Harry Harry Quite Contrary

Summary: Caleb stumbles upon his artifacts quite by accident but is unable to get to them as they're in a nest of ferocious Garmr. Regulus' plans move forward and Harry just continues living.

A/N: So, I feel really bad for not updating in so so long so here's the next chapter :) Please Review

Harry's P.O.V

Refocusing on his task to clean and prepare the octopus, it took 35 minutes in all for everyone to finish their required tasks.

Harry smiled at them in gratitude. "Thank you so much, you guys."

The guys nodded as they stood up, stretching their bodies as they've been sitting in one position for half and hour.

"No problem, Jem." Cameron replied, bringing the other bowl of octopus limbs to Harry's unoccupied side. "Need anything else?"

Harry nodded. "Yeah, just get Caleb and Diego. I really don't know where those two have run off to."

Hunter let out a loud yawn, not bothering to cover his mouth. "I'll get them." He volunteered, turning towards the ocean.

"Great, thanks."

He finally finished the last octopus and so he pushed the two bowls together then got up off the log with a groan and fetched the bowl of herbs of which he submerged in the water they had collected. He washed his hands properly before dipping it into the bowl of herbs and making sure than none were above water.

Seeing as he didn't have liquid seasoning, he made his own even though he didn't have garlic or a blender.

5 minutes later

After thoroughly washing the herbs, he had proceeded to crush the herbs with his handmade mortar and pestle. This thing had come in handy for him that it was Harry's favorite seasoning making tool.

Seeing as he didn't have salt and pepper available, he had to improvise and boy was he making it work. He'd rather flavored to blank, thank you very much.

After finishing, he proceeded to generously coat the octopus with the seasoning then used the remaining on the shrimp. He placed the bowls to the side and washed his hand once more then brought the bowls of peeled breadfruit closer.

"Both of you help me slice the breadfruit," He spoke up as he slice each breadfruit into four halves.

Chase and Hayden nodded then got to work.

Regulus' P.O.V

It took a while, but Regulus finally managed to calm everyone down but the looks of panic and horror on their faces remained, that was expected.

Surprisingly it was Ursula Flint who spoke up this time. "Lord Black, if this information is as genuine as you believed, there will be public outrage and Albus Dumbledore would lose any credibility and awards he has acquired over his lifetime. I can vow for the bullying of the Slytherin students by the other Houses and the unfair points given and taken."

Regulus nodded. "I understand and I will continue to stand by my findings. As for the bullying, I have already placed plans in place to counter it. Now, I'm not exactly trying to say that Severus Snape isn't also in the wrong but it's understandable giving that everyone else besides a few Professors are against the Slytherins. The new Professor is Neutral to every student and doesn't pick sides, thankfully.

I asked for this meeting to open your eyes to the fact that Hogwarts isn't what it's portrayed to be. When I became Headmaster you would not believe the mess that I got instated into, mess which was caused and then ignored by Albus Dumbledore and it was about time that the public knew that that man has been ignoring the needs of students for generations, not to mention the Obliviations and possibly for his part in creating the Dark Lord Voldemort."

"I sincerely hope that you have strong evidence to back these allegations, Lord Black," Mathieu Rosier warned.

"I do."

"Very well, then," Athena Travers spoke up this time. "If that's all, I think we're all on the same page regarding the use of Aurors to deal with this mess?"

She looked around the room and everyone who gave her stiff nods before she returned her attention to Regulus. "We give permission for you to enlist Aurors, Lord Black, but what I don't understand is why you came to us and revealed this information. You have more clout than us, as hard as that is to say, so you could've simply gotten the Aurors without asking for our permission."

Regulus gave a barely there shrug. "I could've but I'm quite sure that you're downplaying the power that you hold, Madame Travers. Albus Dumbledore was known to undermine those in power because he believed that he was untouchable and suffice to say, I do not entertain the same thought. The Board of Governors is important for the continued running of Hogwarts and to hide important information from you would most likely blow up in my face in the future, something that I wish to avoid. To me, all of you are of the same standing and I will show you the respect for your positions."

