"We're... Well I don't know where we are..." Ronald said.

At first I didn't register what was going on, it was as if we had slipped into another universe with no recollection of what we had just experienced.

We stood in a pale green field, tree's towering in size, while some were dramatically smaller, some with leaves and some stripped bare, like the cruel unforgiving winds of autumn. Down a hill was a pale body of water, the sky was grey... but almost a bright white, a top the hill stood a moderately sized wooden structure... A gazebo perhaps?

We certainly didn't look the same though. We were dressed in green. I wore a plain green dress while Ronald wore a Green dress shirt and dress pants... I kept looking at Ronald, especially his chest area, and yet I couldn't put my finger on what I was missing...

"I'm dead aren't I?" Ronald smiled sadly and just like Tha the memories raced through my mind like a cinematic record in my eye's. When it ended I looked up in shock. My eye's welling up as Ronald smiled at me.

"This is all my fault!" I sobbed. Ronald put his arms around me and held me close, offering a warm sense of security I hadn't felt in months.

"This isn't your fault.." He said, tenderly kissing my forehead.

"No! It is my fault! I didn't trust you, and that hurt you! But you came back for me anyway! Even though it meant you were in danger! And you got hurt because of me! I didn't make sure Darina was properly put to rest, and now she's out of control and she's suffering! And she's hurting people now! A-and... And.." I could even speak anymore. My sobs coming out in short gasps.

"It's not your fault, no one could have foreseen this... But it can still be fixed, you know what to do Elanora. You've always known.." He said.

Elanora looked up in confusion, Ronald stepped back slightly, his face turned from a sad smile to pain and blood started to seep through his shirt. His eye's rolled back and he gasped in pain, as he fell backward, jerking on the floor fighting for breath.

"Ronald! No!" I screamed falling beside him, trying to grab hold of him, just do something.

"Elanora!?" He gasped, his eye's staring almost through me.

"Ron, hold on! Don't let go!"

"Elanora... Wake up... You must wake... WAKE UP!" He yelled a voice over taking his own, sounding more sinister.

I gasped suddenly and opened my eye's to bright lights and people standing over me. I sat bolt upright.

"Elanora!?" A familiar voice rang.

I suddenly realized I didn't have my glasses on so I squinted trying to make out faces. I was suddenly handed a pair of glasses and put them on, blinking as I adjusted to my improved sight.

"Alan?!" I said dizzily rubbing my head, which now appeared to have bandages.

"What exactly happened!? You've been out for a week and a half!? When they first brought you and Ron in-""OH GOD WHERE'S RON!?" Panic completely took over my body, as I felt like I was about to rip the drip in my arm out to leave my bed.

"He's here, he's okay! He woke up about half an hour ago actually... He was pretty bad when he came in..." Alan said.

"How bad... I remember all the blood, and..."

"He stopped breathing for almost six minutes, the doctors almost called it at one point, he's lucky." Alan added grimly.

"Alan I've been such an idiot.. I can't even explain, but I need you to get William- Sempai for me right now!" I said quickly.

Alan just looked at me unsure, his expression of slight worry and confusion.

"What?" I asked, slightly alarmed.

"I don't know, he's been busy lately, you and Ronald... Aren't the only ones that have been attacked. In the past three days, twenty pairs have been attacked while out on collections... Two of those pairs are dead... The rest either in critical or just leaving now... The hospital is filling.. What worse all seem to describe a cloaked demon... With Raven hair and Purple eye's... that have gone green..." Alan replied.

"Death... It is her..." I said under my breath, the monitor starting to show my elevating heart rate.

"Her?" Alan asked, intrigued.

"Get William. Now!" I almost demanded.

At that moment William actually stepped in, if he could hear me or he's just attuned to me I don't know... But I was thankful to not have to get up and search through the building myself.

"Ah you've woken up, now I can ask you what happened? Dispatch Officer Knox is still in with Sutcliffe." He growled, a slight taste of distain on his tongue as he said Knox... Something I decided to clean up now.

"It's better I show you actually." I said, looking for the nearest thing that reflects which was luckily a mirror.

