Law of Talos/Endzone/Castle of Nations
The duo and the elders pop up in front of an amusement park.
"Ohh, an amusement park, looks like fun!" Pepper said.
"It's so... dark. Is it nighttime?" Kyla asked.
Kay shrugged, 'Could be.'
"Whatever it is, I need a nap." Taylor said.
Kay stretches her arms, 'I feel sleepy myself. Let's find somewhere to rest.' the group search around and find a large oak tree with a bench next to it. Kay, Taylor and Pepper climbed up the tree.
Kyla sat on the bench, "I'll keep watch. I'm not tired."
"Okay." Taylor said as she sat on a branch near the top and leaned against the tree. Then she was asleep and Pepper just fell asleep next to Taylor.
Kyla sat there, twiddling her thumbs.
Then Taylor started snoring softly.
A black bird lands near Kyla. She looks at it as it hopped over to her and lands on her lap.
"Eh?" Kyla started petting it.
"I see you like Arma."
Kyla snaps her head to where the voice was.
A man with a scar and orange trench coat stood near her. "She likes you too." He leaned in closer to Kyla, "Tell me, are you human?"
Kyla nods slowly, "Can you even speak?" Kyla nods again. The man smiles more, "Well, why don't you say something?"
Kyla was about to say a word, but she gets stabbed right in her gut. "Deary me, Arma you naughty little bird, how can you do something like this?" he said with a smile, he pulls the bird out of Kyla's gut, that has turned into a sword.
Kyla fell to the ground, "Why... why did you..." he looked at her with a smile still,
"You see," he points the bird-turned-sword at Kyla, "I hate humans."
"DIIIIIEEEEEEEE!" Pepper shouted as she woke up and jumped out of the tree at the man. Taylor and Kay followed her and Pepper tried attacking him.
The man dodged swiftly. "Oh my. More humans. It's a party!"
Kay growled at him. He just laughed. He charged at Kay, but before he could bash her head, a figure jumped in front of the sword and it pierced right through the person like butter. The tip of the blade just poked Kay's nose.
"Sally?" the man said.
A young girl with pure white skin and blonde hair covered in a maroon beanie. They all thought she was dead, but she said, "Daddy! Don't kill the humans! Mommy won't like that!"
"Daddy?" Pepper repeated in confusion.
The man pulled the sword out of the kid's chest. She didn't fall to the ground wounded, but foam fell out of her ripped skin.
"You know when humans are broken, they can't be fixed!"
The man was still smiling, but it looked annoyed, "You need to stop listening to your mother. Humans are just there to die and you know it." the kid looked angry.
Taylor growled and she would have beaten him to a pulp, but Pepper held her back.
"Daddy, humans have a right to live. Just like you, me and mommy."
His smile seemed to fade, "But we can't die. We're just objects that humans have created."
The kid sighed and turned to the group. They get a better look of her. She had a navy blue sweater on, black sweats, black gloves with gray fingers, and an orange make-shift scarf. "Hello humans, I'm Sally. And this is my Daddy. His name is Karl. And his bird is Arma."
"Well, I'm Pepper, and this is Taylor, Kay and Kyla." Pepper said.
Sally smiles, "It's nice to meet you." Sally notices blood on the ground and gasps, "Daddy! You broke one of them!" he just rolled his eyes. "Mommy is going to be very angry with you!"
"So what?" Karl said in sarcasm.
"You hurt one of our friends, and I. Will. Kill. You!" Taylor snarled.
"Don't worry, she's always like this." Pepper said as she was still holding her back.
Sally smiles, "It's ok. She kinda acts like Steffi when Benzene gets hurt." Sally smiles evilly at Karl, "Right, Daddy? You did break Benzene."
Karl sighs, "I'm going back to Pirate Cove. Go to your mother and complain."
When he was gone, Pepper let go of Taylor and ran over to Kyla. "Hey, are you alright?" She asked.
Kyla clutched her wound, "It's not that bad. I'm not dead, am I?"
Sally giggles, "You heard Daddy, to Mommy! Mommy loves humans!"
"Okay?" Taylor said.
The group follow Sally to a giant Ferris wheel. She stops, "You all stay here, I'm gonna find Mommy." Sally skips away. The group just stands there. Until the bushes started rustling.
"Who's there?" Taylor asked out loud.
The bushes rustle again and a pair of legs runs towards the group.
"Who is that?!" Pepper exclaimed.
"Uh... a running pair of legs." Kyla answered. The pair of legs ran closer to them and crashed into Kay.
Taylor kicked the legs away from Kay and threw them back in the bush.
The legs got back up and ran away. "Follow those legs!" Kyla pointed and ran.
"Wow, that's something that I never thought you would say." Pepper said.
Kyla disappears in the bushes and screams, "GET OVER HERE! I FOUND A BODY!"
"Is it bloody?" Pepper called/asked.
"NO! WHITE STUFF IS EVERYWHERE!"