Straightforward and simple, that was Regulus' plan to gain everyone's support. So what? It was a calculated risk that would pay off in the end. Voldemort wouldn't know what hit him when Regulus was through with him.

...

The meeting finally came to an official wrap and Regulus was thankful. That was one problem out of the way an he sincerely hoped that that witch Umbridge hadn't scheduled this Luncheon today or he would gladly wring her neck.

He needed to get started on finding somewhere adequate for Xenophilius and Luna to live, that hovel would be destroyed as soon as his Bunny was out of there.

There was still a couple months left in the school year so young Luna wouldn't be home.

He breathed a sigh of relief as he Apparated out of the Ministry and into his office at Hogwarts where he slumped into his chair.

He was the Headmaster so of course he could Apparate in whenever he liked. To think he had to escape the Castle a couple of years ago was Irony at its best.

He relaxed in the comfortable chair and grinned broadly at a job well done. His plan was almost complete. Dumbledore's entire creditability would be even worse garbage by the time he was finished. Exposing the Obliviations was not enough for him, this time, no foolish upstart would have any doubts in their puny minds that Dumbledore was worse than shit.

After basking in today's victory, he got to work on finding an apartment for his beloved. Xenophilius didn't need a house as he and Luna would be moving into his Manor in no time.

He had already found a stellar Real Estate agency which dealt in condos and apartments but he hadn't the time to peruse the site until now.

Well, time to get cracking.

(This is the last of Regulus' P.O.V until the story is almost finished.)

Harry's P.O.V

They had already cut the breadfruit into slices and Harry had began frying everything using his Magic and he had to stay focused unlike the boys who could multitask.

Cooking helped him to control the flow of his Magic so he wouldn't overdo on the simplest of things.

He loved to do this part himself as it greatly benefited him, so the boys just relaxed on the logs and talked amongst themselves.

"You expect me to believe that Jean-Claude is pregnant?" Cameron

"I don't care what you believe, but I know what I sensed." Caleb

"When's the last time you've been around someone pregnant?" Diego

"Yeah! Plus, Jean-Claude isn't with anyone." Hunter

"All of you, shut up!" Hayden

"It's none of our business if he's pregnant or not." Chase

Harry barely managed to withhold a snort at their conversation; he would've never guessed that any of them were gossips, practically on par with Petunia and the Housewives.

He had finished the Octopus and was almost finished with the shrimp by now.

...

Finally! Everything was finished and he had already sent Diego to retrieve the pitchers of leftover Mango and Banana smoothies from his house… Well they weren't the real smoothies but one has to improvise, right? Diego had picked some coconut and had already drained them in a pitcher.

At least he had been occupied with something worthwhile.

He had already boiled the fried Octopus in the tomato so that they won't be dry and the shrimp was okay just as it is.

"Okay, everyone!" He announced, gaining everyone's attention. "I'm finally finished, so dig in."

The words had barely left his mouth before all six boys attacked the cabinet to get their plates and utensils. Harry snorted and shook his head in amusement; he knew that he didn't have to worry about his portion as they would leave enough for him to be satisfied.

It took a couple minutes, but finally all the boys' plates were properly stacked and the sound of eating was soon heard. Harry smiled as they dug into his food and felt so much pride at himself; he busied himself with combining the leftovers in one bowl, no use dirtying a plate after all.

He dug in with gusto.

...

After everyone was filled to the brim, they all relaxed against the logs to give the food an hour of digestion before washing and packing everything away.

It was in the evening and they still had stuff to do.

Harry belched in his hand and cleared his throat; he looked around the clearing and saw everyone with satisfied looks on their faces.

"What are we going to do now?" He asked curiously, eyeing the stack of plates which looked to be a second away from tumbling over.

Chase was closer to the pile so he righted them with a wave of his hand, too satiated to get up.

