The last chapter left quite some unanswered questions regarding what happened to Hayley. Now that she is back to the present, what lies have Mama Luna, Ryan and Rosemary planned on feeding her with? Will Cary be there? Kol and Davina slept together after a drunken night and we have yet to see the true outcome of that, as Gia and Elijah decided to take a break and go to the opera, to get to know one another better. Finn visited Francesca and lastly, Sophie arrived in the past world, sent by Cary, to get Klaus and Hayley back home to their daughter.

In this chapter, Hayley wakes up in the present, only to be bombarded by Ryan and Rosemary, who tend on making her part of the family. Cary is nowhere to be found, as Mama Luna keeps herself hidden. Someone finds out about the night between Kol and Davina, as Marcel invites Rebekah to a special dinner. Sophie gets a message from Cary, which leads Klaus to desperation on wanting to get back to the real world. Afraid of the determination Hayley has to bring back Klaus from the other side, Ryan offers her a proposal Hayley knows could help her daughter. Could she accept? Elijah realizes something about Gia, as the Mikaelson family wonders of Finn's disappearance.

Heart beating endlessly, Hayley opened her eyes after what felt like a very long sleep and looked around. She was in a real bed, in a hut. Having a terrible headache didn't help her remember much from what happened to her. But it took only a couple of seconds for memories to come flashing inside of her mind. "Hayley!" Klaus cried out and grabbed her face to see that it was pale and she was coughing. "WHAT IS GOING ON?" he yelled at Sophie in anger and the witch was looking in shock. "Someone is reaching out…it's doing the spell." Hayley continued to convulse on the ground as Klaus was trying to keep her still. "You do something now, Deveraux." Klaus warned her. "I can't." Sophie whispered and put her hands on her head. "YOU CAN AND YOU WILL BEFORE I RIP YOUR BLOODY HEAD OFF!" Klaus yelled at her, grabbing her wrist and pointing to a convulsing Hayley, who was still on the ground. "It's the connection to the present. Someone is trying to bring her back to the present." Sophie tried explaining. "Hayley…love…stay with me." Klaus dropped to the ground once again, watching her in shock. As she continued coughing, their eyes met and she whispered, "Help…Klaus…please."

She covered her mouth with her hand, getting out of bed and running outside, to see the wonderful growing trees of the forest in Maine. "I'm back." She whispered and a smile appeared on her face, as she realized she was not stuck in time anymore. She could go home to her daughter. Her smile disappeared, as she looked around and noticed that she was alone. "Klaus." She whispered and realized both him and Sophie were back in time. "He will come. Sophie will do it. They will come back, both of them." She tried convincing herself as she held her forehead. There was a knock on the door and two people walked inside. "Ryan." Hayley breathed and a small smile appeared on the man's face. Rosemary was right behind him, but she didn't seem that pleased to see the hybrid girl. "I see that you've woken up." "What happened?" Hayley asked. "I had Mama Luna bring you back…but you've fallen asleep for one day. You were too exhausted." "A day? I missed a day?" Hayley asked in shock. That meant she only had two more days until the full moon.

Rosemary cleared her throat behind Ryan and said, "I am sure you must have many questions…" "Of course I do! What the hell happened and why did Mama Luna do this to us? Why did she bring me back? What happened?" Hayley asked Ryan, ignoring the redhead completely. The leader of the pack sighed and took her hands in his. "Hayley, I found out soon what Mama Luna had done to you and Klaus and I had demanded to bring you back." "Where is she now?" "She left. She apologized for her mistake, saying that she only wished to get revenge on Klaus." "She didn't bring him back." Ryan shook his head. "She claimed that there was not enough energy in her to bring him back along with you." He rubbed his thumb across her cheek and whispered, "But I am glad you are back, safe and sound. I've been worried." Rosemary rolled her eyes at the comment made by him, as Hayley couldn't help a small smile appear on her face. "But Klaus…we have to find another witch. Cary…where is he? He sent someone after us, a witch we thought was long dead, Sophie Deveraux."

