It was dark, there was a light, but it was dying out, casting only a dim light on the wall it was against, the surrounding area as dark as midnight, when the moon decides to not show its face. In this place, there were many cells, full of experiments. The noise of pain and misery was heard, but it was hard to see who was making them.
Mihawk sat at the back of his cell. Once again, feeling caged, a locked animal like Doflamingo had done to him. This time he was forced to do things he didn't want to do. Unlike Doflamingo, this place, Ningensei (that's how they named themselves) has them uncontrolled, not like Doflamingo who did not control him, but he was loyal to the blonde master. He was the first person he met, and was the person he knew. At that time he followed Doflamingo without question, until what he saw, what Doflamingo did with Kuma and what Kuma did to the humans and experiments alike.
Mihawk gritted his teeth each time he thought about that fight in the past. So many lives were taken because of what Doflamigo did. He was a part of it, and helped in making Kuma a destructive monster. But this was different…
Now he couldn't control himself because of this stupid collar around his neck. He's just glad he didn't kill Zoro; he wouldn't have been able to live with himself if he did. If he hadn't controlled himself then… Mihawk glanced at his open hand before closing it into a tight fist and bringing it closer to his chest.
"Mihawk don't blame yourself, you would have never known this would happen." Hancock, a beautiful woman with long black hair and white fangs that resembles that of a snake said. Mihawk met her when placed in the cell, Ningensei, captured her first and placed them in the same cell. Turns out she was also trying to help the experiment, by hiding and fighting anyone who tried to attack them. The only rule she had, they had to be female.
The way she moved, any would conclude that she considered herself a queen. Her long black hair that swayed as she walked, and her pale skin that shined under the moon light gave her an all powerful appearance. Her skin, in some way, reminded him of a white snake's scales, yet her skin seems softer, and tender. She treated man as if they were under her. He briefly wonders if she would ever like a male or see them as her equal.
Mihawk finally looked at the female snake. She was standing over him, only a few feet from him right leg, her arms crossed under her breast and a frown on her pink lips. The dog placed his hand on his neck, where the wound was still there, throbbing each time he thought of the encounter he had with the cat. How Roronoa's strong fangs and powerful jaws penetrated through the collar around his neck and pierced his skin.
"I hate being under control by these stupid collars…" Mihawk's golden eyes went to Hancock's. "I was able to fight it." He saw her eyes widen slightly, but she kept a serious expression on her flawless face. "It was only for a few seconds, but I had partial control of my body."
"You think we can fight this?" She bent on one knee, her eyes looking for an answer. Looking for any lie if any, on what Mihawk was about to answer her.
Mihawk shook his head, his tail wrapping around him. "No, I don't think so. It wasn't me who stopped me; it was the animal side of me. That primal part, the part we cannot access."
The raven hair snake hugged herself, closing her eyes as she did so. "I think I know what you are talking about. I know it's there, almost sleeping inside us, but we cannot make any connection with it. It's like its caged and its clawing so it can be free, but for some reason I can't connect with that inner beast." Her eyes reopened, looking now at Mihawk. "That's the reason Doflamingo wanted Roronoa?" Her voice sounding soft.
Mihawk nodded. Sighing, the dog leaned back on the cell wall.
"Mihawk, that means the collar won't work on him, right? If he can connect with that side of him, then he can break free?
"Maybe, maybe not. Either that, or he would have to lose his human side to be able to break the control of this collar but if that happens that blood thirsty beast would take control. I don't know which would be worse."
Hancock studied Mihawk in silence before she sat next to him, also leaning against the wall. "This isn't your fault." Mihawk glanced at her. "I know the feeling you're going through. You think it's your fault the experiments got captured. It was bound to happen."
The dog shook his head, glancing away from the snake. "It is my fault. We should have run. I shouldn't have allowed them to get captured." Mihawk glances at the others who were in the same cell as he. They have yet to give up, trying to smash the cell doors, and throwing threats that couldn't be done because of the collar and the cell door holding them back.