Harry gave him a nod in thanks.

"Well," Caleb started. "I have to collect something for our brother and that should take a couple hours at best."

Harry's eyes widened at the mention of the unknown brother but otherwise remained quiet; he couldn't wait to meet him.

"Really? What is it?" Hayden asked, a look of intense curiosity on his face.

Caleb smirked at him. "None of your damn business."

Hayden flipped him the bird.

Harry giggled at their behavior and before he knew it, he was pulled into Cameron's lap as said guy was sitting on his left hand side.

"What's so funny?" was whispered in his ear as a hand snaked around his waist.

Harry shuddered against Cameron but otherwise relaxed against him. "You don't need me to spell it out," he retorted, laying his head back against Cameron's shoulder.

Cameron snorted, tickling Harry's neck. "True. So, what do you plan on doing?"

He shrugged nonchalantly. "I don't really know, there's nothing interesting left to do for me."

Cameron sighed and buried his nose in Harry's hair and took a second to breathe in the scent of the boy. "I know… that you're annoyed that we're keeping stuff from you but believe me when I say that it's for your own good. When the time is right you'll know everything, I promise. But for now, just trust us."

Harry sighed but nodded in understanding. "Yeah, okay. I understand."

"Well, since you don't have anything to do, why don't I take you to catch some Galtzagorriak?"

Frowning in confusion, Harry turned his head to look at Cameron. "What's a Galzgorak?"

Cameron grinned at him in amusement but steadfastly replied. "Galt-za-gor-riak. They're like like elves, they love working but they tend to finish everything quickly so you'll have to keep them occupied, which is very hard. They tend to fix things then break them to fix them again if they have nothing to do. We're gonna have to bond them to your Magic or they'll go crazy trying to find new things to do or fix, bonding them would put them in your explicit control and help to counter their helpful and over-active personalities."

Harry frowned. "Cam… Isn't that like forcing them to be slaves?"

"No, no,no. I promise that it's not. Galtzarriak need to be bonded to someone or they'll go crazy looking for something to do. We'll actually be helping them by bonding them to you."

"Okay, then. I trust you," He replied smiling slightly at him. "But, I don't know anything about bonding."

Cameron snorted then stood up from his seat on the log; he righted Harry on the ground as he did so. "Don't worry, I'll tell you what to do."

Harry nodded. "Great." He watched as Cameron picked his sheathed dagger up from where it was resting against the log before turning to him. "Ready to go?"

"Yup!" He was practically vibrating in excitement at seeing an Elf.

Cameron only smiled and grabbed his hand.

"Hey, guys, I'm gonna take Jem to a Galtzarriak nest, see you later!" He called out, gaining everyone's attention.

Everyone had mixed reactions to his announcement.

Chase frowned at him. "Those pests? What if they follow you back?

"Yeah!" Hunter agreed, glaring at Cameron." Remember what happened to Uncle when one of his off-springs brought one back?"

Cameron rolled his eyes. "You guys know as well as I do that Offspring 2 still hadn't developed their Magic yet to bond the Galtzagorriak."

"Whoa, whoa!" Caleb interjected. "You're planning on getting Jem to bond to these pests?"

"You know, that would actually be helpful," Hayden murmured. "Think of the possibilities. If Jem were to bond with them then he could send some of them off to that woman so we won't have to be bringing food or doing anything else for her."

"I guess that's true," Chase grudgingly agreed.

Cameron grinned at them. "Of course."

Through all of this, Harry just remained silent and was watching them fondly.

"Ready?" Cameron asked, breaking him out of his thoughts. He nodded and allowed Cameron to pull him towards their destination.

"See you later guys!" He yelled, waving at them.

"Later, Jem!" Hayden

"You better bring him back in one piece!" Caleb

"Yeah!" Hunter

"Shut up!" Diego groaned from where he was trying to sleep in a hammock which Harry had remembered seeing once on the tele and had described it for them. It wasn't the exact thing but it was close enough and served its purpose.