Ryan's face hardened as he heard that and he looked over at Rosemary before saying, "He sent someone to get you?" he asked Hayley. "Yes, a really good witch. I am sure she is working on her spell and she and Klaus will be back soon. But I need to get home, as soon as I can…but…" "No, you cannot leave." Ryan said before he could stop himself and Hayley frowned, seeing his desperation. "Why not?" "You said it yourself, you want Klaus back. Maybe you should be here when he comes back." "Ryan, my daughter is in New Orleans and she could be in trouble. The only reason Klaus and I arrived in Maine in the first place was because we thought we could get help from you. We need to protect our daughter the best way we can this full moon." "I know, I know…" Ryan whispered and pulled Hayley in a comforting hug. "You still haven't answered my question. Where is Cary? I need to speak to him." Ryan and Rosemary exchanged glances again before Ryan said, "Cary is gone too. He left the pack." "What are you talking about? He can't leave the pack." Hayley said, shaking her head. "Well, apparently, he thought he deserved a higher position in our pack. He challenged me and then he left like the coward he was."

"That doesn't sound like Cary at all." Hayley argued but Ryan smiled and said, "I know him better than you do, honey, trust me. This pack has never been Cary's thing. He thought that getting in Klaus' good graces and helping him out instead of me would get him a higher purpose than he already had. Frankly, I am glad he left. He was dead weight." "But it doesn't add up, Ryan. Why would he send Sophie to me and Klaus, and then just leave?" Hayley asked and Ryan shrugged. "Who knows what was going on in his head." "He was a freak, only looking for power and caring about no one but himself. He fooled a lot of people, Hayley." Rosemary added and Hayley couldn't help but rolling her eyes at her comment. Her flirting business with Klaus before she left didn't really help her case with Hayley and the female hybrid wanted nothing to do with this woman. "Anyway…you're right. I can't leave now. I have to stay until Klaus comes back. He will come back today. I know he will…" Hayley said, trustingly. She turned back towards Ryan and said strongly, "I need to find Mama Luna and I want to speak to her."

"Hayley, I am afraid I don't know where she is." "We could track her. I am a hybrid with senses like no one in this pack has." Hayley pointed out. "No, I am afraid that won't work. She is one of the bravest and cleverest women I have ever met and she is really good at hiding her tracks." "Well, I want to know why she did what she did." "She held a grudge on Klaus because of what he has done to her family. You were just in her way, and she only accepted to bring you back alone at last." "What exactly has Klaus done to her to make her hate him so much?" Hayley asked Ryan and the leader paused for a moment before saying, "He killed her parents, Hayley. It was a long time ago, but he did, and she had been swearing to get revenge ever since and don't judge me…but I am somehow glad Klaus is receiving the punishment he deserves. He is a bad man, Hayley. He hurt a lot of people in his past, millions of people and he has never been punished for it. What's more is that he has been granted a miracle child, he doesn't deserve and he is treating a beautiful and smart woman as you, a Queen, as an incubator. He doesn't deserve everything that he has and I hope you can see that this punishment will be a life lesson for him, and it will help us get a little freer of him and his ways. We can all feel at peace, knowing that he is trapped somewhere. I know this is probably not what you want to hear…but I am being honest with you." Ryan finished his carefully planned explanation and waited for Hayley's response eagerly. One wrong word coming out of his mouth and he knew he would never hear the end of it.

"I do appreciate your honesty, Ryan, but despite everything that he has done in the past, Klaus is no longer the man he was and everyone is entitled to love, I believe in that. He is the father of my child. I cannot abandon him like this, especially not when I know that he needs me. He has been there for me when I needed him most with Hope, despite everything you said about how he treats me, and even if he has done it only for our child and not for me, I still appreciate that greatly. We left New Orleans, planning on sticking together and I am not going to give that up. I am staying for today and waiting for him to come back so we can go home to our daughter together. It's been quite enough time we've waited to get help from here." Hayley said and walked back to her bed in the hut, lying down and closing her eyes for a moment. Ryan clapped his hands together and whispered, "I completely understand you, Hayley. I will let you get some rest." Closing the door after him, he looked towards Rosemary angrily.