"I don't want to be used by them…" Mihawk clenched his fist. "We have to escape before…" Mihawk didn't finish his sentence, or more he couldn't.
"Before what?" Seeing he was not going to answer, Hancock frowns. "You know something, don't you!?" Grabbing him by the collar of his shirt, she brought him closer. "Tell me! What do you know?!"
Mihawk's glare was aimed at her. Pulling her hand from his collar, Mihawk clinched his teeth. "They are planning to do the same with what happened with Kuma… but this time with me."
The snake's eyes slowly widen. "No…" She shakes her head in denial. "They know what happened with Kuma, the people who were killed and the destruction caused. Why?"
"We have to get out of here." She shook her head, her earrings swaying. "What are they planning to do? I thought the reason they were confining us was to keep something like what happen with Kuma from reoccurring. Now you're telling me they're purposely planning for this?"
Mihawk nodded. "They want to make us look like "monsters." Make the humans see us as mindless monster. The humans won't know we are under their control. Once they have the human's on their side, we are all going to be under Ningensei's full control. No human will stand up to defend us. And with that power who is going to stop them?"
Hancock clenched her hands. "They're going to make us look like the bad guys. Make the humans turn against us so they can have all the power to control us. The humans wouldn't care what happens to us after their plan is done." With a frown, she turned to look at the other experiments. "What are they going to do after they have us under their full control?"
With a shrug Mihawk answered honestly. "I don't know yet. Kill us, use as they please. Once they have full power, who will go against them? The military couldn't do anything last time with Kuma and that was with the help of the experiment. Imagine without our help. If they plan to take over this place, then this would be the best approach. Make humanity go against us, leaving the experiments in the "good guys" hands, only for them to back stab humanity."
"I'm not allowing that to happen!" Hancock says, as she stands up.
"As long as we have these collars, we can't do anything but obey their every word." Hancock clenched her hand when she heard Mihawk's words.
"Let's just hope you are wrong, and we can get out of here… somehow."

Zoro frowned. It was late, he would normally be sleeping at this time, but he couldn't help but stop and look in the mirror when he noticed something. He knew his body was going through a lot of changes, but he, for sure, was not expecting this to be one of them.
Still facing the mirror, Zoro place a hand on his back so he can look over his right shoulder and look at the blonde, who was seated on the bed, a book in his hands, and glasses on the bridge of his nose. It was the first time since he's been with Sanji that the cat sees the blonde with those on his face.
Knowing it will get Sanji's attention, Zoro flicked his tail repeatedly, about three times before Sanji's blue eyes slides off the moving pages and lands on Zoro. "Is something wrong, Marimo?" Even though the lamp next to Sanji was on, the full moon was what was lighting the room, giving the blonde a paler color.
"Yeah… Be honest with me, cook." Zoro says, his ears going flat on his head, and a frown still on his lips.
Sanji furrowed his eyebrows as he placed the book he was reading on his lap, one of his hands on it, clearly waiting to answer Zoro so he can go back to reading his book. "What is it?" he asked.
"Does my ass look bigger?"
Instantly Sanji's eyes glance to Zoro's butt, the back of his hand going to his lips, as he tucked his lips, obviously trying to suppress a laugh. Taking a deep breath, Zoro can tell he composed himself before he opened his mouth.
"A little." Sanji answered, showing Zoro with his fingers by using his pointer and thumb, and holding it mere centimeters from each other. "Barely noticeable. I'm surprised you even noticed." Sanji's voice sounds high, and the smile on his face screamed that he was lying.
Zoro rolled his eyes, knowing full well Sanji was lying. He guesses he'll leave the blonde slide for now. Sanji was most likely saying that so he won't feel awkward in his own body. Cause each time he looks at himself in the mirror, he swears he sees more belly than the last time he saw himself. Seriously, he at least doubled in size in only four days since they found out about the baby's sex. Not only that, but his appetite seemed to come back with vengeance. If he doesn't watch himself, he finds himself in the fridge every half an hour. How the hell is he hungry in a half an hour after eating a full meal?
