Gemini

A/N: So, funny thing. I had Burt call Fifth Harmony "Fourth Harmony" as a joke, because you know how Dads mess up the names of things related to pop culture that their kids seem to dig. But then, Camilla announced she was leaving. Now, the joke isn't funny anymore. It's real.

Burt Hummel is a prophet. (Not that we all didn't see it coming, I guess.)

So, Happy New Year! I wrote something that's short in comparison to all my other chapters, but it's because I have something excited to announce. I hope you'll stick around for said announcement after reading this fluff piece.

Chapter 13 - Facebook Live

Kurt ended up hating himself the next morning. Beside the fact that he let himself fall asleep covered in a mixture of his and Blaine's cum, he hadn't done any kind of skincare routine for any part of his body. As he showered the sex off of him, he wondered just how exhausted he looked.

He'd just gotten back together with Blaine. He wanted to look cute.

Kurt towel dried his hair and walked over to the bathroom mirror. What would've angered him when they first started dating was now something Kurt looked forward to. Each and every hickey and love mark made him proud to be Blaine's. It was something he'd never admit aloud, but Kurt couldn't deny it to himself.

He had to admit that the shower at Blaine's house was great. The water pressure was so much better and the temperature stayed warmer longer. He had half a mind to text his father that he'd be living here now, but all that would do was give Burt another health scare. Kurt wasn't about that life.

Grateful that Blaine wasn't petty enough to throw out his toothbrush after their breakup, he put a dollop of Colgate on the bristles and shoved it in his mouth. He hummed an old Madonna song as he brushed, bobbing his head from side-to-side.

There were a couple knocks on the door a minute later, and as Kurt rinsed his mouth out, he heard Cooper on the other side of the door.

"I've gotta go! Now!"

Kurt shook his head as he wiped his mouth. "Just a minute."

"Hurry!"

He walked to the door in slow-motion just to be an asshole, and laughed when Cooper almost ran him over once the door was opened. Kurt had to close it for him, otherwise the elder Anderson would've gone right there in front of him.

"By the way," Cooper began over the loud sound of him relieving himself. "I heard noises coming from Blaine's room around 4ish this morning. You know what kind of noises, I'm sure. They were mostly you. I'm happy you two are back together."

Kurt smirked, but otherwise ignored him. He walked down the hall in nothing but his boxers and a tank top, and quietly entered Blaine's room. It wasn't shocking at all to find that his boyfriend was still fast asleep. That orgasm must've taken a lot out of him last night.

"Babe? I want the breakfast you promised."

Blaine grunted, but he didn't move a muscle. Kurt rolled his eyes. He was used to post-sexual intercourse sleepy Blaine.

The time was just after 10. It was another beautiful day in Long Beach. The sun poking through the blinds in Blaine's room was exactly what had awoken Kurt. He pushed his duffel bag against the wall and walked over to the dresser, taking his phone off the charger and smiling at all of Blaine's trophies. Hopefully a Recon first-place prize would join the mix soon.

Kurt noticed a text from Jeff when he looked down at the screen. The boy was bragging about topping in a way that only Jeff could. There were so many memes included that he had to laugh. He replied a few congratulatory gifs and asked what the couple would be doing that day before plopping down on the bed hard enough to startle Blaine.

Naturally, Blaine didn't budge.

Kurt rolled his eyes. He decided to log on to Facebook to pass the time. His page had been neglected as the week approaching the dance recital arrived, and it was because Kurt was a combined nervous wreck about the show and sad sack about how things were going downhill with Blaine. Now that the show was a success and the two of them got their heads out their asses, Kurt wanted to check in with all his friends on the website.

The weird thing was; Kurt had tons of new follow requests he wasn't expecting. He didn't understand why at first, but then remembered the modeling ad he did with Hilfiger after Prestige L.A. had signed him. That had to be part of it. But when he clicked on the page of one person who'd requested him, he remembered that he was also the boyfriend of a pretty popular BMX rider. People were now interested in him for that as well.

Kurt hummed to himself as he approved new "fans" one-by-one, hoping to sort the real from the homophobes/haters wanting to troll him. Everyone seemed genuine. He then liked comments from his friends congratulating him on a job well-done at the recital the night before, and shared the photo Nick posted of him, Hunter, and Jeff with all their flower bouquets to his Facebook wall.

Last night was amazing for so many reasons.

