Hi, everyone. Sorry this took so long to update, but unfortunately, my other grandfather passed away shortly after I updated last time, and then college has kept me busy for a while. Plus, I'm seeing someone now to see if I can fall in love again after doing a speed dating at New York Comic Con. But I'm back now, and I have both the Avengers: Superior to Us Character Endings, and the Deadpool chapter. Hope you enjoy! As always, I own NOTHING. This is for FAN-Purposes only, so please don't sue! With that said, enjoy!
Avengers Superior to Us Character Endings-
Spider-Man:
Though pleased with the outcome, Spider-Man's battle with his duplicate left him troubled. If one Spider-Man could go so far astray, why not another? Preventative measures were in order. After much discussion with his fellow Avengers and superhuman scientist allies, a plan was devised. Spider-Man ingested a small capsule that upon activation, would release a poison that would kill him at the first sign of trouble. The remote to this detonation was shared amongst Parker's fellow Avengers, in a schedule where a random member would be selected to take the remote each week. Only Iron Man and Captain America were both denied a shift.
Captain America:
The battle against the Regime Spider-Man now won, Steven Rogers was able to come out of hiding for the first time in five years. His first action was forming a New Avengers team to prevent any such catastrophe from ever happening again. Eventually, Steve Rogers felt he could do more than lead a team and announced his plans to run for President of the United States. He won by a landslide, ushering in a new era of peace without any injustice whatsoever. His legacy and the mantle of Captain America was handed down to the only person who he could trust with his life; Agent Phil Coulson.
Iron Man:
Spider-Man's defeat made Tony Stark realize that his world had to be prepared for any sort of attack from within. Returning home, Iron Man created a new branch of Stark Industries called 'Stark Defense' which served to create Iron Man drones. Within a year, a million Iron Man drones were completed and deployed to aid in various wars led by Stark's best friend Jim Rhodes AKA The New Iron Patriot.
Thor:
Upon defeating the mortal known as Spider-Man, Thor returned to his dimension only to discover a duplicate of him had usurped the throne. He battled the duplicate and defeated it to discover that it was an android created by Dr. Victor Von Doom. Thor lead an assault on Castle Doom to ensure no more Thor androids would be created. In the end, Doom was dethroned and Thor found himself a new kingdom by his own hand.
Hulk:
After defeating the Regime Spider-Man, Hulk realized that no matter what they said, the government would always go after him, and not stop until he was dead. Hulk fled living a life in a remote African Jungle. Banner now serves as the jungle's protector, only using the power of the Hulk when the lives of innocents are threatened.
Wolverine:
Logan returned to his dimension only to discover that in his absence, his school had been destroyed and the Sentinels had turned it into a Mutant Camp. Wolverine now leads an army bent on fighting back against the Sentinels alongside his son, Daken. The man once known as Wolverine is now known as Old Man Logan.
Hawkeye:
Clint Barton was disturbed to learn his alternate-self had died, and elected to stay on the alternate Earth to make things for the better. He sought out a young girl, eventually finding Kate Bishiop, whom he trained to be the next Hawkeye. Eventually, a new generation of Young Avengers formed and Clint Barton trained them to become the next generation of Earth's Mightiest Heroes.
Black Widow:
Upon learning of her fate in this world, The Black Widow returned to her own dimension distraught beyond repair. She began training harder at SHIELD to better herself. She soon went on to assassinate targets for crimes not yet committed. Eventually, she became both the highest SHIELD Agent and highest-paid hit-woman. She eventually grew too old to go on field assignments and thus, took the role as Director of SHIELD.
Captain Marvel:
Ms. Marvel returned to her own world, uneasy about the events which had transpired upon the alternate Earth. Returning home that night, she was met by Peter Jason Quill, AKA Star-Lord. He was putting together a new team in space and came to ask Carol for a chance to be on there. Carol accepted and alongside Star-Lord, Gamora, Rocket Raccoon, Drax the Destroyer, and Groot; they became The Guardians of the Galaxy.