It took three more minutes before Zoro got tired of standing and finally retreated to bed, where the blonde was once again reading. Zoro crawled into bed, and sat next to Sanji. "When did you start wearing glasses?" Zoro asked, as he takes them from Sanji, and places them on his face, only to take them off quickly. "Shit, I can't see anything with this."
Laughing, Sanji reaches over Zoro, straddling the Marimo and takes his glasses back. "I don't need them all the time. Only when I read." Sanji kisses Zoro, his hands tracing over Zoro's chest. Exploring his body, Sanji's hands trail down to Zoro's middle. He can now feel the baby bump really starting to make itself known, and the skins feels soft, almost smooth, under his fingers, yet it had this taut feel to it.
"Yeah, and I've seen you read before without them." He comments back. "What are you doing cook?"
"Your hearts beating fast. Do you feel like this every time I'm this close to you?" Sanji ask, one of his hands on Zoro's chest and smile on his face.
Zoro flushes with embarrassment. The cat placed his ear on Sanji's chest, hearing the blonde's also rapid heartbeat. "Like you're any better." His voice sounding teasing.
Sanji smiles, as he gives Zoro a small kiss on the lips before rolling onto his side so he can finish reading. Zoro yawns as he pulls the covers to lay under them. Sanji says winter hasn't started yet, but damn, it's so cold. Looking for warmth, Zoro cuddles closer to Sanji, burying his cold red nose on Sanji's side.
"Oh, and about the glasses, I prefer to use them when I read at night." Sanji closes the book, one of his fingers on the page he is on, as he brings the book down so Zoro can see the title.
Maternity Guide
Zoro couldn't read the title, but he can tell by the pregnant cartoon woman, it had something to do with pregnancy. "Preparing myself so when our three babies come." Zoro hears Sanji state, as he takes the book back and opens it on his lap to continue reading.
"Yeah, you do-*yawn* that." Zoro says with a yawn, his eyes closing slowly as he falls asleep.
Seeing the cat was tired, Sanji took his bookmark and placed it on the page he was reading before closing it and placing it on his nightstand. Reaching over, Sanji turns off the light, leaving only the moon's white lights to filter through. Shuffling gently, since Zoro was so close to him, Sanji wiggled down until he is finally on his back.
Sanji watched as Zoro sleeps; the moon highlighting Zoro's sleeping face perfectly. The blonde frowned. Sanji never thought about it before, but what will happen between Zoro and him. Now that he thinks about it, how is it that Zoro ages? Will Zoro grow old faster and die and he will be left behind, or will Zoro stop aging, along with his children and he will leave his family behind.
The blonde gently places his hand on Zoro's face, his fingers gently brushing his skin.
A pain, like if someone was grabbing his heart came over Sanji. What if he ages? What if Zoro stops aging, and his children, and he leaves his family. That's if Zoro stays with him until that age. Zoro would surely look for someone who is in the same time laps as he. Live out time together in "his" time. Zoro deserves happiness; he wouldn't want Zoro to be alone for the rest of his life. That would be selfish of him, cruel. He would be happy if the Marimo finds someone else…
… Then why is it that it hurts so much to think about it…. To admit it… Why does it hurt so much…?
/
"Sanji-san are you ok?"
The blonde jumped in surprise, before he turned to face Nami, her eyes on him, worried. "I'm fine Nami-san. Just a bit tired. It was cold last night and I had trouble sleeping." He can tell the ginger head girl doesn't believe him, but she seems to leave it at that as she shrugs and walks away, informing him that Franky and the other will paint the second coat for the bedrooms.
"Thank you Nami-san." Sanji says with a smile, before turning back to his pot on the stove.
He needs to ask Law if he knows anything about Zoro's aging. He needs to know. Turning off the stove, Sanji walks to where Law is. Towards the small room the doctor has taken as his little office. Law should live there because of how long he stays in that room Sanji thinks as he reaches the door.
Before Sanji can open the door, Sanji hears when someone calls for him. "Cook?" Sanji glances back, only to see Zoro descending the stairs. "Are you feeling ok?"
