I seriously need to make updates on my other stories. Gahhh I'm so addicted to this one LOL even though I NEED TO FRICKING CONCENTRATE ON MAKING IT A 'A+Y'FLUFF I JUST -UGH! I know it's frustrating. This chapter has a little bit of Ayumi and Yoshiki moments so,,, I hope you enjoy?
Ayumi woke up to a horrible sight; Ms. Yui sprawled out on the ground next to hers. Ms. Yui's looked lifeless despite the fact that she already was 'dead'. Ayumi didn't stop herself from dragging her body towards Ms. Yui's with her elbows pushing up and forward. "Sensei? Why are we doing here? Sensei!" Ms. Yui's gave no reply and Ayumi knew she was gone, this time, forever.
Ayumi grew angry when she heard Sachiko's unpleasant laugh and felt her presence right next to hers. Instead of a warm welcoming heat, it gave out a cold depressing breeze. "That's what happens when I have to force you in being my companion" She heard Sachiko say as she grabbed Ms. Yui's short hair that was back to her normal color even though it was shining blue from the spiritual power. Her blue glow was giving up slowly and Ayumi shook her head at the sight, her heart falling down on her stomach. "Do. You. Want. To. Save. Her?" Sachiko's cold voice was lingering through her mind. She didn't know why she was hesitating to answer but she knew she had to save her. Ms. Yui never deserved this when she was only desperately trying to save her students and herself from this nightmare. Ayumi glared at Sachiko and saw her wicked grin. "Bring it on"
Yoshiki, Naomi, and Satoshi pack their stuffs as they wait for the big wave of students wrestling each other to get out of the class. Satoshi follows Naomi out of the door and stops when he notices Yoshiki still at his seat. "Yoshiki?" Satoshi calls out. Naomi stopped walking and turns around only to be greeted by the next wave of students battling out the door. She dropped her bag which caught the attention of Satoshi and he ran next to her and grabbed her bag. Yoshiki's mouth was still slightly opened; he lost his opportunity to give out a fair explanation. He pursed his lips into a straight line when he saw Naomi and Satoshi blush and heard her say 'thanks'. Satoshi rubbed the back of his neck as Naomi looked down, swinging her left foot up and down.
"Would you guys stop?" They heard Yoshiki exclaim sarcastically as Naomi eyed him. "Even the blind can figure out the feelings you guys have for each other" Yoshiki barked as he swinged his bag over his shoulder. He smirked when he saw them both blush into a deeper shade as Naomi ran out of the classroom. Satoshi called out to her and ran off after giving Yoshiki a daring glare.
Yoshiki walked towards the floor where Ayumi typically fell into when he heard the door shut and alert him he was finally alone. He bent down and stared at the floor with his arm resting on top of his legs. He felt dumb when he didn't see the transparent block and looked around to see if he was at the wrong spot. Before he had the chance to transport into a different area, he felt gravity push him down and never felt his back meeting contact with the floor after a few seconds. He just kept falling.
Yoshiki woke up in the dark hallways to find Ayumi walking past him. He was surprised by her actions. Was she mad at him about something? It wouldn't make sense; he didn't do anything. He wanted to grab her wrist and ask her directly, but his gut told him differently. Something was wrong with Ayumi; she was glowing. Glowing a faint blue and walking lifelessly toward the hallways that were engulfed with darkness. He slowly got up and followed her behind. Even though he was utterly confused, his curiosity took over him. He suddenly felt someone or something grab his arm and he flung his fist back. Even more surprised that he didn't feel anything meet contact with his fist, he turned around and saw Yuki and Zenka. His heart pounded when he saw Yuki and thought she looked familiar. Of course he didn't have to look to the person next to her to figure out who it was. "What are you doing here?" Yuki asked with a softer tone than how she talked to Zenka. Yoshiki continued staring at her with a stupid look on his face. "I-I don't know uh, I-" Yoshiki stuttered when Yuki suddenly asked. He was astonished by her beauty even though she was covered in blood and her dress was too small for her, her beauty still won over the cons. "I saw Ayumi. We got to follow her" Yoshiki blurted out freely. Even though he just met the girl, he felt comfortable spitting out the things he knew. She was that familiar? Was he missing out on something? Yuki nodded and motioned the two guys to follow her.
Sachiko smiled when she didn't see the boy following after her. She had something in mind and it took simple steps before the real show began. She walked over to Ms. Yui's body and took out a sharp knife that was four inches long and slender. She stabbed the knife in Ms. Yui's stomach causing a thick flood of blood pour out. She slowly took out the knife and was pleased to see enough blood lingering on the knife. Who was she kidding? It would've been more satisfying if she was actually alive. It would be such a toast to hear her screams and moan in pain. She licked the tip of the knife and tasted a little bit of blood that pleasured her taste buds. She smiled ear to ear; she was gonna enjoy this show.