"What the hell has Cary done? Who did he sent after them?" Ryan asked her and she looked at him as though he had grown another head. "You heard her. It was a witch she knew, apparently. But how did Cary get in contact with her?" "It doesn't matter. What matters is that this witch is helping Klaus get back here as we speak and if he succeeds, there will be nothing stopping him from challenging me, especially when he suspects me to be behind this treachery. Get a hold of Mama Luna and tell her to shield this side from the other. Time is running out." "Fine. And what about your little plan? I don't think it will work." "It will work. If Klaus does not come back today, Hayley is going to take things into her own hands and when I promise her the very protection she needs for her daughter from this pack, she will not hesitate to say yes to my marriage proposal. The timing fits perfectly." "Then you better do well to charm the pants off of her as you have the time…because she looks to have feelings for her baby daddy." Rosemary commented and started walking away but Ryan pulled her hand and whispered menacingly, "That is not a possibility." Rosemary shrugged and said, "I am just telling you what I see. She was jealous before when I was flirting with the hybrid. What makes you think she doesn't have feelings for him?" "You let me handle Hayley, as you handle Cary. Make sure no one finds him." Ryan informed her.

Back in New Orleans, a normal morning for the family as Elijah was found by Rebekah and Gia, with the phone in his hand and the other hand, pressed against his forehead. "What's wrong, brother?" Rebekah asked him. "I can't reach Niklaus. I can't reach Hayley. Something has happened and I need to go find them. It's been days since I heard from them." Elijah said and tended to move but Rebekah stopped him and said, "Hope needs you to stay here and protect her. Nik and Hayley's daughter comes first right now and I am sure they agree on that too. They are not stupid. They will get home, Elijah, just have a little faith." Rebekah insisted with a smile on her face. Elijah nodded and looked towards Gia, who was staring outside the window in an uncomfortable way. He didn't know why that was. They had a truly fantastic moment together at the opera the other night. Rebekah sighed and noticed her brother looking towards Gia and covered her chest with her hands, saying, "I can see when it's my cue to leave. Just promise me that you won't do anything to worry about anything else other than Hope's safety. Two more days, Elijah. Just two more days and it will all be over. We need to be ready." Her brother nodded and Rebekah finally departed. Elijah closed his eyes for a moment, as he remembered how he had asked Gia to dance on the stage after the play the other night.

"Elijah, what happened to you? Are you insane? We can't do this." Gia giggled as Elijah pulled her onto the stage. Everyone had left the theatre and it was just them. "I can now dance with you." He whispered and pulled her into his arms. "Here? Are you serious? What if someone catches us? We can't be doing this." Gia said, outraged. Elijah frowned and whispered, "Please do try to remember, my darling Gia that most of the time, vampires receive what they ask for and at this precise moment, if anyone does interrupt us, I shall politely ask them to leave us through compulsion if necessary." He smiled at her as they swayed to the music which was still playing. "You're crazy." Gia whispered and shook her head with a smile still on her face. "No, I believe that term rests for my brother." Gia's smile disappeared as she saw the look on his face. "I know you haven't heard from him. I am sorry, really."

"His daughter is the one person we must do everything in power to protect. She is this family's hope. It is the reason Niklaus named her this way. She is part of his redemption." "I know the story of the big and bad Hybrid. But I never heard stories about his brother. I never knew you could be this charming and elegant, Elijah. People just usually referred to you as the monster in a suit." A smile appeared on his face before he let go of a small chuckle, saying, "Whatever has made you believe such a thing, Gia?" "You are charming. I have to give you credit for that. And no matter how many rumors like these fly around, I will never think of you as a monster." Their eyes connected for a moment as the music stopped and so did their dancing. "You don't know what I was always capable of doing, Gia." Elijah whispered and started walking away but she was catching up to him fast. "Okay, so you must have murdered a couple of people in your past. It's natural. You're a vampire. An Original." Gia reminded him. "I killed my first lover, Gia." Elijah whispered after a moment of silence.