As Kurt hit like on some of the comments people added to the Hilfiger campaign photo, he turned to look at his sleepy boyfriend. Blaine was no fun right now, and Kurt's stomach was growling.

"Baby?"

Blaine hugged his pillow tighter.

Kurt sighed. "I'm hungry. You promised me breakfast and my body is too sore from last night to move."

"Shh."

"Blaine."

"Five more hours. I'm exhausted." Blaine rolled back over and pulled the covers higher as settled back into a comfortable sleep.

Kurt smiled. He could understand why Blaine was so exhausted. Flying to Ohio for that competition, competing, dealing with the media afterwards (including that radio interview that upset him) and then rushing back to Long Beach for the recital had to be stressful and tiring. Kurt thought for a moment that maybe he'd be the one to cook breakfast.

A notification popped up on Facebook, and it was a video of Homeless Brett going live, live streaming in his bedroom as he played a video game for Nintendo.

Kurt was happy to see that the boy was in fact not homeless, but he wanted to go live, too. It'd be a fun way to share his Saturday morning with new friends and old ones alike, and maybe even distract himself from the fact that Blaine had no intentions of getting up until the next morning.

Before doing so, Kurt made himself decent. He styled his hair to the best of his capabilities with the hairspray Blaine had, but it didn't do much for his tall coif. Considering it a loss, Kurt decided to put on a top instead. He dug his boyfriend's purple and gold Los Angeles Lakers jersey out of one of the drawers and threw it on, followed by a striped grey and white pair of lounge pants. Checking himself in the mirror, he acknowledged he looked as good as he would this morning. His eyes were a little dark, but he decided to work on that when he got home to all of his lovely products.

Kurt hit the Live button on his Facebook app and waited patiently. It didn't take long before people began to sign in – the first few were people he didn't exactly recognize by name. Then came Rachel Berry, and Tina Cohen-Chang, and his soon-to-be brother Blaze. Kurt held the phone a bit back from his face and gave a polite smile and wave.

"Hey everyone! I don't have anything interesting happening right now, but I'm trying out this live-feature. I thought I'd see how it works."

Comments started to pour in. Some were saying hello, others were saying he looked hot, more were asking if he was wearing Blaine's jersey, and then the rest hoped for more modeling. Kurt smiled as he tried to decide what to answer first.

He walked over to the bed and pointed the camera at Blaine whose curls were stick out from beneath the blanket. He climbed over him, propping himself against the teen's body.

"As you can see, sleepy-head isn't very entertaining right now, so thanks for keeping me company." Kurt smiled. "I had a dance recital last night at school and it went better than I ever could've imagined. Blaine made it back from his competition just in time to see me perform and that meant a lot to me. It was a good feeling having everyone I loved there and being so supportive."

Tina commented with a bunch of hearts, but it was Rachel's comment that made Kurt laugh.

Rachel Gold-Star Berry: I can't wait to compete against you at NYADA, Kurt Hummel. I'll see you there.

"I'll see you there, Rach." Kurt played with his hair as he looked at himself on screen. "And for those of you asking about my little modeling career, I do have an audition this weekend. I was referred to one, at least. But I kind of want to spend time with Blaine instead. We could use a little R&R."

Comments flooded, telling Kurt that KLAINE was so hot, and asking for a photoshoot together, and demanding that Kurt post a shirtless-selfie to his page. Kurt was unsure how to react to all the straight girls who were commenting. He'd never been sure how to respond to straight girls, but he laughed, playing along.

"I'll post some pictures later on. Maybe after some coffee when I look less like death."

"Who are you talking to?" Blaine mumbled.

Kurt smiled, glancing behind him. "Oh, he lives, guys!" He pulled the blanket off Blaine and started playing in his hair, smirking as the boy lazily swatted at him. "I'm on Facebook Live and there's a few people out of the hundreds who are watching that want me to take a shirtless pic and post it."

"Not gonna happen," Blaine said.

Kurt rolled his eyes. "If you can post sexy pics, then I can too." He looked back at the screen and smiled when he saw that Justin logged on.

"Hi Jussy!"

Justin Palmers: BAEEEEEEEEEEEE x3

Blaine could not believe his boyfriend – the boyfriend who he'd just gotten back with – was having a freaking live stream at this time of the morning. He rubbed the sleep out of his eyes and rolled over, looking at Kurt as he talked to the camera phone.