Yoshiki's eyes widen when he saw the person on the ground covered in blood and the spirit, or human, next to it holding a long knife pooled with blood. "Ms. Yui!" Yoshiki screamed as he ran towards his ex-homeroom teacher. He couldn't feel a pulse which was obvious but he didn't want to lose hope. He glared at the person next to her. She glowed faint blue and saw a dot of blood hanging from the corner of her lips. "Ayumi," He clenched his jaws and forced the words out of his lips, "Did you do this?"
Yuki stared at the corpse that Ayumi was standing next to with a bloody knife. She couldn't believe it; the soft hearted- the softest person she thought she knew killed . . . she actually killed someone. Yuki couldn't figure out if it was a real lived human or a spirit. But frankly, the spirits wouldn't die after a stab with a knife so possibly more to the human side? She felt a spirit force rush past her and it shook her answer. Spirits were becoming weak. They were invincible with the knife but now . . . Sachiko is doing something terribly wrong that's giving more power to her but slowly killing the rest. Ayumi had to save them from Sachiko, but she knew she couldn't depend on Ayumi in everything now. Not after what she saw. "Answer him Ayumi! Say it, say it wasn't you! "Yuki begged and her inactive heart dropped when she saw Ayumi glance back a little at her and give out a freaky smile. Yoshiki pushed Ayumi forcibly towards the wall and glared at her. His hands gripped the collar of her shirt and the other hand was slapped against the wall, trapping Ayumi. She just smiled at him with her eyes lifelessly black. "Tell me it wasn't you" Yoshiki growled but a hint of sorrow was found in his voice. "It was me" He heard her voice conjoined with a higher one that sounded like a little girl. "A-Ayumi?" Yoshiki stuttered and was frantic when Ayumi suddenly grabbed his shirt and pushed him towards the wall, switching places with her. She glared at him with a wicked smile answering with a sweet fake voice, "Yes? ".
His eyes widen as her grip tightened. He grabbed her arm and tried pushing her off but failed. 'Ayumi' heard the others running towards them while yelling Yoshiki's name. He screamed 'stay back' at them but everyone knew they wouldn't listen to him. They were blown back from a strong gust of wind and Yuki banged her head on the wall behind her, losing consciousness. 'Ayumi' knew Zenka wouldn't lose his mind by just that, so she tied him towards the ground with spirits holding him down. "Why so afraid? " 'Ayumi' asked while lightly brushing his cheek with the back of her hand. He slapped it away and she tried to pull out the best 'hurt' face that could soften him up a bit. It worked. Yoshiki's eyes softened from his furrowed face and 'Ayumi' smirked. Stupid boys. 'Ayumi' caressed his cheek again and smiled softly when he didn't stop her. She lightly moved forward towards him and lightly dabbed her lips into his. She felt him hold his breathe and she lightly bit his lower lip asking for entrance. He slowly started to open his mouth for her, but closed it quickly and pushed her lightly off of him, breaking contact. "Ayumi, we can't" He replied. His gut was angry at himself, he can tell. He was too, but it wasn't right. Something wasn't right about Ayumi and this place was certainly not the best place for making out.
Ayumi growled and Yoshiki sighed, sensing her anger. "Are you really Ayumi?" His sudden question made 'Ayumi' flinch but she quickly shook it off. "Of course." She replied with a sour smile. "Don't listen! "He heard Yuki's voice softly and then heard a groan following after. He saw her rub her blue forehead and saw blood trickling out of her forehead. Did she hit her head that hard?
"I have a feeling . . . we're being deceived " Yuki continued to explain her sudden exclaim. Yoshiki didn't want to believe her. He wanted to believe that it was really Ayumi that he kissed and not anyone else, but Yuki's words hit him deeply. He turned his eyes back to meet Ayumi's desperate eyes. Her eyes yelled not to believe Yuki, he could see without her telling him with words. His eyes suddenly fell next to Ms. Yui again and his shoulders felt heavy. "Ayumi you didn't do this right? It isn't you right? It couldn't have- it shouldn't have. She's our homeroom teacher right? She used to be . . . I remember now Ayumi, everything; Heavenly Host, everyone who died, the incident, and oh gosh Ayumi- everything. Don't tell me Ayumi. Don't tell me that-"
"I killed her" Her sentence made him quiet. He stared at her as she picked up the knife and slowly brought it up on her lips. She let the sharp edge rest on her lips as she stared back at him, now with cold eyes. He flinched as he walked closer to her and frowned when he saw her step back. Every time he stepped closer, she stepped back. He didn't like what was happening so he grabbed her shoulders and was surprised when he could actually touch her when she was glowing faintly like the other spirits. He brushed it off as he stared deeply into her dark eyes. He was surprised when he suddenly saw the real Ayumi but it quickly disappeared and showed two pairs of darker shaded eyes. "Don't touch me" She said through gritted teeth. He smiled softly even though he shouldn't have, he loved her, and he knew deep down where the real Ayumi was, she loved him too. Maybe not love, but feelings. "Bring me the real Ayumi just for once" He whispered so only the 'Ayumi' standing in front of him could hear. She was quiet for a moment before replying, "I am her". "Don't talk nonsense. The real Ayumi wouldn't growl at someone without a good reason." He said as his grip on her shoulders tightened. She smirked. "You think you should do that? Be careful what you do to me." Her sudden comment made him speechless and 'Ayumi' took this chance to push him towards the ground. She brought her lips towards his ear and nibbled on it. He shuddered but secretly enjoyed it as she whispered into his ear, "You might hurt the REAL Ayumi that you've been telling me" He heard a smile creep on her lips as he suddenly pushed her off.
