It's the day of the wedding and Jackson is up at the crack of dawn. He finds himself staring at the Dingle farm. Looking at the Arch he built and fairy light all around it. The place was looking pretty good! He starts putting the seats in the middle, facing the Arch when Chas comes jumping out. "Oi you! Aren't you suppose to be getting ready!" The barmaid states. "Just making sure everything is coming together" Chas assures him there's nothing to be worried about, everything is going to go great today. The builder jumps back in his new van and heads to Dale Head.
Aaron is staring out the window of his old room in Smithy cottage. Thinking about the old times when it was just him and Paddy. The mechanic turns round at the sound of a creek at the door.
"Nervous?" the vet asks.
"I've done this before, you know!"
"I know, but it's still a big step" Paddy smiles. "Look how far you've come, eh?"
"I know"
"I'm so proud of ya"
"Couldn't of done it with you, dad" Aaron smiles trying to hold back the tears. The vet walks over to give Aaron a hug. He wasn't lying, he was so proud of the man he has become, the man hen always knew he would be.
Once dressed, AJ comes running in. "Daddy Aaron, do I have to wear this?" the young boy moans.
"If I'm wearing a suit, you're wearing one"
The young lad jumps on the bed and folds his arms in a huff. Even though, they're not blood related, Aaron could see a lot of himself in AJ, that put a smile on his face.
As Aaron and Jackson get out of the car, they look over to the guests sitting in the seats. Chas is trying so hard not to cry! Once the lads are at the wedding Arch, they begin to declare their love and promise to love and cherish one another.
The register-er declare them married. The dingle clan shout and cheer, with Samson throwing confetti over them. Aaron wasn't too happy about that. Paddy comes over and congratulate the two. He hugs Aaron and realizes he had forgotten his camera. The vet rushes back to Smithy to get it.
Everyone in the Woolie cheers at the newly wed couple as they enter the pub.
"For keeps this time?" Jackson whispers in his husbands ear
Aaron smiles "For keeps" The mechanic turns round and kisses Jackson on the lips. Everyone cheers and claps. The rest of the night is going well. Jackson is slightly getting drunk and Chas is already trollied. Aaron rolls his eyes at the state of his mum. He looks around the pub and notices that Paddy hasn't came back from getting the camera. He rings the Vets mobile, but just goes to voice mail. "Paddas! You're missing all the fun, you pratt!"
An hour goes by and starts to get worried. Maybe something has happened to Rhona or Leo while they're visiting Rhona's parents. The mechanic heads towards Jackson and tells him he will be back soon.
Aaron enters Smithy Cottage, he shouts on the vet, but there's no answer. He heads into the living room. His face hits the floor, when he sees an emotionless Paddy lying on the floor. Aaron rushes over to his side, screaming his name and trying to wake him up. "PADDY! PADDY!" Aaron is now screaming, with tears down his face. "Please don't die, Paddy! Please, don't die"