Sanji smiles. "Yeah… Just checking on Law." Sanji turns to enter the little office, but stops again. "Actually Marimo, why don't you come with me? I want to ask Law something that I feel you should be there to hear it."
Seeing Zoro shrug, the Marimo heads towards Sanji. The blonde has the door open by the time the cat reaches, and hold it open as the cat passes, the blonde closely behind.
Law is behind his desk, eyes on some stacks of papers. He looks up when he hears the door close and Zoro asking the blonde why they're in Law's office.
"Take a seat Marimo." Sanji orders, forcefully sitting a protesting Zoro on the only chair by his shoulder. By the time Sanji looks up at Law, the vet has an eyebrow raised high, clearly wanting to know why they are in his office.
"May I help you?"
Sanji stood behind Zoro, his hands still on Zoro's shoulder. "Um, Law… this has been on my mind. I want to know if… I will age faster than Zoro and... and…." Sanji didn't miss when Zoro's green eyes snap to him, a frown taking his lips. He leaves it like that. He doesn't want to say the last part. That he will die and Zoro will not. He doesn't want to separate from the Marimo. Not even in death.
"Cook, what are you talking about?"
"You've aged twice since I've met you. And you don't seem to age any more than this. I need to know if this is as far as you go." Sanji says between his teeth, not wanting to know the answer if it meant leaving the Marimo.
Instead of looking at the blonde, Zoro's eyes go to Law, clearly looking for an answer to the question he has never thought of before.
"When Zoro was ageing again, after the fight with Kuma, you said he will age until he looks like this again." Sanji explains, as he taps Zoro's hair."Will Zoro age anymore?"
Law chuckled. "Sanji-san, always making a big deal out of nothing." Law stands up and goes to a small cabinet and opens it. "Now where did I put it?" He says before taking out the folder and handing it to the blonde. "This should have the answer you are looking for. If you want to know it."
Taking the paper in his hands, Sanji smiles at Law before opening it. His hands are shaking and he doesn't know why. Could he handle the truth? Sanji glances at Zoro, the Marimo's eyes on the paper in Sanji's hands. Zoro seems just as worried as he is.
"Thanks Law, but I don't think I want to know. If he lives to never age, it's ok because every day that our heart is beating, it means that we have another day to be together." Sanji smiles when Zoro smiles at him.
Without out hesitation Sanji hands the folder back to Law. "Thanks Law." Sanji is about to start heading out, until Law speaks up.
"You sure you don't want to find out. It's pretty interesting."
Sanji looks at Zoro, to see if the Marimo wants to know. Seeing Zoro shrug as an answer, Sanji also shrugs at Law. "Sure, why not."
" 'The cat' will not have an age until he falls in love. Once this happens, the cat will age to be the same age as his partner; to age with him until death. If he does not fall in love he will age as that of a feline ages." Law says with a small smile on his face. He knows this information will make the blonde happy. Sanji liked sappy things like that.
"You're telling me." Sanji smiles, a wobbly smile, as he looks at Zoro again. Sanji makes his way to Zoro and gathers his face into his hands as he gives him a kiss on the forehead.
"Of course, there is the possibility Zoro might fall in love with someone else."
"Fall in love with someone else; I already have dart-brow head to deal with." Zoro comments as he stands up. "I don't think there will be any others" With that, he leaves the room, yawning, saying something about getting something to eat before taking a nap.
" Oh, Zoro can you get my laptop? There is a new recipe I want to try out. Nami-san said they are planning on giving the walls a second coat."
Sanji smiles as he sees the cat leave the office. He hopes Zoro heard him. It wasn't until Law clears his throat that Sanji looks at him.
"You're planning to stay here, or are you leaving?"
"Oh. Excuse me." Sanji says with a smile on his face. He was worried for nothing.
/
Zoro slowly began climbing the dreadful stairs. He's starting to hate them. It started becoming a task a week ago. He noticed it when he was following Sanji to head for bed, by the time he reached the top of the stairs, he felt winded. He had to stop a few times before actually reaching the top. He doesn't know why it keeps getting worse.