Chase rolled his eyes.

Hunter snorted. "You're acting as if you need much sleep."

That was the last thing Harry heard before him and Cameron broke through the trees.

"Those idiots," was murmured by Cameron who kept his and Harry's hand connected.

Harry only laughed.

Caleb's P.O.V (Earlier before Hunter went for him

"I've been waiting for the right time to give you this information, Caleb."

Caleb frowned at glared at his brother. "Quit putting so much emphasis on my name."

Chuckling was heard before his brother sobered up. "I know, I know. But, it's always fun to rile you up."

Rolling his eyes in annoyance, he looked at him impatiently. "What exactly is it?"

"Well, I've been investigating around the island tracing the whereabouts of that nest of Garmr since Hunter and Cameron stumbled upon evidence of some of the eggs surviving and I finally pinpointed an exact location but hadn't the chance to get rid of them. That's where you come in, normally I would've simply finished the extermination job but I think that they would help us with better protecting Jem."

During his explanation, Caleb's eyebrows rose higher and higher until they were practically disappearing into his hair.

"I strongly believe that keeping these Garmr will come in handy sometime in the future so I want to you to capture all of them and their eggs then bring them to me.

"Uhh… Not to interrupt, but do you guys know where my Spear is? I'm positive that I placed it in my room."

They turned towards Diego and rolled their eyes to see that he had reverted to his Humanoid form

Enochian (Ice and Hail)

(Link to Pic is in the note at the bottom)

(While the Enchoain is classified as a being of Angelic status, it won't fit for this story so I'll only state it as Ice and Hail. Seeing as ones needs Water for Ice and Hail, It'll be Diego's form. Baradiel is the ruler of Ice and Hail but I'll be classing Diego as one of the Enochian's instead of actually putting him as the Angel (Baradiel) itself. This body will be better suited for the Crossbow in my opinion.)

"I believe that I had last seen it in Cameron's room since that's where everyone stores their weapons."

Diego gasped as if realising something. "Oh yeah! I remember giving it to him to polish for me."

Their brother shook his head. "I still don't understand how he hasn't been killed yet seeing as continued handling of someone's artifact could kill you."

Caleb rolled his eyes when Diego smirked. "Well, I gave him gloves coated heavily in Magic so the spear would be able to siphon that Magic while he cleans and sharpens it for me."

"I still don't get why you keep sharpening it," Caleb interjected, folding his arms and looking at him in curiosity.

Diego huffed and laughed at him. "Unlike our brother's weapons, mine needs my Magic to keep stabilising it and it requires monthly sharpening in order to finally upgrade into a Crossbow and arrow. I only have two artifacts, the Crossbow and a full armour set. I haven't gotten the armour set yet because I'm trying to get the spear to upgrade."

Caleb's eyebrows arched. "What's a Crossbow? Do you even know what that is and how exactly can a spear be upgraded to it?"

Their brother chuckled. "I believe that I can be of help."

They both turned to look at him in curiosity. "Diego's artifacts differ greatly from ours because he's not much of a short ranged fighter, he tends to be more effective at long ranges. His skills are better suited to stealth and adding to that, he's solid but lithe and can move very quickly, so the crossbow would be better suited for him than a sword and shield.

A Crossbow is a ranged weapon and it's based on a bow since it has a bow-like assembly mounted as a frame while it's held in a similar fashion as the shooting projectile that one of the past islanders had. I believe he called it a shotgun."

"Oh yeah, I remember that contraption. I also remember him trying to shoot me with it, not that he was very good at wielding it," Diego commented, snickering slightly.

Caleb frowned. "You still haven't explained how a spear can transform into a crossbow."