He could feel her shock, and he refused to turn around to face her for a couple of minutes. Finally, he could hear her walking towards him with a surprised look on her face. She was not mad and she was not frightened, but his eyes were almost watering as she whispered, "What happened?" "Shortly after my mother turned me and my siblings into the first vampires in existence…I started losing control of myself. The thirst for blood, warm blood from the veins was coursing through me each day. The villagers were scared of us, and the sun would strike against us. That is why we wear our daylight rings, to protect us from the sun. Tatia was the originator of the Petrova bloodline. At this moment, there are two vampire women who look exactly like her. But Tatia was the woman I loved truly. I was in competition with my brother, Niklaus for her affections long before we became immortal, but she always preferred me out of the two of us. One day, I lost control…and I drained her dry. I brought her to my mother to find a way to heal her but she told me it was too late." Elijah could not believe he was confessing everything to Gia.

She looked at him sympathetically, before nodding and saying, "Then what happened?" "My mother took the blame for this. She twisted events in my head to make me believe this…that it was her own doing. She wanted to heal me, and get me rid of the pain. But memories started flowing back. Niklaus still holds hatred for our mother, for thinking that she was the one who killed Tatia. But it was not true. It was I who killed her." Elijah stopped talking and looked to see Gia's expressionless face. She sighed and whispered, "I won't tell anyone. Your secret is safe with me." She placed her palm on his cheek, making him feel more comfort than he ever felt in the presence of a woman like her. Disliking the awkward silence, she gave him one last smile, before heading to the exit. Elijah followed her suit and took her hand in his. "It is only right for a gentleman to escort you, Gia." He said when he saw the shocking look on her face. In return, Gia could do nothing but smile at him.

"You don't trust me with your secret?" Gia asked him and he snapped out of his thoughts, a small smile still on his face. Their eyes met and he stepped forward to her and took her hand in his. "Whether you choose to believe this or not…you should know that you are the only person I have ever told this to." Gia's eyes widened for a moment, before giving his a teasing smile and saying, "Wow. Not even your own sister, Rebekah…not even Hayley?" she asked and Elijah gulped at the mention of Hayley's name in the conversation. Whenever he heard of her, he would start to get uncomfortable, remembering their past moments of attraction for each other. It made Elijah think if that attraction was still there. Is the fact that he hasn't seen Hayley for a long while now; stopping him from feeling anything he used to feel towards his brother's baby mamma? He could not understand. One thing he could understand however was the way he felt comfortable around Gia. He shook his head with a smile and Gia smiled back. "Well, then, Mr. Mikaelson. I have to say that I feel very honored at the moment."

"As do I. I have shared with you one of my deepest secrets…because I feel I can really trust you." Elijah said and caressed her cheek. There was a feeling of electricity washing all over him as he did that, and Gia was smiling at him brightly. "Thank you for your trust. I can understand how difficult it must have been to open yourself up to a person." She mumbled and Elijah could see the twinkle in her eyes. She knew what it was like. She has had a tumultuous past which could match his. They could easily relate. "When will my next training session be?" she suddenly asked him, catching him off guard. She didn't want to talk about anything else rather than their mentor and student relationship. As he continued to look at her, he felt like he wanted more from her. "As soon as you're ready." Elijah whispered and looked away from her eyes as to not be lost in them. Gia pulled away and said, "I better get to some violin practice. I will see you later, okay?" she asked and he simply nodded, watching her leave.