Taylor and Kay ran over to her, but just to be safe, Pepper stayed behind.
Taylor and Kay find Kyla, with a horrified look on her face. The other two freeze. The torso was sitting up, and it waved at them, "Hello. I'm the Climber."
"Uh... The what?" Taylor asked.
"The Climber. Um... can I have a little help? Who knows how to work a needle?"
Kyla tilts her head to the side, "Why?"
"I'm a mannequin."
"Oh. I think Pepper knows how to sew." Taylor said.
Kyla nods and yells, "PEPPER! WE NEED YOU!"
"WHY?!" Pepper yelled back at them.
"WE HAVE A MANNEQUIN THAT NEEDS TO BE SEWED UP! HE'S KINDA CUT IN TWO! DON'T WORRY! NO BLOOD NOR GUTS!"
Pepper groaned loudly and she walked over to them. "Oh god. He IS cut in two..." Pepper observed.
He smiles at her, "Hi. I'm the Climber."
"Oh, hello." Pepper smiled back.
"Can you help me with a few things? First, fixing me up. Please?"
"Sure." Pepper said as she pulled a needle and thread out of nowhere like a boss. She sat down beside the Climber and started sewing him back together expertly.
After she finished, the Climber jumper to his feet, picked up a pickaxe and rested it on his shoulder, "Thank you. Now... What are your names?" he asked.
"I'm Taylor, this is Pepper, Kay and Kyla." Taylor said.
Climber smiles at them, then frowns, and starts panicking, "Oh no! Sally!" he starts running back and forth, "She's with Karl!"
"That sounds like its bad..." Pepper said.
"It is! That means-"
"Miss. Kyla? Miss. Taylor? Where did everyone go?"
"What?" Taylor asked.
Sally's head pops up from behind a tree, "There you all are!"
"Oh, hello." Taylor said.
Sally notices Climber and jumped on him, giving him a bear hug, "Mommy!" The group froze.
"... Wait, say that again." Pepper said, just so she was sure that she heard her correctly.
Sally smiles widely, "This is my Mommy!" Climber patted the kid's head, "Yeah." he didn't seem so sure though.
Taylor noticed that right away and she didn't believe it.
Kyla's eye twitched, "Not again!"
Climber pulled Sally off him, "Sally, do you wanna go on the Ferris wheel again?"
Sally hopped up and down, "Yes yes yes!" Sally zoomed over to the giant ride. Before Climber could follow, Taylor pulled him aside.
"How are you and Karl her fathers, but she calls you 'mommy'?" Taylor asked.
Climber shrugs, "I don't know. She just calls me Mommy and Karl Daddy. Ever since I met her at Endzone, she called me Mommy. Ever since Law of Talos, she called Karl Daddy."
"Ok." Taylor shrugged, but she kept thinking about it.
"Mommy! Ms. Taylor! Come to the Ferris wheel with us!" Sally called over.
"Alright." Climber said as he and Taylor walked over to the Ferris wheel.
The duo make it to the Ferris Wheel. Kay, Kyla and Pepper where already in a car. Sally smiled at Taylor, "You get to ride with me and Mommy!"
"Yay." Taylor said with fake enthusiasm, but she made it look and sound convincing.
Sally giggled and ran into the car. Climber followed and Taylor sighed. Climber closes the door and the car starts moving. Sally smiled at Taylor, "Why do you look grouchy?"
"I'm not grouchy, this is just the way I look." Taylor said.
Sally got up from her seat and grabbed the corners of the ex-fox's mouth. She pulls them into a smile, "Smile~ you look better smiling!"
Taylor just gave her an 'are you serious?' look. "Let go of my face." Taylor said.
Climber sweat dropped, "I think you should stop, Sally." Sally looked back at him with a pout, "But Daddy says the last smile is the best smile!"
"I only smile when I feel like it." Taylor said as she pulled away from Sally and rubbed her cheek where Sally pulled on it.
Sally frowns, "Why don't you smile?"
"I have reasons." Taylor said.
Sally gave her puppy eyes, "I'll let you squeeze me~"
"No." Taylor said, a little bit annoyed.
Sally pouts. Climber smiles at her and pats her head, "Not everyone can be happy, Sally."
"I'm happy, just not all the time." Taylor explained.
Sally looked at her with sad eyes, "Don't your parents make you happy?"
That crossed the line. Taylor leapt to her feet and growled at her threateningly before she jumped out of the car and flew away out of sight.
Sally and Climber sat there, wide eyed, "... Mommy, did I say something bad?"
Taylor flew to the other end of the park, near a ride called Pirates Cove. She lands and kicks a trashcan that goes flying.
"Well, someone's in a bad mood." Taylor turned and glared at Karl.
"Don't talk to me." Taylor hissed.
Karl crossed his arms as Arma landed on his arm, "What's biting you? Did cloth-guy or dolly pull a string?"