"You see how he treats me? I give him all my love, he promises me breakfast, and he tells me to go away when I try to wake him up."

Blaine smirked, sitting up in bed.

"And he has the nerve to smirk at me," Kurt continued, pointing the camera at Blaine. The comments started scrolling faster when Kurt showed him – the shirtless teen obviously having to keep the lower half of him covered up.

"I don't want to be on camera," Blaine said. He scratched at his jaw, staring Kurt in the face and ignoring the camera entirely. "What I do want is for you to get naked and do that thing you did last ni –"

"Allllllriiiiiight," Kurt said, turning the camera back to himself and trying not to laugh. "No camera time for Mr. Anderson."

Most of the comments went into AKFNHJASLKDJAKFJAS mode. Kurt could see himself blushing on screen. "I think we had enough fun this morning, so I'll do this again some other time."

Blaine rolled over and began to kiss his way up Kurt's arm. "You look so good in this jersey –"

"Stop it," Kurt joked, pushing his boyfriend away.

And it was moments like this that made Kurt so glad to have found Blaine. He could be a bit of an asshole sometime, but he made Kurt feel happier than he thought was possible. Even being an idiot like he was now put this cheesy smile on Kurt's face.

"I think I'm going to sign off now," Kurt said. He saw a few questions and stopped to answer one of them before logging off. "Oh! Yes, Blaine will be back in Ohio next weekend for the tour and myself and Mikey will be joining him. I'd love to say hi to you guys if you're there!"

Blaine stood up – completely naked – and walked towards his closet. Kurt couldn't help but stare.

"Seriously, babe?"

"I'm naked, everyone!"

"Goodbye, guys." Kurt started to laugh as he ended the livestream. He placed his phone beside him on the bed and stretched. "You're such a dick."

Blaine grabbed a towel and nodded. "Precisely. So - shower, food, and then we can go somewhere nice. You down?"

Kurt hummed. "Where would you like to go?"

"I don't know," Blaine lied. He wrapped the towel around his waist. "We should go out, though."

Kurt was in favor of staying in bed all day, but it would be nice to go out as a reunited couple. He smiled at Blaine and nodded. "Alright. But you have to drive me home first so I can get dressed."

Blaine winked at him and opened the door. "Anything for you, babe. Just know that I want to bend you over and do you in that jersey. It's a turn on."

Kurt rolled his eyes. Thank goodness he ended the livestream.

Blaine had every intention of making good on his promise and making breakfast for his boyfriend. No one poured a bowl of cereal quite like he did. But after he was washed and dressed, he went downstairs to find Kurt frying bacon and scrambling eggs in the kitchen while Cooper watched a Keeping Up with the Kardashians marathon in the living room – Melody laying in his lap.

After plucking his older brother in the back of the head, Blaine walked to the kitchen to yell at Kurt for cooking.

"Pluck me again and I'll tell Burt all the naughty things I heard you two doing last night." Cooper lowered the volume a bit and smiled and his brother.

Kurt looked up from his work with a pout. "Hey, leave me out of this."

"He's not going to tell Papa Bear a thing," Blaine said. He wrapped his arms around Kurt's waist and kissed his cheek. "Let's not forget that I have blackmail going back to when you were 12, CJ."

Cooper waved him off.

"And why are you cooking when I said that I would?" Blaine whispered in Kurt's ear. He couldn't deny that Kurt did a much better job than he could've dreamed of, but Blaine liked being a man of his word.

"Well, you've had a long week. I thought I'd do something nice." Kurt turned around and kissed him quickly. "Besides, you would've ended up taking us to Layla's anyway. Let's be honest."

Blaine shrugged. "Perhaps. But you deserve to rest as much as I do after this week." He let go of Kurt and went to the fridge, pulling out a carton of orange juice.

"If you want rest, we probably shouldn't go out."

"We're going out," Blaine said. He watched as Kurt made four plates, most likely for them as well as his mom and Cooper. None of them deserved Kurt. "I want to go to Hollywood today."

That caught his boyfriend's attention. He walked over to Blaine and fed him a piece of bacon. "You know what's in Hollywood this weekend?"

Blaine nodded. "Dinner and a show. We can see Rent! I know you'd like that."

Kurt's eyes went wide. "Are you for real?"

"Very. I have orchestra tickets for the two of us." He got them before the breakup and was happy that they were officially an item again. It'd make for quite the reunion. Blaine finished chewing and walked over to one of the plates. "Oh, you put the cheeses on my eggs just like I like it. God bless you, Kurt."