Scarlet Witch:
The defeat of Spider-Man was a relief for Wanda Maximoff, but unsettling in regards to the fact that her counterpart had killed nearly all superhuman on the alternate Earth. Wanda stayed behind and began tutoring under the soul of Stephen Strange, who perished at the hands of this world's Spider-Man. Eventually, Wanda Maximoff traded in her title as The Scarlet Witch for the new Sorceress Supreme.
Red Hulk:
The defeat of Spider-Man made Red Hulk realize that more security would be needed to defend the world from the evil that lied within the shadows and struck when least expected. Returning to his own world, the former General faked his death and created his own team consisting of Deadpool, Elektra, Ghost Rider, Punisher, and Agent Venom. Together, they became known as The New Thunderbolts.
Winter Soldier:
Bucky Barnes had successfully completed his task of defeating the Regime Leader, but his soul was chilled upon his fate revealed on this earth. He stayed behind to learn what went wrong with him in this world, and what could be done to fix it. Eventually, he became this world's new director of S.H.I.E.L.D. and the successor to the late Nicholas Fury Sr.
Jessica Jones:
Jessica Jones easily toppled Spider-Man, but years of guilt and nearly nobody else to turn to left her in a state of loneliness due to her many years working for The Regime. Eventually, Jessica searched the world for a place to belong and found the Eternal K'un-Lun, City of the Immortals. Training there, Jessica quickly became one of the most powerful fighters there, earning the title of the new Iron Fist.
The Red Skull:
Though he failed to elevate his new Skull Clan, The Red Skull created his own version of HYDRA. Soon, they began wreaking havoc upon the Regime Earth. That is, until they were stopped by a lone soldier-turned-patriot called Nomad. The true identity is unknown to this day, but Nomad toppled the Red Skull, leaving him to be incarcerated within The Cube forevermore.
Sin:
The defeat of Spider-Man elevated Sin's confidence. She returned to her world to announce this to her father, who beat her due to what he believed was pure insanity made through a mental breakdown. Ironically, it was this abuse that finally made Sin snap. She slit her own father's throat after taking years of abuse from him. Afterwards, she carved her own face, becoming the new Red Skull.
Abomination:
Spider-Man's defeat filled the Abomination with a sense of over-confidence as he went around accepting any challenge that came his way. The Gamma Monster was captured by the newly-reconstructed SHIELD, and his blood was taken, used to create an army of Abomination clones. Though the original Abomination managed to escape, he still remains hunted by SHIELD and The Government.
Norman Osborn:
The defeat of Spider-Man made Norman finally satisfied with his life. He stayed in this dimension, convincing the citizens of the Regime-Earth that he was their Norman Osborn who had miraculously survived his death. Norman came to be beloved by all as he rebuilt Oscorp. But the former Green Goblin decided that his days of crime were over having tasted full victory over his foe. Instead, Norman settled down as an ordinary businessman, and began a happy family again with this universe's version of his wife and son. He would prove to be a great inspiration to many including his later daughter, Nora Osborn, who was eventually elected to President of the United States.
Super-Skrull:
When Spider-Man let his guard down, the Super-Skrull was able to kill him. Now in control of the Regime, the Super-Skrull led his forces to Earth as they occupied the planet. Unfortunately, there was no time for victory as Earth was again visited by Galactus, the devourer of worlds.
Taskmaster:
The topple of Spider-Man and his regime created new governments, and thereby, new contracts for Taskmaster. Soon, business was booming again, and more money was pouring in. Eventually, Deathstroke began recruiting students who joined him in becoming his new team known as The Initiative.
Loki:
Spider-Man's death did not have the same victory Loki had intended to savoir. With his foe dead, Loki took the guise of the fallen hero, and built the Regime anew, to his own liking. Eventually, Loki became the new force for 'good' despite a few temptations to use his powers for mischief. In addition to controlling the Regime, Loki became an agent of his own hand, defending the Earth from supernatural threats that came Midgard's way.
