Before I get to Metal Phantom, I'm first going to have everyone enjoy the victory from Vlad, Danny did stop him before he became a big threat. Eggman is staying true to his word and is letting them be. Of course that is so he could finish Metal Phantom. Also, since I said I was going like the comics that had Arc, this chapter is the end of the Danny Phantom Hedgehog Arc and the start of the Metal Phantom Arc. Also enjoy a song that I like that fit Danny, I think.
Danny had fill up his belly with 20 chilidogs and was walking with Nicole when he notices there was a huge crowd at the center of the city. He turn to Nicole and ask, "What going on?"
"It appear that the victory against Vlad wants to be remember." Nicole said.
"Really? Whenever I stop a threat I sat and relax." Danny said thinking back to the times he save Amity Park from huge threats.
"Come in, we better go see." Nicole said and took his hand.
They walk through the crowd, thanks to Danny turning them intangible, and met up with the rest of the Freedom Fighters. Danny look around and saw a stage and a few Mobians getting ready to play some music. He also saw Sonic talking to a yellow Mobain with purple hair and dress what he would call a rock star. Nothing like Ember, but Danny had a good feeling that she was friend of Sonic. He also notices that the Mobain was very shy around him and spoke in a quiet voice that only Sonic could hear. He soon felt someone tap his shoulder and he turn to see Tails.
"Hey Tails, what up?" Danny said.
"Nothing much, just what to make sure you are ok." Tails said.
"Well back where I'm from, I have fans always trying to get me. Some female fans even try to ask me out, some male fans ask me to join with them and of course I have Ghost Hunters that wants to study or destroy me." Danny said shrugging like it wasn't a big deal.
Tails was bit surprise to hear all that. Before he could ask any more, the lights turn on the stage and watch as Mina step up.
"Hello everyone.", She said, "Sonic has fill me up about what this is for and I just come up with a song for the member that did."
Soon the band started playing and Mina started to sing.
Hey everyone! I'm from another world and I'm here to save the day!
With my powers I'm here to stay!
Danny was surprise, the song was about him! Sonic must have told her about him and he was fine with it. He listen to the song and soon couldn't help himself to dance to it. He then grab Nicole and try to dance with her. Nicole was completely surprise at the action and try to keep up. After a few minutes Mina stop and the crowd cheer.
"Thanks you everyone, but now I would like the Freedom Fighter member that save us to come up here." Mina said.
Danny was surprise again and didn't even move, but Sonic push him on stage. Danny look out at the crowd not sure what to do. Mina walk up to him and place her hand on his shoulder.
"It nice to meet you Danny and don't worry, I over came my fear too." She said.
Danny nods and took the mic. He look at the crowd and held it up.
"Hi everyone. I'm Danny Phantom Hedgehog, the one that stop Vlad Plasmius. In case you didn't guess from the song, I from another world and I have ghost powers but I only use them for good." He said.
The crowd was quiet after the heard that and Danny decide maybe more music would help them.
"Eh, I know a song that you might like, Though I'm not much of a singer. So sorry if I sound bad, but at least give me a chance." Danny said before turning to the band and started to talk with them.
After a couple minutes, Danny turn away and said, "Ok, we are ready, hope you like it."
The band started to play for a bit before Danny started to sing.

The crowd cheer as Danny sang the chorus.

Nicole was shock on how well Danny could sing. He was almost as good as Mina.
You know all just an game that I'm playin.

Sonic smile as he could see why Danny chose this song. It fit him and tells others he not the one to mess around.

The crowd cheer again as Danny let the band play and was giving a drink before going back to singing.