"I swear to god, I will kill you if you don't leave me alone." Taylor growled.
"First of all, I'm a statue so I can't die." Karl said with a snicker, but then frowns, "Hey, I won't try to kill you. I'll make you feel better if you let me."
"No!" Taylor snapped as she turned away from him, waiting to see if he would go away.
Karl sighed, "You know, I lost someone I loved too."
"Who?" Taylor asked.
Karl smiled sadly, "Her name was Rachel. She had long red curly hair, a white blouse and black skirt. She loved playing the violin just as I and Sally. But, she got engaged with a man. And he took my arm. How I have an arm now, I had to recreate it. He threatened to kill me. But..."
Taylor looked back at him and sighed. "My parents are dead." She said softly, her anger replaced by sorrow.
"Well, sorry to hear that. Rachel and her fiancé are dead too. Because..." Karl smiles evilly, "I killed them. So, who killed your parents? Some crazy psychopath?"
"You could say that. He goes by the name Eggman." Taylor growled. "I never met my parents, but he had to be a total bitch and kill them. Then he went after my sister and I was left alone for 10 years before she was brought back to life."
Karl smiled, "Well, you're alright now. You've got that one eyed woman with you."
"Yeah." Taylor said.
Karl leans back on a tree, "So be glad you've got her. Plus why hasn't she said a word? I thought humans were quite talkative."
"Someone took her ability to talk." Taylor growled, angered by the memory.
"Oh? I know humans can break, but I never knew their voices could break. Who did this?"
"A psycho." Taylor replied.
Karl tilted a brow, "Ok than. What do you think of Sally and Climber? I say they're both quite soft hearted. Too soft hearted."
"They're okay I guess." Taylor shrugged.
"Then which one of them made you mad?"
"Sally." Taylor responded.
''Aw. What did she do?"
"She asked about my parents." Taylor said.
Karl cocked his head to the side, "Oh? That's odd."
"How is it odd?" Taylor asked.
"She never asks about parents. She usually tries to make people smile or laugh at least."
"She tried making me smile." Taylor said.
Karl laughs a little, "Just like her good ole Dad!" Karl stops, "But... Why does she call me 'Daddy' and cloth-guy 'Mommy'...?"
"You tell me." Taylor shrugged.
Karl scratches his chin, "I usually hate humans, but there's something about you... I wonder."
"What do you wonder?" Taylor asked.
"You... and your one-eyed mute friend... don't seem so human in my eyes."
"We weren't originally human." Taylor said.
"Oh? Well then, I guess you won one of those battles together and wished to be human. I say that was a waste of a wish."
"Hey, I never wanted to be a human." Taylor snapped.
"Oh? So your friend wished for you two to be human?"
"I guess." Taylor shrugged.
"Well, why don't you give her some payback? Give her a little torture." Karl smiles evilly, "Heck, you can even kill her."
Taylor narrowed her eyes at him and fast as lightning, she had her hands around his throat. "I will NOT kill my best friend." She snarled in his face.
He smiled even wider, "Oh, that close eh? How long have you know each other? Ever since you were babies?"
"Let's just say we've known each other for a very long time." Taylor said.
"Well then, you may let go of me. I don't really breathe anyway, you know."
Taylor let go of him and started walking away to be alone.
Karl looks at his raven, "I need you to keep an eye on her." Arma spreads out her wings and flies away, going the direction Taylor was going.
Taylor walked away from everyone and finally got the peace she needed. "Finally." Taylor sighed as she jumped into a tree and sat down.
Back at the Ferris wheel, Kyla is holding onto Pepper for dear life. "Is this ride ever over!?" she yelled in fear.
Kay rolled her eye and got to her feet. She looked out the door and saw Taylor jumping out and flying away. Kay furrowed her brows and opened the door. She stepped out and closed it, and then she levitated the direction where Taylor was. An hour later, she finds her resting in a tree.
Taylor picked at the bark on the tree as she thought of everything that happened.
Why is that psycho actually caring? She thought, why would he want me to kill Kay? Taylor hears footsteps on the ground.
Taylor jumped to her feet and growls. "Who's there?"
'It's just me.' a voice said in her head.
"Oh." Taylor said as she relaxed and she sat back down in the tree. "What are you doing here?"
Kay leaned against the tree, 'I got worried. Did something happen with you, Climber and Sally?'
"Yeah." Taylor sighed.
'What did they do?'
"Sally just... Asked about my parents." Taylor said.
Kay sighed, 'She is still a child, you know. You don't have to crash out.'
Taylor sighed. "You wouldn't understand."
'I do understand. Remember, I killed my parents...'
"Sorry, I forgot about that." Taylor apologized.
'*sigh* It's ok. But, Sally and Climber are having it hard. They're not human. They're a human sized doll or a mannequin. Karl is a statue. They all are trapped here. They can't leave.'
"Now I guess I feel a little bad for them." Taylor said.