Both Diego and their brother rolled their eyes. "The Spear needs Diego's Magic to do the full transformation and as for the monthly sharpening, doing that would guarantee that the bolts needed to work it wouldn't be round and headless. Diego's Spear would otherwise turn dull and and the tip would begin to gradually shift until it becomes just a staff. That would be much use to him to he has to just sacrifice some of his time on its upkeep, but seeing as he had Cameron doing his dirty work for him, it'll still work. The Spear is only needed for the bolts while his Magic would create the actual Crossbow."

"Ohhh, understandable."

"Anyway, Caleb. As soon as you're finished eating, go to the nest." Their brothers interjected suddenly.

Caleb nodded in understanding. "Fine, it'll take a while though seeing as I have to capture them instead."

"I figured."

"Hey, guys! Jem wants you at the camp-fire!" The voice of Hunter interrupted suddenly.

Diego and Caleb looked at one another and grinned. "Coming!" Diego yelled back.

Their brother only sighed. "Get going, I have other matters to attend to."

They nodded and raced out of the room before their others brothers stole their share, ignoring the laughter from their brother.

Caleb (Present)

Watching as Jem and Cameron entered the forest, he decided to just try and get everything over with. Garmrs' are nasty buggers and even though they can be trained as pets, they're pests just as much as the Galtzagorriak's.

He sighed and got up from his seat on the log. "See you guys later."

The boys nodded and waved his off as he walked towards the forest, a different section than Jem and Cameron.

As soon as he was hidden amongst the forest life, his body glowed a stunning green color as he transformed. His legs slowly melded together into one and he didn't have to look behind him to know that his tail is growing to its proper length and thickness; he smiles when he felt movement on his head and laughed when all the snakes rubbed against his cheek in comfort. The last time he's been in his form was whenever he visited their brother and the time that he had revealed himself to Jem and to tell you the truth, he's been missing it.

Jem knew already so he didn't have to worry about revealing himself thus he's gonna stay this way for a while longer.

He grinned when the transformation was finished.

Looking down at himself, he saw the numerous acid green scales covering his entire body and without another thought, he shot into the forest.

He grinned broadly as he slithered through the forest. It really was great to let himself go and as Gorgon were very fast, he would reach the nest of Garmrs in no time.

The trouble with pinpointing the exact location, since their brother hadn't told him exactly where, was that he had to use his Magic. He already knew what Garmrs felt like, Magic wise and he could already sense a weak hum. They were masking their Magical Signature but they weren't that powerful to fool a being such as Caleb.

Currently he could sense the signatures but unfortunately it was reverberating from three different locations and gut instincts told him that at least two of those locations would be hiding the pregnant ones along with the eggs while the last would hold the non-pregnant. Garmrs reproduce through Asexual Reproduction so there was no use labelling them.

Garmrs were known as guardians, blood-stained, vicious guardians and he knew that they could be successfully turned into pets but he's never bothered to try, his brothers hadn't tried either.

He decided to head where he thought the non-pregnant ones as they would be easier to capture. Pregnant Garmrs were known to have their Magic doubled to sustain the life or lives inside them so they would be harder to capture.

He breathed in the scent of blood as he carefully approached the nest. Why their brother wanted them alive was a mystery to him but hey, he knew how to follow orders.

He slowed his pace as he finally reached. He could sense a very powerful barrier surrounding them but it was nothing he couldn't break. Garmrs can carry young and they can also lay them in eggs if the beast is too old to sustain the life in its body. He could see a lot of eggs piled together in the middle, they were probably 3 inches in width and 2 inches in length… Yeah, the eggs were rather funny looking.

Garmr eggs usually have a Magical barrier around them coming from the egg itself and seeing as there was so much, he would put a rough estimate at around 54, the barrier would pulsate a good distance out from the eggs and form the barrier. The adult Garmr would be protected by the barrier and judging by their relaxed stances, Caleb knew that they couldn't sense him as the barrier couldn't sense anything from outside it, it's one weakness and which Caleb was going to happily take advantage of.

Garmrs

(Link to Pic at the bottom)

He bared his sharp teeth at the unaware creatures in delight then used his tail and slammed it against the barrier, adding his Magic to it to break the barrier.

