Brains messed up and confused minds caused Aichi's expression to turn innocently confused to the point that he might be thinking that he said something wrong.
" Did I say something wrong?" Aichi thought
" A-A-Aichi... Did you just understand what you've said just now?" Naruto ask
Aichi thought about it for a moment and shook his head. Epic anime fall.
" Are you seriously kidding me?!" Naruto yelled
" What do you mean by the Bijuu told you about them?!" Sakura ask
" Uh... It just kind of happened... I guess..." Aichi said
" Explain... In full details..." Misaki said
" I wonder if I should... They did say not to but..." Aichi thought
" Keh. You humans and your stubbornness are really irritating... I would rather if you guys just give up on this." He heard the Kyuubi in Naruto said
" What?! You-!" Naruto said but was cut off by Aichi
The hammer swing at him again as he was flung to the back.
" What was that about?" Kamui ask
" Oh, nothing. He's just hallucinating." Aichi replied
" Sorry, Naruto-kun... But you can't just shout at the Kyuubi like that in front of everyone..." Aichi thought
" That's so cruel... Aichi..." Naruto thought
" We can just leave what I said to one side for now... It's not anything important... Besides, the events happening outside are what we're supposed to be worried about." Aichi said
" Oh yeah. You sent Tobi flying somewhere just now. So where did you throw him to?" Misaki ask
" That... I don't know... I just did that... I guess I sent him somewhere far from here for now..." Aichi replied
" Seriously...?" Miwa said
" I'm going up to the roof for awhile. I'll be fine with this guy coming along. See you later." Aichi said
He dragged Naruto up to the roof as the others sweat dropped.
Up at the roof... Naruto sat down as Aichi continued to stay standing.
" So? How are you going to solve this problem?" Naruto ask
" This new power that was given to me by Takuto-kun... I'm going to use this to defeat Takuto... And... I'm going to save this world!" Aichi said, taking out his deck
" That's the Aichi that I know! As expected of you! Don't worry, I'm always there to take care of your back! Just take care of the front!" Naruto said
" Yeah. Thank you, Naruto-kun." Aichi said
" But what should we do? It's empty right now... But there's no doubt that they would come back..." Naruto said
" Now that you've said it... It's really quiet and empty... It's giving me the creeps..." Aichi said
" H-Hey! Don't give me the creepy feelings too! What do you think I'm gonna do too?!" Naruto ask
" But..." Aichi said
A shadow slowly approached them as it tapped them on their shoulders. There were screams all over the place after that.
Down at the shop... The others down there heard the screams while they were chatting.
" That's Brother and Naruto!" Kamui exclaimed
" What is going on up there?!" Misaki exclaimed
" I'm going to go check on it!" Blade said
He ran towards the door but it suddenly opened. Aichi and Naruto were standing there and acting all normal.
" What happened up there? We just heard you two scream..." Kiba said
" I-It's nothing... We just got a scare by ourselves..." Naruto said
" What are you saying, Naruto-boy?! I'm over here! Don't make up nonsense!" A voice said
Aichi stepped away as a baton slapped Naruto on the head.
" Ow! What was that for, Jii-chan?!" Naruto ask
" You are not taught by me to be a coward! Why did you two scream when you saw me?! Thought that you've seen a ghost or something after I've gone through all that trouble to get rid of all those weird things all by myself?!" Fukasaku said
" T-That toad talked!"
" I'm not just a toad! What's with you people getting so surprised these days?!" Fukasaku said
" C-Calm down... Fukasaku-sama... N-Naruto-kun and I just got a little scared after you suddenly appearing all of a sudden behind us..." Aichi said
" And you didn't have to beat me up to a pulp too..." Naruto said
" What's this?! I was getting my eyes off of you guys for a few months and this happens?! What in the world is going on?! What was with all those weird things with black rings on their backs floating around?!" Fukasaku ask
" They're Link Joker units. But their abilities are still unknown." Tsunade explained
" It caused me a huge bundle of trouble! Luckily, I was able to get out in time! Jeez, that Gamakichi gave me such a troublesome time!" Fukasaku said
" Huh? Gamakichi did?" Naruto ask
Aichi flinched and went to the back of the shop like nothing's happening since he guessed what was going to happen.