'Just say sorry. And do one thing for them, ok? I'll be right there.'
"What's that one thing?" Taylor asked.
'They want you to go on the amusement park rides with them. They haven't had anyone to have fun with.'
"Oh, well ok then." Taylor said.
Back with Kyla and Pepper, the Ferris wheel stops and they get off, including Climber and Sally. Kyla is holding onto Pepper's arm in fear, "I hate heights..."
Sally looks up to Pepper sadly, and then takes her Mommy's hand.
"Don't worry, look on the bright side, you didn't die or anything." Pepper said to Kyla. Just then, Taylor flew in and she landed beside Sally. "Hey guys." She said.
Sally hides behind Climber. "Please... I'm sorry I made you mad, Ms. Taylor..." Kay appears next to Taylor with her arms crossed.
"Listen, I should be the one to say sorry. Sorry I flipped out, it's just that I don't have parents to make me happy." Taylor apologized.
Sally looks down to the ground, "I don't either... but Mommy and Daddy make me happy. Even they aren't my parents..."
"Anyways, let's stop talking about this before we all get really depressed." Taylor joked.
Sally laughs and smiles, "Ok! Do you wanna go to Pirates Cove and ride the boats?" Kyla pops into the picture, "I do!"
"Sure." Taylor agreed.
Climber frowns, "O-ok. Your choice Sally."
Kay pats Taylor's shoulder. The group goes to the cave of Pirate's Cove. Karl stands in the front.
Arma flies back on his arm, "Well cloth-boy, you brought everyone to my home. How nice of you." he said with a smile and sarcasm dripping from his voice.
"Yeah, hi." Taylor waved.
Climber smiles nervously, "Y-yeah, Sally wanted to let everyone ride this. I hope your crew doesn't mind."
"Can we ride it?" Pepper asked Karl. "Pleeeaaase?"
Karl still smiled, but sighed in annoyance, "Fine. Since its Sally, the crew can't hurt her or cloth-guy."
"They can't hurt Sally or Climber, but what about the rest of us?" Taylor asked.
Karl smirked, "Watch your backs." he smiles and pats Sally on the head, "Have fun!"
Sally giggles and takes hold of Climber's and Taylor's hands, "Let's take the first boat!"
"Alright." Taylor agreed.
The trio hops into the first boat while Kyla, Pepper and Kay got into the boat behind them. "Ta-ta!" Karl waved.
"So, what did he mean by his 'crew?'" Taylor asked Climber.
"Huh? Oh. Other statues. They're shaped like skeletons mostly. Most of them are quite scary. Let's hope they're in a meeting."
"Can they be killed?" Taylor asked.
Climber shook his head, "Sadly, no. Everyone that lives in the park can't die."
"Oh." Taylor said, understanding.
The ride starts moving and the boat enters the cave.
Taylor sat there boredly, but the others looked like they were enjoying the ride.
Sally was giggling; then she noticed Taylor with a bored look. Sally smiled at her, "Don't worry, there's going to be the jumper soon."
"The jumper?" Taylor asked curiously.
A platform zooms up into the air, carrying the two boats. It stops thousands of feet in the air. Kyla held on for her dear life. The platform drops in enormous speeds.
A smile spread across Taylor's face as she started laughing. "WOO-HOO!" She shouted.
As the boat fell through the sky, it landed back into the waters and zoomed down hills and curves.
"THIS IS AWESOME!" Taylor laughed.
"THIS IS TERRIFYING!" Kyla screamed.
The boat made a jerking stop and everyone went flying into a wall. They slam into it and they all just stick there.
"That. Was. INCREDIBLE!" Taylor grinned.
Kay sighs, 'Welp, there goes my back.' Kyla was shaking like crazy and Sally and Climber were laughing with Taylor.
Taylor fell off of the wall and she leapt to her feet, but she fell over again.
Kay peeled herself off and helped Pepper and Kyla off. Sally fell on top of Taylor and they both started laughing.
"Let's do that again!" Taylor laughed.
"We have even more rides that is even funner!" Sally laughed.
"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!" Taylor said.
Kay and Kyla sigh in unison.
They all ran to the next ride, but Pepper had to drag Kyla there. Literally.
The next ride was labeled "Climber's Peak." Taylor and Sally ran in. They got into mine carts. Climber sat next to Kay behind them and the two teens sat in back. Kyla snapped on the safe guard and everyone else followed.
The ride starts in impossible speed. Kyla's mood changes and she and Pepper scream "WHOOOOOO!" Kay just sat there, no so pleased.
Taylor laughed as the ride kept speeding up.
After that ride, everyone went to one ride to the other. Each one more fun than the first. Soon, everyone (but Sally and Taylor) were pooped out. Kyla and Pepper leaned on each other's backs, trying not to collapse.
"What's wrong you two? Can't handle the awesomeness?" Taylor asked them.
"Too... *pant* tired..." Kyla gasped.