"So, us going to L.A. is strictly for a date night in the city? It doesn't have anything to do with my modeling?"

Blaine smirked. He was caught. While he had every intention of taking Kurt to a nice dinner and then going to the show, he also planned to show his boyfriend how supportive he was and take him to that modeling audition he had. It would've been cool as a surprise, but this way was better. This way, Kurt could obsess over his hair and what to wear and not be mad at Blaine for driving him to a fashion job without him "being on point."

"It does," Kurt said, pointing the spatula at Blaine. "You're taking me to L.A. for the runway show."

Blaine shrugged. "Just for the audition. Then, we can hang out like I planned. If you want to."

Kurt thought for a moment. He wasn't entirely sure he wanted to do the modeling thing again, especially so soon after he and Blaine had their issues because of it. And this job would be for a fashion show. He had no experience walking the runway. If he got it, it'd probably have more to do with him dating who he was dating and not because he had the talent. Kurt wasn't even sure if his walk was good enough.

"We can go just to see what it's like. You were excited about the industry a week ago."

"I know," Kurt said. "I think I liked having something to do. But –"

"We'll just go," Blaine interrupted. "If you're not into it, then you don't have to do it. But I want to be by your side nonetheless."

Kurt smiled at him.

"Now, let's eat so I can kiss Melody 100 times and then drive you to your place."

"I like that idea." Kurt hugged his boyfriend tightly, squeezing him and kissing his scruffy cheek. "And I'm happy we're back together. I love you."

"How much?" Blaine asked, not letting go when Kurt tried to pull back. His boyfriend laughed.

"More than I love the new Versace collection."

Blaine hummed. "Hm. I'll take it."

To: Nick

Heard you got your ass handed to you last night ;)

Blaine hit send with a smile on his face. He did the top button of his button-up and sat back on Kurt's sofa. It was weird being here with no Burt, but the man usually spent his Saturdays at the shop. He'd catch up with him later.

Today was one of those days where everyone was busy. Uncle Don took Aunt Pam and Mikey to Chuck E. Cheese's. Nick and Jeff were locking themselves inside and having marathon sex. Hunter had been posting pictures of him and his girlfriend at Six Flags. He had reason to celebrate after his big dance the night before. And Blaine was about to have what he hoped was an amazing day with Kurt.

Blaine could admit that he had his insecurities when it came to Kurt putting himself out there. Having to watch him work with other hot models wasn't going to be easy for him. It wasn't that Blaine was afraid of Kurt wanting to try something different; he was afraid of other guys pursuing his boyfriend.

The good thing was; Kurt was in love with him. Kurt made it obvious every chance he got. As of late, the two of them were solely focused on one another, despite the fact that they had just officially gotten back together a matter of hours ago. The attention Kurt gave him was the type of attention that Blaine required. He hated feeling needy, but he loved being Kurt's. He loved that Kurt was his.

Blaine was dressed nicely today, too. He had to show Kurt that he was serious about their date night. Standing up, he approached the mirror at the beginning of the hall and looked at himself. He was dressed in a white button up, khaki pants, and brown loafers. His hair was styled neatly, and he looked less like a BMX rider, and more like someone who had a date tonight. Kurt approved of his look as well, but Kurt always seemed to approve.

Blaine couldn't blame him. He was hot, after all.

It had been just over half an hour since they arrived at the Hummel residence. Blaine knew that his boyfriend would take his time, but he was hoping it wouldn't be this long. The auditions for this fashion show would end at five. Blaine wanted to get there in time for Kurt to do his best, and then they would go celebrate over a nice romantic meal.

Trying not to go upstairs, Blaine impatiently paced back-and-forth in the living room. If he went upstairs, he knew he wouldn't be able to control himself. They had the house all to themselves and it would be easy to touch Kurt right now.

Today wasn't about that, though. Today, Blaine was going to behave himself, and show Kurt that he was a changed man – a changed man that didn't need to hump him every night to make their relationship work. They were so much more than that.

The text he got from Nick told him to go fuck himself. Blaine laughed before calling upstairs to his boyfriend.

"Kurt!"

No response.

"Kurt! I know you hear me. Hurry up. We need to get going."

"I keep changing my outfit. Nothing looks right on me." Kurt came to the top of the stairs and look down at Blaine. "The gentleman told me to do casual, but I don't really do casual. My casual isn't everyone else's casual. I feel overdressed."