"What do you mean show me?" He asked.

I placed a hand on the mirror and thought back to the first night I had done this... I concentrated and Images appeared on the mirror, almost like the record played on a screen. William's face turned to slight shock, but continued watching the bright haze of blue and green illuminating the room, also intriguing Alan's eye's and finally Sally's as she came in to check on me...

I ended the record and looked up .

"Well I never..." William said, his face growing severe.

"She can't be... She..." Alan was lost for words and had to quickly sit down, lets he start having an attack.

"I couldn't believe it either... " I say quietly... I have to embrace the fact that she's still out there... But this just opens a new barrel of fresh painful questions... Like how did I never know? For all these years. Where has she been?

"She's the one that did all of this!?" Eric said in shock, Sally stood next to him just as puzzled.

My face turned severe, all the events thus far, all had something to do with me. I was the centre of a web, a vast web of death and destruction.

"Yes... How she's survived all this time, I just don't know... But she's so angry, so blood thirsty.. It's almost not her anymore." I said.

The whole room was silent.

"You said Ronald was awake right?" I asked cautiously.

Alan's expression focused again, and nodded, somehow hesitant.

" Yes... You can go and see him if you're up to it, but..." Alan trailed off.

"But?"

"Grell's in there... and he is not happy with you or Sally, or William for that matter." Eric said.

"I know, he's been leaving notes in my drawers for the past month... Funny thing that, after a while of notes telling you to kill yourself, you slightly confuse the lines of deaths and just see it as one big thing, which it is, but it's still annoying and yes even though I may get a chainsaw to the face I'm still going in anyway." I said, swinging my legs over the side and standing up, getting a good feel for the ground again. Still in a damn white hospital gown I went to change, knowing that the hospital now just carry a suit for me, just like they do Alan, because I end up here so regularly. Picking up one more very important item, that was on my person the time I was rushed in.

I followed Alan and William down the hall to Ron's room.

William stepped in first, gently opening the door and shedding light into the dark room. Grell sat on a chair at Ronald's side, obviously having a heated discussion about something.

Grell's head snapped to the side as the sight of me.

"Elanora..." Ron sighed quietly. His chest covered in bandages, oxygen mask hanging around his neck, sat up with soft pillows in bed and eye's tired and hazy.

"What are you doing here!?" Grell hissed at me. I cringed at his tone, but stood silently in the room.

"She's here to see Ronald." Alan said blatantly.

Grell rose from his seat angrily and before I could even blink, he lunged at me, chainsaw in hand.

I barely even had time to summon my scythe before I was knocked into the wall with extreme force.

"This is all of your fault! You should have taken notice of those notes I left in your draw and killed yourself, then none of this would have happened!" Grell screamed.

"Grell!" Ronald yelled, sitting up promptly in his bed, almost trying to get up.

"You know, maybe you are right about that... But unfortunately I'm not quiet dead yet..." I grunted, using my sword to try and push him off me.

This was the wrong move on my part.

I managed to deflect his scythe and disarm him, but he disarmed me just as quickly... I tried to push him off, but he winded me and shoved his hands against my throat, painfully cutting off my windpipe. I scrambled against him, his eye's blood thirsty, like when he was Jack the Ripper. A cruel smile danced upon his lips at my useless struggles.

"How about now?"

Eric tried to pull him off, but he was stead fast, not moving an inch. My vision started to glow blue and blurry and my eye's almost burned.

I was blinded, only to be able to see again, my cinematic record slapping Grell away forcefully, it's place of origin, my chest...

What!?

"You freaky, bitch!" Grell screamed, grabbing his chainsaw again and running towards me, only this time I already had my rapier pointed at his throat, William helping to restrain him.

My legs, buckled and I fell against the wall, my hands quickly covering my eye's. Until the blue went away...

"Everyone apart from Elanora, out!" Ronald said, his voice slightly stronger.

The door closed with a soft click and silence resumed, almost like the events previous had been a hallucination.

"Are you okay?" Ronald asked.

I carefully got up, adjusted my self for a bit and walked over the seat next to Ronald's bed.