" That's right! He said that you two look forward to Ma's food so I went to get it for you guys!" Fukasaku said
" H-Huh?! N-Now's not the time for that! If I eat that later, maybe I won't be able to fight!" Naruto said
" Don't waste my trip and eat up!" Fukasaku said
He jumped up and stuffed a colorful riceball into Naruto's mouth. Naruto immediately turned blue and went to the side to try not to vomit any out.
" It's nutritious!" Fukasaku said
" So... Naruto's the scapegoat to eat those, huh?" Misaki thought
She turned to Aichi who was hiding behind the wall beside her. Aichi smiled sheepishly.
" I guess nothing bad always doesn't happen to him..." Misaki thought and sighed
" Are those... Bugs in those riceballs...?" Jillian ask
" Yeah! Ma's food are always so delicious! Wanna try some?" Fukasaku ask
They shook their heads in denial. They suddenly heard a sound of like a baby animal fox or something similar to that around the shop.
" What was that?" Kamui ask
" I don't know." Misaki replied
" Oh. So you like it? Here, have some more." Fukasaku said
They turned their head to him as they saw a baby white fox or some sort eating the riceballs given by Fukasaku. But the problem was...
" Hey wait a minute... One, two, three, four, five... There's eleven tails on this guy!" Miwa said
Aichi heard Miwa had said and looked from the wall. The baby fox spotted Aichi and ran into his arms.
" Didn't I tell you not to run off?" Aichi said
" Aichi. That guy's yours?" Ren ask
" Well... You could say that..." Aichi said
He was trying his best to avoid the sparkles in Ren's eyes since he knew Ren was going to say something about it.
" Can I touch it?" Ren ask
" S-Sure..." Aichi said
Ren patted the fox, the fox purred, seeming to like it. But that was when Aichi noticed his hand moving to the tails.
" Ah! Don't touch the-!" Aichi said
Too late. Ren had accidentally squeezed the tail and the fox breathed out fire and hit Ren. His face was charred as he blew out smoke before collapsing.
" A-Are you alright, Ren-san?!" Aichi ask
" You idiot..." Misaki sighed
" Ren..." Kai sighed
" He's your Vanguard..." Blade said, tapping Dark's shoulder
" Shut it, Blade." Dark said
" So what happened that this little one needed to attack Ren Suzugamori like that?" Misaki said, patting the fox
" He hates his tails being touched... Especially since Ren-san squeezed it... But the tail that Ren-san touched must've been the fire tail, since it hit him with fire..." Aichi said
" So what happens if we touch the other tails?" Kamui ask
" Same result, except it's different elements." Aichi replied
" Then, the wind element must be the weakest one then! Since wind is just air!" Sharlene said
" Uh... Not exactly..." Aichi said
The fox jumped off Aichi's arms as it looked around. That was when Ren got up and accidentally stepped on the fox's tail again. Dark, who happened to be what the fox was looking at, got hit by water.
" R-Ren-san!"
" Oh, I'm sorry!" Ren said
He removed his foot as the water stopped.
" Wow... He's soaking wet..." Minerva said
" Nice going, Ren Suzugamori. You just let it hit your own avatar." Misaki said
" Oops...?" Ren said
They sighed and sweat dropped.
" But where did he came from?" Shikamaru ask
" Well... It's kind of hard to explain... I guess the simpler version is that he's the smaller version of the Juuichibi?" Aichi said
" Huh? HUH?!"
" Hey! Your explanations are kinda confusing now! Which one is it?! Bijuu or Juuichibi?!" Naruto ask
" Uh... I don't think I can explain it properly..." Aichi said
Epic anime fall.
" You...!"
" But... I don't know how... But I guess the Juuichibi only takes on my nature and personality... It doesn't really go on a rampage, and it only has the powers the other Bijuu..." Aichi said
" So that means... It's different from the others...?" Ino said
" I guess so... Although, it's playful in its own personality..." Aichi said
" Like how he did it to these two!" Naoki laughed
A strong dark aura was suddenly outside as they headed outside. Tobi was outside.
" Ah! You're back! Where'd you go exactly...?" Naruto ask
" You sent me flying to a forest that I lost my way! Luckily, I could get back here safely without being hunted down!" Tobi said
" Huh? There's nothing that will hunt you down in any forests here... You probably got lost in the park..." Misaki said
" Oh! No wonder there was a bench and pond there!" Tobi said
Epic anime fall.
" How can a villain be this idiotic?" Kamui ask
" That's Tobi for you." Naruto said
" But an enemy is still an enemy! We'll handle this!" Sakura said
" But..."