Blaine didn't see a problem. Kurt looked like heaven in those burgundy leggings and his black crew neck sweater. "That's perfect. But you should probably change."

Kurt raised an eyebrow curiously. "If it's perfect, why would I change?"

"Because there are a lot of thirsty bastards in Los Angeles and I'm not about to have to kick someone's ass for staring."

Kurt laughed before turning away, returning to his bedroom. "This is serious Blaine. If you're coming with me, then I don't want to be rejected. It'll be embarrassing."

Blaine decided it was time to go upstairs. He jogged up and poked his head into his boyfriend's bedroom. Kurt hadn't been lying; there were clothes laid out everywhere.

"Don't worry about being rejected," Blaine told him.

That was easy for Blaine to say. He was 17 and currently succeeding in the industry he loved. Kurt was potentially getting a foot in the door when it came to fashion, but he was just getting started.

"They'll love you, Kurt. You see all those crazy people that were watching your live thingy this morning and begging you to take your clothes off? They know talent when they see it, and so will the runners of this fashion show. Now, put those combat boots on and bring your sexy ass downstairs. We've got to hit the road."

Kurt looked at himself in the mirror once more. "You're supposed to say that."

"Damn right I am," Blaine told him. He took a step further in the room. "And you're supposed to believe it. You're brilliant, and you were born to walk a runway, Hummel."

"And I always thought I was born to be with you," Kurt teased, winking at Blaine when he caught the boy's eyes in the mirror.

Blaine rolled his eyes at the corny line, but he ended up laughing along with Kurt. He realized that his boyfriend had insecurities much like himself, but he hated that Kurt didn't believe in himself. Not only was he beautiful, but he made the outfits he wore. They didn't make him. That had to count for something.

He was prepared to stand by Kurt's side if he decided he wanted to be a supermodel, or whatever type of gigs he'd do. He was also prepared to stand by Kurt's side if he wanted to go to NYADA and act, or to a record label to sing, or to a fast-food joint to flip burgers. Blaine was in it for the long haul.

"You know that I love you," Blaine began. He stood beside Kurt and looked at the both of them in the mirror. "We look good together."

Kurt nodded. "Some might even say we look great together."

"I'd have to agree." Blaine took his hand, maintaining eye contact through their reflection. "I just want to let you know how this is going to go down."

Kurt smiled. "I'm listening, gorgeous."

"We're going to march into that audition with your adorable little headshot that David took of you..."

"Yeah."

"And you're going to deal with hair and makeup and whatever other shit they put you through, and you're going to walk for them, and they're going to tell you that you have a job with their show."

Kurt smiled, lacing his fingers with Blaine's. "And how can you be so sure?"

"Because you're incredible. They'd be idiots to not put you in their show after seeing that Tommy Hilfiger campaign of yours. As far as I'm concerned, you're a shoe-in."

"And if I'm not?" Kurt asked, smiling when Blaine rolled his eyes at him in the mirror.

"Then we go back to my car and make out for a while. Then we go shopping, then we eat, then we go see Rent! I think it's a good day either way."

Kurt had to agree. He just liked giving Blaine a hard time. "So, you think this outfit is the one?" He laughed when Blaine made him turn around for him, spending extra time staring at his ass.

"This is the one," Blaine said. "Yep."

It was Kurt's turn to roll his eyes. "Then let's get out of here, silly."

-x-

The ride to Los Angeles was a lot of fun. Kurt didn't know if it was because he enjoyed being in the car with Blaine, listening to him sing along to the radio and scream at other cars, or because he was just genuinely excited to be going to Hollywood for this audition.

He had to admit to both himself and to Blaine that he was scared out of his mind. This was a lot more frightening than the photoshoot. That was in a studio with other professionals who coached him along. This, however, was going to be him all by himself. He knew his agent was in his corner, but in comparison to the other dudes that'd be showing up, Kurt knew he didn't have much experience.

Blaine helped boost his confidence on the way there. He did a Facebook Live session of his own where he had all the viewers wish Kurt luck on his audition. Tons of comments poured in of people doing just that. Kurt was grateful for the support. He didn't want to let them or his boyfriend down, though.

