Though I knew Jacob was going to be here next week my happiness slowly faded away when I got to school seeing Bonnie who seemed to be looking for me at the moment. I sighed turning the other way to try and avoid her but she caught up to me anyway, "Bella please can we talk?' I shook my head lightly, "Not right now Bonnie everything today is setting off my temper and from what happened last night I don't think that's a good plan." Bonnie grabbed her arm gently and lead her into an empty classroom closing the door behind them. "Listen I need you to promise me you wont say anything to anyone about what happened okay? It's being taken care of I promise…" I shook my head crossing my arms within a sigh, "No Bonnie unless you tell me what's really going on?" The girl in front of her looked down for a moment, "I can't Bella not right now but if I promise that I will soon will you promise that you wont say anything to anyone?"

I pondered that for a moment I could lie at this moment and make her believe that I wouldn't say a word and just find out when they were ready to tell me. But because I was too determined so i nodded my head lightly placing my hands to my side. "okay fine Bonnie I will keep to the shadows with this but if you have a week and by the end of that week you don't tell me then I will say something." Bonnie nodded with a sigh of relief and gave me a hug, "Thank you so much Bella I promise you will know soon enough." With that said she walked out of the room in a hurry and I stood in the classroom for a moment shaking my head, "Yeah right… I am getting to the bottom of this tonight." I walked out of the empty classroom and went to continue my day after school was when I would start doing my recon work.

After school I had gone straight home to drop of my backpack and a change of clothing to be more comfortable but the later it got the more different I felt I even had to lay on my bed for a few minutes to try and contain myself it was getting hotter and the sun wasn't that bright either. I told gran that I would be with my friends at the Mystic Grill and she gestured with her hand for me to hurry up and go it was her bingo night after all. I went to library typing into the computer I asked what kind of animals could drain blood and there was none but a fictional one a vampire, I huffed laughing at the thought vampires weren't real if that were the case then you would have to accept wolves and witches are real. Sighing I exited out sitting at the chair for a moment my body becoming uneasy I popped my neck taking deep breaths this little voice inside my head kept telling me that maybe the vampire theory wasn't so far fetched.

Getting up from the chair I walked over to the index cards looking for history on the town and I went straight to the sale grabbing as much books as I could so I could learn the history of Mystic Falls, Virginia. This town recorded a lot of dark history ones with mysterious deaths through certain time spans it made me start to wonder that maybe this whole entire town was into something deep. I looked at the founding families of Mystic falls eyeing the name I started to read, " Giuseppe Salvatore his only relatives were his two sons that died in 1864 Damon and Stefan Salvatore…" My eyes went wide losing breath slammed the book shut and got up quickly from the chair hearing it crash to the floor I walked quickly out of the library. 1864? how could that be I stared at them both and they looked so young and the book said they both had died. What was going on in this damn town?

I stepped outside noticing that it was getting darling and my body began to sweat uncontrollably but I shook it off taking off my sweater I decided it was time to go to the source and ask questions myself I called up gran, "Gran what's the Salvatore's address I have something to give to Stefan he missed school." She gave me the address and I called up a taxi when it arrived I gave him the address to the Salvatore Boarding House. When we pulled up to the house I gave the driver the money and made my way out the taxi walking up to the house with soft light steps.

I noticed that when I got closer I didn't have to strain my ears in order to hear them they sounded as though they were right beside me.

"You told her that we were going to tell her everything Bonnie? Are you crazy no way if she was really going to tell before what makes you think she wont saying anything when she finds out we're vampires?"

I gasped covering my mouth vampires? everything that I was told wasn't real turned out to be true all along and I didn't know how I should react. Turning around quickly I was grabbed by the throat by the brother named Damon. "Well look who couldn't just listen to Miss Bon Bon over there. See didn't I tell you Bonnie this girl is trouble I say we deal with her now!" He squeezed my throat tighter then let go grabbing me by the arm he pushed me into the house right when he closed the door I noticed the sun was beginning to set and I felt a burning fire rise through my body.

I hunched over crying out and heard the dark haired bright eyed vampire huff in annoyance, "Oh I barely tapped you no need for the dramatics here." Shaking my head I placed my hand on the archway of one of the rooms looking up at Bonnie she had a worried expression on her face. "Bella are you okay?" she asked stepping closer to me and I cried out feeling a twist of pain in my stomach, "I…. I don't know… something's wrong…" Bonnie looked over at Damon, "What did you do to her?" He glared stomping over to see what the fuss about, "I didn't do anything you were with me the whole time Bonnie geese.." He stepped closer to see what was going trying to lift my head it snapped up and I growled out… wait did I just growl? how does that even happen? I've never made that sound before? I thought to myself as another wave of pain came dropping me to my knees.

Damon stepped back in front of Bonnie, "We got to get her to the basement now or else it's the end of me and the end of you!"