" No buts, Tsunade baa-chan! You know how powerful this guy is! Get back in there before he attacks!" Naruto said
" Help us to protect the others!" Misaki said
" R-Right! Be careful!" Tsunade said
" Okay!"
They ran back in as they prepared for combat.
" Eli, go back with the others. I'll be fine." Aichi said
He put the baby fox as it ran back into the shop as Aichi had told it to.
" A mini Jyuuichibi... Looks like you can manipulate some of your powers now. Then I better capture you soon before your powers grow more." Tobi said
" In your dreams!" Kamui said
" You'll have to get through us first!" Naruto said
" Then that'll be simple." Tobi said
He charged at them as they tried to land attacks on Tobi, but each attacks went through him and he was immediately behind Aichi.
" I just did." Tobi said
Before Aichi had the chance to turn his head to retaliate, Tobi had already hit the back of his neck and Aichi fainted. Tobi caught him when Aichi started to collapse.
" Aichi!"
" Tobi! Let Aichi go!" Naruto shouted
" I can't fight with him with me. Then..." Tobi said
He disappeared as Naruto and the others turned their heads to see a figure under the shadows of a building taking Aichi from Tobi. The figure moved out a little as they gasped.
" No way... You're kidding, right...?" Kamui ask
" Kai! Get out here this instant!" Misaki shouted
Kai ran out after hearing her call. The other units followed behind as they made the same reaction.
" No way... How is he here...?!" Kai exclaimed
Reversed Kai came out of the shadows fully as Kai was momentarily shocked. Reversed Kai moved his eyes towards Aichi as black rings appeared on his wrists and ankles, restraining them.
" Where are there two Kai?!" Sakura exclaimed
" I am your Reversed self, Kai. Brought back by Link Joker itself." Reversed Kai said
" What?!"
" Whatever it is, you're not taking Aichi away! That's the one thing I'll guarantee that wouldn't happen!" Kai said
" Try me." Reversed Kai said
" Minerva and the others should back up Misaki and the others. Dragonic Overlord and I can handle this." Blade said
" You sure?" Dark ask
" Yeah. Besides, that man is different from a Reversed..." Blade said
" Right!"
They went ahead as Kai charged at Reversed Kai as a red mist knocked him back. Reversed Kai placed Aichi down as he stood back up again.
" Come at me." Reversed Kai said
They attacked as Kai is having difficulties fighting.
" No good... We can't get pass him..." Overlord said
" Overlord, Blaster Blade... Give me an opening... I'm going to go save Aichi..." Kai said
" You got it!" Blade said
They started to give endless attacks to Reversed Kai as Kai ran past him and reached Aichi.
" Aichi!"
Aichi opened his eyes and looked at Kai.
" Kai-kun..."
" I'm getting you out of here..." Kai said
He tried to break the black rings as they shocked him.
" Kai-kun!"
" Just... A little more..." Kai said
The rings on Aichi's ankles broke as Kai proceeded to his wrists. Reversed Kai sent out a stronger attack on Blade and Overlord as they backed away. Reversed Kai turned and ran towards Kai.
" Kai-kun! Behind you!" Aichi shouted
Kai turned behind to see Reversed Kai charging towards him. But then... A punch from Sakura knocked him back as she turned to them.
" Kai, hurry!" Sakura shouted
" Right!"
Kai continued to try to break the rings as they finally broke and Kai helped Aichi up.
" You alright?" Kai ask
" Yeah. Thank you, Kai-kun." Aichi replied
" Tch. Retreat, Reversed Kai." Tobi said
" Hmph."
The two disappeared as they went back into the shop.
" Tobi's hard to beat... We just keep passing through him..." Naruto said
" Luckily Kai had came up with a plan, or Aichi would've been taken away by them." Blade said
" You're right. But what should we do now? They'll be back for sure." Tsunade said
" Even though we really need help, there's no way all of us can take down Tobi." Naruto said
" You're right... He's strong and we can pass through him too..." Shizune said
" He's tricky too... Just like just now when he suddenly appeared behind Aichi and knocked him out... And..." Shikamaru said
" Yeah... There's Reversed Kai to deal with too... There's no doubt we're in deep trouble..." Kamui said
" How did they get Reversed Kai back? It should be impossible after one has been unReversed..." Misaki said
" Whatever it is, we can't have that happening. Aichi's already at the risk of being captured just now because we were careless." Sakura said
" I think it's safer if Aichi goes up to my room right now. Kai, follow him and take care of him up there. Here. This should help you if you need help." Misaki said, passing Kai a short sword
Kai nodded as Aichi went up with Kai and the baby fox following behind him.
