Danny hated math, he hated Lancer, he hated Dash, he hated life. For the start of the day, his father had nearly killed him with his plasma gun. His mother had cracked him over the head with a steel bow staff thinking he was a mutant in his room while he was trying to get ready for school. His sister had ended up screaming at their parents and threatening to call the police on them for child abuse. While it was nice she was protective of him, he didn't want to deal with any more drama.

Dash had attacked him, nearly broken his nose even, and Lancer didn't punish him. In fact, he even blamed Danny and gave him detention! Danny was so angry he blew detention off, busting out of the window in mutant form and flying off when Lancer left the room. In a fit of rage, he even did serious damage to Lancer's car with his energy blasts. No way could Lancer blame Danny for that unless he wanted to be caught picking favorites. After all, what kid could destroy the hood, wheels, all the windows, ripped the steering wheel off, crushed the trunk lid, and blown a hole in the top of the car?

Danny had used up about ninety percent of his energy in doing so, using his remaining energy to fly home and go to sleep. Today had been a very bad day.

Today was going horrible for Tucker. Another mutant hunted down his friend, while he was destroying Lancer's car. Not that Tucker disapproved, Lancer definitely had it coming, but Danny shouldn't have used all his energy for it. Tucker knew Danny could handle a decent few of these monsters all on his own, at least when he was at full power. Danny needed to stop wasting his power so he would have it when he needed it. Tucker wasn't always around to stop his friend's enemies. The beast had even managed to slash through his suit and into his skin, which Tucker did not have an easy time hiding.

Tucker didn't mind taking a few hits for his friend, really he didn't. But it was taking all of his self control not to walk up to Danny's house and start screaming at him. Tucker shouldn't have to fight his friend's battles. After all, Danny had his powers longer than Tucker had the bracelet, which focused his powers so he could activate them. Tucker had thought the effects of the... experiments done on him by his grandfather had worn off when he was ten.

But the bracelet brought it all back. But this time he could use it for good.

And he would. He really, really would.

Sam was gasping, her eyes were wide, and her heart was pounding. Pretending to be sick that day had paid off, she had snuck out and spied on Danny Fenton, even while he was in detention. She saw him... transform into this flying version of himself with white hair and green eyes. He demolished Lancer's car! Danny had seemed tired, flying away. Sam had just stood there, gaping.

She hadn't expected that of all things. She had to find out more. Or she was going to explode. Seriously, for real, explode. She was going to explode and paint the walls with blood, sweet, red blood. Yummy red deliciousness that would grant any who drank it immense power. But only for a short amount of time.

Sam's eyes turned red as her incisors lengthened, before she gained a startled look, shaking her head as her incisors shrunk back to normal and her eyes returned to violet. "Keep your cool, keep your cool. Keep. Your. Cool." Sam commanded herself. Her stomach growled in hunger, and she sighed, resisting the urge to whimper pathetically. She needed it. She needed blood, soon. She hugged her stomach for a moment, before shaking her head.

She needed to feed. She needed to feed very very badly. Vampires don't run on gas, after all.

Plasmius/Vlad smirked, his evil mind showing through as his eyes turned red for a moment. He flew downwards, charging up twin blasts of red energy, floating silently above Fenton Works.

Right now was the time, this was the day. The day the younger crossbreed would be his to command no matter what. But wait...

What was that boy in blue and black doing on Daniel's roof, staring up at him?

I know, I know. Short, teasing, revealing, and a cliffhanger. Yeah, as you've noticed, Danny is unintentionally being a prick to Tucker. Tucker hates it, and Sam not only saw Danny transform, but also has turned out to be a very hungry vampiress.

In the next chapter, there will be a fight between Tucker and Plasmius. We'll just have to see who wins.

Till next time, hope you all enjoy.