"Where is she? What did you do to her?" Yoshiki yelled at 'Ayumi'. If a normal person heard this conversation and knew Ayumi, they would send him to a mental hospital; go figure. 'Ayumi' laughed. She suddenly stopped unexpectedly and jumped off Yoshiki. He held a confused look and stared at 'Ayumi' struggling with something- or her. "Stop it- god dammit. I'm not done! "He heard her say. She screamed faintly and fell towards the ground. He ran towards her and when he met contact with her eyes he knew the Ayumi he knew was back. He hugged her without a warning and even though he felt disappointed when she didn't hug him back, he tried to hide it. "Yoshiki, you have to kill me" He heard her own voice say. He broke the embrace and saw her sad eyes- her sad real eyes. "What?" He asked breathlessly. "There's no time. You have to- I don't have enough time before she takes control over me again-please Yoshiki." She said with pleading eyes and he stared at her ecstatically and shook his head while letting out a disbelieved breathe. "No, I can't! Ayumi as much as I love you, I can't. You know I can't-"
"If you love me, you can! "He heard her yell back as tears formed. His jaw dropped slightly and shook his head. "Yoshiki . . ." Exclaimed while leaning her forehead on his and crying softly. Zenka was realized from the spirits since Ayumi was back, and he stared at the two desperate couple. He felt somewhat jealous but he exploded that feeling away. Yuki stared at them with sad eyes. Ayumi's eyes caught Ms. Yui lying on the floor and her eyes widen when she saw the blood around her. She screamed as she tried to run over towards Ms. Yui but her legs gave in on her. Yoshiki caught her by wrapping his arms around her waist and holding her. "Ayumi . . . you didn't do that did you?" He asked with his lips slightly touching her ear lobe softly. She shivered at his touch and words and tried to talk but crying took over her. "I-I " She started out but couldn't finish. Yoshiki closed his eyes and shushed her, kissing her ear softly and whispering sweet things into her ear. He saw her tilt her head back to meet his gaze and he leaned down, touching his lips against hers. She replied to the kiss and it turned passionate after seconds.
Ayumi felt Sachiko taking over her as she closed her eyes and pulled away while saying the three words before the demon took over, "I love you" His eyes widen and he struggled to keep 'Ayumi' under his grip when she tried to get out of his arms. "Let go ,you creep! " He heard the conjoined voices and his eyes closed again. Ayumi was gone. He saw the knife on the floor when he opened his eyes and hesitated before reaching for it and gripping it in his right hand and his left holding 'Ayumi'. Her eyebrow rose from his certain action and she shook her head. "I was gone for a few minutes and look what she did." 'Ayumi' clicked her tongue and elbowed Yoshiki's ribs causing him to groan in pain and hug his ribs. 'Ayumi' was free from his grip and Zenka was trapped again with spirits holding him down. She brushed off her shirt from the imaginary dust and Yuki stared weakly at her. "What . . . did you do . . . to Ayumi? "She asked helplessly and 'Ayumi' smirked while she shrugged, "Dunno". Yoshiki's fists clenched but he held back when the fact that it was Ayumi's body that he might hurt, he didn't want that. His grip on the knife weakened when he saw 'Ayumi' turn towards Yuki and Zenka. She started babbling something softly towards the spirits and Yoshiki knew this was his chance. He tossed the knife towards his left hand and ran towards 'Ayumi'. Now or never, I have to save Ayumi.
Cliffhanger- I'm just that evil. *dodges tomato that was thrown from audience*
Haha- I'm sorry, I'm on a vacation with family (you guys should know, if you read the outro of the latest chapter) so I won't be able to update as much. Hang on with me?
Also I apologize on not concentrating on A+Y on this story. I seriously have to, I know. If I seem like I can't or I just majorly suck at it (which I do) I will change this into a just 'Corpse Party' fanfiction and cut the 'A+Y'. BUT THATS ONLY IF I CAN'T KEEP MAKING A+Y MOMENT ON THIS STORY.
Don't worry, it probably won't happen though. I'm working on making a lot of those moments on the future chapters. Du-Dun-Du-Dun-Du-Du . . . be excited YAYYYY haha, anyways see you at the next update!