"I should be asking you that." I said guiltily.

He took hold of my hand from the side, of the bed and placed it on his chest. The soft, yet steady beats of his heart resonating through my hand.

"Still here aint I." He smirked, a cocky, dorky, Ronald Knox grin... I could have cried.

"Ron, you don't have to forgive me, you don't have to take me back, you don't even have to speak to me again or look at me I've been such an idiot and-" I was cut off, by a pair of soft, warm, lips over mine. I felt a jolt of energy rush through me and closed my eye's respond to the sweet sensation of our connected lips. The kiss felt like an eternity, but ended too quickly for my liking...

"And why would I do that? I freaking love you! And it was partly my fault, the past is a bitch and catches up with us at the worst of times..." He responded.

"Oh and don't I know it." I sighed.

"So will you take me back?" He asked.

"You had me at the kiss." I smiled.

"I'm never letting you go again..." He put his arms around me and pulled me close.

We stayed like that for a while, until.

"Well if you say that, then you're going to need this back." I dug into my pocket and pulled out Ronald's key. Handing it to him gently, his face lit up in a smile, grasping the key tightly.

"I missed you, so much." I said.

"I missed you too."

"Can't believe I left you with that arse O'Brian." I laughed.

"I can't believe I left you with his twat of a partner." He chuckled back.

"If I ever hear Grell leaving you those notes again... I swear I'll-"

"Leave him Ron, I'll let him have this one."

"I can't... Eric showed me those notes, but we never knew who they were from..."

"Just leave it.I'm glad that kiss at the house wasn't our last." I said.

"Yeah, sorry about scaring you like that... Is it really her?"

He finally asked the bonus question.

"Yes... It is her, and she's angry and she wants me... that's why she's doing this, You got hurt and everyone else is getting hurt, because I didn't do what was right and make sure she was properly put to rest." I said.

"You could never have known she was still out there, no one did... Elanora? Look at me..."

I looked up at him confused, until his hand slowly traced along my cheek.

"This is not your fault. And if she wants you, well she can't have you, prophecy be damned." He said, his legs shifting slightly.

I smiled, but then noticed something strange... The way his legs moved underneath the sheets, was rigid and awkward.

"Ron... Your, your legs..."

"That's the other thing I haven't been able to completely feel them, for a while."

My heart lurched... in my chest.

Ronald was paralyzed...

(A week and a half later...)

"Ok, so if I can get this done one more time. I'll be able to regain most of my leg functions right?" Ron asked, currently sat in the physiotherapy wing of the hospital. Two metal bars stood in front of Ronald, he sat in the provided wheel chair looking at them determinately, he had done so well, trying to walk as soon as he got up, but was stubborn and got frustrated when he needed help which was understandable. He was desperate to walk fully on his own again, even run, then he could start getting back on track with the flips and turns he had practised for years to show off while reaping or in a fight with a Demon... His cocky personality as per always.

"Well most of them, but I can't promise you a straight return to heavy field work mind you." The doctor said.

"Good enough for me!" He laughed. Pushing himself up off of his chair and standing up, carefully grabbing the two bars in his hands, before letting them go and standing for a moment.

I unintentionally held my breath knowing failure would destroy Ronald's self-esteem.

"Elanora." He said, not turning to face me, none the less I could still hear him smiling.

"Yeah, Ron?" I asked.

"I promise. I'm going to dance with you again." He said.

I could only smile, I had so much faith in Ronald, now more than ever. And he had faith in me.

"Slowly now Mr Knox." The Doctor warned.

He slowly stepped forwards, his steps at first shaky and then strong and confident. He took deliberate strides, until adjusting to his usual care free style of movement... He was walking!

Just as he came to the end however, his left knee buckled and he slipped, quickly grabbing hold of the rails, to stop himself from hitting the floor.

"Dammit, let me try again!" He yelled.

The doctors hesitated for a moment and then nodded.

He started again, quickly taking up his usual walking style and coming to the end of the rails with a slightly put on ease, but it was enough... He had walked!