"Can't... *gasp* keep up..." Pepper said.
Sally smiled, "Don't worry, we have one more ride left!" Sally points to the Ferris wheel. She smiles evilly, "Daddy made some... adjustments... on the wheel."
"Oh, it sounds cool." Taylor said.
The group enters the car and Climber closes the door. The ride starts very slowly. Then it started speeding up.
"W-what's going on?!" Kyla panicked. Kyla, Pepper and Climber held onto each other.
Sally smiles evilly, "This will be so much fun!" The wheel spins faster and faster and faster. Kay even seemed to get worried. The wheel goes faster and faster until the car catapults off. Kyla, Pepper and Climber were screaming.
But Taylor and Sally were laughing as if it were the best thing in the world.
Everyone was spinning out of control and finally, the car crashes right into the side of a building of some sort. Everyone pours out, shaking. But Sally and Taylor were ROFLing.
"That was by far the best ride I have ever been on!" Taylor laughed.
Sally giggles, "Yeah!"
"SALLY!" Sally freezes.
She slowly turns and notices where the car landed. "Uh oh... We landed in Castle!"
"Castle?" Pepper asked.
Sally ran to the other side of the building and started yelling, "I'm so sorry! I didn't know the car would go flying into you!"
"Sally! What have I told you! Don't mess with the RIDES! You know humans come here to have fun!"
"I-I'm so sorry Castle! I'll fix it up!"
"There's no time! The sun is almost up!"
Climber runs over, "M-Mr. Castle sir, I could help her!"
"Still no time! Even Karl can't do it! You even put a hole in my side!" The four run over and found the two stuffed dolls talking to... a red window.
It flashed as it talked, "You are in BIG trouble young lady!"
"Woah, come on, we were just playing around, we could all fix it if we all help." Pepper suggested.
"Oh really? How are you going to fix the rides and ME?!" Kyla patted her pocket,
"We've got ways."
"Trust me, give us a chance." Pepper smiled.
Castle sighs. "Fine. You have till six."
"What time is it now?"
"5:30."
"Alright! Then let's do this!" Taylor exclaimed.
Venom surrounded Kyla and she started working on Pirate's Cove. She made it back to a calm, steady ride with a giant drop in the end.
Taylor lifted the car on the Ferris wheel out of the wall and she carried it back to the Ferris wheel and fixed it back to its boring state.
Kay used her psychokinetic mind to fix the walls of Castle. Sally worked on Climber's Peak with Karl and Climber.
And Pepper fixed all of the other rides that were really dangerous.
After everything was fixed, everyone returned to Castle and collapsed in a pile of bodies.
"Tired..." Kyla gasped.
"Tell me about it..." Sally panted, "I lost almost all my energy..."
"But the good thing is that everything is fixed." Pepper added.
"Yeah..." Kyla said. "What are... you all doing... on the ground?" Kyla looks up and finds a man with his arm missing. "Um..."
"Who are you?" Pepper asked.
"My name is... Jack Derippe... I work... with Castle..."
Sally looked up at him and smiled, "Hello Uncle Jackie... I'm so tired..." he smiled slightly.
"Uncle?" Taylor asked
"She calls him Uncle because he helped her through her... Um... Non-Talking state..." Climber explained sadly.
"Non-talking state? Can someone explain?" Taylor asked.
Karl laughed in a worried tone, "Sally's lips have been sewed up for so many years. She finally got them out after she..." Karl frowns.
"After she killed Karl." Climber whispered so Sally won't hear.
"I thought he couldn't die." Taylor whispered back.
"Yes. But, if you smash his head in, he sure can die. Also, if he falls from a tall height and falls, he shatters. That's why he's afraid of heights. And I'm afraid of fire." Climber explained quietly.
"So how is he alive?"
"The wishing machine. I wished him back alive."
"Wow."
Climber nods, "Yup."
"So what now? We fixed the park." Pepper said.
Sally sighed, "We can go to the emporium and go to bed..." Kyla nods, "I don't remember the last time I actually slept..."
"Me either... I just remember taking a nap." Pepper said.
"I guess... I'll take you all to... the emporium..." Mr. Jack said.
"Yay!" Pepper cheered.
Mr. Jack leads the group to an empty building with nothing in it. Pepper and the others stood there, dumbfounded.
"It's empty." Pepper said, pointing out the obvious.
"Of course... it is. We statues don't... need beds. Not even sleep. But mannequins and dolls... they need rest. But they don't... need warmth or... comfort. You can't sleep out... side. The humans will... see you. The manager hates... humans with no... money." Mr. Jack explained.
"So I guess we'll sleep on the floor." Pepper said.
"That won't be necessary." Climber said, "Sally and I are filled with foam, so we're soft enough to be your pillows."
Sally smiles, "Yeah, you can rest your heads on us!"
Kay and Kyla looked at each other and just shrugged. "I don't care right now... I'm tired." Kyla said.