The crowd cheer loudly as Danny took a bow. The Freedom Fighter got on stage and started patting him on the back, jumping for joy or just hugging him. It was day that was truly remember, but it wasn't going to last long.
At Eggcity,
Eggman went over the last parts of his plan for Metal Phantom, when Snively walk in.
"Sir, why are you build a robot double of the White Hedgehog? Isn't he something you don't need to get worry about?" He ask only to be grab by Eggman.
"The White Hedgehog isn't any hedgehog Snively. He an hedgehog with ghost powers. Since Vlad is no longing here, I can't make any ghost weapons to fight him.", He said and drop Snively," besides this robot double can match his strength, speed, and ghost powers. Not even Sonic can handle this one."
"Yes, Sir." Snively said.
"Once I get this last bug out, the Freedom Fighters are in a shock for their lives." Eggman laugh.
Snively walk away and sat down at his own desk and look over the fight that had Danny and Vlad. He knew there was something different about the hedgehog that was fighting. He watch the fight over and over again but only seeing Danny use his Ecto-blasts once or twice but not any of his other powers.
"There is something not right about this hedgehog and it not because he has ghost powers." He said to himself and turn to a incomplete portal that he was building.
"True the Cat is gone, but his plans of making a ghost portal was genius. Not even that big oaf could build this." Snively smile and got back to work it.
At New Mobotropolis,
Danny was heading to the training area for some more training when he ran into Mina. Danny quickly caught her before she hit the ground and help her up.
"You ok?" He ask.
"Ye...yes, I'm fine." Mina said shyly.
"Huh, You really are shy ain't you?" Danny ask seeing how she react.
"Um...I'm Mina Mongoose." She said holding out her hand.
"Danny Phantom Hedgehog, but you should know that." Danny said shaking her hand.
Mina felt the coldness form his hand and quickly pull it back. Danny saw the action and smile sheepishly.
"Sorry, it because I'm half ghost that happens." Danny said rubbing the back of his head.
"Half ghost?" Mina ask.
"Yeah, I'm alive and at the same time I'm not." Danny said hoping it didn't sound too crazy to her.
"But how can that be? You are or you aren't." Mina said.
"Don't understand it myself, but then again I stop questioning my powers a long time ago." Danny said.
Mina shrug and try to think of something to say, then remember the song Danny sang.
"Um, you had a really good singing voice." She said.
"Really? Well, thanks. But you are a better singer then me. If fact you the best singer I ever heard." Danny said.
"Oh, I'm not that great." Mina said blushing.
"Don't sell yourself short.", Danny said, "I can tell you got talent. I like to heard more of your songs one day."
"Really?!", Mina ask surprise, "I'll be glad to."
Danny smile and soon the alarm when off and they both knew what that met.
"Guess Eggman is here. Time to kick some Egg-head." Danny said and flew off to met up with the others.
'He...he...he just like Sonic. Ready to help out and loves to make light of the darkest times.' Mina thought as another blush appear on her face.
She shook it off and ran after him, ready to help in anyway that she can.
Danny made it to the other Freedom Fighters and ask, "So, Eggman is attack again?"
"Yeah, but this time he won't beat all of us." Sonic said smiling.
"That what you think hedgehog." Eggman said as he flew up to them.
"So what are you up to now, Baldy Nosehair?" Danny said.
Everyone near by just started bust laughing at the name. Even Sonic was on the ground laugh. Eggman grew angry at Danny for the name.
"That a good one Danny! We got remember that." Sonic said.
"Yeah, I already write down too." Tails said.
"Oh, wait, wait, wait! I got a better one.", Danny said before using his hands to mimic Eggman mustache, "Baldy McNosehair."
Everyone bust out laughing again only harder and Eggman face turn red before he calm down.
"You done yet?" He ask trying to keep cool.
"Yeah, We done." Danny said, seeing his little name calling fun help the Mobians calm down.
"Good, because I have a new toy for you to see. And it been dying to see you." Eggman said smiling.
Before anyone could ask or Danny and Sonic could make a little joke out of it, a black and white blur smack into Danny and they crash into a near-by house. Danny rub his head and look up to see robot that look just like him. It held up it hands and soon a green glow appear around them. Danny wasn't going to let it attack and quickly spin-dash into it and push it away. It recover and grab Danny and threw him into another house. Danny pull himself out and look at it.
"How do you like it? This robot is build to match your speed, strength and ghost powers. I call him Metal Phantom." Eggman told them.
"Gezz, I fought clones of me, but a robot double? Please, he can't handle me that easily." Danny said and charge at him.
Metal Phantom disappear and reappear behind Danny and kick him in the back.
"Ok, you got lucky there.", Danny said and started to spin-dash again, "but how long you think you'll last?"
Danny shot off and was smack away but he came at it again with a homing attack. Metal Phantom was push back a few times before jumping out of the way and Danny smash into the ground. He got up only to be kick in the face. Danny recovers and fly's at his robot double to land a punch only for the latter to dodge and knee him in his gut. Danny flew back and grab his sides. He couldn't believe that he felt it, it was robot and he felt the attack. Was it true? Was this robot a match with his own powers. Danny recover and fire a ecto-blast that Metal Phantom smack away.
