(I am back i though I would give hearties a sneek peak of the next chapter which will long but interesting it will be based on somewhat of the BTS pictures and promo for season 2 which returns on April 4 2015)
Chapter 13
Long voyage to find home again
Jack finally arrive to Elizabeth's home it took five days on horseback another two days on train.
Jack grateful to God to have some friendly city folks to guide him in the right direction of Elizabeth's family home. After half an hour in the city Jack was able to find the Thatcher home nervous and anxious wearing in Mountie colors proud he knock on the door hope Julie or maybe maid would open the door and not Elizabeth's mother, father, or brother but luckily a sighed of relief came over him to see to Julie open the door, so thrilled to see him she hugs him
Which Jack was not expecting and but he wasn't expecting to have Julie ask,
"Are you here to see, Elizabeth, Jack?"
"Elizabeth is here I though she was at Coal Valley?"
"No, she is home for a visit she said you left on another assignment."
"Well, actually I am here on assignment but a personally one."
"Oh well then please come in."
Jack hesitant to enter, Julie sighed, "She is shopping with mother, father is in his study and please come in Mountie Jack I'm sure the rest of the family would be happy to meet you."
"Thanks," Jack takes off his hat follows Julie inside the house which Jack looked as if he enter a fancy shop or restaurant he was afraid if touched one thing an alarm would go off. Keeping his hands in his pockets he followed Julie to living/waiting area she told Jack,
"Waiting make yourself at home, I will get father and introduce you."
Jack sat down which Julie notice some of Jack's nervous jitters she giggle found it sweet and adorable she need to ease him nerves by telling
"Jack it will be okay God will make sure of that, just be your good Mountie self and you'll be fine."
Jack smiled and nodded, Julie left as he was left to wonder and look he noticed one thing a picture of Elizabeth and her family during Christmas them behind a Christmas tree Elizabeth dressed in sparkly white satin dress hair down and curl she looked at princess and then he wondered it was right for him to even be while Elizabeth is here if they cross path will she notice him or completely shut him out hopefully God can prepare for the surprises he has in store for her.
On the side of town, Elizabeth and her mother were at bistro siting having tea and scones Elizabeth didn't talk much she had gloomy look on her face. Mother could tell her daughter was not happy, so her cleaver her motherly ways tried to find what was bothering her daughter.
So she asked,
"How are the people in coal valley."
"Very nice, um it has almost become a second home which I never expected."
"Really, sweetie if you are trying to make a brave face for me and your father we both know something is bothering is you?"
"Mother, please I know you and father are trying to help but I don't want to talk about it yet."
"Does it have it deal with a certain Mountie."
"You know about Jack."
"Of course I do, Julie is not good in mastering the art of a secret and besides I knew about Jack since you came into Coal valley."
"But how is that?" Elizabeth confused
"Because I am the one who picked Jack to be your Mountie."
Elizabeth burst into tears her mother grasped her hand but Elizabeth pulls her away and yells,
"Thanks mother, because of you my heart is in million pieces." Elizabeth rushes off quickly without her shopping ignoring the shouts of her mother pleading for her to come back but all Elizabeth want to was run home question is was though where was her home at coal valley where the man she loved broke her heart but still loved or here where is was born and raised.