" Now then, Shikamaru's team can guard the stairs just in case. The Senseis, including baa-chan and Shizune-san, should stay inside the shop with the units. Some of us will be up at the roof on guard. The others who can't fight will just stay here and cardfight." Naruto said
" Why should we stay down here? We can handle it up there." Tsunade said
" At least the stronger line of defense and protection is down at the shop. We can't risk anything else." Naruto said
" Okay then."
" Then, now that it's settled, everyone should get to their stations." Naruto said
" Right!"
Naruto and some of his other friends went up to the roof and transformed themselves into various things to keep watch. Tsunade and the others just stayed down at the shop while the others started to cardfight. Shikamaru and the others hid inside the various big crates in the alley to keep watch. In Misaki's room, Kai tucked Aichi in, closed the curtains and locked the windows and door. The baby fox named Eli, laid itself beside Aichi as he patted it.
" This should keep us safe for now." Kai said
" Sorry to trouble you so much, Kai-kun." Aichi said
" It's okay. Just go to sleep. You'll need it. By the way, how did you find out about you being a Jin-something?" Kai ask
" I really don't know how it happened but... I guess I was suddenly in a space and then I was told that I was turned into Jyuuichibi. Honestly, I was surprised at first, but then I should just accept it. Then they told me about Tobi and Takuto's plan to make me a weapon, I knew that I would be in trouble soon. But they don't know how Tobi got a Juubi chakra though... After that, I was out of the space and Eli was kind of born accidentally with my new powers." Aichi said
" Maybe I should try it too." Kai said
" Huh?"
" Being a ninja like you." Kai said
" It's difficult. It took me a lot of time to master the different techniques. Besides, you need to be tricky in order to become one." Aichi said
" I can still try. Besides, my top priority right now, is to protect you from harm." Kai said
" Kai-kun?"
" I guess I wanted to be Reversed just so I can surpass both you and Ren. That's all to it. But then, I found out that there was more than surpassing both of you..." Kai said
" What is it?" Aichi ask
" What do you feel about me, Aichi?" Kai ask
Aichi lightly blushed.
" Why that sudden question?" Aichi ask
" Just asking." Kai replied
" I guess I acknowledge you as my idol... And as my best friend... A-And..." Aichi said
" And what?" Kai ask, his tone obviously anticipating Aichi's answer
" I-It's nothing... T-Then, what about Kai-kun? What do you feel about me?" Aichi ask
" I... Maybe the strongest fighter I've ever met... Best friend... And maybe... A secret crush that I've been having ever since I first fought you..." Kai confessed rather shyly with a pink hue
" R-Really...?" Aichi ask
" Yeah..."
Kai just turned away, thinking that he blew everything when Aichi said something.
" Me too... I had a secret crush on you too..." Aichi confessed
Kai turned back to Aichi to see his face all red and his eyes turning away from him.
" I see... Can't believe we think the same thing..." Kai said
" Yeah..."
" It's funny... We're confessing about this at this time." Kai said
" You're right." Aichi said
" Now, you better get to sleep. You need rest after just now." Kai said
" Yeah. Thank you, Kai-kun." Aichi said
Kai hesitated but then gave a tiny peck to Aichi's forehead as he blushed at Kai's action but then broke into a gentle smile.
" Now go to sleep. I'm going to the bathroom for a bit." Kai said
" Yeah."
Kai made sure Aichi had fallen asleep as he stood up to go to the bathroom.
Meanwhile, Reversed Takuto and the others were forming a new plan to capture Aichi...
" Just got an info that they are guarding all sides of the shop. Looks like they're serious about protecting Aichi now." Tobi said
" What should we do?" Reversed Takuto ask
" Hmm... There's not much even though I can get in really easily... But..." Tobi said
He suddenly had an idea and turned to face Reversed Kai.
" What?" Reversed Kai ask
" I just had a new plan." Tobi said, a dark glint in his eyes
Meanwhile, the others were still on alert...
" There's still nothing..." Choji said
" Shh! Wait! Hear that?" Shikamaru ask
They heard footsteps as they saw Reversed Takuto appearing.