"Yay! Miss Pepper, Miss Taylor, you'll sleep with me!"
"Okay." Pepper agreed. "No thanks, I appreciate the offer, but I'm used to sleeping in trees or on floors. I'll just sleep on the floor." Taylor said stubbornly.
Sally gave Taylor puppy eyes, "Pweese? At least until I fall asleep?"
Taylor's eye twitched before she sighed in defeat. "Fine..."
Sally cheers, "Hooray!"
Climber and Sally lie down on the ground. Climber starts unzipping his coat and taking it off.
Kyla blushes, "W-what are you doing?"
Climber looks at her, confused, "Well, I'm more comfy without my coat you know."
Kyla blushes harder, "F-fine..." Climber lies down full and Kay and Kyla rest their heads on Climber's stomach.
'He's not kidding,' Kay thinks, 'He IS soft!'
"I see somebody blushing~" Pepper sang when she saw Kyla's face.
Kyla blushes harder and yells, "I'M NOT USED TO SHIRTLESS GUYS!"
That made Pepper fall over laughing.
"SHUDDUP!"
"I-I CANT HELP IT!" Pepper laughed as she was rolling around on the ground, clutching her stomach from laughing so hard.
Kay throws a random rock at Pepper's head.
Taylor stepped in front of her before it could hit Pepper and she punched the rock, which made it break into pieces.
Kay lied back down and tried to get some sleep. Kyla was still blushing, but she laid her head on Climber's stomach and quickly fell asleep.
Pepper was slightly laughing, but not loud enough for Kyla to hear.
Pepper laid her head on Sally's stomach and buried her face in the softness.
Taylor lay down as well, and she smiled slightly when she realized how soft it actually was.
Sally closes her eyes and tries to sleep, but something started bugging her. "... Miss Taylor?"
"What's up?" Taylor replied.
"... Will Mommy and Daddy leave me alone?"
"Why would they?" Taylor asked.
"Well... Daddy wants to leave forever. And Mommy wants to find Aunty Clarice... They can't bring me because I'm bonded to Castle..."
"Listen, it's going to be okay." Taylor said. "They would never abandon someone they love." She added, but then she started thinking about her family.
Tears started forming (Somehow) in Sally's eyes, "A-are you sure they love me? Daddy always used me as a target at the Law of Talos tournament. And Mommy was too busy finding Clarice in the Endzone tournament..."
"... I'm pretty sure." Taylor responded.
Sally rubs her eyes, "O-ok..."
"Now try and get some sleep." Taylor said.
Sally sighs and nods, "Ok..." Sally closes her eyes.
She opens them again after hearing a strange noise. Taylor and Pepper weren't sleeping on her. And Climber was gone including Kyla and Kay. The building started to cave in. Sally's eyes widened and she covered herself with her arms. The building stopped collapsing and she found her world black. A figure appears before her.
Taylor.
"M-miss Taylor!" Taylor smirks evilly at her. Her eyes turning black and her figure turning into a wolf. Sally filled with panic. Big Bad. Karl was standing near Sally, hovering over while she slept.
Taylor woke up and saw Sally having a nightmare.
Karl looks over to Taylor, "So, you're awake now." he said with a mischievous smile.
"I'm a light sleeper." Taylor replied.
Karl looks back at Sally, "Seems like she's dreaming. She looks so cute when she's scared~"
"Why didn't you wake her up?" Taylor asked.
"Like I said, cute when she scared. The dreams aren't real, so she's fine."
"Well I'm waking her up." Taylor said as she started shaking Sally's shoulder for her to wake up.
"Well, if she's dreaming about Big Bad, don't waste your chances."
"What do you mean?" Taylor asked.
"She fears Big Bad so much, that her mind won't let her be free. Because," Karl smirks, "The Big Bad she's facing is the real deal."
"Aren't you going to help her?!" Taylor exclaimed furiously. "You're her father for god's sake!"
"I would. But I don't know how to. Usually we all wait for her to wake up. That would take months."
"Poor kid..." Taylor mumbled.
Karl frowns sadly, "Yeah... everyone's worried about her. Ever since the final battle in Endzone, Climber says that she has been... paranoid..."
"So there's nothing we can do?"
Karl shook his head. "No. This rarely happens... but still."
Taylor frowned and she let out a sigh.
"Silver-kun~" Taylor's super hearing picks up Kay's voice. She turns and finds Kay hugging Climber's abdomen and cuddling in his stomach. "So... fluffy..."
Taylor raised an eyebrow and she walked over to her. "Kay? Did you just talk?" Taylor asked as she shook her awake.
Kay's eye opens, 'Talk?... My throat has been cut out...'
"You were mumbling in your sleep about Silver." Taylor said.
'I was?' Kay tried to say something, but she clutches her throat in pain, 'Nope. Nothing.'
"Think about Silver and say his name." Taylor said.