They found a parking garage and then walked over to the mall on Hollywood and Highland where the auditions would be held. The lobby was pretty crowded once they got to the floor and signed in, and Kurt tried to get out of it by recommending they go shop instead, but Blaine wasn't having it. He kissed Kurt and held his hand and told him that whether he got it or not, he'd 100% be in his corner.

"And you're sure you don't just want to go somewhere and have sex instead?" Kurt asked. "The agency I signed with can get me another gig that's less frightening."

Blaine did want to have sex, but it could wait. "You can do me later. Relax." They took a seat in the waiting room, still hand-in-hand, and Kurt smiled when Blaine kissed the back of his palm.

"Wow," said one of the guys in a seat across from them. "You're Kurt and Blaine. You're both kind of the it-couple on the blogs right now."

Kurt smiled politely, and Blaine nodded to him.

"Thanks," Blaine responded, not sure what else to say. Others in the room turned and looked at them as he continued. "We've noticed. Good luck to you all."

The guy grinned. "Same to you!"

"I appreciate it," Kurt answered. He moved closer to Blaine and ignored the eyes on the two of them. Some people were staring at the couple in a way that could be construed as friendly, while others were staring in a way that was definitely disgust. Kurt didn't want his boyfriend to get upset and kicked out, so he decided to start a conversation before that could hap –

"Can we all acknowledge that if this Kurt guy gets cast and we don't, it's because he's got a little buzz online for dating this bike guy?"

Shit. Kurt turned and saw a dark-skinned guy with a bald head wearing all red glaring at him. He could feel Blaine tense beside him and quickly spoke.

"Can we all acknowledge that if I get cast and you don't, it's because I have taste and didn't show up wearing an outfit from two years ago?"

Some of the room laughed. Blaine didn't. He looked at the boy and silently dared him to say something else. But before he could, the director stepped into the room and called his name.

"I hope you trip and fall," Blaine said.

Kurt elbowed him in the side, but couldn't hide his smile. "Stop it."

"Asshole," Blaine muttered. He looked around at everyone else, wanting to see if any of the models waited agreed. No one seemed to speak out.

Good.

"You need a Snickers," Kurt whispered.

He finally got a smile. Blaine licked his lips and turned to face him. "I'll just have you for desert later."

Kurt winked.

It took another forty minutes, but eventually, his name was called. Blaine walked into the audition room with him, not caring if one of the showrunners wanted him to stay in the waiting room. He stood in the corner by a tall plant and gave Kurt two thumbs up when the nervous boy glanced back at him.

There were four judges who were in charge of the hiring process. One was easily recognizable for Kurt – her name was Peta Petrov and she was a famous model when Kurt was little. He remembered that she was part owner of the company he was auditioning for now and swallowed hard. The other three glared at him and began to take notes as their assistant delivered his headshot to them.

"Kurt Hummel," Peta said. She looked down at the folder and then passed it along.

Kurt smiled to her. "Hello. It's a pleasure to be here."

"You're new to this, I see," said the man on the far-end. He wore a shirt that had the Haitian flag on it and his dread locks were tightly pulled back into a bun.

Kurt nodded. "I've only had one shoot and that was shortly after signing with Prestige."

They passed said photo around and looked at it closely.

Blaine had to admit that he grew to love the picture. Even though seeing Kurt take cute ass pictures with some other guy sucked, he could honestly say that it looked good. Plus, Kurt was becoming confident and making money as a result. They'd need money for all the babies Blaine planned on adopting.

"Nice work, Kurt. My name is Jamison. I am the co-owner of Sun and Moon along with Peta. These two are Fidel and Maximus and they're helping us plan this event here in Los Angeles."

They all greeted him and Kurt waved hello. This was so much weirder than the photoshoot. He had these four individuals staring at him, and he knew it should be expected. His look – from head to toe – would be his selling point here.

It was just weird.

"So, you've never walked in a show before? It's going to be the event of the season in another couple weeks and we need absolute professionals to represent our brand. We'll have celebrity guests and big investors coming out. Sun and Moon needs a face that's willing to own that stage."

"I'm willing to learn," Kurt said. "I know all about your brand. I know it's relatively new in this business much like myself, and I have no doubt that I could do you all justice."

"Can we see you walk?" Maximus asked.

Kurt glanced back at Blaine who looked just as nervous as he felt, but the boy provided a smile that Kurt needed to see. He turned back to the judges, nodded, and began to walk a straight path towards the casting directors.