Finally reaching Sanji and his room, Zoro picked up the laptop. He can't help but stop by Franky's and Brook's room, where the rest of the small group is, working on painting the wall. "You guys are moving fast." Zoro compliments as he enters the room and looks at the wall.
"Zoro?" Luffy is the first to notice the cat, closely followed by Brook.
"No, no, no Zoro-san." Brook says as he places his paint brush on the newspaper covering the floor. "You can't come in here." He reaches Zoro's side and spins him around, pushing him out the room.
"But-"
"No but. You can't breathe these paint chemicals. It can hurt the babies. I would hate for something to happen to you or them. Sanji is downstairs, see if he needs any help in the kitchen."
Zoro frowns, but reluctantly leaves the room, and returns downstairs. He can't wait to give this to Sanji so he can take a good nap by the fireplace. He's no use in the kitchen. He has nothing else to do but take a good nap. Reaching down the stairs, Zoro heads to the kitchen, where he believes Sanji is.
It's not until he feels his foot hit something, and a small yelp closely followed, that Zoro realized he hit someone. He almost drops the laptop in his hands, but he is able to catch it quickly. Zoro spots something with the corner of his eye dash under the table.
"Chopper." Zoro says, realizing it was the small dog he hit. Placing the laptop on the table, Zoro awkwardly goes on all fours, lowing himself so he can catch a glimpse of the small dog. "Chopper, hey I'm sorry, I didn't see you."
His ears go flat on his head, and his tails drops to the floor when he hears the small dog whine. He can now see Chopper behind the table, trembling (Zoro hopes it's because of the cold) with its tail wrapped around his small body.
"Chopper, don't let me go in there for you. This is already uncomfortable as it is." He pleads, hoping the small dog would somehow understand him and come to him.
As if hearing his request, Chopper timidly approaches Zoro, his tail waggling at the very tip. When Chopper is in reaching distance, Zoro gathers him into his arms as he sits on the ground. His center of gravity has been shifting, and balancing while squatting and holding Chopper would not be good.
Zoro sits there, petting Chopper, the small dog finally feeling content as it closes its eyes. "I didn't see you." Chopper shift in Zoro's arms, his small blue nose twitching as he sniffs Zoro middle. "Can you smell them?" Zoro smiles, because Chopper's tail was waggling now.
The dog's attention instantly snaps to the stairs when it hears his name being called by Luffy. Jumping off Zoro's hold, the small dog disappears up the stairs. Zoro stays seated, noticing that getting up was going to require more effort than what he wanted to put in. "Well, the floor isn't too bad, I just wish I was in the living room, next to the fire place." Zoro says to himself. "Where it's warm."
Zoro starts to nod off, until he hears someone's voice. Opening his eyes, he sees Franky rushing to his side.
"What are you doing on the floor, Zoro-bro?! Did you trip?!" He asks, his eyes wide with worry.
Zoro shakes his head, stretching his hand out towards Franky, a silent plea to help him stand up. Taking the request, Franky grabs the cat's hand and pulls him until Zoro is on his two feet again. "Are you going to be alright?"
"Yeah, I'll be fine. Don't worry about me… oh, and thanks Franky."
"No problem Zoro-bro, whenever you need help, you can always ask." Franky adds, as he leaves through the front door, waving Zoro off but obviously still worried about him.
The moment Franky disappears through the door, Zoro turns and heads to the living room, lying on the couch that was closes to the fireplace. If it wasn't for his belly, he would lie on the floor near the hearth, but getting up would be hard without help. So the couch it was.
/
Sanji can see Zoro sleeping on the couch as he prepares the new dish. He's trying to be as quiet as he can, he doesn't want to wake the sleeping cat. He can hear the others upstairs finishing the last room. He would prefer to help paint, but Luffy insists for him to cook, so when they finish they can have something warm to eat.