He smirked when it shattered with a loud boom and before the Garmrs realised what was happening, he attacked, using his Gorgon abilities to Petrify them as they looked into their eyes. Yeah, he could Petrify and kill with his gaze along with the snakes.

It was great to be a Male Gorgon.

Unlike Medusa, he couldn't Petrify or kill himself with his own snakes, plus, Medusa couldn't Petrify.

He uses his Magic to render some of them unconscious along the way.

Dodging an attack from a trio of Garmrs, he immediately turned his gaze of them, halting their movements immediately.

It hardly took more than a couple minutes to finish them off as while their Magic was boosted, they were still slow as hell.

Add to that, his Magic still greatly overpowered their Empathic like Magic. Garmrs Magic use was to instil a deep sense of fear in its victims which can paralyse said victims and leave them open to be eaten. Other than that, the only thing they could do with their Magic was cause fires but Caleb had lived in the water for decades that his body had adapted and he could coat his body in water and call forth water from his surroundings, but not like a waterfall or something, just enough to help me out.

It was a neat skill which he was glad he got. Plus, their brother helped to give him that skill so it was thanks to him also.

He grinned, one nest down, two more than go.

He enveloped the clearing with his Magic and used his connection to his brother to transport the lot to the gave. It took a good bit of Magic to do the transportation and by the time he was finished with the nest, his Magic would be depleted and he would have to sleep a lot to rejuvenate himself.

He sighed softly then cracked his muscles and shot off towards the second nest.

...

He groaned loudly as he slithered away from the second nest. Those Garmrs were much bigger than the last and only a handful were pregnant, this one had about 11 eggs and boy could they move fast.

He had almost been bitten countless times but some of them managed to burn his scales as they blind-sided him while he was attacking the one's in-front. The pregnant ones were faster than the others from the first camp and looking at their bodies as he had teleported them to his brother, he could see the different markings around their necks.

Alpha Garmrs.

(Link to pic at the bottom)

For crying out loud, if these ones were there than that meant that the third camp would most likely be packed with them and even more dangerous than both nests combined.

Today really was not his day.

He sighed and healed his scales as he sped towards the last camp. A good third of his tail and part of his chest was burnt but nothing that he couldn't heal as his body's natural regenerative capabilities replaced any lost scales and healed the damaged tissues and muscle.

He would reach the last camp in a matter of minutes and he could practically taste the Magic radiating around it. Damn, this was going to be fight of his life, well, one of them.

He sighed knowing that they would already be alerted of his incoming presence. The first time around he was the one who had destroyed them but had to eventually quit as he could find the last nest no matter how long he tried. Those eggs had most likely held the Alphas unlike the normal ones.

The Alpha eggs were harder to discover than the normal eggs so of course he couldn't locate them.

As he approached the third nest, he could hear loud growling and readied himself by coating his body in a steady stream of water from probably Hayden's lake which was close by but of which said guy probably hadn't visited in a while or he would've eventually found the nests.

He catapulted himself in the air as a cyclone of fire blazed the ground.

"This sucks," He muttered surly before launching a blast of water on the fire, dousing it immediately.

Thank Magic for Hayden and his lake.

He knew that the Alphas were top of the pack and would very much benefit their brother than the normal ones but damn would they be harder to capture.

He slammed to the ground with a resounding boom, immediately scattering dust and leaves around the clearing. Using his minuscule control over water, he immediately doused the Garmrs with water causing steam to rise from their bodies and continued attacking them with water, slowly but surely weakening them.

He needed to slow them down if he had any chance of defeating them. Since he was focusing on controlling the water, he didn't notice one of the Alpha Garmr jumping out of a tree until its teeth sank into his shoulder.

He screamed in pain as toxins was released in his bloodstream which felt as if he was bathing in molten lava. A few tears cascaded down his face as his snakes turned and killed the Garmr.