"I want you to leave me alone!" Davina nearly screamed in her room as she crossed her hands over her chest and watched as Kol came closer to her. "I just want to talk now, darling, don't get your panties in a wad." He commented with a smirk on his face. "Well, I don't want to talk to you. You get yourself another toy to play with." "You agreed to this, little witch. I did not put you up to it." "I was drunk, and so were you." "It was more than that and you know it all too well, darling." Before Davina could respond, the door opened and Marcel walked inside with a very surprised look on his face, and his hands crossed over his chest. "Is there something you want to tell me, little D?" "Marcel…" "I already heard enough." Marcel snapped and Kol stepped over to him, "Listen, man…" A punch was what the Original Vampire received from Marcel, as Davina scowled and Rebekah entered the room too. "What the bloody hell is going on here? Marcel?" she asked looking at him in shock. "They slept together and I am going to kill this bastard once and for all and you are not going to convince me to resurrect him again." Marcel explained as he grabbed Kol by his neck. "Oh come on, man, it wasn't like I forced myself on her." Kol said and pushed his hand away just as Davina said, "Marcel, don't hurt him."

"What?!" Kol and Marcel asked, surprised at the same time and Davina shook her head, saying, "We need him to protect Hope and I trust him more than I trust Finn." She explained and Kol smirked saying, "I knew she likes me." "Just keep this on the down-low. Everything is going to be fine, Marcel. Leave it alone. This family is popular when it comes from one night stands. We've had one, Nik and Hayley have had one and so on. Leave it alone." Rebekah grabbed Marcel and showed him out, as she gave Kol a cold stare. The Original turned back towards Davina, who had her hands crossed over her chest, staring at him angrily. "Come on, sweetheart…I am sure we can work this out." Kol was whining like a child, making Davina giggle, but she stopped at once, saying, "You need to leave." Clapping his hands together, Kol nodded and said, "As the girl wishes." Just as he walked outside, Josh was coming towards the room. Kol smirked at him before leaving, making Josh suspicious of what must have been happening.

"You planned this for us?" Rebekah asked Marcel as he led her into the dining room. "It's not much I could do, but you did say that we deserve a break from all of this and after what I found out about Davina today, we sure could use a break." "A very darling feast. I am impressed." Rebekah commented as she noticed all the arrangements Marcel had made. It was a little bit unusual for him, and as Rebekah always knew him better than he even knew himself, she knew that he was up to something. Marcel smiled at her as he asked her to take a seat and she did, as he sat down next to her. The two started eating their meal, as Rebekah couldn't help but notice the drinks being poured. Blood…fresh from the veins of humans. She let out a giggle, making Marcel smile. "You really must have planned this through. Tell me now, Marcellus, what are you up to?" Marcel smiled for a moment in a sad manner before whispering, "In two days, we are most likely going to be attacked…" "We will win." "Maybe. But I am a regular vampire, not like you Mikaelsons. I can easily get bitten and with Klaus not around…" Rebekah gasped and covered his hand with her own. "Nothing will happen to you. I promise you that. Trust me."

Marcel looked into her eyes for a moment, before getting off his chair and getting on one knee in front of her. Rebekah gasped and covered her mouth, as she looked embarrassed to see if there was anyone watching. "Marcellus, get off the floor. What are you doing?" she gasped, even though she already knew what was going on. He pulled a small box from his pocket and showed her a marvelous ring. "I must have heard you millions of times saying that you wish to have the chance to be a bride someday. I love you, Rebekah Mikaelson. And I want to know…if you would marry me…I want to know, in case anything happens to me…that you said yes to my proposal." Rebekah continued to look down at him and whispered, "Are you doing this only because you are frightened about what is going to happen in two days?" "This is war, Rebekah and I am prepared to fight for that baby with whatever I got, if Klaus and Hayley are not here…I bought this ring, thinking I would ask you after the fight. But I realized that, if anything should happen to me…I would feel a lot better knowing that I have gotten the chance to propose to you and you have said yes to me. I love you and only you." He was being sincere in his words and Rebekah of course couldn't refuse. "Yes!" she screamed and threw her arms around him.