Kay thinks about him, "... s..." She clutches her throat again. 'It... hurts to much.'
"Ok, try this," Taylor started. "Silver asked you to go on a date with him, what do you say?" Taylor asked.
Kay blushes. A flashback appears in her mind. '... I... don't wanna do this anymore...' she notices Sally, 'What's wrong with her?'
"Nightmare." Taylor responded.
'... Nightmare? What kind?'
"Karl said that she won't wake up for a long time, and her fear is with her." Taylor said. "Karl can explain it better than I can."
Kay looked over to Karl and he explained everything. Kay crossed her arms, 'Really? Well, I can send us into her dream realm if you wish.' Kay asked Karl.
He smiled brightly, "Yes! Most certainly." Kay smirked a little and raised her hands in the air. Her hands started glowing and the three were teleported into a forest of some sort.
"Is this going to be like that little red riding hood story?" Taylor asked.
Kay shakes her head. Karl scratches his chin, "I think Climber told me that Red is dead. Sacrificed herself to save the competitors in Endzone."
"Where are we?" The trio turns and Kay's eyes widened.
Kyla, Pepper and Climber.
Fantastic.
"What are you guys doing here?" Taylor asked.
Kyla shrugged, "I dunno. I was having a dream that I was cutting Pepper open and I took hold of her still beating heart and she was screaming."
Pepper gave Kyla a weird look. "Uh... I'm going to pretend that I never heard that..." She said.
Kyla laughed, "I'm joking." Kyla stops and the sounds of a violin fill her ears.
"Where's that coming from?" Taylor asked when she heard the violin.
Karl listened to it closely, "Well, that's Sally alright. But oddly, I don't hear any mistakes."
Climber shrugged, "Maybe she remembers your lessons?"
Karl shook his head, "She always misses the C minor and makes it a D minor. Hum."
Kyla sighs, "Let's go find her already."
They started walking through the forest towards the violin sound.
They all stop when they find Sally standing on a stump, playing the stringed instrument. She stops and looks at everyone with a smile, "Mommy! Daddy! You finally came!"
"Uh... Yeah. We came." Karl awkwardly says.
"We found you! Now, how do we get out of here?" Taylor asked.
Sally hops off the stump and points in a random direction, "We go through the door!" a door appears. Everyone sighs in relief and starts walking up to it.
"Wait." They all stop and turn to Karl. He smiles, "That's not Sally."
"It's not?" Pepper asked. Taylor looked at "Sally" closely and she saw that she was slightly different from before. "He's right." She agreed.
Sally smiles evilly, "How clever of you, cobblestone." Sally reaches for her patched eye and rips of the patch. Shadows labyrinth from her eye. And eerie smile appears on her face that turns gooey and black. A draw white eye appears. "SaLlY iS nOw A pArT oF mE."
"Um... What, may I ask...? IS THAT?!" Pepper exclaimed.
Climber hides behind Karl, "B-Big Bad!"
"That's Big Bad?" Taylor asked as she cracked her knuckles. "Come on guys, let's fight it."
Climber grabs her arm, "Wait! You'll hurt Sally! If you say something about us not feeling pain cuz we're dolls, Big Bad gives pain to you if you hurt him!"
"Then how are we going to beat this guy?" Taylor growled.
Climber gulps, "Well... you can sacrifice me."
"No! No, no, no!" Taylor shouted. "We are not going to sacrifice you!"
Climber smiles nervously, "W-well, it's simple. All you have to do is set me on fire."
Karl clutched Climber's shoulder, "Oh no, cloth-guy. You're staying alive whether you like or not."
"Why do you care?" Climber said with a glare. Karl blushes, "B-because!"
"... Anyways, we're going to think of another way, because we aren't going to sacrifice a friend." Taylor said.
A giant hand charges at Taylor. Kay's eyes widen and she tackled her out of the way.
"LOOK OUT!" the hand grabs Kay and drags her to Big Bad. He laughs, "PeTtY hUmAnS."
"KAY!" Taylor yelled as she ran towards them and tried making Big Bad let go of her friend.
Kay smiled weakly at Taylor, "It's Ok. I'm used to this stuff."
Big Bad smirks at Kay, "A sOlId BoDy~"
Kay smirked, "Go on. Take me over. Leave the kid alone."
"No!" Climber was held back, "K-Kay! Don't do this!"
Kay looks back at everyone and smiles evilly, "I know what I'm doing~" The shadows enter in Kay's mouth and eyes.
"KAY NO!" Taylor screamed.
Sally falls lip and Kay hunches over. Black wisps slowly exited from her mouth and eyes. She smirks evilly, "Bad choice."
The black wisps explode from Kay and her kneeled to the ground. The shadows disappear.
Kay stands back up with a smirk on her face, "You think I'd let a Shadow-Demon-wannabe take me over? Hell no!"
Taylor stared at her in confusion. "How did you...?"