Once a Garmr tasted blood, it was no use keeping it as it would grow uncontrollable and try to kill him and then eat him.

He groaned and used his tail to whip the unmoving body away from his body, shattering it against a tree.

Noticing that the others were moving closer and that he couldn't control the water anymore, he catapulted himself into the air again and used more than Half of his Magic to freeze the entirety of the nest and as he landed, he quickly began petrifying them just as his hold on them broke.

"Damn." He panted from exhaustion and used his reserve Magic to transport the lot to his brother before slumping backwards.

"This is why I hate those beasts," He groaned, breathing harshly as the toxin burned his inside. It was painful as his body healed the damages being done by the toxin while said toxins continued to burn everything along its path.

He had only a bit more Magic to transport himself directly to his brother's room, which he immediately did.

As he landed in the underwater cave, he saw the worried face of his brother before he lost consciousness, not registering the fact that while using his Magic to transport the last nest, he took a couple more stuff along with them.

Glowing above his unconscious body were two artifacts, a half armour and a staff which were glowing red.

Harry and Cameron

Harry grinned in delight as Cameron and offered to give him a piggyback ride along the way, which he gladly took.

"Hold tight."

Harry did as recommended and before he could ask the reason, Cameron took off.

Harry laid his head against Cameron's back as the forest blurred around them with how fast he was going.

Now he was wondering just what Cameron was but knew better than to ask.

It was a couple minutes later that they stopped and Harry raised his head. "Are we there?"

Cameron shook his head. "Nope, I just sensed Caleb's Gorgon Magic, probably the task that he got from our brother."

Harry's eyebrows furrowed. "So he has two different types of Magic?"

"Not really, his humanoid Magic has a different feeling than his Gorgon Magic. He has one core but it feels different depending on which form he's in."

"Okay." Harry murmured before laying his head against Cameron's back once more as the other tightened his hold on his legs and before taking off once more.

Everything was still so surreal to him sometimes, but he wouldn't ask for it to be another way, life would be too boring otherwise.

...

Some time later, Cameron stopped and even Harry could sense Caleb's Magic by now. It was so powerful and he shivered at the intensity.

"Okay, we're here."

Harry grinned broadly and hoped off of Cameron's back. "That was fast."

Cameron only shrugged. "Galtzagorriak are usually have nests where Mushrooms are and this was the only place where I know there are a load of mushrooms springing up."

Harry's eyes lightened. "Maybe I can take some back to cook with!"

Cameron snorted. "I don't recommend it, the Galtzagorriak normally hide their eggs inside them. It's a waste as this is the only place we can find mushrooms but I guess life isn't fair sometimes."

Harry huffed in annoyance at that. "Yeah… So where are they?"

Cameron grinned at him and took a hold of his hand before pulling him closer to the mushrooms.

"Gee, I really need help brushing my hair!"

Frowning up at him, Harry wondered what Cameron was on about when suddenly he saw dozens of small creatures appear and climbed Cameron until they reached his hair. In a matter of seconds, Cameron's hair was perfectly styled.

Harry's jaw dropped at the sight of the Galtzagorriak.

Galtzagorriak

(Link to pic below)

"Long time ago, the Galtzagorriak used to look more like ugly imps but exposure to the Island's magic changed them until they looked more like elves, don't ask me how it's possible, I really don't know."

Harry was looking wide-eyed at the Galtzagorriak as they keep asking Cameron for something else to do.

"What do we do now, what do we do now, what do we do now?"

He was a bit surprised that he could understand them. "Okay, now I'm going to show you how to bond yourself to some of them. The rest have to stay here to take care of their eggs. The ones to focus on have purple hats while the green hats already have families and believe me when I say that bonding them would bring along like 20 extra Galtzagorriak."

Harry nodded in stunned silence and waited for Cameron to show him how to bond with the creatures.

"You ready?"

"Yeah," He answered confidently, voice laced with excitement.

"Here we go."
