Renamon, Warp Digivolve to…..Sakuyamon!"

Well, it looks like the fox has some more secrets that the others didn't know about huh? Now that she warped Digivolved can she stop Machinedramon? Or will the former Dark Master be too much for her? And will Antylamon kick LadyDevimon's ass or will the dark angel win her fight? Find out next time to see how this all goes.