At the end one of the nurses offered him his wheel chair, but he casually waved her off... Same Ronald as always.

"I would advise you getting in that... But I know you won't listen to me anyway so... Off you go." The Doctor sighed, smiling none the less

We walked out of the room and were making our way back to Ron's room, tomorrow he was due to be let out.

The spinal cord damage had been severe, but thanks to a quick healing factor and help, he was almost back to walking normally.

As we crossed along the corridor, he suddenly picked me up and span me around. I shrieked in surprise, but he just laughed happily.

"I told you!"

"Never doubted you for a second." I smiled back.

We were suddenly halted, by a strange presence in the hall, we turned around and I almost had a heart attack.

Raven hair, messy and un kept. I tensed, only to realize who it actually was, this didn't make me any less tense however.

Stood in front of us was Darina's oldest brother. Mark.

"Elanora." He says, I can't read his expression at all, he's not angry, but he's not happy either.

"Mark, what are you-""She visited us..." He said darkly.

"What!?" I gasped.

He lifted his arms, the sleeves of his jacket riding up to reveal a set of heavy bandages on his hands.

"She attacked us... She almost killed Fabian and Sean's in hospital as well. I need your help." He said, his tone sounding desperate.

I hesitated and looked to Ronald for a moment, his lips curved in a frown.

I sighed. "What would you have me do?"

"Come back through the portal with me to Dublin." He said.

"And why is that?" Ronald asked, getting more agitated.

"I need to see if she's really in her grave."

Ronald(P.O.V)

I can't believe she was actually going, what if this was some sort of trap!?

"Before you say it, I know, but it seems the best way to go forward with this and I need to see for myself." She said quietly, grabbing her coat.

"And what will you do.. .If she's not there?" I asked, walking after her. She frantically paced about my room, Mark waiting outside.

Bloody Mark!

"Honestly?" She stopped dead and turned around, her eye's glistened with an uncertainty I had not seen since the night we broke up.

"Yes."

"I don't know." She replied, swinging on her coat and walking out the door. I tried to step out with her, but she stopped me with a firm hand to my chest, that almost tripped my bloody weak legs over.

"Ron, you haven't been cleared to go yet and it may be dangerous and you might not be in a state to handle that. And I know you're not going to like hearing it, especially from me." She said.

I grunted in frustration, how could she seriously think I was just going to let her go, with just Mark!?

"I can't just-""How about this, if I'm not back by the time they clear you to leave, you can go and get William." She replied.

"But... Ugh, you aren't going to listen to me are you?" I sighed in annoyance.

"Nope." She replied heading to the door.

"Love you." I said as she stepped out the door.

"Love you too." She smiled back, before the door closed.

I sat back down on the bed and rubbed my hands against my face. How could she expect me not to worry...

Elanora (P.O.V)

I had not been to Ireland in over a year since Darina's anniversary and I was back here again, only instead of paying homage to her grave, me and her brother would be desecrating it.

As we walked to the cemetery gates, we were met by the grounds keeper, a grey haired fellow with a simple black long coat, a shovel in hand and worn, muddy boots. The whole place was eerily spooky, the Weeping willows swung in the night air, some of the vine like branches draping the graves. The moon half covered by dirty black and grey clouds and the ground slippery underfoot with all the water congealing in the mud...

"Yer, may want ta take these, helps the effort go a lot faster." The Groundskeeper said, thick Irish sprawl coating his words.

I picked up a shovel, shaking it in my hands slightly to feel it's weight.

"So which plot is it that we be diggin'?" He asked.

"One hundred and dirty tree." Mark said, his accent getting the better of him.

"One hundred and thirty thr-""I know Mark, this is your country remember, you can speak however you like, that's not what were here for though." I shushed him.

We walked in and followed the row of Tombstones, the whole place was very small, Reaper deaths not happening often, so a lot of the stones, were very old and worn, but still adorned with fresh flowers and cut grass.

We finally came to the one we were looking for and I gulped in Dread.

Darina Mac-Flannagan

Beloved sister and Friend. An Excellent Grim reaper.

Rest in your eternal slumber...