Sanji is lost in his cooking until he hears someone descend the stairs. The blonde sees Kid, the red head heading for the front door. He sees when he stops, and looks over the couch. Sanji frowns, watching what Kid was going to do. He didn't trust Kid. Well, that would be a lie; he did trust him to a certain level. Kid seemed to be the kind of person to play pranks. He hopes he doesn't try anything with the Marimo.
Kid turns around again and head upstairs. Sanji finds it odd that Kid went downstairs to then go back up, but shrugging it off, Sanji continued to chop the veggies he had.
It was a few seconds later that Sanji hears foots steps again, and sees as the red head reaches down the stairs again, this time with a yellow heavy blankets. Kid reaches by the couch again and drapes the blanket over the sleeping cat. With that, Kid continues outside, most likely where he was going before returning upstairs to get the blanket.
Sanji can't help but shake his head, with a smile on his face. He has a feeling all of his friends were going to spoil Zoro as he gets bigger. And when the babies come, it will only get worse.
Placing down the cutting knife, Sanji heads for Zoro. The cat is sleeping, the blanket over his body. Occasionally his body would tremble with the cold. It was getting cold. Even with the heater on, he can feel the chill from outside. He hopes it doesn't get as bad as the news warned it would get.
/
"Where are you going?"
Zoro is the one to ask, as he watches the blonde dress. The cat is seated on the edge of the bed, his legs pulled close to his chest, his arms around them and his tail fidgeting behind him. His eyes never leaving Sanji. When the blonde chef went to the closet, his eyes followed him, when he went to the bathroom, his eyes followed Sanji and when he went to the mirror his eyes also followed.
Fixing his tie, Sanji looked over his shoulder. Zoro seems sad that he was leaving. A sad smile took Sanji's lips. "I have to buy some food. Law wants to get some medicine in case any of us catches a cold and Franky wants to get some wood." Sanji explained while he released his tie. "We have a lot to do before we come back. We might be comeing late."
"I'll be fine." Sanji reassures as he walks to Zoro and gives him a small kiss on his lips. "I'll get you something warm to wear as well. Wait for me, ok." Zoro nodes, feeling the blonde's cold hands on his cheeks.
"Nami and Luffy are staying with you. Don't give Nami-san any troubles."
Zoro doesn't say anything, but nods. He doesn't want Sanji to leave. But the blonde has to. "Can you get me pizza?" Zoro asks lowly.
With a smile Sanji says "Sure." A he gives him another kiss, this time on the forehead.
+In the next room are Brook and Franky, also getting ready to leave.
"You have to do something with your hair. Someone is certain to recognize you."
Franky is standing in front of the mirror, Brook next to him as they both think of what to do with Franky's blue hair. The bigger man did not want to paint his hair any other color, and it's not like they had time for that.
"Maybe we can change the hair style." Grabbing Franky by his big hand, Brook sat him on the bed. Rounding around him, the Afro man got to work on Franky's hair after getting on the bed. "I know just what to do. And I know you will love it."
Combing the hair, Brook divided the hair into two parts and started braiding both sides separately, making two pig tails. When he finished, the blue hair man stood and looked at his image, a smile quickly taking his lips.
"I love it Brook!" He turns around and hugs the skinny man. Brook has a hat in his hand and places it on Franky's head. Franky now looks cute with his braided hair.
"No one should know it's you."
/
Zoro and Luffy are seated by the fireplace. The sun had set a while ago, and now the outside had this gloomy grayish look to it. With the dead trees, snow covering the roads and still falling snow the temperature seemed to get worse. There might have been a small imbalance in the weather, because it was snowing heavier than it was that very morning, the temperature seemed to drop further, and the wind was playing with the snow like a child would play with a sprinkler in a summers day.
Nami is seated on the couch, the yellow sheet Zoro was using over her lap, legs tucked under her, as she leaned onto the arm rest, book on the armrest as well as she read the book Robin lent her for days like this. When things finally settled down and all she had to do was nothing.
Her attention moves from the book she was reading to the "joke" Luffy was playing on Zoro. She had a smile on her face because she remembers when Luffy played that on her.