They were quiet and pensive as they watched him, and Kurt, as over-the-top as always, swayed his hips before doing the hand-in-pockets pose and turning back around.

Peta began to smile as she watched him, and Blaine wished he could tell his boyfriend to calm it down a bit. He was the only one who was supposed to see Kurt's hips work like that. It was turning him on.

"I like him," Maximus said. He turned to look at Jamison who was nodding.

"Would you mind trying on an outfit for our brand and doing that walk?"

Kurt smiled. That had to be a good sign. "Not at all."

The assistant helped him pick out something from the racks. Kurt found an outfit that was his size, and as he headed to the fitting room, another person was called in from the waiting room. Blaine took the opportunity to sneak into the room with Kurt once the judges were distracted by the new guy and locked the door behind them.

Kurt shook his head as he pulled off the sweater he wore. "What are you doing?"

"You're amazing out there," Blaine said. He smiled, taking the sweater from Kurt and holding it for him. "You look good and you're so sure of yourself. I'm proud of you. I don't know if I could do it."

Kurt smiled at him. "Anyone who's crazy enough to fly through the air on a bicycle is pretty fucking brave to me. Don't count yourself short."

"Maybe," Blaine said. "But I wouldn't be good at this. People judging me on my looks and taking pictures of me. I hated the promo for Recon Tour with those dipshits. But you're so graceful when it comes to this stuff."

"I love fashion as an art form," Kurt told him. "For the most part, it comes easy. But I admit that having these eyes judge if I'm good enough to wear their brand is a little jarring." He buttoned up the yellow shirt and looked at himself in the mirror. "What do you think of this?"

Blaine stopped staring at his boyfriend's ass and checked out the top. "Hm. They take the sun in Sun and Moon serious. You look cute, though. I'd do you."

Kurt kicked off his boots and then pulled down the leggings he wore, stepping out of them. Blaine grabbed his ass, and he wasn't even surprised. "Jeans are a tight fit, though."

Blaine approved. "I should've stood outside." He picked Kurt's clothes up from the floor and held his boots by his side. "Because all I want to do is take that outfit off of you."

Kurt laughed. "Stop. Not in here."

"I know," Blaine lied, wondering if he could mess around in there without getting caught. "Are you ready?"

"I think so." Kurt smoothed the outfit out once more and smiled at himself. He then turned to Blaine, kissed him wetly on the lips, and opened the fitting-room door.

The guy that came in after him was leaving, and Blaine could tell by the look on his face that it hadn't went too well.

Sucked for him.

The directors looked at Kurt and waved him over.

"What do you think, Jamison?" Peta asked.

Jamison was rubbing his chin as he watched curiously. "Yeah… He has the look. He has the body."

Blaine glared at him.

"Show us your walk one more time," Fidel requested.

Kurt nodded and put on his serious face, making his way down the imaginary runway for the judges. It was scary – the whole faking it 'til you make it thing he had going on, but it seemed to be working. The directors were feeling it and Blaine was all but drooling when he'd turned around to walk back.

"That's it. We'll be in touch with your agent," Fidel told him. "You'll hear from us tomorrow. Thanks for coming in."

Kurt placed both hands at his sides and smiled. "Thanks for having me!"

The assistant led him back to the changing rooms and let him get dressed without Blaine's help this time. Blaine rolled his eyes at her but was obedient, hanging outside the door and waiting for his boyfriend. He took the opportunity to watch the next audition come in and shook his head at these guys. They had nothing on Kurt.

Maybe Blaine was biased, though. The judges seemed to like him.

It wasn't long before Kurt came out dressed in his original outfit. He thanked the assistant and handed the clothes back to her, taking Blaine's hand and leading him back out into the mall. Blaine stopped him when they were in front of Victoria's Secret and pulled him in for a hug.

"Don't get all mushy on me. I'm not afraid to breakup with you again."

Blaine smirked. "I love you, dumpling."

Kurt kissed him sloppily on the cheek. "I love you, too. Thank you for bringing me here."

"Yeah, for sure." They pulled away and Blaine checked the time on his watch. They had about an hour before their reservations. "Want to spend some money?"

Kurt was always down to spend money. "I don't see why not. Want to buy matching outfits and send pics of us in them to my Dad?"

Blaine grinned. "Fuck yeah I do."

They laughed as they walked away; Kurt's arm around Blaine.

A/N: So, some of you may remember that new, original thing I told you I've been working on.

It's finally freakin' done!