The last sentence is what caught my attention the most, because that's what we were there to find out. If she actually was.

Mark put his shovel in first and then I followed, we dug continuously for five deathly silent minutes, before our shovels hit solid oak... The coffin. Mark, jumped in first, steadily wiping the rest of the soil away from the coffin.

I jumped in after helping, my body tensing as my gloved hands touched her coffin.

"Okay... One the count of three we open the lid." Mark said, his voice shaking.

"Okay, one.. Two... Three." I said, we both prized open the coffin and threw it open quickly, both of us obviously not wanting to do this.

We looked in horror...

The coffin was...

Empty...

Ronald P.O.V

I had been let out about half an hour ago now, and she still wasn't there. I stood outside of William's office at dispatch, many of the reapers running frantically from corridor to corridor as I waited. My agitation getting the best of me, I started trying to do some of my flips in the hall, running up the wall, before trying to land and stumbling... I was getting sick of this now! I just wanted to be my normal self again, jumping and running like a maniac like I had always done.

Just as I landed a certain flip and stumbled, William opened the door raising an eye brow at my current situation, but gestured for me to come inside none the less.

I entered and stood to attention, William stood in front of me.

"Dispatch officer Knox." He said.

"Spear's- Sempai." I said, back no matter how much time passes, the guy still scares me.

"I again apologize for my brash actions a few weeks ago regarding Elanora." He said.

"Please, you don't have to apologize, but is this all I am here for Sempai." I replied, waving my arms defensively.

"No, I trust Elanora told you of what was found in the library months ago." He said.

"Yes... It rather confused the bloody hell out of me to be honest." I admitted.

I knew it said about Elanora's death, but I didn't really understand the parts about the strikes of the clock...

"Well, with recent event's the cycle is become clear, and it is now unmistakable, that the final verse shall be revealed soon." William said, sitting in his chair and putting his hand's together under his chin.

"Sempai?"

"A whim and a wail and a heart break betrayal." He chanted.

I looked up in alarm.

"A heart break betrayal, perhaps the time she thought you had cheated on her, and broke off hers and your relationship." He replied, tonelessly.

"Holy Death." I gasped.

"When the clock strikes twelve with the sound of a bell, a reaper finds themselves in hell." William quoted the rhyme again.

"Wait you don't think Darina was-"

"Precisely, since she fused with a Demon, yet we could never detect her in our realm this would be the only plausible way of her learning to exploit her demonic powers, what I'm trying to say is it all ties in with events, both past and present."

"But if that's true, they rhyme foretells Elanora's death!" I stood up in my seat.

"Yes, I do not know for certain, but events have led me to believe that Elanora is far more than a cinematic suppressive." He said.

"What do you mean, she's a grim reaper." I replied.

"I'm not saying she isn't but-"

The door suddenly burst open, a young rookie stumbled in arms, slashed and covered in blood, he stumbled and I rushed to catch him as he fell.

"What happened to you Lennox?!" I asked in alarm.

"Spears- Sempai, th- the Demon, she blew through the lower floors, we're under att..." Lennox suddenly passed out in my arms, and I quickly picked him up, hoping to take him to the infirmary.

"How did we not feel that!?" William asked.

"She does have powers like changing the properties of her surroundings, she probably is using it to attack each department individually, so they may not call for help." I said.

"I'm putting all reapers both desk and field on high alert, all scythe are to be wielded at all times." He said, into his notebook. The paper screwed it's self up and fluttered out the door to the other departments.

"Okay, I'm going to get Lennox to the infirmary." I said, starting to drag him from the room.

"Wait! Where is Elanora?" He yelled to me.

"She went to Ireland with Mark three hours ago, to Darina's grave to check if her body was there. She hasn't come back yet."

Elanora

I stepped back through the portal into the infirmary, I was going to check on O'Brian who was still in there, but when I walked in it was full of injured reapers, both from desk and field work.

I looked around in shock and saw Ronald helping Lennox onto a stretcher.

"Ron!? What's happened!?" I ran to him.

