Baahah I just updated but I've already written out the story and there is a really good part I can't wait for you guys to see so expect updates more often :)
Disclaimer: I do not own the Fosters and I hate James too
The bus soon pulls up to the station and people flood out of the small door. After about thirty minutes we are allowed to go on the cramped bus and we choose a row of the purple colored velvet seats. Jude of course gets the window seat, he always has. While the bus pulls away from the station, Jude stares intently out of the plastic window looking at all the scenery.
"Are you excited buddy?" I ask while taking out my phone from my bag.
"Yea I can't wait! I really miss them and Connor!" He exclaims. Jude has had a hard time making friends in Tijuana. The people don't exactly accept his more feminine side. They call him names like homo or gay fag. All I want to do is punch those losers in the face but I would probably get suspended and lets face it, that would not be good.
After about an hour passes, the bus driver says we'll be arriving in about ten minutes. By that time, Jude is ready to run off this bus and into our families arms. The bus soon comes to a halt and Jude sprints off the bus leaping out the door. The whole family is waiting there and when Jude sees them he sprints into their arms and they return the favor. Brandon just stands there with his hands in his pockets staring at the ground. I can feel our connection we used to have is lost. I go up to him and awkwardly hug him trying to see if I can spark it up again.
"Hi." I say rocking on the balls of my feet.
"Hey." He mumbles. The mom's interrupt the awkwardness by giving me a huge hug.
"Callie! How are you?" They ask.
"I'm fine! How's everything here?" I reply.
"It's great! Come on let's get you guys home." They say and lift the bags into the big SUV.
Brandon and I sit together with Jude next to us and Mariana and Jesus in the back.
"Come on guys? Why aren't you guys making out? It's your big reunion!" Mariana chants from the back.
"Hey Mariana, we aren't on some big drama romance show." Brandon says. I let out a laugh and he returns with a smile.
"Just saying it's been three months and all you've done is had a small hug. Where's the making out or the ignoring everyone else because your lovers in the car." Mariana teases. Brandon and I roll our eyes. He places his hand on my mine.
"I missed you." He gives me a slight smile.

When we finally get to the beach house, I head straight up to my old room. I take in the smell of Pink Sugar perfume (Mariana's favorite) and collapse on my still made bed. It smells like home to me.
(Nobodies POV)
The whole house is filled with chatter and the constant bickering is replaced with hearty laughs. Mariana and Jude rest on the grass, while Jesus shoots baskets. Brandon and Callie sit next to each other leaning against the painted garage while the moms busy themselves inside the kitchen cooking up dinner.
"So how's life in Tijuana?" Brandon asks Callie.
She shrugs her shoulder, "I've adjusted just fine, but Jude on the other hand, well thats another story."
"What do you mean?"
Callie POV:
"Well you know Jude, he has a more feminine approach on life and well people just don't accept that there." Callie says staying focused on the suddenly interesting concrete.
"I wish you could come back here."
"I know me too."
"It would make everything so much easier for us- for everyone." Brandon continues. We are interrupted by the mom's calling us in for dinner.
Dinner goes by and all of us catch up on life. Jesus made the wrestling team and Mariana found a really cute boy. Lexi was going to be returning soon from her trip so both Jesus and Mariana were excited for that and everything seemed to be going really smoothly for the Foster clan.

At about ten P.M, everyone is all in bed so I decide to sneak out a little just to have some time to take in what I somehow took for granted. I swing on the front porch swing for a while, trying to count the many stars in the sky.
"I knew I could find you out here." Brandon walks over to me in his flannel pajama pants and takes a seat next to me. "Tell me whats wrong."
"Brandon, I love you so much ok. I just don't feel connected anymore. I can't do another three months without you, it just can't work that way."
"I know, I feel the same but Callie I still love you and want to be with you." Brandon says sadly.
"Brandon…. I think I've found someone else."
Brandon looks at me, sadness covering his whole face, "Y-you've found someone else?"
Brandon POV:
"Brandon, I just don't think this relationship will work with me being one hundred miles away. I think we need to try seeing other people." Callie says with her knees pulled into her chest.
"But, Callie, I love you." I declare.
"I kissed someone." She blurts out. Automatically my heart shatters. My heart couldn't take all the pain I was feeling. "I'm sorry. It just won't work anymore." Callie says, standing up to leave.
"Callie don't put your guards up on me now! I want to be here for you! Please!" I beg while the girl that I love walks away.
"I'm sorry." She whispers and closes the door so I can't be let in again.
I continue to sit outside wondering what just happened. Wondering what or who could've changed Callie's mind about our relationship.

Callie POV:
As night nears on Saturday, Stef pulls me aside to talk to me. We sit on the back patio.
"How's everything in Tijuana?" She asks me.
"Truthfully, it sucks. My dad he um is an alcoholic. He threatens to beat us if we don't get more tequila from the store and we have to sneak money out of his wallet just to get a week's worth of food. It really just sucks. I can't wait till I can leave and take Jude with me."
"It'll be ok Callie. We are trying to get you guys back but, if we can't prove your dad is an alcoholic then we can't get you guys out of that house." Stef smiles. She hugs me and I lay in her arms. She's like the mother I never had. The mother I had was killed, murdered by my drunk father. My hate is so strong for my dad I can't even express. I just want Jude out of that house.

As the weekend ends, Jude and I head back to Tijuana for the next school week. We yank open the door to our house, lugging in our weekend bags.
"Hey! Where were you?" My dad yells, clearly drunk.
"Out." I say ignoring him and heading upstairs.
He yanks on my shirt and pulls him close to him, "You answer my question missy! I am your dad!"
"You aren't a dad. Your a murderer." I spit. His hand flies up and hits my face. My nose starts to gush blood and I clutch my jaw that is now sore.
"Don't you ever lay a hand on me again!" I yell and slap his face. He automatically falls to the ground from how stoned he is. I turn around to see Jude. He saw it all.
I take his hand, "Come on, let's go stay at James's house tonight." We take our bags and walk over to James's house. His parents welcomely let us in. Jude stays in the kitchen talking to the parents. The two have grown really close over the course of three months.
"Hey, what happened?" James says cleaning up the dry blood on my face.
"My dad got mad that Jude and I went to San Diego for the weekend."
"Gosh, I wish I could get you out of that hell hole."
"I wish I could to." I reply.
"Speaking of San Diego. What happened with your boyfriend?" James asks.
"I um said I had found someone else and we broke up." I smile. He smiles and encloses our lips together. I drape my hands over the back of his neck.
"So does this make us official?" He asks. I bite my lip and nod my head. He replies with a lascivious kiss back.
Chapter 14 y'all is here. Who hates James? I'm on the same boat. I hate James and wish I didn't have to add him in but he just makes the story a whole lot better in the future! You will see I promise! Also, let me know if you want long chapters (2000 words) or short chapters (1400 words) I really need to know so I can improve this story. Also thank you so much to people who Follow/Favorite/Review you don't know how much it makes my week! Have a great day! xoxo
