A/N: Okay guys I have a couple of things to say. Firstly this chapter is based roughly on something that happened to me and my friends while we went to a con in Burlingame. It was fun! Elaina: *shocked as all hell* A Hilton Ben?! Are you crazy?! HOW THE HELL ARE WE GONNA AFFORD THIS?!

Ben: *raises his hands in surrender* Hey, don't blame me! It's kinda hard to concentrate when people are bickering all around you and you're trying to freaking drive!

Cody: To be fair, he has a point-

Elaina: I know he has a point but we still need to fix this-!

Necxi: Bestie! *grabs Elaina's hands* Chill. We got this! *let's go of Elaina's hands and strikes a pose* My parents gave me an emergency card for such a situation!

Gwen: *nods in approval* And I have money in my account. It was supposed to help us with this trip. And I don't know about the rest of you but I'd rather sleep comfortably.

Elaina: *blinks and then groans, rubbing her face with her hands* These damn rich people…

Cody: I have an emergency account too. Mom set it up last year when I started talking about this trip. It was hard exchanging currency but I have enough to help out.

Elaina: THAT'S IT! THAT'S IT! IF THERE IS ANYONE UP THERE, JUST STRIKE ME DOWN! RIGHT NOW! *is attacked by a random duck* OW, WHY A DUCK?! WHY A DUCK?! *crawls away as the duck attacks her*

Kevin: *stares after her* Is she gonna be alright?

Necxi: *dismissively* That happens to her all the time.

Ben: *rubs temples* I'm a teen and I feel like I need to be drunk or high to deal with you people and I don't want to do either of those things.

Kevin: *snorts* Wuss.

Ben: *glares* Shut up, jerk.

Gwen: Anyway, we should make sure we pay for the parking too. We could get a ticket.

Kevin: * stares* That's how expensive this place is? We have pay for parking?!

Group: Yup.

~Inside~

Ben: *stares around the lobby* I got us kicked out of a place like this the day I met Kevin.

Elaina: *rubs sore head from the duck attack* By doing what?

Gwen: *deadpan* Playing in the arcade that wasn't open yet.

Ben: In my defense, I never really thought things through when I was ten.

Kevin: You still don't.

Ben: *glares* Wasn't it you that almost got us in trouble for stealing video games from a warehouse?

Kevin: *waves hand dismissively* Old news.

Necxi: Either way, please refrain from doing something like that here. I would like to sleep comfortably for one night.

Cody: I hope they have a room available

Julie: Let's remain optimistic.

Gwen: It's our turn. I'll handle this, you guys wait here. *walks over to the reception desk and starts talking to the lady as the group sit down in some comfy looking chairs*

Kevin: *sighing* God this place makes you realize your humble beginnings.

Elaina: *scowls* I feel out of place…

Necxi: *nudges her* Just enjoy it bestie. It'll be fun!

Cody: *reading a brochure* This place has a pool. I'll enjoy it for sure.

Gwen: *walks up to the group looking a little frazzled and shocked* Okay so...you will not believe our luck!

Ben: *wary* What happened?

Gwen: Well I explained to the lady our situation, but she said that there might not be a room for two nights on such short notice but she'd look. God, I prayed so hard and we got lucky! Joint rooms for two nights! It's a little expensive, but I took care of it. But I must have look so tired and frustrated because she gave us access to the VIP lounge!