"You bought a new house, and there is no electricity, so you decide to go and explore the house with a candle." Zoro nods, as he hears what Luffy is telling him. They are both facing the fire, Luffy laying on his stomach, his feet swaying over him. Zoro on the other hand is not entirely on his stomach, but his head propped on his elbow, and leaning to the left enough to take any pressure off his belly.
"As you explore your house you come across three doors. One is white, the other green and the third red. Choose one." He says with a wide smile.
Zoro's teal green eyes go to Nami for a fraction of a second, before he chooses a color, clearly over thinking it. "Um,… Green?"
Nodding his head, Luffy continues. "Ok, now you keep going and you see another three doors. But these are Pink, Blue and Orange and you have to go through one. Which would you choose? Zoro doesn't take as long to answer this time.
"Blue."
"Now you reach three other doors. "A black, eh… purple and pink. Choose one."
Zoro frowns. "Am I supposed to remember the colors I'm choosing?"
It's Nami who answers Zoro. "Don't worry about that."
"Yeah Zoro. Just choose a color."
"Black." He says.
"Now these are the last three doors. Note, you have to choose one, and you can't turn around." Seeing Zoro nod once, Luffy continued. "So behind the first door is a rope to hang yourself. The middle door an electric chair, and the last is a man with a butcher knife."
"What the hell?"
"You have to choose one." Luffy says with s huge smile on his face.
Luffy can see Zoro was thinking over his answer hard. It took almost five minutes before Zoro gave up and just choose one. "Butcher. Maybe I can fight him off."
Both Nami and Luffy laugh hard. Zoro frowns, trying to know why it's so funny. "Wrong." Nami says. Luffy is laughing and rolling on the floor too much to explain to Zoro why his choice was wrong.
"The house has no electricity, if you would have chosen the electric chair you would have chosen right." She says with a wide smile.
It finally hits Zoro. "Shit, I should have chosen the electric chair. The house has no electricity." A smile came over Zoro's face as laughs as well. "You got me good Luffy." Zoro winces when he feels a pain in his lower belly.
Nami and Luffy get serious fast. Nami is the first to speak, closely followed by Luffy. "You ok, are you in pain?"
"Zoro?"
The cat smiles as leans back, placing his hand under his belly. "It's fine. I already spoke to Law about it. He says it's normal. Its ligament pain and may even get worse as the pregnancy progresses."
Luffy sighs in relief.
"You should sit on the couch then." Nami says, standing up so Zoro could sit on the couch she is seated on. Even though there are two others, the one she was seated on was the longest one.
The cat shakes his head, "I'm fine Nami. It's norm-"
"My ass. Now come and sit." She orders sternly.
Zoro rolls as his eyes. Luffy is next to him, a smile on his face, clearly the boy was enjoying the fact that Nami was bossing him around. Without any farther complain, Zoro slowly gets up from the floor with the help of Nami and sits on the couch, landing heavily on it. "Happy now?" He says, crossing his hands over his chest. The smile on her face told him she was. Zoro places his hand on his stomach. "I think I'm hungry." Zoro attempts to stand up, but Nami gestures for him to stay seated.
"I'll make it for you."
"I can do it myself."
"I want some too!"
"You already ate, so no."
"But I'm hungry too! Plus Zoro ate as well!" Luffy pleaded, now moving to his knees.
"But you're not growing babies." Zoro flushes over Nami's comment. He's still not used to the term, and him being pregnant. He can't help but feel embarrassed when someone talks about him in that way.
"You don't have to Nami. I can-" He tries again. But still the ginger hair girl doesn't listen. Instead Nami waves him off as she walks to the kitchen, not even looking back at the cat. Zoro huffs in defeat as his green eyes go to the raven hair boy still kneeling on the floor, his bottom lip covering his top as tears ran down his face. Zoro can't help but smile at the boy. "Hey, Luffy." The straw hat boy's brown eyes snap to Zoro. "I'll give you half."
"Yes!" He cheers, clearly happy to get some food. Zoro smiles at the boy's joy, but says nothing more.