He scooped her into his arms and kissed her passionately. "This is what I wanted to hear." He whispered and Rebekah kissed his cheek, saying, "We will be married once all of this is over. With my family's blessings, after so many years, we can finally be bonded for life. I love you so much, Marcellus." She whispered and started laughing with pure bliss as he twirled her around the dining room. Soon, Elijah, Kol, Davina, Josh and Gia entered the dining room to hear the big news. It was enough that one couple was happy through this crisis. But what of Finn? Elijah, Rebekah and Marcel eyed one another thoughtfully as they had noticed plenty of Finn's suspicious disappearances. "He may not be used to the real world." Rebekah tried defending him but Marcel shook his head. "I knew this rat would be up to something the minute he found out about Hope. No matter what you say, he can't be trusted." "He has been through enough. I say we give him a chance to prove himself worthy of protecting Hope." Elijah suggested but Gia shook her head and whispered, "What if he isn't who he claims he is? What If he is a traitor?" "Finn has been known as the ultimate traitor in our family for years." Kol chimed in and Elijah gave him a look. "As opposed to you, brother?" "Times have changed, Elijah. I am not the same man that I was." "What do we do?" Marcel asked. "We wait for him to return…and see what we can learn from what he has been up to." Elijah answered him.

Klaus watched Sophie do the spell. His eyes were focused only on her potion and nothing else. The image of Hayley, trapped and lost in the real world made him lose his mind. He should be there with her. Ansel was right beside him, supporting him the best he could. "Faster." He growled and Sophie gave him a look. "I am doing the best I can. There are still a couple more hours to go. I have been trying to contact Cary to help me, but he is not answering me. I think something bad must have happened to him." Klaus growled and at that moment, he could feel his father's comforting hand around his shoulders. "She is the toughest girl I know. Trust that she is safe." "That is not what I am worried about." Klaus growled and stood up. "What are you worried about?" Ansel asked him. "Ryan." Klaus simply answered. "The current pack leader of the North Atlantics?" "I see him as the enemy and I have reason to believe that he has seen me as a threat ever since I contacted him to go to Maine and see the wolves of my blood. He lured me in…and then he decided to get rid of me. Hayley does not believe this, but I have every reason to." "Ryan is a kind man. And Cary would have told me if…" Sophie started talking but Klaus pointed at her and said, "Unless you wish for the stories of your so-called death to become truthful, I suggest that you keep working on that spell, without interrupting me."

The witch gave him a look, as Klaus took a seat next to Ansel. "He also seems to fancy Hayley, but for political reasons, I am sure." He finally whispered and Ansel smiled. "That bothers you greatly, doesn't it, my son?" Klaus looked towards him and said, "Before you get the wrong idea, you should have already realized by now that Hayley and I are friends and we are co-parenting our child, there is nothing more than that." "What I see is this. There are two people, refusing to accept the truth." Ansel replied and clapped his hands together. "What exactly do you suppose is the truth behind this?" Klaus asked him with a slight teasing smile playing on his face. "Hayley…she is a woman who likes to hide her feelings, but sometimes tends to slip." Their eyes met again as Ansel continued. "At the dinner party, as she talked about you to me…every single time she is with you, she lights up in more ways than one. My dearest son, if there is one thing that I support more than anything is true love and I know it when I see it. I met your mother, as the diary from the future said I would…and I feel like I have already fallen for her. I would gladly have you as my child. There is nothing which is needed to change about your past. It will go…as it was meant for you to go, because you have always been destined for greatness. Look at yourself. You are indeed my son." There were tears fighting to contain themselves in the hybrid's eyes.