" Shikamaru! Choji!" Ino shouted
They all got out of their hiding places.
" I'll take care of you guys." Reversed Takuto said
" Let's take this outside!" Shikamaru said
His shadow caught Reversed Takuto's shadow as he led him out of the alley. His shadow then disappeared. Naruto suddenly fell from the roof as they looked up to see Tobi.
" Hello there." Tobi said
" Looks like we have company..." Choji said
" Tsunade-sama! Stay inside there and protect the others! We'll handle this!" Sakura said
" Let's go, everyone!" Naruto said
" Right!"
They attacked with their various techniques as in between the fight, they realized something.
" Wait a minute! Aren't they... Missing someone?" Shikamaru ask
" Now that I think about it..." Sakura said
" Wasn't there a Reversed Kai?" Naruto ask
Reversed Takuto smirked evilly.
" Everyone! Get to Aichi and Kai right now! They're in trouble!" Shikamaru said
They gasped as they tried to head to the stairs but it was blocked by red mist.
" Uh oh..."
Meanwhile, up in the room, Kai had entered again after going to the bathroom and getting something to drink on the way... Aichi woke up after hearing the door close. He turned to Kai and smiled.
" What took you so long?" Aichi ask
" I had something to do." Kai replied
" I see. What were you doing that took so long?" Aichi ask
" Forming a plan..." Kai said, red marks appearing under his eyes and a shadow over his forehead
Aichi's eyes widened.
" Wait a minute... You're not..." Aichi said
" Of course I'm not. Cause I was forming a plan to capture you." Reversed Kai said
" Where's the real Kai-kun?!" Aichi ask
" Trapped him in the kitchen. Went to get water but then I trapped him inside the kitchen while he was unaware." Reversed Kai replied
" You won't get me!" Aichi said
He got up and started to run towards the door when Reversed Kai swiftly grabbed his wrist and pinned his right arm behind his back.
" Let me go!" Aichi shouted
He struggled as Reversed Kai took his other wrist and pinned both Aichi's wrists onto the wall, with him facing Reversed Kai. Eli woke up and growled at Reversed Kai.
" Shut it, you noisy fox." Reversed Kai said
He blasted a red lightning at Eli as he went back to pinning Aichi's wrists.
" Eli!"
Black rings emerged on his pinned wrists as his ankles were also restrained on the wall. He struggled to break free as Reversed Kai took out a cloth.
" No! Kai-kun! Kai-kun!" Aichi shouted
" Nobody can save you now." Reversed Kai said
" Kai-kun!"
The cloth was pressed on his nose as he struggled but then his vision started to blur.
" Kai-kun..." Aichi thought
He blacked out as Reversed Kai released the black rings and caught Aichi. He smirked as red mist engulfed them both and they disappeared. Kai, who was trapped in the kitchen, could hear Aichi's desperate screams from just now.
" Aichi! Aichi!"
The red mist disappeared as he rushed back to the room. He opened it to find Eli on the floor and Aichi gone.
" Eli!"
He picked it up as he looked around.
" I'm too late..." Kai said
The others were fending off Reversed Takuto and Tobi when the two saw red mist leaving the room and left as well.
" They're gone..." Naruto said
" Check on Aichi and Kai!" Sakura said
The red mist had disappeared as they ran up the stairs and into the room. Seeing Kai on the floor with Eli was enough to tell them what had happened.
" We're too late..." Kamui said
Meanwhile, Reversed Kai placed Aichi onto a pillow on a bed. He shackled Aichi's wrists and ankles that had chains nailed near the bed. A circle with weird markings was around the bed as Reversed Kai waved his hand above Aichi's mouth and a black ring wrapped around his mouth.
" I'm done." Reversed Kai said
" I will do it some other time. There's no rush since we have plenty of time to spare." Tobi said
" Until then, you are in charge of guarding him so that he doesn't escape. Oh yeah, if you want to have a little fun, I don't mind but don't have too much fun." Reversed Takuto said
" Yeah right. Just leave him to me." Reversed Kai said
" Don't worry. He can't use any of his powers in that circle. It's a seal that can seal off his powers. I need time to set up at the roof so it would take awhile." Tobi said
" Just get it done as soon as you can. Then, we're leaving him with you." Reversed Takuto said
" Yeah."
The two left as Reversed Kai faced Aichi, who is still asleep on the bed and smirked.