"Remember EXE, Dark and Demon? They HATE IT when another souls tries to take over."
The forest starts shaking and fades away. Everyone's eyes snap open. "Yay!" Pepper cheered.
Kyla looked at Sally, "Hey, you alright?" she stares at Kyla for a second, and then looks at Taylor and Kay.
She smiles brightly and hugs them. "Mommy! Daddy!" Everyone froze.
Kay and Taylor's eyes widened, "'WWWWHHHHHAAAAAAATT?!'" Climber and Karl just stood there.
Pepper fell on her back laughing her head off while Taylor and Kay were frozen in shock.
Sally looks at the two women in confusion, "Mommy? Daddy? What's wrong?"
Kyla taps Sally on the shoulder and asks, "So which is your Mommy and which is your Daddy?" Sally smiles and points to Kay, "This is Mommy," she points to Taylor, "This is Daddy."
Taylor's eye twitched. "Okay..." She said.
Sally turns to the others and smiles. Karl walked up to her and kneeled in front of her. "... Do you know me?" Sally tilted her head to the side, "Yes, Mr. Karl right?"
"Uh-oh..." Taylor mumbled.
Climber just stood there. He felt as if his "heart" had shattered. His little girl didn't recognize him as "Mommy," but by the looks of it, "Mr. Climber."...
"Sally, did your memory get messed up?" Taylor asked.
"What do you mean, Daddy?"
Karl goes in a corner and rolls up in a ball, "Forgotten... by a doll with no brain..."
"Karl is your daddy and Climber is your mommy." Taylor explained.
Sally shook her head, "No. They came from outside with Kyla and Pepper.
"Sally, they are your mommy and daddy." Taylor repeated.
"No they're not." Sally hugs Taylor, "You and Mommy are Mommy and Daddy~"
Taylor looked up at the others as if she was asking for help, but they wouldn't do anything. Taylor wasn't good around kids and she didn't know what to do, so she just hugged her back.
Karl stared at the duo hugging. He sighs and gets up, "Well, it was a pleasure knowing you all." He turns and starts walking out the door.
"Hey! Where're you going?" Kyla yelled.
He stopped and turned his head. A sad smile etched his lips, "Away from this park."
"You can't leave! Not with Sally like this!" Taylor exclaimed.
Karl shrugged, "The only reason I stay is for Sally. But since she's like this, I don't have a choice."
"She needs help." Taylor snapped.
Karl shook his head, "Not anymore." he turns and leaves the building.
Taylor ran after him. She finally caught up to him and blocks his path. "No!" Taylor snapped. "What if she gets her memory back? Think about how heartbroken she'll be when she finds out you left!"
I know. But that might never happen."
"You said 'might' so that means it's possible." Taylor said.
Well, so long Taylor." he puts a foot out of the entrance.
"Stop!" Karl turns his head.
Climber.
"D-don't do this!"
"And just why not?" Karl asked.
"B-because..." Climber blushes, "Reasons."
"What kind of reasons?" Karl asked.
"Um..." Climber blushes harder, "... Sally. She needs both of us. She'd be lost without us! A-and Big Bad might return!"
"Yeah, dude. You can't just abandon your kid like this!" Taylor added.
"Well then, tally ho~" Karl is about to step out, but Climber grabs him and turns him around. He smashes his lips onto his. A blush spreads on both their faces.
Taylor's eyes widened and her jaw dropped as she just stared in shock.
"I knew it!" She said to herself. "I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!"
Climber steps back. Both staring into each other's eyes in embarrassment.
"I did it!" The trio turns their heads. Sally is hopping up and down in joy, "My plan worked!"
"Plan?" Taylor questioned.
Sally nodded, "Yup. After Miss Kay saved me, I woke up with an idea. Mommy and Daddy never showed their love, so I thought I would act like you and Miss Kay are my new Mommy and Daddy!"
Karl seemed to glare at her and fire lit behind him. Kyla and Pepper extinguish the flames with random fire extinguishers.
"That was a good idea, kid. I thought I sensed something between these two." Taylor said.
Karl smiled evilly and his eye twitched, "I'm gonna kill you soon kid."
Climber stepped in front of him. "No! Don't kill her!"
"She only did what was right!" Pepper said.
"This isn't right! I can't fall for cloth-guy! It's just... Wrong."
"Love is love, bro." Taylor shrugged.
Karl's cheeks turn red, "Why you little-"
"What? And by the way, you're blushing." Taylor added as she pointed out the obvious.
Karl grumbles, his cheeks growing redder. Sally giggled.
"So does that mean you'll stay?" Pepper asked.
Karl averts his eyes away from her and grumbles, "Fine."
"Yay!" Pepper cheered.
Kyla's eye twitches, "Not another one."
Taylor sighed. "oh well."
Sally and Climber hug Karl, "Yay!"
The hole appears yet again.
Kyla sighs, "This is getting old."
They all fall in.