"Darina, she attacked the main parts of the lower building and is still in here somewhere, everyone is on Red Alert." He said, grabbing hold of my shoulders.

"Shit!" I hissed.

"Did you find what you were looking for in Ireland?" He asked, looking me dead in the eye for the honest answer.

"Yes, unfortunately I did." I replied, looking away.

"Then..."

"She wasn't in there... We just found old blood stain and a rag doll..." I replied sickeningly, how could I not have known...

"Then, that's all of her." He said thoughtfully.

I looked around, a loud bang suddenly coming from the corridor.

"Shit let's go!" Ronald said, summoning his lawn mower and running out of the door, skidding on his heels as he came to a stop, me running out a few seconds after.

Eric had been slammed into a wall, large cracks forming at the imprint of his body on the wall.

"Eric!" I yelled in alarm, he shakily tore himself from the wall and stood up, death scythe in hand.

"She's got Alan!" He said in alarm, staring to charge down the hall, until Alan's limp body collided with Eric's forcing him into the wall again.

"Alan!" Ron yelled, Alan gasped in pain, his hands grasping at his chest.

"The thorns!" His voice shook as he struggled to breath.

Before it had even begun the attack subsided, and Alan's body un- tensed and he started breathing steadily.

"Crap, Eric take Alan to the infirmary!" I called, he nodded and helped Alan up, but he just shook his head and brandished his death scythe.

"I'm not going anywhere." He said firmly and hell who was I to stop him.

"Elanora! Come out and Play with me!" Darina called from around the corner, her form shrouded by a thick cloud of smoke from the destruction in her wake.

"Dammit!" I hissed.

"We can't let her get what she want's, Ron take Elanora and get the nearest portal out of here, we'll keep her busy." William said, running in with Grell, he hissed at me, but it didn't bother me.

"Screw that! I'm not leaving you lot!" I yelled.

"That's an order Hawthorn!" William said, his tone turning deadly cold.

I hesitated for a moment, he had never used that tone with me... But today was a first for everything's apparently.

"Then I will have to disobey your order sir!" I yelled back.

The whole group was silent, even William, in complete surprise at my resistance.

Sometimes, you have to take a stand for what you feel is right, even if it means going against the people you care for most.

He sighed. " Fine, then what would you like to do?" William asked, he wasn't happy, but he knew me well enough to know I see something through to the bitter end.

"Let me convince her to take the fight away from the building." I said.

They just looked at me.

"We'll back you up, and gather all the able reapers to follow you." Eric said, his tone unsure.

Ronald, however was not happy about this.

"What if that doesn't work?" He asked.

"Then I'll wing it, it's me she wants." I replied.

"Now is not the time to be showcasing some of my bad habits!" He yelled, another explosion hit the wall ahead...

"Don't have time!" I yelled before silencing him with a kiss.

I then ran off, before he could protest any further.

"If you want me, then you have to play by my rules and we are not having this fight here!" I yelled, quickly rushing her, her clothes dirtied by the mess of rubble and dust.

I threw a barrage of cards at her, but before they got within a feet of her she was behind me, I pulled out my rapier and countered her pole.

"And why should I do that?" She yelled angrily.

"Because then I'll play with you!" I said, sprinting off out of sight.

She shrieked in frustration, causing more rubble to fall as energy surrounded her.

"FINE! WHERE DO YOU WANT TO PLAY!?" She screeched.

I considered for a moment. I needed a place that was away from the population of the realm, the only place I could think of was the outer pastures of Reaper London, deserted, an old ghost town where the first few buildings of the realm had been build and then left as the city was constructed to fit each time period. It was miles away from any type of life...

"THE OLD REAPER PASTURES!" I yelled, loud enough so the others could hear me, as she turned the corner to me I quickly made a portal with my scythe and ran through, coming out into the treeline of the densely natured area. I sprinted through the woods, gradually getting higher and higher into the tree's, bidding my time until the others arrived, I could hear heavy footsteps behind me and quickly turned, armed with roses, but in front of me was Ronald.

"What did I give back to you at the hospital!?" I asked.

She could change her forms and use dolls to do so as well.

