Chapter 13

Finally, the gang snapped out of their trance. They now understand that Rongto's cousins were the last four warriors. If that is true, who are the remaining four, what happen to them, and why it involves them?

"Ok," Yugi started, "If you are the remaining four what happen to the others?"

The brothers looked down sadly. They hopped that they did not asked that. At least not yet.

"You see," Kunzite started, "it all started when the pharaoh proposed to our princess. We were so rejoice that we did not know that in the castle Anubis witness the whole thing. When the battle started, his first target was the moon kingdom. Her brother, Peruru , the newly king, was killed trying to defend the kingdom but only saved the moon."

Kunzite could not continue. He was once best friends with him and was heartbroken just by tell it.

Zoisite took over. "When we heard what had happen we and the other four decided that we can not let the earth have the same fate. However, it was too late. The first thing he wanted was the Maboroshi no Ginzuishou (The Mystical Silver Crystal), which somehow disappeared from us. When he found the chamber and saw that it was gone, he fought us thinking we took it."

Then it was Nephrites turn. "To Anubis, he thought we were killed but he sadly mistaken. We witness the princess death as well. She used the Crystal to pore her magic into the dagger of faith since it was his only weakness. He almost escaped before, but had him frozen in time thanks to Kunzite."

Lastly, it was Jadeite's turn. "We knew that he was to return someday so with my magic I was able to make me and my brothers reborn and the princess as well. However, for the other four I can only reborn their magic, including ours, into these pins. You did not know but we were watching you the past few years and we knew that they did come back as you four in this room and the pharaoh that will bare the princess' magic."

The gang could not believe this. Now everything came together. Anubis was jealous of the pharaoh for loving Rongtu. He was also angry at the moon kingdom for not letting Rongtu be his. You see he wanted Rongtu as his wife so he can control all worlds, but with her loving someone else, he cannot contain that power. He wanted revenge on Earth and the moon.

"How can you tell that we are the four remaining?" Joey asked.

"During our studies," Kunzite said, "your spirit and personality proved to us what you are. But to make sure that you are the chosen ones you have to be at their state of mind as they did."

Yami stood up with determination.

"When do we start training?" he asked.

"First we must determine which warrior you are. So tomorrow, you will all receive tests that we faced. Then and only then we can decide which magic belongs to you." said Zoisite.

All was quiet. What could the test be? What are the risks of passing? In addition, what will happen if they failed it? Will they rescue the princess from Anubis?

"For now," said Jadeite, "everyone return to your rooms while we set up for your tests, as well as search and train."

The gang stood up and left the room. The gang was all confused that they have tests to prove themselves. They decided that they will stay at Yugi's and Yami's room to talk some more.

"Could you believe that we might be the 4 remaining warrior?" said Joey.

"Actually, it seems like fun," said Tristan "maybe I can get the power of lighting and thunder like "Sailor Jupiter" or something."

The gang looked at him shocked.

"What! I watch "Sailor Moon" too when I was little. There is no harm in that."

"Hey!" shouted Joey, "Since I have a monster that shoot fire maybe I am like "Sailor Mars" from the show too. What about you Yugi?"

"I have been thinking that maybe that I might be "Sailor Mercury" even though it is just a hunch and I'm not as smart as her." He said.

"Then I might be "Sailor Venus." said Téa.

"Why's that?" said Joey.

"Well she was if the first and always working undercover to help the scout and she is also the leader, though nobody trusted her since she got her memory back and trick them in believing that she was the princess."

"Why do you guys care so much?"

That is when they hear a groan. It was Yami. He was sitting at the table but was more like lying down with his legs sticking out from the other way.

"Why can't we go now and get it over with?" He said sitting up.

"Come on Yami," said Téa "how can we beat Anubis unprepared?"

Yami sweet dropped thinking that he made a full of himself. He misses her dearly and cannot get his mind off her.

"I actually I can't wait for the tests to come." said Tristan

"Well I can't." said Yami standing up. "I'm going to look for those brothers to see if we can just skip it or at least find her."

The left angrily and slammed the door shut leaving a loud bang.

"Man," said Joey, "what a grumpy butt."

"Leave him alone Joey." said Yugi. "What we just heard back there is heavy for him. This is something that we never did before. The bad thing is that we cannot use on our duel monsters anymore. We have to do these ourselves."

"Hopefully the time here is more than enough to get Rongtu back." said Téa.

Back at Yami, he was walking down the halls when he heard piano music near by. He fallows the music to another room and lead to a flight of stairs underground. He went down there and heard the music getting louder and louder. He fallowed the music to a room all-dark and it was Zoisite that was playing the piano . Yami walked up to him, and stare at him ability to play.

"What are you doing?" Yami asked.

"I'm trying to find the princess." He replied.

"But me and my friends saw her went to the moon."

"I checked there. She has been taken to a different planet."

Yami was surprised a little but quickly went annoyed of the music.

"I need a favor."

"Not right now."

Then, Yami slammed his hand on the piano keys to stopped Zoisite to continue any farther. Zoisite knew he is serious.

"Listen, I can't wait any longer until I have her back. I need to know if she is alright so we can defeat Anubis now."

It was quiet for a moment. Zoisite's only response was making a trail sound on his piano to Yami's hand and smiled at him. It was his way of saying be patient and leave me be. Yami grew furious and left leaving Zoisite. Once he left, Zoisite's focus was back as he was once before.

"Now where was I?" he asked himself.

He started again note-by-note, tune-by-tune, and melody-by-melody. He closes his eyes to concentrate.

'Princess…where are you? Your friends need you especially the pharaoh.' he thought. Hopefully he will find the right location of the lost princess.

'Zoisite!'

Zoisite suddenly stopped playing. He heard her voice. He had found her voice. It was very faint and weak. He went on.

'I will find you.'