"You are no bad man, Klaus and Hayley has helped me see that. She sees you and she sees, right here." Ansel said and touched Klaus' chest with his hand. "Don't let a woman like her go. You know that you are not going to find another one like Hayley…to tolerate this…whole thing." He continued and pointed around himself, making Klaus chuckle. "Do you understand?" Ansel asked him. "I think so." Klaus replied and this time, it was him who initiated the hug, he was hoping for long to have. The hug he wished to receive for as long as he could remember, from his father, his true father. Now, it made him realize that once he left, he would leave his father behind him. Klaus pulled back and looked into Ansel's eyes as the man smiled and realized his son's concerns. "Letting go of the past means embracing the future, Klaus…and while I have appreciated and loved having you here, I can't keep you from going to Hayley and your daughter. I must remain here…where my past truly lies. I shall have you, with Esther…after which, I will leave you with Mikael, her husband. It was always meant for it to be this way and Hayley was right. You have a daughter who needs you. Don't you ever think that you are unimportant, because you are a crucial part of their lives. Your siblings, Hayley, your daughter…all of them. They need you back…which is why you must let go."

"Marry you?" Hayley whispered in shock as she was hearing Ryan's proposal. He clapped his hands together with excitement and said, "Hayley, I think you have waited long enough. You call help your daughter this way." "I don't understand where you're going with this, Ryan." He sighed and took her hands in his, looking up at the sun setting. "Look at this. Your daughter's life is at stake. Klaus is not here, and he has not come back yet." "I can continue to wait for him." "The full moon is in a day and a couple of hours. Time is running out. Please, Hayley just let me help you with this." "I don't want any of your help." She insisted, scared of something like this. It was the same reaction she had when she found out from Jackson that they were supposed to be wed. He pulled her back to him without fear and said, "Hayley, I know that we barely know one another but you cannot deny the attraction we felt towards one another from the beginning. You know there was something there."

Hayley sighed and shook her head, afraid that she was leading him on. "Ryan, it was not anything serious." "Do you deny that there was a spark?" "No. I can't deny that…but I just…" She couldn't find the right words. She couldn't marry this guy for a number of reasons, even though she couldn't deny that she liked him from the beginning. It was too sudden. "Then, there can't be a problem. Klaus was the one standing in our way of becoming much more. You remember our day in the woods, when you asked me why this forest doesn't have a name and I told you, you could pick a name for it if you wish. You could have done just that and it could have led to more, had Klaus not shown up." "I am not giving up on him, Ryan." "I am not asking you to. I am simply thinking about your daughter. This daughter of yours…she has the blood of the Atlantics and the Crescents in her. She is a genuine diamond that anyone would wish to possess or even destroy and you said yourself. Time is running out. You need an army for the full moon and once we are married…I can provide the strongest werewolf army for you. We can leave for New Orleans as soon as we are wed tonight." "Tonight?!" "Yes. There shouldn't be any time wasted."

"Ryan, I don't think that you realize what you are saying…get married just like that? This is my life and I have to get back my status as Queen of the Crescents still." "And you can do just that by marrying the alpha of the most powerful werewolf clan in the history. We leave for New Orleans and we attack that woman Francesca with everything we have. And you will have your daughter safe." Hayley crossed her hands over her chest and whispered, "If I do this…what's in it for you?" Ryan smiled and said, "I get to have a beautiful Queen such as yourself, as my wife, Hayley. I have always wanted that and you can offer it to me." "Klaus will not abandon his daughter. He will come back." "Hayley…he will. I don't doubt that. The only question is, when? It might be too late." Hayley looked away and bit her lip, thinking about this hard. Finally, she looked back into his eyes and whispered, "Fine. Let's get married. As soon as possible and we leave for New Orleans first thing in the morning."

A/N: I am going to leave you to guess what happens in the next chapter. I am not sure how many more chapters this story will have. I think maybe three or four more. It depends on how much I intend to stretch it. Hope you liked it and what do you think? Hayley will marry Ryan or not? Will Klaus get back in time? Will he stop the wedding?

Thank you for reading and please leave me a review!