"Ugh, the key to your house!" He said, his hands up as he wobbled slightly on the branch he was stood on.

I lowered my roses.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Yeah, she didn't touch me." I replied.

"All the other Reapers are here as well, we should be getting to the front... I'm starting to make this sound like a war." He sighed.

"Unfortunately that's what this is..." I sighed, quickly following him to the clearing, what was once lush and green was now a mess of soil in the dark night, the moon completely covered by dirty grey clouds, almost white washing the sky.

The bodies of reapers pilled into ditches in a heap of blood and flesh, I almost vomited.

In the middle stood Darina her fingers around a limp officers neck, he kicked weakly and in one swift motion and a sickening crack she snapped his neck and shoved her pole through his heart, throwing him to the side, like a discarded piece of rubbish.

"I'll just keep killing you until I get who I want!" She called tiredly.

Ron turned to me, putting his finger to his lips to tell me to be quiet. I did so and watched, my hand clenching around my rapier.

"Looks like I'm going to have this up a notch aren't I lassie!?" She called suddenly, rushing past the heaping pile of dead bodies to Sally!

She picked her up in a swift movement, by the hair, she kicked and screamed and Leon rushed to help her, only to be swatted away with immense force. He hit the ground and lay still, still awake, but almost paralyzed.

"Leon!" Sally screamed, kicking and scrambling against Darina's iron grip.

"Oh do shut up!" She sighed angrily, driving Sally's head into the ground, before hitting her again and again with the pole.

"SALLY!" Leon yelled, a pool of blood starting to form around Sally's body.

"That's what you get for trying to replace me, you skank!" Darina growled.

"Ron, I can't let this happen!" I said, moving forward only to have Ron grab hold of me, keeping me in place.

"No! She'll kill you!" He hissed angrily.

"Better her kill me then she kill everyone!" I retorted.

"Not to me it's not!" He grunted sharply.

"Oh, still not getting you out Ellie, how about this!?" Darina cried happily as she saw William making his way silently, towards her, she grabbed hold of his scythe as it extended and pulled him forward, grabbing his arm and twisting it beyond any Reapers limit, he muffled his pain with grunts, but she threw him to the floor, using his scythe to pin Eric in the shoulder and then Slammed Alan into him, knocking him forward, where she punched him straight in the chest, he recoiled in pain and she then slammed him against the floor, continuing to evoke his thorns.

"Ron! Let me go!"

"No! You stay here I'll go." He said, before running off, suddenly surprising her, by ramming his lawnmower into her face, she was at first shocked, but instead twisted to the side and roughly grabbed hold of Ronald's shirt collar jerking, him and causing his back to jerk again.

I could barely breath...

"I thought I crippled you for life, oh well... how about now!?" She threw him with an incredible force, his back hitting the tree right next to me. I scrambled to his side, he spat out blood, his head cut and bleeding and his legs shook slightly, he groaned in pain...

"Ron!" I yelled, he murmured weakly, I could barely hear him.

"What Ron?" I said, hoisting his arm over my shoulder, and supporting his weight on me and jumped to the nearest sturdy branch above the ground.

"L-Leav-ve me, and Run!" He coughed.

"No!"

"Last chance Elanora, or I'll kill this one too!"

Darina, smirked evily over a covering Janice, death scythe on the floor, she was so inexperienced I was surprised she lasted so long... I can't believe this is my stopping point for this... it should have been as soon as I got her.

She lifted her pole over Janice and began to drive it into her head, but my rose snapped the pole the other way. I landed in front of Janice and Darina staggered back.

"What are you doing!? I had her!" Janice yelled.

"You know, I'm sick of your voice and how you love the sound of it. I'm sick of how you think heavy make-up makes you look good or how going against the norm means your less than worthless and I hate how you think you can take other people's boyfriends you bloody little slut, you know you actually should be thankful I'm saving you, though death knows why!?" I ranted, throwing two more roses at Darina to fend her off.

"Shut up, he cheated on you with me, cause you are worth-"

I ACTUALLY COULDN'T STAND HER MOUTH ANYMORE.