"LOOK OUT!" Danny shouted at a family that it was heading for.
Sonic was about to ran over and save them before Mina run up and grab them and got them away. Danny sigh, glad to see that Mina got them before his attack did. The Danny was hit by a spin-dash from Metal Phantom and was drag across the ground. Danny phase into it and pop back up with a upper cut at it face. Metal Phantom was knock away but recover quickly. Danny didn't want to use any more of his ecto-energy because he didn't want to hurt anyone one. He flew at Metal Phantom again and disappear before reaching him. Metal Phantom look around before being hit from a ecto-blast from behind. Danny flew at it again only to be grab and slam on the ground and drag as Metal Phantom ran.
Eggman was enjoying the show. Danny was having trouble against his robot counterpart and he watching while eating a bag of popcorn that was on his lap.
"OH Hohohoho! This too much fun. Metal Phantom is really giving him a hard time. Too bad that I program Metal Phantom to kill him when it over." He laugh as he ate a popcorn.
"Man, Danny really having trouble ain't he?" Sonic ask wanting to get in the fight.
"Yeah, it match's Danny in every way. Danny really needs help." Tails agree.
"Then what are we wanting for? Let's go help ma brother." Bunnie said and the rest nods.
"Oh, no you don't!", Eggman said as his Egg Pawns surround them, "let Metal Phantom have his fun. He'll be after you next."
Danny was throw into another house and use his spin-dash again to attack, but Metal Phantom grab and threw him at the ground again. Danny roll around and felt Metal Phantom step on his chest. Danny try to pull it off but he was too tried to get it off.
'Dang, he nothing like the clones. I haven't see him use any ecto-energy but I can't take the risk. I can't even tell if he smiling because he wining or just happy. Besides he doesn't have a mouth...That it!' Danny thought before he notices something he didn't before.
"Hey, Baldy McNosehair.", Danny shouted, "I notice that you didn't give Metal fake me a mouth."
"Yeah so and don't call me that!" Eggman said before yelling.
"If this Robot me has all my powers then there one power it can't use without a mouth." Danny smirk before taking a deep breath.
"Uh oh! Quick, everyone cover your ears and get down!" Sonic shouted knowing that Danny was going to do.
Everyone did as Eggman look confuse before noticing what Danny was about to do.
"Uh oh!" Eggman gulp as Danny let out his strongest attack, his Ghostly Wail.
The attack blew Metal Phantom off him and into the sky. Danny follow after it and use his Ghostly Wail again to knock Metal Phantom back to the ground. Danny follow it again and punch it straight into the ground as dust cover them. The Freedom Fighters stood up and look at the dust before Danny was knock out of it and crash on a house before his Metal self push him through it. Danny was push through three houses before he shot an ecto-blast at it face and grab it before slamming it into the ground. Danny back off and waiting to see if his metal self was getting up, which it did.
Both of them was worst to the were. Metal Phantom had parts of it wires sticking out and one of the quilts missing. Danny was a lot worst, his jumpsuit was tear and his quilts was a mess, he was even bleeding ectoplasm in a few spots and breathing really hard. The two stare at each other before Metal Phantom shutdown and fell down. Eggman flew up and grab Metal Phantom before anyone could react.
"You got luckily this time Daniel, hope you be ready for round two." Eggman said and flew off with Metal Phantom in tow.
The Freedom Fighters sigh in relief and look around. The damage wasn't to bad and Nicole was already fixing it. They turn to Danny who fell to the ground, drain from the fight. The quickly ran up to him and saw that he was asleep.
"Wow, That Metal Phantom means business. Even Danny couldn't hold out on his own." Sonic said looking over him.
"Good thing he notices that Metal Phantom doesn't have a mouth to turn the tides." Tails said glad to see he was alright.
"Um, is Danny ok?" Mina ask softly.
"Yeah, he just needs some sleep." Sally said look over him.
"Well, we better take him to the hospital. I know he won't like it, but it the best place for now." Bunnie said and pick him up.
"Sure, Mina go with Bunnie, the rest of use will stay here and help Nicole." Sally said.
They all nod and started to fix every thing that was damage in Danny fight.
Outside of New Mobotropolis, a robot that look like Sonic was watching the fight and it had it sights set on Metal Phantom. With a low buzz sound it turn and flew away.
And that is the start of the Metal Phantom Arc. I already come up with a two more Arcs before Danny death that he saw from the White Chaos Emerald, the arc after this will be base off of Sonic Unleashed and the one after that is where Dan will appear. Metal Phantom is strong and Danny will be having trouble fighting him in the next few chapters, of course I think it time for Danny to get a some more Chaos Emeralds whiling fighting his robot double. I like to give Danny a super form from them, but it going to take a while. Also does anyone have a picture of Danny as a hedgehog in Sonic style? I have look around already but can't find any that I like. Please review.