I turned on my heel and punched her square in the face, before picking her up by the collar and throwing her clear of the battle area.

I REGRET NOTHING!

"Yeah... cause he's seriously going to cheat on me with a skank like you, I may not be pretty, but at least I'm not a skank whore like you." I called, dodging Darina's weapon.

"Finally, we get to play a game!" Darina smiled as she struck out at me again. I thought quickly jumping over her and throwing a barrage of cards at her, but she dodged every one, she swung wildly at, once hitting me in the stomach and winding me and before I could blink she was behind me again!

I quickly jumped backwards, slashing at her attacks as they came in thick and fast. I twisted mid air and slashed at her exposed skin, going full circle, before coming back around try and trip her, she bled, but laughed as she suddenly hit my legs, flipping me onto the ground hard, she stabbed where she thought I was, but I quickly rolled away and scrambled up, knowing I was outmatched. I had to quickly use my secret move.

I dug into my jacket pocket and pulled out the black rose. It was the rose I used to control the path of the other roses on their return, the rose I put in after Darina's death to ensure I was never truly without my death scythe like I was when I was being drowned by the demon.

It was designed to never miss it's target, being able to turn all the other roses and cards in mid air depending on how it was thrown. This was my wild card.

"Screw it!" I yelled flinging it from the left corner of my vision , they spiralled and as she tried to dodge left like I anticipated she would swerved and hit her square in the chest, she coughed blood and fell to her knee's.

I thought it was almost over and I ran towards her, rapier in hand.

"I'M SORRY DARINA!" I yelled aiming the blade for her head.

I could not have been more wrong. She pushed out the cards and roses and grabbed them, as I leapt forward shoving one into my stomach.

I coughed blood and staggered backwards, my vision blurring slightly.

"Whoops, don't you remember, roses have thorns." She laughed.

Suddenly, I felt a tremendous pain in my head as she smacked me across the face with the pole, over and over again, until I fell, my vision clouded in blood and my glasses shattered in blood.

"I WAS SENT TO HELL!" She cried lifting the pole above her head. I tried to roll away, but my body was tired and could not fight back against the shoe on my stomach, pressing painfully on my stomach wound.

"ELANORA!" I Heard Ronald yell.

"R-Ronald!" I gasped in pain, only to feel cold metal go through my chest. I coughed up blood, my airways clotting in thick metallic ooze... I jerked in pain as the pole entered again.

"THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT! YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF! I WAS NEVER REALLY YOUR FRIEND! THEY PAID ME TO BE!" She screamed.

I screamed in agony as she forced the pole into my body over, and over and over again.

"ELANORA!" William yelled, my head turned and my eye's met his, while his were wide eyed in panic mine, were starting to droop in blood loss...

"S-Sempai?" I gasped, my hand stretching out. Though I don't know what for... I then received a blow to the head, knocking it the other way.

"DON'T IGNORE ME!" Darina screamed, though the voices were fading...

I tried to lift my head to see, but It dropped instead, my body starting to shut down and not respond to me anymore.

Ron staggered up, behind William trying to do something.

"Elanora... Hang on!" He yelled, running at her, she just grabbed hold of his head and slammed him to the floor next to me.

He chocked gasping for breath.

"R-Ron..." I chocked, looking into his eye's.

"Hold on, please... He coughed, trying to push against her.

"Ron, I love yo-u..." I said, my vision fading to white.

"You know what this makes it, better, you can see the light in her eye's turn off as she dies!" Darina yelled, suddenly plunging the pole straight through my heart. I gasped in shock, my back arching under it and then I dropped. My breath escaping my lungs one last time and my vision going black the last thing I heard was someone screaming.

Darina continued to plunge the pole into my chest long after I had died... Tears dripping onto my cold cheeks...

I however opened my eye's again and found myself in the same field I had woken up in when me and Ron were injured.

A man in a cloak stood in front of me, face covered by the shadow.

"W-Where am I?" I asked in alarm.

"What you should be asking is WHAT are you?" He chuckled, voice low. almost two toned.
